“No. Not one single item of clothing.”
She shook her head as she walked to the bathroom and came back carrying her hair brush.
“I just packed what I thought would fit me seeing that half the clothes I own right now do not fit me right now.”
“So, you took the entire closet?” he asked and she shrugged.
“Not really. Just the free size dresses and tops.”
He smiled and looked down at her tummy.
“You are beginning to show,” he said and she smiled.
“Yeah, thanks to my being plus size, I got to hold on to the secret just a little longer.” She gently put a hand on her tummy and smiled. “I wonder what we are going to get.”
“Well, if someone would hurry up, we could find out in the next fifteen minutes.”
Trina smiled and nodded.
“Fine.” She sat on the suitcase and looked at him. “Some help, please?”
He walked up to where she was and took her hands in his before pulling her to her feet.
“What are you doing?” she asked.
“Packing for you,” he said before he opened the suitcase. He looked at it for a few minutes before he walked to the closet and came back with a travel bag.
“That will never be enough,” she said and he laughed.
“Oh, trust me,” he started as he tossed a few dresses and underwear in the bag before he stashed her toiletries bag and a pair of sandals. “It will.”
He zipped up the bag and smiled at her.
“That’s it?” she asked and he nodded. He grabbed his own bag and walked to the door.
“That’s it. Now, let’s go.”

Trina’s heart was racing as she laid back on the examination bed. She was not so sure of it was the cold gel on her belly or the fact that the last time she had been there she thought she was about to be given some of the worst news of her life but lying on the bed in the sonography room was somehow one of the most terrifying experiences of her life.
She took a long deep breath and turned to look at Axel who was squeezing her hand reassuringly.
“I’m freaking out,” she said in a whisper and Axel smiled.
“I’m sure there is absolutely nothing to be freaked out about.”
“I know…it’s just last time…” she started before her voice trailed off and he nodded.
“I know. Today, we get to know if we are having a little boy and a little girl. Or maybe two little boys…two little girls.” He smiled and she nodded.
“Yeah,” she said in a soft voice. “I don’t care what we have. I just know that we are going to have two little faces to stare down at.”
“By the way, if we get a girl or two, I am not mentioning anything about boys until they are forty.”
She laughed.
“I think school will handle the boy talk.”
“But they don’t have to go to school. We can homeschool them.”
“In what? Propaganda?” Trina asked, laughing.
“Well,” Dr. Hahn said before Axel could say anything. “I’m happy to tell you that your little ones are doing great so far. And it is finally safe to tell you that you are having one of each. A little boy and a little girl.”
Axel looked at him and then at the screen.
“What?” he asked.
Trina turned to look at the screen and forced out a laugh. All she could see on the screen was two little blobs.
“Hard to believe that two sponge-looking things are our babies,” she said in a soft voice. Dr. Hahn smiled.
“Yup. Those are the future of Crews-Anderson.”
“That sounds like a company thing,” Trina said, frowning.
“An awesome company thing,” Axel said, smiling.
“Congratulations,” Dr. Hahn said as he wiped the gel off her. “And everything looks perfect. Those little guys are healthy and a perfect size for twenty week fetuses.”
“Twenty weeks?” she asked. “But I just started to show.”
“Well, some people don’t show until way into their third trimester.”
“But I have two kids growing inside me,” she said.
“People are different. Some people are simply late to the showing party but the tests say that everything is normal,” Dr. Hahn explained. “So, everything should be smooth sailing. And if you have not begun feeling them move yet, you are in for a real surprise.”
“Does it feel like I kind of want to go to the bathroom and then I suddenly don’t?” she asked and he smiled.
“Well, no one has ever put it like that, but I guess that counts as movement.”
Trina put her hand on her tummy and looked up at Axel adoringly.
“Be sure to get some vitamin and iron supplements on your way out and I will see you on your next appointment, okay?” Dr. Hahn said and she nodded. “Unless there are any questions…”
“Actually, yeah,” Axel said quickly before he walked out. “It’s about sex.”
“Oh, my God, Peter, will you tell him that he is not hurting the babies?” Trina said, rolling her eyes.
“She is right. The kids are a good distance from your reach.”
“But you had said that we should probably take it easy…” Axel shrugged.
“I did but that was the same time she was supposed to be taking things easy. She was on bed rest, remember? But she is okay now. The babies are not at risk and the heartbeats are nice and strong.”
“I told you so,” Trina said.
“As long as Trina listens to her body and I think she is, you will be just fine,” Dr. Hahn said smiling. “You can call me any time of the day if you have any questions.”
“We will,” Trina said and Dr. Hahn walked out.
She looked at him and took a long deep breath.
“So, it’s official. I am about to get so fat…I mean, really, really fat.”
“That doesn’t mean I am going to love you any less.”
She smiled and pulled her shirt down.
“That party is going to be amazingly…awkward considering we have kept this whole thing a secret for so long.”
“So, do we cancel Suriname and just do the party?” he asked and she shook her head.
“No way. I need some sun right now. And then after a nice healthy tan we can go back to simply being the expectant couple…shit, what do you buy for twins? I mean, how do you even decorate for a boy and a girl at the same time?”
Axel smiled and gently kissed her forehead.
“We will figure it out and I know how much you hate the smell of paint so I will handle the painting part of the nursery.”
She shrugged.
“Can I at least pick the paint?”
He nodded.
“Of course. Now, if we don’t get going, we will have to trade one of our vacation days…” She put a hand up making him stop mid-sentence.
“There is no way I am trading our anniversary for anything. Help me up. We are going right now.”

True to Axel’s word, The Trina Resort was everything she expected and more. The property was more of a well-kept secret than a simple resort. The only way to get to the resort was to take a boat that would take you round some trees before coming to a clearing in the water, if that was even a thing. There were trees on three points of the resort and a perfect view of the horizon. It always looked like the sun was rising from the water casting a beautiful picture as the rays danced on the water. And apart from the staff, the place was pretty much a ghost town.
Owing to the fact that they had arrived at night, Trina had not really had the time to take in the sights until the following morning. She was standing at the window looking at the perfect sunrise when Axel walked up to where she was and held her from behind.
“Good morning,” he said in a whisper and she smiled.
“Good morning.”
“Why are you up so early?”
She shrugged.
“I couldn’t sleep.”
<
br /> “How come? We only have a two-hour time difference with this place.
“I know, but last night when we were on our way over here, I just wanted to see what the place was like. I guess I was just excited and thank God I was because look at that.” She shook her head. “Just look at that. You don’t see anything like that in the city.”
Axel nodded and kissed her shoulder.
“No, you don’t.”
He slipped a hand around her waist and held the bulge in her tummy.
“So, have you thought of the names yet?” he asked and she shook her head.
“I think my mind is a directory of names right now. It is physically hard to figure out the best names without considering bullying and the downright lame names.”
“How about names that are already in the family? Kind of continuing the family line?” he asked and she turned around frowning.
“I have a grandfather named Maynard. I mean, he was a great man and everything, but I cannot just see myself having a son with that name. I mean, think of how easy that name is making it for the mean kids,” she pointed out as she walked to the bed.
“Nerd,” he said and she shrugged.
“Case and point.”
“Yeah, and the names in my family are a little too Scandinavian. The Crews-Anderson is going to sound like a Vikings episode.”
“Plus, the kids will not even know how to pronounce their names until they are well into their twenties,” Trina said shaking her head.
“How about simple but beautiful names. And we can even make a pact on the number of letters in the name.”
Axel nodded.
“Sounds good but I’ll take a rain check on the number of letters. So, back to the names? Are they going to be the same letter?”
She nodded.
“Not necessarily but I think whatever works will do.”
“All right. What do you think of Mason and Michelle?” he asked and she shook her head.
“I think the world has way too many Caucasian entitled quarterbacks called Mason. And Michelle…let’s just throw something in the pool first before we decide to take a swim in it.”
Axel nodded.
“Okay. What do you think of Elliot?” he asked. She frowned.
“This is not Downtown Abbey. But I do like Ellie,” she said matter of factly. He nodded.
“I do too. So, Ellie for our little girl and what about our little boy?” he asked.
“I am not so sure. Like I said, my mind is a directory right now.”
“All right, how about I throw some names around and you will tell me what you like?” he asked and she nodded. “So, you already said no to Mason, so, I am going to try Keith?” She frowned. “Clearly, you don’t like that. Um…Nathan?”
“Cute…cute,” she said, shrugging.
“So, we’ve got one in the bag. And what about…Ethan?” he asked.
Trina smiled at him and nodded.
“Yeah, that sounds great. And it is a perfect match to Ellie too.”
“Ethan and Ellie,” Axel said in a low voice and a smile played on his lips. “You were right. It does sound great.”
She nodded.
“I know, right? It just sounds…like it was meant to be.”
He looked at her and began pulling himself closer to where she was.
“So, it’s official?” he asked. “We officially have the names?”
Trina grinned and nodded.
“We should probably celebrate,” he said and she bit her lower lip.
“I have an idea.” She untied her robe and looked at his crotch. Even without touching him, she could tell by the swelling in his boxers that his body was already responding to her nakedness. “You know you want to.”
He took a long deep breath.
“I don’t want to hurt you,” he said and she shrugged.
“You heard what the doctor said, we are perfectly safe,” she said in a whisper as she slipped a hand around his neck and began pulling him close. She closed her eyes when their lips touched and he responded by pulling himself even closer.
He moaned into her mouth and his hand ran down her body. He could feel her shiver under his touch when his palm brushed against her already hard nipple.
“I want you to touch me,” she said as she directed his free hand to her moist crotch. “Right there.”
He exhaled loudly as he slowly ran his finger up and down her wet slit. She was moaning as she felt him stroking her length and caressing her wetness. His other hand caressed her breasts, savoring her hard nipples and marveling in her perfectly pitched moans.
“Yeah, just like that,” she moaned in his ear.
But the wetness, her full breasts, and her voice breathing in his ear was all too much for him to take. He gently pushed her down on the bed and knelt in between his legs. She looked up at him and raised her hips, allowing him to slide her panties off her legs. She was still looking at him as she spread her legs to give him a better view of the wet, dripping cunt that was begging for him to just take over. He took off his own boxers but instead of settling in between her legs to push himself into her, he slipped a long finger inside her making her gasp loudly. He was moving his finger so fast and pushing it so deep that she every so often raise her head and give him a begging look. But he wouldn’t budge...at least not yet. She brought a leg up and gently wrapped it around his waist and pulled him down. He smiled and gently settled in between her legs before pushing himself into her. He closed his eyes and pulled back a little before pushing back in.
Trina was moaning as she felt him move in and out of her a little too slowly. He was teasing her. That was what she thought at least but this was too much. She began grinding her hips on the bed, encouraging his thrusts and it worked. He was no longer moving in and out of her slowly. He was fucking her, hard and deep. Claiming her over and over again. The way he was going at her, she could have sworn it was payback for all those weeks he had put himself on a dry spell because of his fear. It was like he was stockpiling and she did not mind. She most definitely did not mind.
He buried his head in her shoulder and caressed her breast as he went on. Trina on the other hand was nibbling on his shoulder and neck as he went on working himself into her over and over until he felt himself so close to climax. She was too but he just didn’t know it yet. She had been trying hard not to climax before he did but every thrust he was giving her was getting her closer and closer to the edge. She felt like a leaf hanging from a low hanging branch on a windy day and there was something that told her that any time now, she would explode.
“Oh God…not yet…” she thought but it was too late. His thrust had unleashed the force that was her wild orgasm. Her walls were quaking and before she knew it, he let out a cry as he exploded inside her. They held each other tightly as their energies merged into one fireball and drained into each other before he pulled back and looked down at her.
“Don’t ever make me wait that long,” she said in an exhausted whisper and he smiled.
“I won’t.”
He laid next to her and kissed her shoulder softly. He noticed that she was a little distant and even though she was responsive to the way he was holding her, he knew her well enough to know that there was something up.
“What’s going on? What are you thinking about?” he asked after a long minute of silence.
“Nothing.”
“Really? Come on, you know you can tell me anything,” he said and she took a long deep breath.
“Okay. I’m just thinking about...just that we will have a lot to handle when we get back home.”
He shook his head.
“Like what?”
“Like coming clean to our loved ones.”
Axel shrugged.
“What about it?” he asked.
“I am just not looking forward to the big reveal. Our families are going to be so pissed off.”
“They will warm up to it. Believe me. Besides, nothing warms a heart like the joy and anticipa
tion of a new life,” he said as he held her close.
Chapter 7
Four days at Suriname turned out to be seven days and Trina still felt like the week just flew by. She was sure that the three extra days were for them to have the last shred of normal before they went back home since they decided to break the news to their families via Skype which was actually brilliant since they got to tell them all at the same time. But by the time the ten-minute call was over, they had already decided to have a party when they got back.
Trina and Axel had tried everything to try and get out of the whole thing but it was clear from how excited their parents sounded that they were not going to get out of it. They had not mentioned the fact that they were going to have twins. They thought holding out on that piece of information was their lifeline to not being skinned alive when they got back home. And that was how Trina and Axel had been roped into having a gender reveal party.
When they got back home on Sunday evening, they found everything had been set up for the party the following day. Rosa had worked with Victoria and the two assistants they had between them and together, they had the perfect set up for a reveal party. She loved the blue and soft pink décor that seemed all too cute. She actually had to keep herself from blurting out that the décor told exactly what the reality was.
It was just a little after midday when Trina made her way to the kitchen. She smiled at Rosa who had just put a plate of fresh samosas on the counter.
“Rosa, you are a Godsend,” she said as she took one from the plate. “Please tell me there is more of this because I don’t think I can promise to save the guests any.”
Rosa smiled.
“Don’t worry. I made more than enough.”
Trina smiled as she took a bite.
“Oh, my God, Axel, you should really try this,” she said as she walked up to where Axel was. He turned to look at her and gave a long low whistle.
“I would rather try this,” he said as he pulled her close and gently held her against him.
“Hey, behave,” she said as he gently ran his hand down the side of her body and finally to her perfectly rounded ass.
“I can’t help it. You look amazing,” he said as he looked down at her.
She was wearing a grey halter necked maxi dress that somehow still managed to outline her curves. Her usually curly hair was all straightened and was falling loosely on her shoulders. He gently pushed her hair back and held the back of her neck.
