  Mi

Because you endured, even when it was very hard. You’ve been such a wonderful and completely necessary support. Your thoughts and feedback have been so much more than just one more contribution among the rest. Without you… No, the thought is impossible.

  Kasper, Filippa, Sander and Noomi

Because you understand why Dad is sometimes somewhere else altogether, even though he’s sitting and eating at the same table.

  Jonas

For your time and energy, thoughts and ideas. A better sounding board doesn’t exist.

Adam, Andreas and Sara, and all the others at Bokförlaget Forum

Because not only are you the best publisher, but you’re also the most fun.

  Magnus

Because you shared all your medical knowledge with me, and were more than happy to spend time discussing how big an eye is compared to a pearl onion.

  Lars

Because you are so eager to explain how to chamber a round and all that other stuff that goes on behind the curtain.

  Mikael and Jenny

Because you are two of my very best friends, and because you bought thirty(!) copies of Victim without a Face.

Ellen at the Akademibokhandeln bookstore in Helsingborg, and Sven-Åke and the whole gang at Väla

Because you read, liked, talked up, and got so many others to read my first book.

And finally a big thanks to all of you who went out and bought Victim without a Face in the summer of 2014 when no one else had even heard about it. Thanks to all of you, and to all of your friends you recommended it to, who in turn recommended it to their friends. Because of you, I can sit here and write the third book about Fabian Risk.
