“Listen, everyone me and Dayvon are going into the base to shut it down. Maria and Luis I need you to assist Samantha with the pursing battleships.” Angel orders everyone as he begins to sweat in the heat of battle.
“Sounds good Angel, hey Leslie call for backup we could use some!” Samantha replies.
“You got it sister, bout to call for them now.” Leslie begins to call for backup and looks under the communications area. She notices that the wires were cut, probably because of the aliens who were trying to break in. “Hey sister we got a problem, the communications line is broken. I can’t call for backup, we’re only going to be able to hold our own for so long. I got an escape route though.” Leslie explains the situation to Samantha and comes up with a backup plan.
“Shit! At least we got Luis and Maria to hold us up, until the other two guys break through the core.” Samantha says trying to keep her cool.
Angel and Dayvon fly into the main base, land their ships and get off. As they get off as expected glooba troopers are waiting for them to get off. The glooba force consists of salamander troopers, slimer protectors and Spinys. The force was anything but a walk in the park.
“Oh boy this is gonna be fun, the turtles themselves are gonna be a headache.” Dayvon complains.
“Well they weren’t going to be it easy for us; that’s for sure. Let’s take out the weaklings and then worry about the big boys after.” Angel tells Dayvon how to approach the attacking aliens.
“Hey Angel! You little pip-squeak you wanna ride on my back? Huh!” One of the Spinys taunts Angel in an arrogant evil tone.
“No thank you! That ride looks too dangerous, besides I gotta shut it down!” Angel answers the spiny.
“Come on turtle breath spin like a fool and you’ll only make yourself dizzy.” Dayvon follows.
The battle begins Angel uses his devastator to blow half of the salamander troopers up. Dayvon used his freezethrower to freeze the other salamander troopers, which takes care of the weakest part of the enemy attack. Then the slimer protectors come after the two with their claw attacks. Angel anticipates them attacking and surprises one with a superkick right into the creature’s jaw killing it. He is then grabbed by another slimer protector who tries to bite him in the neck. He is able to use his own momentum to grab the neck of the creature and jumps up to perform a necktoss reversal. After the reversal the slimer protector runs after him, he times his jump so that his neck is on the creature and he uses his exceptional leg strength to take down the creature.
“Had enough creep? I’m faster than you think, come on alien bastard come and get me!” Angel taunts the slimer protector.
However the Spinys begin to spin out vigorously towards Angel. He jumps up to avoid getting hit by the Spinys and one of the Spinys hit the slimer protector, impaling it.
Dayvon uses his exceptional strength to pick both slimer protectors that were attacking him and slams them down on the floor. He sees Spinys ready to attack from behind and he barely gets out of the way from the spinning Spinys.
“Son of a bitch these bastards get uglier and tougher as we go!” Dayvon says amazed at the sheer power of the Spinys.
“Dayvon all we have to do is let them tire themselves out and they will get dizzy. Then boom we go in for the kill.” Angel discusses how to defeat the Spinys.
The two run around the room dodging the Spinys for about five minutes until the Spinys begin to slow down and eventually stopping. As Angel had thought the Spinys are dizzy and are open to attack. He shoots two of the Spinys in the head killing them, with them lying down with the turtle shells facing up.
Meanwhile Dayvon grabs one of the Spinys by its tail and begins to spin the heavy turtle.
“I hope you enjoy the ride turtle freak, because it’s the last one you will get to endure!” Dayvon becomes extremely arrogant while throwing the creature.
After a minute passes by, Dayvon throws the Spiny out of the armada base and into the hyperspace. That leaves the spiny that was taunting Angel before all by his lonesome.
“Well… well if it isn’t the showoff! I thought you were going to kick my ass, huh! I guess the tables have been turned, Dayvon grab him and put him towards the exit.” Angel begins to feel satisfaction as he prepares to send the taunting turtle to “hell”. “Alright you rotten bastard, any last words?”
“Please Angel I’m… sorry” The spiny says in a desperate tone.
“What was that? I couldn’t hear you, can you repeat that again?” Angel begins to taunt the spiny.
“I’m sorry!” The spiny repeats it’s self.
“What?” Angel continues to taunt the spiny.
“I’m sorry!!!”
“What!!!”
“I said I’m SORRY, please spare my life please human do the right thing.” The turtle begins to beg for mercy.
“Now that was what I wanted to hear, hehehe. However today I decided that I’m not going to do the right thing, you see what you think is the right thing to do isn’t what I think is correct.” Angel says in a sadistic tone.
“What are you saying Angel?” The Spiny replies in a worried tone.
“You said I should spare your life because it’s the right thing to do, but the correct answer is that sparing your life is the wrong thing to do. Besides you are a waste of life anyway, I hope you like your visit to the space abyss because that’s where you’re going! Goodbye and good riddance!” Angel says with extreme anger and with a fire in his eye. He could see the defeat of the evil one close by.
“Now to take care of the main core! Let’s go Dayvon, time to destroy this puppy!” Angel says with a renewed sense of energy, like no one can stop him. For once he feels like he is an alpha male.
The two destroy the main core and the base begins to crumble apart. Angel and Dayvon jump into their ship as quickly as possible before the base blows up. The two escape the base just in time before the base blows up.
“All aircraft report!” Angel says to gain everyone’s attention.
“No time for that, we gotta get outta of here those battleships are making a bee-line for us.” Samantha says warning as she tries to guide everyone out of the area to safety.
The main base explodes into pieces and the crew rushes out of the area as fast as possible.
“Hey guys let me guide us to safety. I know a shortcut to the planet of goo and to lose those battleships.” Leslie requests control of the ship.
“Ok sister go ahead, I love the confidence. Just be careful because Galaxy Z is close by and it is rumored to be a dangerous area. Not much is known about it.” Samantha says.
“No worries sister I’ll be careful. Full speed ahead!” Leslie says to Samantha and announces that they are about to head off towards the planet of goo.

Meanwhile on Earth a huge explosion can be seen in the sky and everyone wonders what the source is. Many news reports claim that it is simply a supernova or a death of a star. However, Quentin feels it’s the crew members getting ever so close to the goal. The sun has set back on Earth and only 3 days remain till the gloobas plan comes to fruition. On Earth the many armies continue to struggle against the many alien waves that come in. The gloobas despite what has happened in the virtual world have taken over all of Central America and now threaten the United States. Earth has also experienced many weather extremes such as snow in parts of the world that have never seen a flake to 100 degree temperatures in the Arctic Pole. Also many “normal” storms have become more extreme in strength and the amount of destruction caused by them. This is due to the constant shifting of the planets and moon which control the hide tides in coastal areas. An order has been issued banning any boat transportation since the waters have become too dangerous to embark on. So while the efforts of the heroes have been relatively effective in the virtual world, the gloobas still have a solid grip on Earth. None of the heroes know the events of Earth since they have been cut off from the corporal world. All they can do is imagine what is happening and c
ontinue on their mission. As long as they are successful, whatever destruction that is being done on Earth will be reversed.
Chapter 21
Betrayed?
Angel and the crew manage to break through the space armada with difficulty. Now they were on their way to the planet Goo where they hope to meet and stop the evil one. Leslie is able to lose the pursuing ships to everyone’s relief. Something isn’t right though they are heading lateral to the planet Goo instead of right towards it. Everyone assumes is because Leslie knows a back way to the planet Goo. All of a sudden the alarm on the master ship goes off indicating that a whole squadron of glooba ships is attacking. It also indicates that six huge missiles are on track to hit the master ship dead on. Everyone is in shock and Samantha demands to know some answers. However Leslie is not by the controls, in fact she has taken off in her own ship. Is Leslie ditching the master ship to assist the others or does she have her own hidden agenda?
“What the hell is going on here? Alarms are going crazy on this ship!” Angel asks in panic.
“We are being surrounded by the enemy, it seems like they were waiting for us! Leslie… Leslie, where in the hell are you?” Samantha wonders. “Wait a minute this is Galaxy Z, I thought I told that girl not to come here, shit!”
“Don’t worry Sam we’ll take care of this little problem for you! Come on everyone time to dish out some whoop ass!” Angel says confidently.
Galaxy Z is an area that is not well known, in fact it has been deemed dangerous as many space pirates would be around to shoot down friendly ships. It is a rather dark area with only a few stars unlike the other galaxies that have many stars. It is an ominous place, in fact many call it a space desert as there is literally no life, its remote location from the rest of the solar system and the legends that many who have stepped foot into Galaxy Z never come back. Galaxy Z is considered to be the space cemetery or a dead area. The gravity in the area is almost non-existent and there is absolutely no oxygen as a result anybody who steps out would immediately die of asphyxiation. It is a place just like the other two galaxies where many blackholes are spawned.
Angel and the crew begin to shoot down the enemy ships that are rather tough to take down and nimble. At first the four are able to shoot down the ships rather easily at first. In fact they treated the situation like target practice. However for as many enemy ships they take down more of them keep on showing up. Then the crew begins to get overwhelmed by the enemy ships.
“Angel, get these guys off me!” Maria screams.
“Shit there’s too many of these guys!” Luis says.
“This had to be a setup, there’s no way these guys could be this prepared!” Dayvon says angrily.
“I smell a rat here and I think it’s closer than we think it is!” Angel becomes suspicious that Leslie is a turncoat.
Angel goes and helps out his wife by shooting the ships behind her. Then the four try to concentrate their efforts on the ships that are attacking the master ship. They begin to clear out the area, but then they see a missile in the distance along with more ships coming in their direction. The sensors on the master ship begin to announce the arrival of the missile towards the ship.
“Missile approaching, distance 70 yards.” The ship automated messenger announces the approach of the missile.
“I’m going for the missile!” Angel says.
“I’ll go with you honey!” Maria says wanting to tag along with Angel.
“I and Dayvon will keep the ship protected.” Luis says to Angel.
Angel and Maria head towards the missile and begin to shoot at it along with the ships that came along with it. They keep on shooting it until the missile is destroyed.
“There’s one down!” Angel says in encouragement.
Angel and Maria join the others back at the master ship trying to protect it from the enemy ships.
“Hey Sam are you alright in there?” Maria asks Sam.
“Yeah I’m alright, it’s just Leslie. She has all of the sudden disappeared. Something doesn’t feel right about what is going on here. I think we been setup.” Sam says in concern.
“I have to agree with you on that one, but hold that thought I can see the other two missiles approaching the ship.” Angel spots the next two missiles coming in from the south.
“Two missiles approaching from the south distance 80 yards.”
“Here they come!” Dayvon says.
“Let me go in this time, come on Dayvon!” Luis says.
“Right behind you brother!” Dayvon says following Luis.
Luis and Dayvon head towards the missiles to destroy them. Luis takes on missile, while Dayvon takes the other. While destroying the missiles the two notices something, the master ship hasn’t moved from where it was since they arrived in Galaxy Z. Could it be some force that is pushing the ship back or do the gloobas have an EMP weapon which paralyses the master ship?
“The controls on the ship are disabled, I can’t move this ship! I’m literally stuck in this ship and I can’t even get out all of the doors are locked!” Samantha says in a panicked tone.
“Crap these bastards have us trapped! We gotta find a way to get Samantha out of there. OH BOY!!!!” Angel is shocked when he sees the final three missiles coming from the east.
“Well the last three missiles, let’s say we take them down!” Maria says in a cocky tone.
“One problem, we got all of these enemy ships aiming for us as well and they’re on our asses like white on rice!” Angel reminds Maria that they are still outnumbered.
“Missiles 4, 5 and 6 coming from the east, distance 70 yards.” The ship’s automated voice says.
“Make room for Maria!” Maria says as she begins to go after the missiles.
Angel, Dayvon and Luis all catch up to Maria to take down the missiles. Problem is that the four are being chased by enemy ships. The crew tries to ignore the ships chasing them as their main focus was on taking the missiles out. At one point the lasers being shot at them become so overwhelming that they have trouble shooting the missiles. Their ships would continuously get hit and whenever they would try to shoot the enemy ships the ships were simply too fast.
“Damn these guys are tough!” Maria says.
“Missiles approaching distance 40 yards!” The ship automated voice says.
“Damn it those missiles are getting way too close for comfort, forget about these ships. We gotta take those missiles down ASAP!” Angel realizes that the ships are just there as a distraction to the mission at hand.
Everyone keeps their focus on the huge missiles that get within 20 yards of the ship. After much determination the four destroy the missiles and the enemy ships begin to mysteriously retreat. Everyone looks in disbelief as the gloobas are beginning to retreat, their ambush ends up being backfired. Angel couldn’t help but to remain suspicious about Leslie and her location. Was she grabbed by the gloobas when no one was watching or did she leave everyone in Galaxy Z to die? Everybody was anxious to see how Samantha was doing and to see if they could override the EMP which has disabled the master ship. As soon as the four arrive at the ship what they find is shocking.
“Samantha what are you doing out of the ship?” Angel asks Samantha, but gets no response.
“Wait a minute. She isn’t going to answer us at all.” Maria replies.
“Why is that?” Dayvon asks.
“That’s why! Her oxygen supply has been cut, somebody killed Samantha!” Luis sees the oxygen line cut on Samantha’s oxygen suit.
“Son of a bitch she’s dead, but who?” Angel asks in anger.
The four see Leslie’s ship pass on by and they begin to chase her suspecting her of having to do something with the crime.
“Leslie stop it right there!” Angel screams at her direction.
“Listen bitch, did you kill Samantha or have an idea who did? If you didn’t kill Samantha why are you flying away like a thief in the night?” Maria asks in a vulgar tone.
“Hmhmhmhm! You guys
are such suckers, Samantha was never my sister. I just pretended to be friendly to her. You see the gloobas have offered me riches beyond my wildest dreams.” Leslie says in a sinister tone.
“I can’t believe this! You bitch how could you turn on your own kind like this? How are you going to sleep at night? God damn it!” Angel asks Leslie in a heartfelt tone.
“Simple I’ve always been treated like shit back on Earth. My parents were complete bums, I was always disrespected in school and I could never hold on to a job! Basically I…” Leslie says emotionally before being cut off by Dayvon.
“Basically you went for a cop out, that’s all this is a cop out because you have no idea how to deal with adversity! Just admit that!” Dayvon gives Leslie some heartfelt words of his own.
“You know what Dayvon you’re right. I could blame it on society. However as you said that would be a cop out.” Leslie says with some remorse. “Besides, that won’t explain why I’m about to eliminate you guys here right now!” Leslie shows her crocodile tears to the four determined to kill them off.
“Strong words from a girl who is surrounded by the four people and one who was too much of a coward to kill off Samantha one on one.” Luis says with heart.
“Come and get me then you fools!” Leslie arrogantly flies away with the crew giving chase.
However as the crew gives chase to Leslie a black hole pops out of nowhere in front of the crew.
“Oh shit this was all a damn setup, damn you Leslie you’re gonna pay for this damn it! You bitch!” Angel says angrily.
The four get sucked into the black hole and endure another crazy ride through a wormhole. This time the ride ends up separating them into different planets representing four different elements including water, wind, earth and fire.
Angel is transported to the planet of Fujin the wind planet, Maria ends up in Neptune the water planet, Dayvon is in Vulcan the fire planet and Luis is in Poseidon the rock planet.
None of them are aware that these are not regular planets, but actual god planets where they guard four gates that will open the ultimate gate (white hole) where the four will be able to transport anywhere possible in the known universe. However, will the guardians of the each dimension be cooperative to our heroes or are the gloobas one step ahead of our heroes? Will the crew get their hands on Leslie the one who has just betrayed them? As the plot thickens and only two and a half days remain until the effects of the virtual world become permanent. What will be the fate of Earth?
