Well, at least I don’t have to worry about monogamy like Katrina and Da’al, Brynnda chuckled to herself. She wondered if any of her four husbands would object, although none of them were living with her at the time. They were all with some of their other wives, visiting with her when their schedules allowed. Enough delays. As Katrina would say, let’s do this.
Opening the door to the treatment room, she observed as KC lay quietly on the bed. He was being kept in the coat room of the Iovan Council, there was no room at any hospital in New Des Moines that could care for him. “How are you feeling?” Brynnda asked, coming over after giving the attendant medic a look. The medic got the message and left, leaving them alone. “I was concerned when Katrina told me to call the medics for you.”
“I’m feeling a bit better,” KC replied. Under his nose, a small tube was attached. Filtering oxygen directly from the atmosphere, it still allowed him to breathe easier. “Thank you for your quick reactions. The medics told me what happened, I’m impressed.”
“Thank you, but I just did my job. Like you did.”
KC chuckled and shook his head. “If you had done your job as well as I did mine, I’d be dead right now. But thank you for coming by.”
Brynnda nodded and sat down next to KC, laying her hand on his chest. She was pleased when he didn’t remove it, instead looking up into her eyes. She started moving her hand in small circles over his chest, enjoying the curly hairs she found there. “Are all human men this hairy?”
“Not all of us,” KC replied, fidgeting. “Uh, no offense, but what are you doing?”
Brynnda smiled, letting her tongue come out to quickly lick at the corner of her lips. “Well, I came for a few reasons. First, because I wanted to say thank you for not shooting Katrina. I like her very much, and your not shooting her makes me very grateful. Secondly, we’ve been approached about a possible cure for the plague, and I wanted to be the one to share it with you. Third, I saw the way you looked at me when we met, and I wanted to explore that look.”
KC’s eyes widened, and his head nodded unconsciously. “But… this isn’t exactly the best time for exploration.”
Brynnda chuckled throatily, her vibrating voice causing KC to shiver in desire. “Oh, but it is,” she said, leaning in close and whispering into his ear. “You won’t believe it, but I’ve been told the way to cure you….. is that you need to have sex with an Iovan woman. Well, I happen to be Iovan, and I happen to be a woman, so…..”
Instead of letting KC reply, she closed in, kissing him the way she had seen Katrina and Da’al kiss, and what the memories she had absorbed let her know. She knew she was at least somewhat successful when KC didn’t push her away, and in fact opened his mouth to her questing tongue. “I know you’re not as strong as you want to be,” Brynnda whispered after breaking the kiss, pushing him back. “Don’t worry. I’ll take care of everything, just do what you can.”
Reaching behind her neck, she tugged at the fastener on her top, freeing her breasts to his eyes. “But you need to learn, too. For example, these are not as sensitive as a human woman’s. If you want to arouse me, stroke the skin on my back. Find the small bumps near my spine, and they’re very sensitive to your touch.”
“I understand,” KC replied, bringing his arms up to tug at her body. Brynnda shook her head and stood back, taking off the rest of her clothing. She was proud of her body, she had worked hard over the eighty years of her life to be able to look the way she did. She could see his eyes fasten on her breasts, before trailing down her flat stomach and the wide flare of her hips, only to blink at the naturally hairless lips of her pussy. “You look so human.”
“I react much the same way too,” she giggled, climbing onto the narrow bed next to him. “For example, I enjoy it when my lovers touch my skin, and look in my eyes. Kissing is new though.”
The bed was too small for Brynnda to lay next to KC, so she lay on top of him, her knees barely fitting onto the edges of the mattress. She raised her head up and looked into his eyes, noticing for the first time they were hazel, a color she had never seen in another species’ eyes before. They were beautiful, and she smiled, lowering her lips to kiss his collarbones and neck. “You think we can get those pants off?”
“I think so,” KC said with a smile, bracing his feet and raising his hips. Starting with his backside, he pushed his pants down until his cock popped free. Brynnda looked down, taking the seven inch thick shaft in her hand, stroking it softly. “You like?”
“It’s very nice,” Brynnda whispered, holding it carefully. She thought of what Katrina had showed her in her mind, and decided to engage in some innocent deception. “It might be too big for me.”
She could feel more than see KC’s smile, as his hands came up to begin stroking her back. It took him a few broad strokes before he found the spots along her spine she had told him about, and soon her pussy was leaking not just from the aftermath of her joining with Katrina and Da’al but her own desire, and she positioned him at her entrance. She wasn’t totally lying, he was larger than two of her husbands. “Can I?”
“Whenever you want, baby.”
Brynnda suppressed her giggle at KC’s cheesy words, and lowered herself onto his cock. She was surprised at first, as KC lacked the wide flared head of an Iovan, his cock easing inside her, filling her quickly. Soon, she was fully impaled on his cock, allowing herself to feel her body adjust.
It was different than having sex with an Iovan. The contact of KC’s skin on hers left her electrified, and she finally understood the overtones of sensuality she had felt from Da’al and Katrina. Humans and Iovans were an aphrodisiac to one another, and her body responded quickly to KC’s touch. “Mmmmm, so good.”
She pried her eyes open, looking down at KC, whose own face reflected her feelings. Using her hips, she shifted up before lowering herself back down, feeling her body light up with every inch of his cock that pushed back into her pussy. Letting her body take over, she rode his cock, her body awakening to new horizons of arousal as she took a more active role than she had ever had before in her sexual life. “Tell me it gets better.”
“It does,” KC said, taking a deep breath. He sat up, pulling Brynnda into an embrace and kissing her. His hands roamed up and down her back, finding the sensitive nubs of her tychii, or back spots, and rubbing them tenderly. The only drawback was that she couldn’t move her hips the way she wanted. She needed to feel his cock sliding in and out of her again, she knew. “Get on your knees.”
Brynnda smiled, her mind remembering the memories Katrina had shared with her. So he liked it doggy style, huh? It would leave her sensitive back open to his hands, which she could sense he would massage in such a way she had never felt before. Climbing off of KC’s cock, her body cried out from the withdraw momentarily before she got onto her hands and knees, letting her deep golden skinned ass glow in the light of the coat room. “Fuck me, KC. Show me what a man does with a woman.”
KC’s first touch was his hands on her waist, holding her tightly as he lined up his cock with her dripping pussy. He pushed in smoothly, his balls tickling her thighs in unfamiliar pleasure. He let go of her waist to rub up and down her back, his fingers touching her tychii like the keys of a piano, until she was almost on the edge of orgasm. “Please, KC. Please.”
The human responded by pulling back, until just the tip of his cock was still inside her before plunging back inside, driving the breath out of her in a long, subsonic moan that vibrated through her chest. While KC couldn’t hear, he could feel the moan, his cock twitching as he pulled back and thrust again, his thrusts coming fast and hard. His hips slapped against her ass, the sharp slaps echoing through the tiny room as he grunted.
Brynnda felt her body climbing the ascent towards a massive orgasm, but kept enough control of herself so that she didn’t psychically bond with KC. He was a good lover, but she didn’t love him, and she didn’t want to bond with him. Still, her body wanted more of him, and she squeezed down with her pussy,
urging him on. He brought his hand up, smacking her voluptuous ass sharply, a harsh cry of pain and arousal tearing from her throat.
KC couldn’t last much longer, she could tell. His thrusts were growing erratic, and his congested breathing wasn’t allowing him the air he needed to continue much longer. Brynnda urged him on, squeezing as tight as she could, using her pussy muscles in a way she didn’t think Katrina knew about. She had learned the trick from an old Iovan text, and all of her husbands enjoyed it. Using her psychic abilities, she took total control of her pussy, rippling her muscles around his cock in a twisting, alternating motion, drawing the blood deeper and deeper into his steely shaft. Using her muscles, she stroked his cock with her body, combining it in time with his strokes until, with a coughing cry, KC’s cock slammed into her with one last thrust. His cock erupted, filling her with his cum, the energy triggering her own orgasm. Brynnda buried her face in the thin blanket, crying out as she clenched and orgasmed, her body soaring in joy and amazing sensation. She balled the blanket in her fists, riding out the amazing crashing wave until she felt her body relax, and she could fall forward, relaxing into the softness of the mattress. KC lay mostly on top of her, his cock softening and deflating, slipping out of her pussy to lay against the back of her thighs. “Thank you,” she whispered, wiggling to the side and letting KC back down onto the mattress. She kissed his temple and forehead once, watching his eyes flutter closed, dropping into a deep sleep. “Sleep my dear human. Let us hope the doctor’s hypothesis is correct.”
Chapter 14
“Have the results come back yet?”
Katrina looked up from the desk she had been working at, having moved down the hall to a currently unused office. Brynnda leaned against the door frame, her clothes neatly arranged but her hair mussed and simply pulled back over her shoulder to let her see clearly. “Not yet, but I didn’t expect them to be. So how was it?”
Brynnda shrugged and came in, her lips playing in a half smile. “He’s better than some of the men I’ve had sex with, but not as good as some others. Still, it was an experience I’ll remember. Some time, I’d like to try some of the other things you shared with me in your memories.”
“About that, I was wondering. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like that connection we had is going to be longer lasting than what we anticipated. Are you okay with that?”
“Of course. Although I doubt it will be anywhere near as deep as what you share with Da’al, I value it, and the trust you placed in me. Speaking of which, what I saw stays between us three.”
Katrina smiled and stretched, not realizing until she did how stiff her back had gotten. “By the way, I guess I should tell you first. Da’al asked me to marry him. You want to be my maid of honor?”
Brynnda stopped in her tracks, turning to stare at Katrina before breaking out in a huge smile. “You mean it?”
“Which part? That Da’al asked me to marry him, or that I want you to be my maid of honor?”
“Both.” Brynnda overcame her shock and came around Katrina’s desk, pulling up a chair to sit next to her. “I’ve never been a bridesmaid before.”
“Really? Why’s that?”
Brynnda chuckled and leaned in. “I’m going to have to teach you some cultural rules, I see. The Iovan equivalent of a Bridesmaid are supposed to be family members, first of all, and I don’t have any sisters.”
Katrina reached over and took Brynnda’s hand, squeezing it. “You do now, in my opinion. You’re closer to me than any sister anyway.”
Their lips drifted closer together, and Katrina wasn’t surprised or upset at all when Brynnda’s soft lips met hers, both of them kissing for a moment before breaking apart. “Well, that’s another first for today,” she said, a bit out of breath. “First time I’ve kissed a woman except my mom on the cheek.”
“Me too. But since we linked, I’ve been feeling an attraction that isn’t normal in Iovans. I’m sorry if I offended you.” Brynnda sat back, giving them some separation. Before she could do more, Katrina reached out and took her hand.
“We’ll talk about it later, but I’m not upset, and I’m not offended. But I need to talk to Da’al about this, and we need to talk in a less stressful time before anything else.”
Brynnda’s bright teeth flashed in a smile, and Katrina could feel a surge of happiness. Their link was stronger than either had anticipated. “You’re right, of course. As to your question, of course I’d be your maid of honor.”
“Good. Now we just wait, and pray that nobody in Iova City decides to launch an attack while the results are being calculated.” Katrina picked up the data sheet she was working with, pointing at the information being displayed. It was a real time update of the border between the human and the Iovan territory, relayed from an Iovan defense satellite that Councilor Henchuk ordered activated. Katrina didn’t want to think about what else was on the satellite other than imaging systems.
“It’s looking ugly out there, isn’t it?” Brynnda asked. The data was being relayed in a map form, with movement being highlighted in light colored graphics. If the computers could figure out if the movement was human or Iovan, it assigned a color, green for Iovan, orange for human. Unknown movement was left in gray. “Has there been any shooting?”
“Not that the satellite can see,” Katrina replied. “It seems that both sides are digging in, preparing for someone to do something stupid. Actually, our cities look worse. The mobs are growing bigger, and the police are too damn busy with their sick and the border to do much.”
“Are any of them coming towards the Council building?” Brynnda asked. “Do you need to think about getting out of here and going somewhere safe?”
“No way in hell,” Katrina replied. “I’m not running just because some people are scared. Besides, where would I run to? Back to the mountains where me and Da’al met? No way. Besides, I’m not abandoning my family.”
Brynnda looked at the display, her lips thinning as she saw the damage in the cities. “They burned Da’al’s house.”
“It’s just a house. We’ll get a new one once this is all settled. Da’al’s downstairs with Doc now, so he doesn’t know yet. There were a few more tests, he said. I figure the time to deal with that is later.”
The two women watched for the next hour, as forces continued to align. Every ten minutes, Katrina tried to contact Iova City, but nothing was going through. Whoever Gloria really was, she wasn’t answering her communications. She was tempted to send a message over the general network, but without anything to add other than “please don’t shoot at each other,” she feared she would only add to the tension.
Katrina was reaching for the communications terminal again when Doc and Da’al burst in the door, smiles on their faces. “It works!”
*****
“The science is very interesting,” Doc said five minutes later, once they had all gathered again in the main council chambers. Henchuk had called in the other members of the council, and four of them were able to come. Another two were sick, while two more were currently out of communication, living in areas where mobs of rioters where disrupting things. Still, by Council rules, a quorum was achieved, and Henchuk turned it into an emergency meeting with a rap of his gavel.
“Apparently, it’s not just the physical actions that lead to the shared immunity,” Doc explained, tapping his data sheet. On the main screen, pictures of what Katrina could only assume were Iovan and human tissue samples appeared. “If that was the case, we’d be able to culture the new immune cells quickly. But, the immunity is triggered through the unconscious joining of the human and Iovan systems in the act of sex itself. I suspect that in the human brain, the section responsible for regulation of the immune system has a high correlation with the part of the Iovan brain that controls our psychic links. While the link can grow deeper, up into sharing sensations and memories…”
“Cut to the chase, Doc,” Katrina said, tapping away at the keyboard of the communications terminal with Iova City. “W
hat is needed for this cure to work?”
She hadn’t seen an Iovan ever blush as deeply as Doc did, while he adjusted the neckline of his jumpsuit repeatedly as he turned such a dark tone of gold he looked almost bronze. “Well, ah…. I think all it would take is an Iovan, a human, preferably of opposite genders, and maybe some privacy. Although I’ve heard your species likes soft music and wine as well.”
Katrina blinked, before her own skin started to redden in understanding. “So what you’re saying is…. Iovans and humans need to have a lot of sex?”
“The sooner the better. While third party immunity can be passed along somewhat, we think that is how your assistant didn’t get sick either, the readings both before and after her physical encounter with Mr. O’Connor indicate that direct contact is necessary for a full cure.”
“How is KC O’Connor?” Henchuk asked, trying to steer the subject towards safer ground. “Has there been any change in his condition?”
“It’s a bit early to tell sir, but his readings over the past hour show no further deterioration of his body. We think he’s actually going to beat the disease.”
“Good. Give those files to Ambassador Cole, along with anything you can think of to convince the humans of your theory. Council, I move that we extend an offer of peace to the humans, and try to…. how shall we say, come together with our enemies?”
It took Katrina a moment to catch the irony in Henchuk’s words, and she raised her head, surprised. Henchuk winked at her, smiling while the rest of the Council voted. It was unanimous, as long as the humans went along with it.
“Now it’s up to me,” Katrina said, pressing the call button on her terminal. She pressed until her thumb ached, before switching to alternating short and long blasts of the button. If the terminal was even activated in Iova City, whoever was within earshot must be going crazy from her buzzer rendition of Beethoven. But nobody picked up.
