Wes rose and started toward her but she put up a hand. “Please…I’m not looking for a handout. You’re not my sugar daddies. I would die before I let you think that about me.”
“Summer, we don’t think that.” Wes crossed the room in two strides and pulled her into his arms. “We don’t think that at all.”
Her breath caught in her throat and she tried to stop the tears, but she couldn’t hold them back any longer. They came in huge, gasping sobs, and then she was clinging to Wes as she cried out loud. He stroked her hair and whispered in her ear, but she didn’t hear the words.
Dalton was behind her, cradling her body, and he was talking, too, but the only sound she heard was a dull roar. She cried for a father she’d never known, and for a mother who had been more like a child she’d had to help Gran care for than anything. She cried for Gran, so full of life and such a hard worker, who had taken a stupid fall down a flight of stairs and now had half-legs and fought for each breath she took.
She cried for all the times she’d eaten macaroni and cheese for dinner because it was on sale at Walmart for a dollar a box, and she cried for the times she’d passed the boutiques on Juniper Street, wishing she could buy the dress in the window. Did the guys know that the club wear she owned had been a birthday gift from Felicity? She’d never told them that. The boots and her Hitachi Wand had been gifts, too. They didn’t even know that.
When she couldn’t cry one more tear, she held on to both guys and inhaled their scents, wishing she never had to leave this room. But reality was reality, and it was time to get back to it.
Chapter Twenty
“I’m sorry, Sir.”
“Don’t apologize,” said Dalton. “You did nothing wrong. It’s about time you got all that out.”
She glanced over her shoulder to gaze into his dark eyes, struck as always by the passion and depth in them. “I can’t imagine what you must think of me right now.”
Dalton smiled. “What do I think of you? I think you’re the prettiest girl I’ve ever seen, and I think you’ve kept all that bottled up for a really long time. And I’m honored—yes, honored—that you finally let me in past the wall you’ve built up around yourself.”
Summer didn’t know what to say, so she just stared at him. So many emotions bubbled up, but she was afraid to give any of them a voice. Getting her heart broken today was not in her plans.
“I second what Dalton said.” Summer turned her head back toward Wes. Steady, dependable Wes, who had shown her more about his real persona in three days than she’d learned in all the years she’d known him at Notus. “You’re not only beautiful, but you’re sweet and kind. You’re fun, and you’re so easy to be with. Thank you for sharing all that with us, Summer. I can only try to imagine how painful it was for you to do so.”
“I’m all right.”
“I know you are. But I still want you to let us help.”
“I can’t do that.”
“Yes, you can,” said Dalton. “If you truly want this…if you want us to be your Doms, and you want to live this lifestyle twenty-four seven, then you can let us help. It’s part of our responsibility, hon. Don’t you realize that?”
She shook her head.
“Well, now you know. We want to do this for you and for your gran.”
“But isn’t it like I’m taking advantage of you?”
Wes chuckled. “Summer, how can you ask that? Did you come to us and beg for anything? No. Did you look us up online and find out what we were worth, and seek us out? No.”
“Summer, I’ve known share of gold diggers,” said Dalton. “You are not one of them. Believe me.”
She looked from one man to the other, hoping it was all right to ask. “I just realized I know nothing about your dating pasts, and you know nothing about mine. Shouldn’t we talk about that? It’s important to me that you know I’m not after anything from you two.”
Wes smiled. “I don’t have much to tell you, but that’s a good idea. Let’s sit down and talk while we wait for dinner.”
She nodded. “All right. I can do that.”
They took seats on the sofa in front of the TV, with Summer between them. “Should I start?”
“Go ahead,” said Dalton, turning in his seat to face her.
“Well, I don’t know if you remember much about me in high school, but I didn’t really date. I didn’t even go to the prom. Even if I’d been asked, I couldn’t have afforded a dress.”
She cringed inwardly when a look passed between the guys over her head. “And then when I started working at Notus, a few guys that work there asked me out, but it never went beyond a couple of dates. I guess they just weren’t interested in a girl who visits an old lady almost every day.”
“Because they’re assholes,” said Wes. “You realize that, right?”
Summer shrugged.
“Summer, my mother is at Shady Pines, too,” said Dalton. “But did you think it was odd when you ran into me last week?”
“No, of course not.”
“Then why don’t you understand that any guy who thought it was a pain, or weird, or whatever he thought about you visiting your gran every day isn’t worth your time?”
“I understand what you’re saying. And thank you.”
“You’re welcome, hon. But honestly, part of what I like so much about you is the fact that you make sure she has a visitor so often. I watched you with her. You love her so much, and the way you care about her is beautiful.”
Summer wished she understood the pain in his eyes right now. Was he thinking of his own mother?
“Now, as for my dating life, it’s more like a disaster movie. I seem to attract one of two types. Either they’re after the family fortune, or they’re a sub looking for me to rescue them from the fucked-up mess they’ve made of their lives. I want no part of either.”
“What do you want, Dalton? What are you looking for?”
He searched her face as if he thought she might be joking, and Summer was afraid she’d asked the wrong thing. “I’m just looking for the same thing we each are, Summer. Someone who will love me for who I am, not for what I can give them.” His voice was so full of emotion that Summer’s heart skipped a beat. She had to finally avert her gaze because she didn’t know how to respond to what she saw in his eyes.
She faced Wes. “What about you? I’ve worked with you all these years, but I barely know you. Have you dated anyone at work?”
Wes nodded. “Yes, but let’s just say I’ve had a tough time getting to know anyone well. You may have noticed I’m a bit shy and awkward. It puts women off.”
She smiled. “It didn’t put me off. I liked that about you.”
“You did?” He looked genuinely surprised.
“Yes, I did. I didn’t have to pretend to be something I wasn’t around you. I was just me, and you liked me. You also seemed comfortable with me.”
Wes made a sound halfway between a laugh and a snort. “Well, isn’t that interesting. I thought you weren't having a good time on our dates, but apparently you were.”
“You did? Why?”
“I don’t know. I just always saw you as so self-assured and poised. I didn’t think you’d be interested in someone like me. Obviously I was wrong. Thank you for telling me that, Summer.”
“Wes, I’m so glad you asked me to Indulgence on Friday night. And Dalton, I’m so glad you stepped in for Ian. I know it’s not the most conventional way to get to know people, but I just have to say this and get it out, okay? That was the most…well, actually now it was the second most erotic night of my life. Last night topped that. I’ve had fantasies for years. When I went to the club with Felicity, I wanted so desperately to learn more, and to experience things. But until you two came along, I just couldn’t imagine doing that for real, you know? So thank you. Thank you so much.”
“Summer, do you know how happy I am that you came with me? And I have to admit that at first I was jealous as hell about Dalton being part of this, but I don
t feel that way anymore. I like this. All three of us in this together.”
Dalton grinned, and then he chuckled. “Yeah? Well, I hated you on sight, Wes. But now I’m glad you’re part of this, too, because it makes Summer so happy.” He gazed at her again, and her pulse raced. “Thank you for trusting me so much the past few days. I do want to make this work for all of us. I mean that.”
“So do I. Am I doing all right? What else can I do?”
“Hon, you’re doing fine, okay? Just relax and keep being who you are. The rest will figure itself out. I promise you.”
“Summer, I’m learning, too,” said Wes. “I have no clue if I’m doing it right, whatever that means.”
“You’re doing great,” said Dalton. “Believe it, okay? You really are. Ian taught you the most important things, but I suspect you already had those qualities, so it wasn’t much of a stretch.”
Dalton looked like he was going to say something else, but the phone on the wall rung. Wes rose and answered it, then turned to face them. “Dinner is on the way up.”
After they ate, Dalton found a game they all could play together on Wes’s Wii, and soon the three were laughing and competing just as they’d done when they’d gone bowling. As the game wound down, all three of them received the same text message from the Passion Peak town news list that the Labor Day parade had been cancelled for the following day due to rain, and would be rescheduled for Saturday, September 7th.
“No! I was really looking forward to that. Felicity and I haven’t spent any time together for weeks. We were going to watch it and then have lunch.”
“Well, let’s do something about that,” said Wes.
“What do you mean?”
“Let’s have a party here. It’s a holiday. I have a big house. Screw the rain. We’ll do something indoors, and we’ll invite all our friends.”
Summer laughed “Do you mean it?”
“Of course. Dalton, what do you think?”
“Sure. Sounds good. Let me text a few people and find out who can make it. No one will be doing anything outdoors anyway.”
“Can I text Felicity now?”
“Sure,” said Wes. “Text all your friends. We won’t let the rain spoil our holiday.”
Summer was so excited that she finally had to end up calling her best friend because she couldn’t text fast enough to keep up with the chatter. Felicity was thrilled that she’d been invited to Pacos Farms, and wanted details of what Summer had been up to with both men, but Summer told her that she’d have to tell her another time. She wasn’t sure if the guys would want her giving details like that, at any rate.
When she was finally able to end the call, they asked her who was coming. “I only called Felicity so far. Um…Sirs, am I allowed to tell her what’s going on? I mean, that I’m your sub now?”
“What do you think she’d say?” asked Dalton.
“Oh, she’d be fine with it. She’s the one who talked me into going to Indulgence in the first place. In fact, the club wear you saw me in, including the boots, were birthday gifts from Felicity and Winona.” She glanced at Wes. “Winona Austin. Do you know her? She works in accounting at Notus. She’s my other best friend.”
Wes nodded. “I know the name, yes.”
“May I invite her, too?”
He smiled, and a warm glow spread throughout her groin. “You may invite anyone you wish.” Suddenly, his offer to move in didn’t seem quite as far-fetched or unrealistic as it had earlier.
After she called Winona and talked to her as well, she joined the guys on the sofa, where they were flipping through channels on the TV. “What are you watching?”
“Nothing,” said Dalton. “We were just waiting for you to get off the phone.” He pulled her over his knee, and Summer yelled in surprise as he tapped her ass cheeks through the dress.
“What did I do wrong, Sir?”
“I don’t know. Wes, what do you think Summer did wrong today?”
Wes lifted her dress and smacked each ass cheek a couple of times, but they weren't hard hits. It hardly mattered. The desire coursing through her body was like liquid fire in her veins, heating everything in its path and making her want to beg them to fuck her. “Well, she never did thank me for the clothes.”
“Yes I did.”
Two hard smacks struck each cheek and she yelled again, but she was also trying not to laugh. The emotion bubbling up inside her was heady and intoxicating. These two were a drug and she had to have them. It was so fucking hot being held over Dalton’s knee and play-spanked by both of them.
“What did you say?” asked Dalton in that voice that made her limbs tremble.
“I mean, I did thank Sir for them, Sir.”
“Only once.”
She giggled and then squirmed as both men caressed her ass cheeks. Her pussy was already soaking wet and her clit had begun to throb. “Thank you, Sirs, for the dress and the pretty underwear.”
“You’re welcome,” said Wes. “But because you made us ask again, I think you should be spanked some more.” He smacked her right ass cheek very hard, and Summer moaned. “And I mean a proper spanking. What do you think, Dalton?”
“I think you’re absolutely right, Wes. I only wish I had my toys with me.”
“Well, we can improvise. I’ll be right back.”
“What’s he going to get?” she asked, turning her head to watch Wes’s ass move inside his jeans as he walked toward the kitchen. The man had a seriously sexy behind.
Dalton slipped a finger inside her panties and rubbed her clit. Summer moaned loudly and writhed against his touch. “Never mind. You are going to be so wet and so ready for us by the time we’re done tonight. I want you on your knees, Summer, begging us both to fuck you and spank you some more. I want you not to be able to think of anything but having both our dicks inside you. I want you to crave having your ass feel like it’s on fire from our paddling.”
“Dalton…Sir…please…” The more he stroked her clit, the closer she came to an orgasm. She could barely think straight. His voice washed over her like warm honey, and she ached to have him fill her up with it until she couldn’t take one more drop.
“That’s right. That’s what I want to hear. I love to know how hot I get you.”
“You do…you both do. I can’t even stand it.”
“You’ll stand it, hon. You will take it, Summer. All of it. I want you to let go and enjoy it. Give into it. Just give yourself up to us.”
“Oh God…” Her mind was filled with erotic images as his finger brought her closer and closer with each gentle caress.
“That’s my girl. You can do it, Summer. Here comes Wes. Oh my…just wait until you see what he’s holding.”
Chapter Twenty-One
Summer turned her head again, but Dalton stopped her by placing a hand on the back of her head. “Eyes down, Summer.” He smacked each ass cheek hard, and then he pulled off her panties. She moaned and squirmed, but he held her down by placing one hand on her lower back and adjusting her legs so that they were pinned with his right thigh. She couldn’t move.
“Do you remember your safewords from last night?”
“Yes, Sir,” she whispered.
“Good girl.”
She had no idea what Wes had just handed Dalton, but when it came down on first one bare ass cheek and then the other in quick succession, she yelled and tried to get away from the pain. It was pointless. Dalton had her pinned. “What is that, Sir?”
He gave her two more hard smacks with it, and a rush of wetness flooded her pussy. “What does it feel like?” His voice was full of humor.
“A wooden spoon.”
“Very good. Do you want to know what your prize is for guessing correctly?”
Summer giggled. “Not particularly, Sir.”
“Well, too bad. You’re going to know anyway.”
Dalton began to hit her again with the spoon, alternating between one cheek then the other, but he wasn’t consistent. Sometimes it would b
e more than one or two smacks on each cheek so she was always kept guessing where the next searing pain would land. Wes walked away briefly, but Summer could only concentrate on what was happening to her ass, so she didn’t know where he’d gone. Each strike sent fresh desire coursing through her until her pussy was so wet she could feel her juices trickling down her thighs, and her clit throbbed to the point of pain. She was desperate for release.
She floated away to a place where the pain and pleasure were one, and then was snapped back to the present one of them slipped a lubed finger into her anus. She hadn’t even noticed that Wes had returned. She cried out in exquisite pleasure as he moved it in and out gently, teasing her with each pass. The more Dalton paddled her with the spoon, the more Wes finger-fucked her asshole.
“Sir…I need to come…please…”
“Don’t do it,” warned Wes. “Not until we say you can.”
Summer let out a howl of frustration, but in reality she loved this. The more they denied her, the more she wanted them, until her entire body quivered with the need for their touch, their voices, and nothing else.
“You know what he’s putting there next, right?” asked Dalton, caressing her ass cheeks.
“Oh…”
“Don’t be afraid, hon. We would never hurt you. Just let us try, okay?” Dalton slipped a finger underneath her and teased her clit, and then he slid two fingers into her wet pussy. “You may come now, Summer,” he whispered. “But only if you say you’ll let us put our dicks in your ass.”
“Oh please, Sir…all right…please…” She couldn’t hold off much longer. There was no possible way, especially with his fingers inside her pussy.
She heard foil crinkling, and then Dalton pushed on her clit with his thumb while he fucked her with two fingers inside her pussy. A crazy orgasm began to build, and Summer tensed for a second as Wes teased the opening to her anus with his dick.
“You can do it, hon,” coaxed Dalton. “Just give in, Summer. Enjoy it.”
That did it. She closed her eyes and let the climax overtake her, sending strong contractions throughout her body as Wes slid his cock into her anus centimeter by centimeter. The initial burning and pressure subsided quickly, and in its place was the most profound sense of peace that Summer had ever experienced. It was like floating on a bed of feathers, where no worries had ever existed, and none ever would.
