Haven thought her heart would burst, surely jump out of her chest, with love for them both, but also with the immense desire they always managed to wake in her.

“Rascal,” Josias said. “Well, Isan, guess we’re helping to expand the population on Anat. And from now on, little mother here will stay home.”
“No bloody way in hell will I stay home,” Haven said. “Are you rested yet? I’d like to continue baptizing our new home. We can try out the other rooms, the living room tonight after you get the fireplace going, the bathrooms, and—”
“Our new greenhouse?” Isan said, grinning.
She felt like purring, she was so satisfied and happy. Her parents had decided to join them on Anat, she was expecting twins and she had two wonderful husbands. What more could a girl ask for?
