Seductive Sands Page 6

by Kim Faulks

“Hi,” said the deep, husky voice and she opened her eyes, expecting to find the flickering flames of Maliks’, instead blue eyes of a stranger stared at her. He smiled and wound his body tighter around her, his naked body. But there was something else that stopped her from screaming and pulling free, it teetered on the edge of her subconscious. Blue eyes, there was something about blue eyes...

The blue eyed stranger mistook her lack of response for a green light and tugged at her clothes in an effort to rid them from her body. She pushed herself up. “Get off me.”

He was either not used to being rejected or didn’t have a clue that she wasn’t joking when she tried to move away from him.

“It’s okay, don’t be shy. I promise to be gentle, the first time,” he said with a sneer and a smile.

His hint of rough sex pushed her over the edge from assertive to downright pissed-off. “I said, get the fuck off me!”

He pulled her backwards as she tried to step away from the bed, pulling on her hands as he tried his best to pull her towards the bed.

She grabbed his thumbs, twisting his hands around until the bones in his wrists ground together and his face flashed with pain as he let go. It was too late, she was scared and pissed off and she just wanted to get away from him, or him away from her.

She stepped to the side bringing her right hand high in the air across her left shoulder and bought the back of her hand down across his collar bone at the front of his chest where his neck met his torso. The slap was loud and she could feel the energy from the force of her strike travel into his body. It was only a second before he crumbled onto the ground before her as the sensitive nerves in the arteries and veins of his neck spasmed. The flutter of his eyes told her that it was a perfect hit, and her Romeo was now having a little snooze.

Music and voices gave her the direction that she needed and she stepped around the snoring mound of flesh and headed towards them.

Malik stood in the center of the room, he looked up at her then quickly looked away in his attempt to hide his eyes that were blazing red, and that was never a good sign. She moved towards them and watched Makkah’s glistening dark hair jerk as she straightened. “I see you have wakened and what of my guard?”

Makkah spoke to her, but Natalie knew her focus was on Malik and she could feel the deadly tension in the air. “He’s asleep.”

She barked a harsh laugh and turned towards her. “Amir doesn’t sleep, Amir fucks!”

“I guess I must have worn him out,” Natalie said, keeping her voice even. She was conscious of her breath and the acid taste in her mouth as fear gnawed at her stomach. She had never been truly terrified in her life, but at this moment she felt as though this was the closest she had ever come.

Makkah left Malik and Natalie had only a second to see the fear in his own eyes as Makkah turned on her. “I do not believe you!”

“Go, see for yourself,” she said, sweeping her hand towards the bed. Makkah looked from the bed back to Natalie and pulled her lips back in a sneer.

“You think I can’t smell them on you? You reek of both of them,” she said, looking back at Malik. “But not so much of the Vampire. What, you still upset with him for killing you, ripping that pretty little throat out?”

Natalie’s palm tingled, it trailed up her arm and she gripped her fist tight. She had never wanted to hit another woman before as much as she wanted to at this moment, but she knew it would only make things worse and by the look on Malik’s face as she walked in, she knew Makkah had already been tormenting him. She would not add to that.

Instead of taking the aggressive approach she tried something different and instead of stepping away from the creature in front of her she stepped forward, until she was almost touching her and said softly, “If you want something Makkah, just ask for it.”

She had never used her body in an overtly sexual way before and as much as it felt uncomfortable doing it, she had to do something.

Makkah stared into her eyes, her need was an animal behind shimmering orbs as she kept herself in check. Her tongue snaked out and slid across her lips. Makkah wanted her, every glance, every breath in this creature screamed of this. But, she was also manipulative and soulless and she tilted her head back, laughing in her face. “You think it is going to be that easy Kaisa? It seems you have forgotten what it was like to be mine.”

Makkah stepped forward so their bodies were pressed hard against each other and reached up to snake her fingers through Natalie’s hair, jerking her head back enough to shock her, but not hard enough to cause her pain. “Do you want to do this again Kaisa? Are you so certain that this time you will want to leave my bed?”

She could see Malik watching her, the red flames in his eyes betraying his own excitement, although Natalie knew he was concerned. How else was she going to get answers from this creature and what would stop her from throwing them out of their camp if she refused?

She had never been with another woman before, but the memories of her Asylia and the night of the All Hallows Eve party resurfaced. She had enjoyed the softer, more delicate touch of the creature, so how hard could it be?

  Chapter 11

She never imagined she was one of those people that thought about another when she was being touched or caressed, but it was hard to allow the touch of Makkah’s lips on hers without imagining the flames of Malik’s eyes, or feeling the force of his body as he thrust into her.

Natalie would do whatever it took to get through this, even if that meant using her body for something other than punching, hitting or kicking someone into oblivion. So she imagined Malik’s hands slide their way down her back and over her the swell of her buttocks to pull her harder into his body. She replaced the soft, smooth, voluptuous body that she felt against her own, with hard muscles and the deep scented muskiness that she knew so well.

She could have had sex with this creature, imagining it was Malik that touched her, tasted her lips with his own, but if she thought that the desire for Alexander and Malik was undeniable, then this creature, this…Goddess Makkah inundated her. As hard as she fought inside for her not to, she wanted her, no it was more than wanted, she needed her and she couldn’t help but cry out with the pure emotion that overcame her.

Makkah’s lips were soft but demanding as they sucked at the lower flesh of her own, she was barely able to stand still and found her own hands trailing along the silken flesh. Her breath tasted like honey as it blew across her face. “Kasia,” murmured the seductress and lowered her head to the opening of Natalie’s shirt. She wanted more…needed more and urged her to go faster without another thought of Malik. It felt so comfortable, so right to be here, to be touched and kissed. All she wanted was Makkah.

Her fingers dug into the soft flesh of Makkah, her hunger for the feel of Makkah’s finger on her and inside her. Makkah, opened her palm and slid it between her legs, lifting her middle finger so that is slipped between the groove of her thighs. She shuddered, as the flesh sizzled with her touch.

Natalie knew the feelings she felt were not all her own, she could feel the want and desire for something that was so familiar to Kasia inside of her and she couldn’t help but want that too. Makkah spread her shirt from her body with her hands as she kissed her way along Natalie’s jaw. She could hardly breathe as Makkah’s hand stopped its rubbing and slipped inside her bra to cup her breast. It was all she could do to hold on. She reached out, winding her hands around Makkah’s waist, pulling her body into her own as she pulled Makkah’s lips back up to her own.

She vaguely felt herself move and she watched Malik float away, or were they floating? The bed knocked against the back of her legs and she felt herself being lowered. Makkah knelt over her, shedding Natalie’s’ shirt from her body. Her body shivered as she felt Makkah’s touch on her breasts and was unable to stop the reaction from her nipples from tightening as the warm breath drifted across the tender flesh.

“I can feel them inside you, both fighting each other. But, I wa
nt you back Kasia, even if that means you will forget your life with them.”

Natalie couldn’t understand what she was saying, who was she to forget? Even as the thought came into her mind she knew there was something important she was missing, but the thought was smothered before it even had a chance to force inside her mind, smothered under the feel of Makkah’s tongue as she circled the brown ridge of her nipple and gently took her breast into her mouth.

She sucked hard, bringing Natalie’s breast deep into her mouth, as her dark hair fanned out around them. Makkah tugged at her pants and Natalie’s skin prickled with the expectation of what was to come. She reached down and tugged her own underwear from her body, eager for Makkah’s mouth to touch her skin.

She looked down, watching the smooth hands run along her legs, slipping between her thighs and opening them wide. The look on Makkah’s face was one of seduction and determination. “I have waited for this for so long Kasia, and I mean to make you mine again.”

She lowered her head, the whisper as she exhaled was soft against tender places. She flicked out her tongue, running along the outer lips of her body and gently sucked. The feeling was incredible, but it wasn’t the place she wanted to feel those lips. She closed her eyes and opened her legs wider, urging her into the place where it caused the breath to catch in her throat.

“Look at me Kasia. Watch me while I make you mine again.”

She opened her eyes and looked down, immediately drawn to the sheen of her Makkah’s lips, moist with her own essence and held that gaze as her mouth found the place where Natalie desperately wanted it to be. Makkah’s tongue reached inside of her, searching for the places where the fire burned, consuming her in a molten wave.

She bucked and thrashed, reaching for that euphoria inside as Makkah’s mouth left between her thighs, trailing their way up her body as she whimpered in protest.

  “Please!”

“Shh, it’s okay. There’s plenty of time,” she said, moving her mouth to her breast. Tiny jolts of electricity shot through her body, trailing in glistening lines from where her mouth left, making its way from one side of her body to the other.

  “Ohhhhhh,” she whispered.

Makkah’s hands circled the warm trails her mouth left and pressed her breast hard into her chest. A jolt of power shuddered into her heart and she cried out, opening her eyes as panic filled her. She was having a heart attack.

“Careful now,” whispered Makkah, leaning close into her. “It will only hurt for a second.”

The pain was shattering, breaking apart her psyche as energy pulsated from Makkah’s hand into her chest and she screamed.

  Chapter 12

She woke to the blaring sun in her eyes and moved in the bed, watching Makkah rise and slip into her robe. She could never be tired of the view of her body and it almost seemed a shame to cover it, even with the silky material.

“Melon, Kasia?” Makkah asked, as if she needed to.

“Of course my love, I have had the same breakfast every day for the past ten years, why do you feel the need to ask this morning?”

“No reason, just checking,” she turned and smiled at her.

Makkah was acting strange this morning and she couldn’t help but feel a sense of dread overcame suddenly her. “Makkah?”

“Yes?” she answered, turning around to face her. Her dark hair flew around her body in fan. She looked the same now as she did when they first met all those years ago, stunning.

She loved this woman, so why was there something missing…something wrong. As hard as she tried, she couldn’t put her finger on the sense of dread that filled her, so she smiled at her lover, her world and said, “Nothing.”

Today there would be exhausting drills and punishing exercises. She felt the need to hurt and would work the men until they shed tears of blood before her. She rolled over and climbed from the bed noticing her clothes were missing. “Where are my clothes?”

Makkah spoke as she picked at the fruit that lay spread out on the tray before her. “I had them repaired and ordered you new ones.”

She couldn’t remember ruining her clothes, but she never argued with Makkah, there would be no point, they were after all only clothes.

The dark curtain moved and the sun took this moment to fill the room. It was only morning and already she could feel the heat. Ghassan entered the tent carrying the clothes she needed. He bowed to Makkah and moved past towards her, he bowed to her, his eyes drifting over her naked body.

He had seen her naked before, all of the men of age had come to her bed, it was what was expected of a leader. She shared her body with all of her soldiers. How could she expect them to fight, bleed and die for her if she did not comfort them when they needed it. “Ghassan, how long has it been since you have come to my bed?”

She was sure it had only been a matter of weeks since he had filled her body with his own, but thinking of it now it could have been longer. He seemed stunned by her question and fumbled as he lay her clothes down before her. “I’m not sure,” he stated looking over at Makkah.

“Why do you look at Makkah when I ask you a question, Ghassan? Why do you not look at me?”

“Ghassan hasn’t been well today Kasia, leave him to rest and tomorrow he will come to you. Won’t you Ghassan?”

“Of course Mistress, I would like nothing better, tomorrow.” He bowed deeply then moved away and the harsh sun cut through the air once more signaling he had gone.

She slipped into her pants, clasping the belt tight against her stomach and ran her hands over her waist and down along her legs. Her body felt different to her, longer, leaner than her own. If she didn’t know any differently she would have thought her body was alien underneath her own thoughts and feelings; if it wasn’t for Makkah’s voice she could have sworn that she was herself ill.

“What is it, my love?” asked Makkah, shaking loose the troubled thoughts from an overactive imagination.

“I’m not sure. I may be catching what is troubling Ghassan. I feel unusual.”

Makkah moved more swiftly than a breath until she stood next to her, her hand raised to her forehead, “You are not fevered, maybe you should rest today?”

She shook her head, she didn’t want to rest; she wanted to fight, to bleed. She wanted to be herself and it was only when she felt as though she couldn’t carry on that she felt most alive. She kissed Makkah on her lips, tasting the remnants of the sweet fig, tied the leather top tight against her breasts and walked out of the tent.

The sun was blinding, but it only took moments for her eyes to adjust and she never lost her stride as she headed for the training tent. The men were already in the middle of their drills, paring up and testing their strength and weaknesses. She knew each and everyone’s. She had been training with these men since arriving here, lost, lonely and so very young.

They stared at her as she entered the tent, the animosity in their gaze was hard to miss. Sakhr stepped in front of her, his massive bulk and razor sharp sword prevented her from going any further. “Step aside Sakhr, unless you are looking for a fight?”

His eyes widened with the mention of his name and looked to the other men for guidance as she stepped into his blade. “Well, what is it to be?” she was in no mood for games today, she felt unattached with herself as it was, she didn’t need her men to turn their back on her. No, not today.

He lowered his blade, which scratched the surface of her skin and her flesh immediately puckered and a line of blood formed.

“Is that how you act towards your leader?” she asked, looking up from her stomach. She spun to the outside of the male, spinning with such force that she was only a blur and picked a blade from the table. It felt good in her hand, weighted perfectly for her palm, like it was just another extension of her hand. She whipped it close into her body and stopped at the precise second, pressing the edge hard into the hollow of his neck. “Do you want to play this game Sakhr? Because I promise if you do, it will be you that will be opened
and it won’t be just a scratch, I will slice you deep and leave you bleed before me.”

He was too frightened to even swallow, the fear clouding his eyes with the sheen of promised tears.

“Remember it was I who saved you from that filthy whore of a mother and it can be I that will deliver your soul back to her and you can reside in hell together.”

The tear that threatened to spill before was blinked away and finally he swallowed as she pressed the blade harder into his throat. Even though the blade dug into his throat he nodded, his eyes never leaving her face.

“Okay, are we good?” she asked before removing the blade from his neck. She could feel the breath rush from his body as he slumped before her. He had never acted like that before with her, he was always the one to stand beside her and he had quickly become one of her favorites, even in the bedroom. “What is this Wasiim? Why are you upset with me, we have never fought like this before. What has gotten into you?”

He looked up into her eyes, searching her face for what she didn’t know, all she could do was to let the knife fall to her feet, while she held out her arms.

“Kasia?” he said, his eyes narrowing.

  “Yes, Sakhr. What is it?”

“You...you...” he spluttered, unable to find the words.

“What is it Sakhr, say something!”

“You haven’t called me that in a long time,” he said, whispering as he stared at her.

“Surely it hasn’t been that long that I’ve called you handsome?” she said, brushing his dark hair from around his neck. He had the most beautiful black curls that seemed to wrap themselves around his neck. He towered over her, although it felt as though something was different, that she had grown or he had become shorter so that she hadn’t far to reach his face as she ran her hand over the mark of the blade and up along his cheek.

It had only been days since she had him in her bed and the feeling of her need overpowered everything at that moment. She pulled him down towards her, slipping her lips along his until he opened his mouth for her.
