Her smile disappeared and she pushed him back. “Favor? What favor?”
“Nothing big, I just need a place to squat while we’re out here today. I’ve got my cousin and her friends with me, they’re from out of town. I wanted to take them to the rides before going to Desi’s party.”
Her hands went back to her hips. “Uh-huh, and what the hell do I look like? The damn Holiday Inn? I swear, Tony...” She pushed him again and walked away.
He grabbed her arm, stopping her. “Wait, wait, wait. Come on, Rita, don’t be like that. I came to spend time with you and show my cousin a good time. Can‘t I do both?”
She let him hold her arm and twisted her lips. “Your cousin, huh? Not some stinking ass play cousin, right?”
He pulled her close and kissed her lightly. “Come on girl, you know better than that. You‘re my baby girl, you know I wouldn’t lie to you.” He kissed her again.
“Rita, I need your help,” he whined.
She sighed, then smiled, pulling him to the stairs. “Well, if we go now, we can do it real quick and…”
“Hey now, wait, wait, wait.” He pulled her into his arms. “You know I’d like nothing better than to take you upstairs and wear that ass out, but they’re out in the car. Look, I promise, I’ll tear that pussy up…later.”
He grabbed her braids, pulling her head back. Bearing her neck, he licked and sucked at it as he squeezed her butt hard.
“I promise,” he whispered and licked her ear.
“Mmm…”
He turned to leave, and she pulled him back. “What’s up?”
“You’re going to have to do better than that if you want my help, Tony. You know, something to look forward too.”
He smiled and pushed her back against the wall sliding his hand down her shorts.
Finding her moist and ready, his smile widened.
“Yeah, baby girl. I guess I could give you a little something, something until later.”
He worked his finger in and out of her and used his other hand to stop her from sliding down the wall.
She moaned deeply as her head fell back on the wall.
“You like that, huh?” he said in her ear and fingered her faster.
“Mmm hmm.”
“Well, how about this, then?”
He moved his free hand to her breast. Freeing it he pressed his wet tongue to the nipple.
“As much as I want to hit each base, I don’t have that kind of time, so let’s go forget the bases and go straight to the home run.”
He dropped to his knees yanking down her shorts and panties in one pull.
“Oh, I remember you,” he said to the bush tickling his nose.
Taking a deep sniff he parted her lower lips and started licking. Shortly afterwards the walls rang with Rita’s cries of ecstasy. Smiling to himself, he kissed her cheek and walked in the bathroom.

“Ok, this is taking too long. He can’t get us in.”
“This is taking forever. Can’t we just put our stuff in the lockers at this beach?”
“No, Chica it’s not like that.” She chuckled. “We’re talking about a real beach. Sand, rocks, horizon…”
“Look guys, there’s Tony.”
Opal and Debbie turned to see Tony signaling them from the doorway.
“It’s about time, too. Come on ya’ll.”
Rita was perky and chipper as Tony made quick introductions. She then walked them to the boardwalk.
Tony walked them along the boardwalk toward Dino’s amusement park. He detoured to the pier, where they saw jugglers, magicians and card sharks playing 3-card Monty amongst the fisherman and other people who were crabbing. Wide-eyed from excitement, they followed him, asking questions and enjoying the beautiful ocean view. He continued down the boardwalk to the park, where they were taken over with childish glee. They dragged him from ride to ride, stopping to play every game in between and stuffed his arms with all the prizes they won, giggling the whole time.
Hours later, full of pink and blue cotton candy, ice cream and Nathan’s hot dogs, they sat on the boardwalk, watching the sun disappear on the horizon. With a satisfying sigh and smile, they gathered all the stuffed animals, tee shirts and pictures and walked back to Rita’s house.
“It’s about damn time!” Rita screamed, snatching the door open. “Fuckin’ Desi’s called here a hundred times wondering if you were coming, Tony. Why’d you turn off your phone?”
The girls walked in behind him as he walked to the living room and dumped an armful of stuff onto the couch.
“Sorry, man. It was their first time to Coney Island, you know. They wanted to ride everything in sight and I mean everything. I had to pull them off the kiddie rides. Besides, it would’ve been a little hard for me to talk on my phone while I was getting all wet going down the water flume or going damn near upside down on the damn Cyclone.” He sat heavily on the couch.
“Whatever, man.” She chuckled. “You guys can use my room to change, it’s up the stairs on the left. Tony you’re going to have to use the bathroom down here.”
Laughing and talking excitedly, the girls went upstairs and Tony grabbed his bag and headed to the bathroom, but Rita stopped him.
“What’s up?”
She moved up close to him. “You said you’d take care of me later. It’s later.”
“Come on, girl, you know I got you, but…”
She moved closer and touched his lips. “No, now.”
“Now? Rita, baby, you don’t want a quickie. You want me to take my time and give it to you the way you like it.” He slid his fingers down her face. “Don’t you?”
She caught his hand. “Yeah, I do.” She slid his hand down her stomach, into her bathing suit. “But I’ll take a quickie.”
He forced himself to smile, swallowing his sigh and backed her up roughly to the wall again. Pushing his finger into her moist vagina, for the second time in one day, he slid her top over her head and attached himself to her exposed nipple, sucking vigorously.
“Oh shit!” she breathed out.
Removing his hand from her breast, he clamped it over her mouth and used the other to remove his already hardening member, and then pushed it roughly into her. A loud moan died behind his hand, as his thrust lifted her off her feet. He continued sucking and thrusting, faster and faster, and very soon another loud, but muffled moan escaped through his fingers.
The laughter and chatter returned upstairs, interrupting her orgasm. Tony backed up quickly and walked into the bathroom.
She fixed her bathing suit, shakily, just as Debbie came around the corner.
“Hey, Rita. Is Tony still changing?”
“Hmm, what?”
She looked at the twins then back to her. “Are you ok?”
“Mmm, hmm, I’m cool.” She staggered slowly to the couch, reaching for her sarong and sat down.
The twins sat on both sides of her, while Debbie stood, tapping her foot.
“Are you sure you’re alright? You look…”
“You look flushed, girl,” Opal interjected, laughing.
“Uh-huh, you sure do and it ain’t no ‘I feel sick’ kind of flush, either. We weren’t gone that long, Rita. What have you and my cousin been doing down here?”
“Oooo…”
Rita giggled. “Girl, you don’t need a lot of time when you’ve got skill and, trust me, girlfriend, your cousin is full of skill.”
“How long you and my cousin been kicking it like that?”
“Like what? No one kicks it like that with Tony. You’re just happy to be penciled in. Uh-uh girl, we’re just friends. Now shush, here he comes.” She tied the sarong around her waist.
Tony burst through the door all smiles. “So, we’re all ready? Well then let’s go, the party awaits.”
Together they walked down the block to the boardwalk and followed it the opposite way to its end. Soon they could see a garbage can burning in the dark that signaled where the party was. The closer they g
ot the more they could smell the food cooking and hear the music getting louder and voices becoming clearer.
“My man! It’s about time,” Rock said cheerfully, toasting the air with his bottle of beer.
“What up, Rock?” Tony walked to him and slapped him five. “Where’s Desi?”
“On the grill, man, as usual. Go speak, I’ll watch your girls.”
“Hi, Rock. Long time no see.”
The joy left his voice. “What’s up, Rita? How you doing?”
“I’m cool.” She looked at the girls. “I’ll see you guys later.”
Debbie watched her leave and moved next to Rock. “Hmm, I sense a history there.”
“None worth telling,” he said dismissively. Gulping at his beer, he looked her up and down and then gave her his best smile. “Now, let’s check you out in this little black bikini of yours.” He twirled her around. “Mmm, hmm, and you sure are wearing it well, too. Everything where it needs to be and no overflow anywhere.” He chuckled and looked to the twins. “And lookie here, lookie here. I feel like I’m in a Double Mint commercial. I got double the beauty over here.”
The twins looked at each other and then to Debbie and they all laughed.
He sipped his beer again. “What? Too corny?”
“No, that’s the name of our shop.”
“What shop?”
“Never mind.”
“Here they are, Desi. This is my cousin, Debbie and her friends, Opal and Pearl. Guys, this is Desi.”
“Hi, Desi.”
“Hi,” Opal and Debbie said together.
“How you doing, ladies? Come meet my peeps.”
As she led them back through the crowd, Opal and Debbie slowed their pace behind her.
“Is Desi a girl or a guy?” Debbie whispered to Opal.
“Oh, it's a girl alright, even though she's trying to hide them big titties under that super large tee shirt.”
“Are you sure? The shorts make it look like she might be packing something large in there. That’s why I thought she might be a he.”
She snickered under her breath. “No, I think they're just big and baggy.”
“She's too pretty to be a guy. I like her hazel eyes.”
“Yeah right, you can buy those eyes at any Chinese shop now-a-days. How many pretty guys do we know that hang out with Sean? They have the pretty eyes, and the same long braided hair, going back in a the same zigzag style, just like Desi's.”
“Ok, I’ll give you that. But how can we be sure? I couldn‘t even tell by Desi’s voice.”
“Hmm, let's wait until she gets her drink on and we'll grope her to make sure,” she said with a laugh.
Debbie nodded, giggling, and they walked faster to catch up to Desi and Pearl.
“You know you were wrong for bringing Rita with you, man,” Rock said and took a swig from his beer.
“She was invited, man, I couldn’t stop her. I know you still ain’t trippin’ on what you and Rita had? That shit’s dead, man, been dead, for a long time.”
“I know that, man, but it still bugs me sometimes, just seeing her, you know?”
“Come on, Rock, let it go.”
He nodded. “Yeah. You still hittin’ it?”
He shrugged. “Not really, just every now and then. Had to break her off a little something just to squat at her crib today. Gotta give a little something to get something from Rita. You know that.”
He nodded again and took another sip from his bottle. “Yeah, that’s always been her problem.”
They caught up to Desi as she introduced the girls to her family and friends. She passed them another drink and they mingled, swam, ate and partied. Close to 3am the police showed up to shut down the party, ending their first beach party experience.
Chapter10
Maria walked into the kitchen and greeted her aunt and uncle affectionately before going up stairs.
“Ay, Mommie, I can’t believe you’re still in the bed at this hour. It’s a brand new day already.” She pushed Debbie’s feet over and plopped down at the foot of the bed.
“Go away,” she groaned into her pillow.
“Come on, baby, we’re going shopping. I always feel better after shopping, no matter what the problem is.”
“You hated shopping when we were kids.” She turned over hugging the pillow.
“Well, if you get up, you will see that a lot of things have changed since we were kids.” She pushed her feet again and walked to the head of the bed.
She sat up groaning and rubbing her eyes. “Holy shit! Maria is that really you?”
“That’s right, baby. Check it out!”
Maria did a slow pirouette showing off her voluptuous figure in a fitted, sky blue slip dress that had a long slit in front.
“Wow! Maria, you look great. How’d you do it? I mean, when we were kids you were, well, umm…”
“Fat, girl, just say it. I was fat. I ain’t trippin’,” she said, chuckling, and sat back down.
“Well, yeah. What happened?”
“Girl, I just got tired of being the fat girl in the crew. The guys was always saying shit like, ‘oh, baby, you’re so pretty, if only you wasn’t so fat’. I didn’t have my first real boyfriend until I was over 20. The crazy looking dude in the crew who liked the big girls. So, I figured if I wasn’t happy with my weight I’d have to get off my fat ass and do something about it.”
“Wow. That took a lot of heart, girl. Did it take a long time?”
“Girl, hell, yeah. The whole four years I was in college.”
“So how’d you do it?”
“Well, as I found out, like most students in college I had to choose between eating and brand new books.” She chuckled. “And since fruits and veggies put less stress on your pocketbook, and so do used books, it was easier to lose the weight than I thought. Besides, baby, the used books had loads of highlighted passages and notes written on the pages that helped me on a lot of tests.”
She chuckled. “Well, I know you didn’t go vegetarian on me, plus you were a die hard chocoholic, that much I do remember. So how’d you do it?”
“Girl please, it wasn’t that deep for me. I just walked.”
“You walked?”
“Yup, I walked for about an hour a day until it came off. I just wanted to be a size 10 and look good wearing it, not starve myself to death. Besides giving up chocolate and meat together would’ve turned me to the dark side of the force.” She laughed and smacked her leg lightly. “Now, get your ass up so you and your girls can get ready. I’m starving.” She chuckled as she left the room.
Debbie dragged herself out of bed and down the hall to the twins to find them already in motion. A short while later they were ready and met Maria down stairs.
She took them to Chinatown for shopping, lunch and sightseeing. After Chinatown they went to downtown Brooklyn for more shopping then back to Queens. When they arrived there were three cars in the driveway, blocking their way. Coming through the door, arms overflowing with packages, several women came from the kitchen to help them. Throwing the bags down, Debbie greeted her other cousins with hugs and laughter as they helped her and the twins upstairs.
“Ay, mommie, this is so cute. You’re gonna knock ‘em dead when you go back to Iowa,” a dark-haired girl, looking a like a female Tony said, holding up a red satin dress she had gotten from Chinatown.
“Damn, Lucky, it ain’t Iowa. It’s Illinois,” another cousin with Debbie’s cinnamon brown hair said, leaning back on the bed, laughing.
“No, Carmen, you’re both wrong. It’s Indiana,” Debbie said, laughing.
“Hey Deb, why not ask your cousins what to do about Rakim?” Opal said, dumping another bag onto the bed so her cousins could look through it.
“No, Chica, let’s not and say we did.” She took the dress Lucky held against her and packed it away.
“Who’s Rakim?” she asked, picking up another dress.
“No one special. Just a guy we went to school with.”
<
br /> “Come on, girl, spit it out. There’s more to it than that. I know it is. Who is Rakim, really?” Maria said leaning on the window.
“I told you. No one special.”
“Oh come on, Deb. You ain’t been here in years. What kind of cousin denies her people some real gossip when the last gossip we talked about was back when Louisa kissed a boy for the first time?” She laughed.
Louisa, a tall, coke bottle shaped, bottle blonde, moved next to Opal. “Hey, don’t put me in this and stop your whining. She’ll tell us, we’ve got her twins on our side.”
She leaned over and nudged Opal.
“Whatever, Louisa, and we are not her twins,” she said with a chuckle. “Pearl, help me out here.”
“I don’t mind, I love this. It’s like having a house full of sisters. Go ahead and tell them, Debbie.” She smiled crossing her legs in front her.
“Oh, you think this is cool, huh?” She watched Pearl nod, her smile growing.
“Ok, I’ll tell them about Rakim and then you’ll tell them about Jake.”
Pearl’s smile faded.
“Ooo, another one, Jake.”
“Umm…”
“Oh, now it’s umm?”
Opal laughed and the cousins turned to her. “Hey, I’m cool. I’ve already decided to keep Doug.” She pointed between Pearl and Debbie. “It’s those two who have the issues.”
“Come on, Debbie, spit it out,” said another cousin, Margie, a short, almost brown skinned, petite brunette with short spiky hair, as she moved to sit on the desk.
“Alright, alright.” She closed the suitcase and sat in the chair at the desk. “He’s this guy I knew back in high school.”
Her cousins sat quietly staring at her, then looked at the twins, who were trying not to laugh, then back at her with their lips twisted.
“Come on, man,” Carmen said, bouncing on the bed next to Lucky. “Quit stalling and tell us.”
“Ok, ok.” She chuckled. “He was slime back then. You know the type. He fucked everybody he came across. They even wrote about him on the bathroom walls.”
“So he played, they all do. Is he still a player?” Carmen asked.
She shrugged. “I don’t know.”
