“Stop, you play too much.” She hit his arm.
“You still scared of me? Damn, you a grown woman. What you afraid of?”
“I’m not scared of you,” she said in a low voice.
“You ought to be,” he teased.
Faydrah sucked her teeth “Whatever. Come on, I thought you were so hungry.” She wrapped her hand in his and pulled him toward the exit.
Kiam didn’t respond, he was hungry alright but not for food. He was ready to feast on what she had under that skirt.
They walked a few blocks, laughing and talking, and bumping shoulders with the many pedestrians that crowded downtown as she led him to the warehouse district where the good restaurants were. It felt like they were sixteen all over again and had skipped school to hangout. When they arrived at the Blue Point Grille, the city’s best seafood restaurant, he opened the door for her and they walked inside.
“You ate here before?” He looked around.
“Yes. I eat here all the time. Come on.” She walked over to the hostess and requested a table for two.
Once seated, Faydrah flipped through her menu. Kiam picked his up and scanned the different selections. It had been years since he had sat and ordered from a menu and it felt like he was reading a foreign language.
Picking up on his slight insecurity, Faydrah took control. “I got you, baby.”
Kiam just smiled. Faydrah was always very attentive to him and he appreciated that about her.
When the waitress walked over to the table Faydrah ordered for Kiam and herself, keeping in mind that he loved seafood. “The gentleman will have the Shrimp and Scallop Sauté, and I’ll have the Lobster Chicken Pasta.”
“And what will you be drinking today?” asked the young blonde-haired waitress with a toothy smile.
Faydrah glanced back at the menu, then she looked up and replied, “I’ll have a Strawberry Daiquiri.” She looked over at Kiam. “Do you still abstain from alcohol, sir?” She teased.
“I don’t know what I do anymore.” he answered with a slight chuckle. “But I damn sure ain’t gonna sit here and sip on no damn daiquiri.”
Faydrah and the waitress laughed, “Can you bring him a Coke please.”
“Put some Rum in it,” he requested before the waitress left the table.
“So, when did you get home?” Faydrah folded her hands and stared in his eyes.
“I been home a few days.”
“Okay, taking it into consideration that we haven’t been in contact with each other, I’m not upset with you for not finding out where I was your first day home.”
“I didn’t have to find you, you’ve always been right here in my heart.” He tapped his chest.
“Good answer. Now, what are you doing with yourself? What are your plans?”
“I’m not sure yet. I’m just trying to get adjusted.”
“Well, if you need anything just let me know.”
Just as Faydrah was getting ready to ask her next question the waitress came to the table placing their drinks down.
Faydrah grabbed the stem and slid it close to her. Taking the straw, she swirled the whip cream around then brought it to her mouth, closed her eyes and slowly ran her tongue down the length of the straw.
Kiam looked entranced as a bit of enticement rose in his gut. “Damn, maybe I should have gotten one of those.”
Faydrah opened her eyes “This is the bomb. You want to taste it?” She swirled the straw again and slid it toward him to try.
“Nah, I want to sample it from your lips,” he countered in a smooth as butter kind of way.
Faydrah brought it to her mouth and ran it over her tongue. She leaned across table, meeting him halfway, and they their mouths became one.
Faydrah released a faint moan as Kiam greedily kissed her, this time melting under the command of his passion.
A rush of emotions moved through her body like a current.
Pulling back, Faydrah covered her face, allowing her hair to fall forward and shield her eyes. Those almond-shaped windows to her soul threatened to rain tears down her cheeks.
“Many days the memories of your smile and your kindness got me through,” Kiam said as he reached out and gently ran his hand along her cheek. Her skin was as soft as crushed velvet.
“I never stopped thinking about you, Kiam.” Her eyes reverted back to the table, blinking back a cadre of emotions. “I’m sorry I didn’t write or visit. Even though you told me to go on with my life, I should have did something to—”
“Shhh.” Kiam interrupted. “It’s all good. I’m happy that you were able to go forward and become someone.”
“I needed to hear that,” she responded looking up into his eyes. “I never stopped loving you.”
“I know.” he said with understanding that eased the moment.
Just as he pulled his hand away the waitress approached. “Here you go.” She sat the plates down in front of them and the aroma instantly filled their lungs, causing Kiam’s stomach to growl.
“Damn, this look good,” he unwrapped his silverware from the linen.
“It is good,” attested Faydrah, placing her napkin on her lap.
“Do you need anything else?” The waitress smiled politely.
“No, we good. Thank you,” Faydrah answered as she watched Kiam put his fork to work. She savored watching him take his first bite.
Kiam was unable to say a single word. As soon as he sunk his teeth into the shrimp his taste buds exploded. He forked a second one and chewed with delight.
Setting his fork down for a moment, he looked up at Faydrah who was delighted in his enjoyment. “So what you doing for the rest of the day?” He asked.
“You.” Faydrah was now wide open from that kiss.
“So, I don’t have to worry about nobody blowing up your phone, or having to look over my shoulder?”
“No, I have had it on lock for months. I’m willing to give you the key.” She paused. “Or is there somebody I have to worry about?”
“Yeah, there is somebody you have to worry about,” he replied with a smirk on his face. “But, I’ll make him be gentle.”
Faydrah smiled. “You so nasty.”
They talked comfortably back and forth over their meal. The food was delicious and the conversation was even better. They declined dessert, but enjoyed a few rounds of drinks before he paid the tab, called a cab and headed to Kiam’s hotel.
Anticipation…
Kiam opened the door and hit the lights. Faydrah sat her brief case down next to the couch and looked around.
“This is nice,” she complimented, continuing to peruse his temporary pad.
“It’ll work for now.” He located the remote and turned on the radio. Maxwell came through the speakers, crooning lyrics that were perfect for their situation.
I should be crying but I just can’t let it show/ I should be hoping but I can’t stop thinking/ All the things we should have said but we never said/ All the things we should have done but we never did…
Kiam walked over to Faydrah and pulled her close to him. “You’re so beautiful,” he said, moving her hair back so he could look right into her eyes.
“Kiam. I don’t want to be your drunken desire,” Faydrah lightly protested as his hands began to roam all over her body.
“I’m not drunk. I’m in total control. And only what you want to happen is going to happen,” he said, leaning in and kissing her collar bone.
She purred like a kitten. Kiam reached up and ran his hand through her hair. Pulling her head back, he traced the outline of her neck with his tongue. Gently he pulled her blazer off of her shoulders, allowing it to drop to the floor.
Faydrah simply closed her eyes and allowed him to have every part of her. When he unzipped her skirt it fell to the floor effortlessly. She placed her hands on his shoulders and stepped out of it giving him full access. Kiam slowly unbuttoned her shirt and dropped it on top of her skirt and jacket.
Faydrah felt as shy and nervous as t
he little blooming flower that had given him her bud years ago. The difference this time was that she was no young girl. She was all woman. No more baggy jeans and hoodies. Her grown woman was on full display in bra and panties—titties perky and pussy fat.
Kiam’s dick rocked up at the mere sight of her silky skin. It was as if he was seeing her for the first time, and he was pleased with what he saw from head to toe.
“Eyez, you good?”
She nodded her head, unable to speak.
Kiam released one of her breast from the bra. Placing his mouth over her nipple he sucked lightly, sending heat waves through her body.
Clutching him tightly, she leaned in and bit into his neck.
Kiam reached down and lifted her up slightly, fitting her against his waist. Faydrah wrapped her legs around him and held him between her thighs. Her soft breast pressed against his chest as he walked into the bedroom. He laid her down and stripped out of his clothes.
Faydrah looked on as he released his steel from its enclosure. Her eyes widened slightly; he definitely was not the sixteen year old boy she first gave it to. He was a man in every sense of the word.
“I want to feel you,” she whispered while pulling off her panties, allowing him a view of her pretty rose.
“You sure?” He asked, stroking his growing erection to full potential.
“Yes,” she responded, reaching out and pulling him to her.
Kiam slid between her legs and rested his dick at the base of her throbbing opening. Her wetness seeped from her lips, kissing the head of his thick rod. Kiam slid back and forth stimulating her clit, causing her to squirm under him.
“Baby, I’ve missed you so very much,” she whined.
“I missed you too,” he whispered, tracing circles around her pleasure button.
“Let me have it.”
“You want it?” He teased, licking and sucking her breast.
“Yesss,” she moaned.
“Get it,” he responded as he flicked his tongue across her nipple.
Faydrah took him into her hand and brought him to her moist opening. Slowly he entered her inch by inch, breaking down the tension between them. Faydrah inhaled as he went deeper. Her moans began to fill the room as he stroked faster.
Kiam closed his eyes and tried to focus as her grip became hypnotizing. He stroked from side to side, going deeper with every thrust, causing her to tense up and try to escape.
“Kiam,” she moaned as he picked up speed.
“Mmm, yes?”
“Baby, slow down,” she panted.
Kiam held back and began giving it to her slowly. “This how you want it, ma?” His strokes became gentle and her muscles tighten around him.
“Ooh, you feel so good,” she moaned.
“Go ahead baby, cum on this dick.” He steadied his pace as Faydrah pushed the pussy at him so he could hit the spot just right. Her breath quickened as she dug her nails into his back.
“Oh, my god,” she cried out in ecstasy lashing her head from side to side. “Put this fire out.”
“I’ma put it out, baby girl. Damn, your pussy feels so good. This is how you fucked my head up way back then.” He spoke softly in her ear causing her fire to burn more intense. “I used to dream about being inside you again, but even in my dreams it didn’t feel this good.”
Kiam threw her leg over his shoulder and went to work. She was getting ready to feel the hardness and the raw passion of the years that he longed for her.
“Ohhhh…baby, baby, baby,” she cried biting down on her lip.
“You wanted it, now let me get it,” grunted Kiam. He grabbed her other leg and placed it on his other shoulder.
“Yes, get it Kiam. Get it all,” she cried out as he went deeper than she knew existed.
The room was filled with loud moans and the slippery sound of every stroke. Kiam held on as long as he could. When he couldn’t hold on any longer he stroked faster and deeper until he released months of pressure and years of pain. She felt his thick muscle swell up inside of her and spread her wide open just as his hot seeds began to spill out within her buttery cup. Her own love rushed up upon her and caused her back to arch off the bed. “Kiam! Oooohhhh baby, I’m coming!” she screamed.
Kiam kept stroking and his semen flooded her as her body went into pleasurable convulsions. Faydrah’s honey spilled down warm and plentiful on his engorged shaft, and she panted as his strokes induced multiple orgasms from her, one right behind the other. “Oh my god. Oh my god.” She tried to catch her breath.
Releasing her legs he looked down into her face, then placed soft kisses on her lips. “I never stopped loving you,” he whispered.
“I know,” she responded on short wind.”
Laying there between her legs was his refuge, loving her was easy because she made him feel like a man. With her there was no pretense. She didn’t care about the money or the murder, she only saw him.
Faydrah held him tight as he rested against her. Tears ran down the side of her face as she released all the agony of the years she had spent missing him. Through her tears there was happiness; she relished in the pleasure of having him between her thighs.
Kiam was insatiable. Her breathing had barely returned to normal when he flipped her over and began sucking on the back of her neck. In an instant she caught fire again and her legs automatically opened themselves for his desire. She was slippery inside from both of their cum, so he slid right in. “Let me give it to you slow,” he crooned huskily as he nibbled her ear lobe and gave it to her gently.
“Anyway, you want baby, I’m yours.” She submitted her body to his needs.
Kiam took her to the Mountain Top, and then higher. As orgasm after orgasm rocked her inner soul Faydrah felt like she had soared to Heaven. “Come inside me again, fill me with your essence,” she breathlessly moaned.
Once they had exhausted the pleasure of every position possible, they showered and just laid next to each other. Within minutes Faydrah was fast asleep. Kiam watched her as she rested. Tracing his finger along her back and legs, he embraced the silence and cherished the moment he had prayed for nights on end. He lay his head upon his pillow, took a deep breath and began to doze off.
Today was a blessing but tomorrow he was back into killah mode. His only hope was that he never caused Faydrah another day of sorrow or pain.
Chapter 8
The Introduction
Lissha got on the elevator and hit the up button. As she rode in silence her mind turned while processing the meeting that was about to transpire between Kiam and Gator. She had been given the instructions from Big Zo weeks ago to inform Gator of the impending change in command.
Gator definitely wasn’t going to like being stripped of his power, no matter how good the change would be for the family. He was going to take things real personal, then do something about it. Lissha hoped that whatever that something was it wouldn’t be betrayal, because that would get him much more than a demotion. If he bucked on Kiam, that would be just another test of his mettle, and she already knew how that would play out. Gator had proven that he would bust his guns, but was he built to defy Big Zo and go up against his handpicked protégé? That was the million dollar question.
Lissha hadn’t acted on Big Zo’s instructions because she had decided to wait until Kiam was on the scene, to feel him out for herself. The fate of that decision would soon be revealed.
Exiting the elevator she quickly put on her game face. After about five knocks Kiam still hadn’t come to the door. She pulled out her cell phone and dialed the number to his room. After three rings the door came open. The mood was calm and Kiam had a semi-smile on his face.
Lissha looked at him with her nose scrunched up. “What you doing? Why it took you so long to let me in?” She looked around the room with a caution.
Kiam didn’t have to reply because Faydrah emerged from the bedroom answering the question with her presence; she was wearing a three piece business suit and a wide smile.
&
nbsp; “So, will I see you later?” she shyly asked as she leaned in and kissed him sweetly.
“You can see whatever you want, whenever you want.”
“Time will tell.” She leaned over and grabbed her brief case. “Enjoy your day.” She flashed him a look that confirmed that he had handled his business. She looked at Lissha and held her gaze briefly before walking past her as if she wasn’t there.
Kiam walked behind Faydrah. At the door he tapped her butt lightly. “Be good,” he warned.
She looked back over her shoulder at him, then preceded out the door. No response was necessary, her body language told the whole story.
Kiam looked on until she disappeared. Lissha stood back watching the interaction between the two and a bit of jealousy brewed within.
“You ready to take care of this business?” Kiam’s demeanor altered.
Seized by unexpected feelings of envy, Lissha delayed feedback, but her hustle mentality quickly resumed. “I was born ready.
Get ya shit and let’s roll.”
Kiam picked up on her slight attitude, chuckled as he positioned his gun and collected his thoughts. “Why you acting all salty?” He toyed with her.
“What?” Lissha folded her arms and shifted her weight. “We got shit to do and you all late, up here fucking around with these ho’s.” She avoided eye contact as she headed for the door.
Kiam’s suspicions were confirmed. “You want me to smack your ass too? Maybe that will help you get your shit right.” He followed Lissha to the elevators.
“I don’t think so,” she replied with heavy sarcasm and sucked her teeth.
Emerging from the lobby of the hotel, Lissha handed the valet her ticket and he hurried off to get the car.
“I’m driving,” Kiam yelled out as he came up behind her, ducking his head against a suddenly cool spring wind that came off of Lake Erie.
“What makes you think you’re driving my shit?” Lissha tossed her long brown hair over her shoulder and gave him the side-eye as she stepped to her silver 2012 Lexus LFA.
Kiam didn’t even answer. He opened the passenger side door for her, then headed to the driver’s side. The young valet rushed up and gave Kiam the car keys. Lissha accepted that the issue was not up for negotiation. Kiam was driving and that was it.
