The Bridal Hunt Page 17

by Lynn, Jeanette

Kirch and Bia slammed into the house, growling at each other when they took in the scene at the kitchen table.

Kirch tossed Bia out of the way and yanked a still pumping Veck off of me.

  "Kirch, you can't expect me..."

"Meanie no talk!" he snarled as he flipped me over and gripped my legs, sliding my ass to the end of the table.

He pulled my boots and pants off, tossing them over his shoulder.

He loomed over me and gripped his shaft, his bright yellow eyes full of untamed passion as he pumped himself in his hand and teased my nether lips with the head of his cock.

I tried to wiggle around to get him inside of me, where I wanted him most, but he slapped me on the ass for my efforts and growled at me.

Veck yanked Kirch back and put him in a headlock.

He started snarling at him in Lo denaii, pissed at Kirch for interrupting us.

Bia scooped me up and stepped over them, tossing me on the bed, following me right after as he pounced on top of me.

He kissed me hard as he entered me immediately, slamming into me with short deep thrusts, grinding himself into me.

"I love it when you do that," I panted, my nails digging into his back as I gripped him tightly.

He rolled us over and pumped up into me, not breaking our intimate connection as he effortlessly switched places.

"I love you." He smiled at me sweetly, his hands reaching up to softly pluck at my nipples.

"I love you too." I returned his smile, but it turned into a moan as Bia thrust up and rubbed me just right, his cock rubbing up against that special spot deep inside of me that makes me see stars.

Kirch came up behind me, hot and hard as he laid his erection against the crease of my bottom.

  "Kirch, I don't think...”

"Meanie give Kirch. Kirch fit," he said adamantly.

"No, really. I don't think... Eep!"

I jumped when I felt something cool massage over my tight puckered hole.

"What is that?" I asked as it started to feel tingly and warm wherever he rubbed it in.

Kirch said something, but it wasn't in English, so I had no idea what it was.

"It's a plant we use to sooth sore muscles," Bia explained as he pumped up into me again and tugged a little on my nipples.

I moaned and wiggled as he distracted me.

I felt Kirch, hot and hard, pushing into my tight rosette slowly, so slowly, as my body tried to accommodate for his girth.

I bit my lip to stifle a whimper as he worked himself in, panting harshly behind me as he tried to get himself completely past my tight outer ring.

"Meanie so tight," he said heavily, kissing my neck and shoulders, switching to his own language as he murmured sweetly and tried to take things carefully.

His hands were rubbing over my hips, gripping and releasing them as he went all the way to the hilt, then slowly started to pump in and out in time with Bia.

I looked up and saw Veck stroking himself as he stared into my eyes.

I crooked my finger and motioned for him to join us.

He climbed up and I gripped his cock, motioning for him to come closer so I could reach him better.

I took him into my mouth and moaned around his thick throbbing shaft as Bia and Kirch became more ardent, groaning simultaneously when I tightened my inner muscles around them, squeezing them both as hard as I could.

Kirch slapped my ass warningly and bit my neck.

My pussy involuntarily clamped down on them both again at the pleasure/pain of his love bite and I sucked harder on Veck, swirling my tongue around his pulsing shaft, relishing the salty sweet taste that's uniquely his, mixed in with my own juices from a little bit ago, as he gently cupped the back of my head and urged me on, his hips jerking ever so often to let me know how much he was enjoying my efforts.

It didn’t take long before Veck let out a choked cry, spilling his seed down my throat.

I licked him clean, swallowing every last drop, not releasing him until he'd started to soften. I looked up at him wickedly as his shaft slipped limply from between my lips.

I gave the head one last, slow lick.

Purring contentedly, he leaned down and kissed me, tasting himself on my lips as his tongue snuck in to swipe at mine.

Kirch and Bia growled at Veck and both of them pushed him away.

Bia latched on to my lips and Kirch latched back on to my neck.

I thrashed around restlessly, impaled on them both, trying hard to move around without possibly dislodging someone.

Veck's hand snuck between me and Bia, his thumb mashing down on my clit, so it rubbed me against Bia with every thrust.

Veck yanked Bia's head back and latched onto my nipple, harsh tugging pulls on my breast that had me screaming as I exploded, black spots dancing in my vision as sexual euphoria swept through me and my body pulsed, bursting with pleasure, my sheath quivering in the aftermath of such sweet ecstasy.

Kirch growled his pleasure, coming deep inside my forbidden depths as Bia shouted my name and filled my still throbbing sex with his willing seed.

I giggled suddenly, sated and happy as I lay sandwiched between my two very virile mates.

Kirch nipped my shoulder, purring his happiness against my back as he rested his cheek on the very top of my spine for a moment.

"What make Meanie laugh?" he asked as he lifted himself up from his sated slump.

He was careful as he pulled the rest of the way out of me slowly, placing kisses along my back, then hopping up to wash off and grab me a cloth as well.

Bia rolled over with me, laying us on our sides, Veck on my other side as Bia's sated cock slipped from my depths.

Kirch crawled up between my thighs and I went to take the cloth he held aloft from him.

He pushed my hands away and gently, but methodically, cleaned me off.

"What make Meanie laugh?" he asked again.

"It worked," I said sighing happily, snuggling between Bia and Veck.

"What worked?" Bia asked, playing with a strand of my hair.

"My plan to get you all to seduce me." I laughed, smug, my arms behind my head, smiling in satisfaction.

"Meanie tricked Kirch?" Kirch asked frowning at me.

"You didn't really think I was going to let you leave me alone for nine months, did you?"

"Meanie little body, big spirit," Veck chuckled, reaching over to cup my breast.

I ran my fingers over his chest, tracing the muscles along his abdomen, following it up to his pecs, then circling around his nipple to pinch it teasingly.

"Meanie bad mate," he purred, then dipped his head, licking my nipple.

"Yes," I agreed eagerly, "Very bad. You should punish me."

I felt Kirch's hot breath fan over my nether lips and I shivered in anticipation.

"This might take a while," Bia warned, right before turning my face towards his, capturing my lips.

It was a long while before we talked anymore and I must say that I was thoroughly punished.

Now what can a gal do to get in trouble again?

  Chapter 19

"I still don't see why you have to go check," I grumbled as Veck kissed me.

"Veck, Tarnk, Detret and Kirch are our best trackers, my sweet. If anyone could find who hurt Tarnk, it’s them," Bia assured me.

"Shot," I corrected him, "Whoever shot Tarnk."

Kirch chuckled and pulled me in for a big hug.

"Meanie no worry. Kirch watch Veck for Meanie."

Veck snorted, unaffected by Kirch's jab.

"You're both old," I added helpfully, smirking, "Maybe you should watch out for each other."

Kirch growled against my lips and gave me a quick, hard kiss.

"Be good, Meanie. Kirch be back."

I sat down in Bia's lap, my nerves on edge as they grabbed everything they'd need and headed out.

Weapons, they’re taking weapons… that’s good, right? But is it enough against a gun…?

  They
were ready to find out who was wreaking havoc on their otherwise peaceful little village.

Aside from the whole bride snatching thing, of course.

  Can't forget that.

Last night was the last straw for everyone when someone started firing off shots from somewhere in the woods.

Whoever was responsible was close enough that everyone heard the shots fire off, loud and clear.

So, now I'm sitting here, the following night, watching as two of my mates trek off into the wilderness to hunt down a gun happy idiot.

At least I hope there's only one gun toting idiot.

  I bit my lip.

"Mina, my sweet," Bia said warmly, "You worry too much. They'll be fine." He kissed my forehead and cuddled me close.

  "Promise?”

  "I promise."

He turned me around enough in his lap to kiss me properly, rubbing my back soothingly as he whispered calming reassurances.

Things started to get a little heated, our simple kiss quickly escalating, but someone knocked on the door, completely interrupting us.

I jumped, yelping, both from surprise and the over all jitters.

"Are we expecting someone?" I raised my brows in question.

"Not me," Bia grumbled, pulling away from me reluctantly to go answer the door.

Berkr walked in and set a bunch of weapons on the table.

"Uhhhmm.... what are you doing?" I asked eyeing all the pointy looking things he had laid out on the table like a weaponry buffet.

"Kirch want Berkr watch over Meanie and runt," he said simply.

  "Runt?" Bia asked irritated.

I crossed my arms over my chest.

Looks like I'm going to have to maim Kirch later if he makes it back unharmed.

"While we appreciate the gesture, I think Bia is quite capable of protecting me all by himself."

I glared at Berkr and he suddenly smiled, a huge smile full of sharp white teeth.

He chuckled a little and sat down in a chair at the table, picking up a stone, then proceeding to sharpen a huge knife with it.

"Berkr take it back. Veck right. Meanie little body, big spirit."

Bia grabbed me when I growled and went to launch myself at Berkr.

He toted me towards the bed, laughing a little as I promised all sorts of retribution if Berkr was ever stupid enough to insult one of my mates in front of me again. ...or ever mock me so openly.

"Technically, he just complimented you," Bia said with a chuckle.

"No, he didn't! It's mean the way he says it!" I growled indignantly.

Bia nuzzled my face and wrapped his arms around me.

His erection brushed up against my inner thigh and I pulled away enough to look him sternly in the eye.

"None of that is going down while he's in here, so don't get any funny ideas!"

Berkr glanced over at us interestedly and I gave him the evil eye.

"Mind your own business, you busy body," I snapped at him.

He grinned and winked, chuckling when Bia growled at him in warning.

"You are absolutely right, my sweet." He pulled the covers up and over me. "I already have to share you with two imbeciles, why add another one."

Berkr snorted, but otherwise didn't react, happily sharpening his knives and assorted instruments of torture at the table, acting as if he didn't have a care in the world.

"Aren't you going to come too," I asked gesturing for him to join me.

"God, I wish," he muttered, then gave me a smirk, letting me know he'd meant what he'd implied.

I giggled and gave him a quick kiss.

"Rest. I want to stay up and keep an eye on things. Make sure you don't accidentally end up with another mate if Berkr's toes get cold and he thinks he can hop in and warm them with my woman."

"Meanie too many mates. Berkr no share Berkr's mate. Berkr mate Berkr's only."

"Yeah, that's what they all say," I muttered under my breath.

Bia grinned, confirming he'd heard me and joined Berkr at the table, helping him sharpen his assortment, trading insults back and forth with him as they ribbed each other good naturedly.

As worried as I am about Veck and Kirch, I’m also exhausted.

My eyes closed sleepily, the heaviness in my lids outweighing my stubbornness.

  I fell asleep almost instantly.

  ****

  "Mina. Mina, wake up, love."

  "Hmmm?" I murmured sleepily.

"There's a fire. We need to move. It's headed our way."

"A fire!" I said popping up, trying to clear my sleep hazy head.

Berkr was waiting with the door open, weapons over his shoulder in a large sack.

We hurried out and I gasped as I saw the flames a few huts down, fire licking at everything angrily as it spread quickly.

  "Oh, my god! What happened?"

Bia propelled me towards a large group of women all huddled together.

I saw Dorothy and expelled a little breath of relief.

"Stay here, where it's safe. I'm going to see if I can help put out the fire."

I nodded my head that I understood and walked over to Dorothy.

  "What happened?"

"I don't know... that's Mern's hut, but he's on the hunt. Maybe he left a candle lit," she said as much at a loss as I am.

It was freezing outside and I huddled more under my furs, clutching them to me tightly for warmth.

Snow started to fall in fat flakes around us, blanketing the ground and the burning hut, helping the men out a little with the fire when it started to blizzard suddenly with a vengeance.

"Come on," Dorothy tugged on my arm gently, "let's go to my house. We can't stand out here in this, it’ll be the death of us." She gestured at the men. "They were made for this kind of weather, not us."

We all started walking as a group towards the promise of a warm, dry, place.

The hairs along the back of my neck pricked and I shivered.

I glanced around uneasily, scanning the area to find the source of my odd discomfort.

I couldn't see anything, but that didn't make me feel any better.

The woods look downright creepy this late at night.

I picked up my pace and made sure I stayed with the group.

I finally let out a sigh of relief once everyone got settled in and warmed up at Dorothy's.

The uneasiness I'd experienced earlier had dissipated now, making me feel a little silly for letting my imagination run wild with me like that the way it did.

  ****

"They should be back by now, shouldn't they?" I asked as I cleared the breakfast dishes off the table.

Berkr let out a happy sigh and patted his full stomach.

  He'd better be full.

He eats more than Kirch and Veck combined!

Berkr tried to put his feet up on the table, but I pushed them off and looked at him warningly.

He grumbled under his breath at me, but didn't try to put them back up.

Bia shook all the water jugs by the counter, checking to see how many full ones we had left. They all sounded empty.

Since we were obviously getting low, Bia grabbed up an empty jug to refill with water and walked over to me.

"This is normal. They're fine. Don't worry so much, it's not good for the babies." He gave me a reassuring smile.

"But the fire and Tarnk getting shot... I can't help it! What if...”

"Shhh. Too entirely different things." He put a finger up to my lips, already catching on to my particular train of thought.

  "But what if..."

"Nope. No more," he said sternly.

  "Well it cou…"

  "Mina," he warned.

My usually laid back Bia is getting upset with me...

Okay, okay! So maybe he does have a point... I am sounding a bit like a conspiracy theorist...

Paranoid much, Mina? I asked myself.

Maybe I do need to back down... just this once, of course... don't want him to think I'm gettin
g soft or anything, I thought, snorting at myself.

I sighed unhappily, but resigned myself to really trying not to worry.

Kirch and Veck are used to these woods... they are hunters after all... I trust them to be careful.

  They aren't dummies, not really.

I smiled at Bia reassuringly, letting him know, without words, that I would try to chill out.

He grinned at me and flicked the end of my nose playfully.

"I'll be back," Bia announced and kissed me lingeringly. "Be good, my sweet," he murmured against my lips.

"Aren't I always?" I quipped saucily, my grin matching my statement.

  "Why yes you are. I..."

"Ugh! Berkr just ate. No kissy kissy. Bia get water. Bia not gone forever, Meanie," he said exasperated, rolling his eyes at us.

I grinned at Bia and gave him a noisy kiss, laughing when Berkr had enough of our public display of affection and turned his back on us.

  Chapter 20

I'd just finished putting the dishes on the shelf when the front door opened. I turned to ask Bia if he could take me to Dorothy's in a bit.

I had some things I wanted to ask her about the stupid wood fueled oven I kept burning every other thing I tried to bake in it.

The very last dish was in my hand as I rubbed it vigorously to dry it, too impatient to let it dry in the drying bin before I put it away.

A man walked in and closed the door quietly behind him, glancing around quickly to take inventory of the room.

He had a gun held tightly in his left hand and a backpack slung over his shoulders. There was a ski mask over his head.

The gunman was definitely a he, his masculine frame obvious, even through the warm winter clothes he was wearing.

I dropped the dish I was holding, frozen in place as it fell at my feet and shattered all around me.

Berkr looked over his shoulder, frowning as he took in the look of utter horror flitting across my face.

The man raised the gun and aimed it Berkr.

"NO!" I shouted when it looked like he was going to shoot, "Please! Don't shoot!"

The man paused and Berkr finally noticed him.

He crouched down like he was going to attack, snarling in rage at the intruder.

The man cocked the gun back and Berkr froze.
