“No.” He hefted her higher, and paced toward the couch. “Over here. You haven’t forgotten your promise?”

“Umm. No. But I’m all sweaty and icky though. We both are. We want a shower, don’t we, Q?”

“Uh-uh. No shower. Not yet. I like you all sweaty. You’re tastier.” He paused to kiss her deeply, before setting her down at the front of the couch. A blanket he’d put next to the couch went over it. When he pointed to the floor, Q followed suit and kneeled next to Sabrina. “I want to see what my pet can do to my switch.”

Q eyed him a little suspiciously.

The bag on the couch yielded what he wanted – ankle cuffs and his hogtie straps. Without asking her, he flipped Q over, gathered her wrists in one hand, and sat on her with enough weight to keep her still while he put on the ankle cuffs, then secured both them and her wrist cuffs to the ends of the X of straps.

Sabrina moved back with a fingernail stuck in her mouth. “You’re in trouble, Q.”

Jude flopped down on the couch.

She glowered at them both and wriggled from her stomach down position onto her side but facing Sabrina. “Hey! Sir, I thought I was –”

“You thought wrong. I’m exhausted, for a while at least. Pet, show me how many times you can make Q come. I’m going to be lord and master here on the couch.” He grinned and set his feet on Q’s waist so he trapped her on her side. “She’s all yours.”

Truly, he hadn’t thought Sabrina had it in her, but after perusing his poor switch’s trapped body for a minute, Sabrina shuffled up on her knees and began her assault.

Using her mouth, tongue, lips, nails and even her breasts, the little minx teased Q endlessly without actually touching her clit or pussy. Soon Q was panting and attempting to squirm both away and toward Sabrina. At first he sat back, watching, but everything ramped up, and as Q became intensely aroused, his cock stirred. He sat forward, smiling.

Sabrina gave Q’s breasts one last nibble and lick. Then she studied her like a cat watching an upturned beetle with its legs wriggling. “Let me guess what you want. Umm.” She tapped her teeth. “You want me to put my mouth down there? Ask nicely and I’ll do it.”

“Sir?” Q begged him. “Make her do it.”

Jude rubbed his chin. Should he stop her? No. This was way too entertaining. He merely raised his eyebrows.

Q glared. “Listen, evil brat, go down on me or I’ll hide your vibrator and tease you for a week.”

When Sabrina still hesitated, he snorted. “Enough. Do it.”

The sight of Sabrina with her mouth buried in Q’s pussy, pleasuring her, made his cock rise to attention. Within seconds, Q gasped and stiffened and came. When Sabrina kept sucking she writhed again, and squealed. Clearly she was still coming. He ripped open a condom and put it on. Reaching down, he worked a finger into Q’s slit from behind, before sliding the finger in and out a few times. Fuck. He growled, then crouched and picked Q up, leaned her over the side of the couch and plunged into her.

Her screams of ecstasy as he worked inside her…god, if that didn’t do it…the second time he usually took longer. Not this time. Wet, hot and so ready – Q might have been a little volcano. His last thrust as he came shoved her face first into the couch. From her cry, and panting moans, she didn’t mind.

Exhausted, it took him a minute to recover. This time all the cuffs and straps came off. Q rested on the couch on wobbly hands and knees. Her muscles trembled. He sat beside her and pulled her a little nearer.

“That was awesome,” Sabrina whispered. Eyes bright as a robin’s, with her elbows on the couch’s edge, she brushed Q’s hair back and kissed her cheek. “Did I do it right?”

“Yes.” Q weakly patted Sabrina. “You did.”

Why did his chest ache whenever he saw them like this? Surely this was just BDSM and sex? Because he wondered if they felt the same about him? Get a grip. Fantasy – pure fantasyland. “You two may kill me if this keeps up.”

“Yeah?” Palm outward, Sabrina pretended to swipe something across in the air. “Wild girls kill old man with kinky sex. I can see the headlines now.”

The smack as his hand cracked on her ass echoed. So did her squeal.

  “Ow!” She massaged her butt.

“You never learn.” He shook his head. “Naughty girl.”

She kissed his knee then smirked. “You like it.”

“Just wait, little girl.” Q groaned and shifted to cuddle up next to him. “After you teasing me, I plan to personally deliver more smacks later. Since our Dom is too old to.”

He rolled his eyes, and pinched Q. It was impossible not to smile though.

Funny, but he did love the two of them and their antics. Who’d have predicted that? For a moment he imagined what it would be like if they could stay together. If he could live here, find some way of making money. If they really loved him back. If he didn’t have the weight of his father’s lifetime expectations on his shoulders. So many fucking ifs.

Such a mess. He stared at nothing while he tried to sort it out in a way that made sense. For starters, he didn’t know for sure if they loved him back, and he wasn’t totally sure this “love” wasn’t just some cranked-up outcome from getting laid too often. He almost laughed at that. But…if he wanted to give it a try, he’d risk it and ask them, wouldn’t he? Then what? Get them to move in at medical school? No. Not happening. Maybe they could visit each other and keep in touch?

He couldn’t pull out of school. His father’s wishes made him clog up inside with a gutful of sadness when he thought of going against them. Betrayal was the word that came to him – a terrible betrayal of his father’s love to back out now. Medicine was a wonderful career. Tuition covered by his parents, the fast track to a good job that made a shitload of money…his path was laid out before him and all he had to do was reach out and take it. Only an idiot would walk away from that. Only a coward would toss in his dad’s dreams when the man couldn’t speak up anymore… When he couldn’t get Jude to sit down for that heart to heart talk.

The image of the hospital bed sprang into his mind, of all that waiting they’d done…weeks of it.

  Fuck.

And the other side of it – how many polyamorous triads did he know in the kink community? Two, maybe, that were stable? Jealousy and time and human frailty tore apart most threesomes. It was an eternal juggling act. Sabrina, for one, was already struggling with her sexuality. He’d never thought himself a cruel man and subjecting the girls to all the guaranteed uncertainty only to end in tears and broken hearts – he couldn’t do that to them.

He sighed and pulled them closer. When they both rested their heads in his lap, he stroked their hair, watching Sabrina’s blonde locks overlay the black of Q’s. Fredrick had assured him that Nico was blacklisted unless he behaved. It was the best he could do without involving the police. Tomorrow, they’d be going back to their apartment. Damn, he was going to be sad when this ended.

  Chapter 15

  Sabrina

“Do I look okay?” Sabrina turned a circle in front of Q. She’d selected the nearly sheer peach-colored knee-length dress for the way it blended into her suntanned skin, making her look almost nude. Showing off to Q like this might have been asking for trouble, but she smirked and did it anyway.

Q’s eyes darkened as her gaze slid over Sabrina’s curves slowly, head to toe then back up again. “Mmmm,” she murmured. “Jude’s going to have a hard time keeping his hands off of you.” She reached out and tucked a tendril of hair back in Sabrina’s up-do. “I know I am.”

Then Q slid her hand down over Sabrina’s collarbone while her other hand touched Sabrina’s thigh. The hand on her thigh moved higher and slipped under her skirt. Sabrina moaned.

“Q.” It was a soft plea, though she didn’t know for what.

A hard knock at the door startled both of them. “That’ll be Jude,” Sabrina said, a hint of disappointment in her voice. She’d missed Jude the last work week but part of her wanted to finish wh
at Q had just started.

Sabrina opened the door to reveal a dapper six-foot-something specimen of manliness, in a gray suit and blue tie. She’d picked the tie out last weekend to match his eyes. She looked him over and licked her lips. Damn she had some sexy arm candy for her cousin’s wedding.

“Hey, sweetheart,” Jude said with a wide smile. He leaned in and kissed her cheek while wrapping an arm around her waist for a hug.

She pried his hands off of her. “Down boy! You’re gonna ruin my hair. It took me more than an hour to make it look this good.”

He stepped back and appraised her. “You can’t expect me to keep my hands of you looking like that, sexy girl.”

“That’s what I said,” Q chimed in from behind.

Jude’s smile widened and he walked to her, grabbed her around the waist and pulled her in for a deep kiss. Sabrina watched with a grin. Too bad she’d just applied a heavy dose of lipstick or she’d demand they share.

When Jude released Q, she was gasping for air. “Missed you,” he said with a wink.

“Me too.” She smiled with freshly kissed lips. Sexy as hell. “When will you guys be back?”

Sabrina’s heart sank. Her cousin – who’d been like a sister to Sabrina – was getting married today and she had to leave Q at home. She’d picked Jude as her plus one, ashamed to acknowledge Q as anything but a friend. Though she could’ve gone dateless or even brought Q as a platonic friend, part of her wanted to show off Jude. For the last few years, she’d been the pathetic one who couldn’t get a date for any family function. So she’d ditched Q for Jude just for a few take that moments in front of her sisters and aunts. She was the suckiest temporary girlfriend ever.

“Probably late,” she answered. “My family’s weddings are notorious for being long.” She sighed then gave her a regretful look. “Q…I –” She started to apologize, again.

“Stop,” Q said softly. “You don’t have to explain and you don’t have to apologize. I get it. Go. Have fun and stop worrying.”

  Sabrina nodded sadly.

“Oh!” Q’s eyes lit up. “Make sure you put your phone on vibrate though.”

Q and Jude exchanged a sneaky glance. What were they planning? Suspicion crept up in her mind, and a sense of excitement. They made her uncomfortable at times, but it always ended with pleasure.

“Come on,” Jude said, opening the door. “I don’t like being late.”

“A man who likes to be prompt,” Sabrina gushed. “Amazing!”

Q laughed. “And what bad luck he’s paired with two girls who are always late.”

Sabrina gave her a look. “Fashionably late.” She waved at Q and walked through the door Jude held open and followed him down the stairs to his car.

Late afternoon in early August was some of the worst humidity in the year. But luckily a cool breeze came in from the ocean, making it bearable and even pleasant. Jude opened the passenger side door and she slipped in with a smile.

When he slid into the driver’s seat and shut the door, she turned to him. “I’m sorry to drag you along. But this will get my mother off my back for a few months at least. So you’re doing me a huge favor even though I know you’re leaving...” She trailed off with a frown.

Though she’d said it matter-of-factly – which was how she’d been forcing herself to think of it – she felt her face droop. It was too depressing to think of him leaving, to worry about the summer ending and life going back to the way it had been, so she’d just ignored it. But that was getting harder. Besides the sex – which was out of this fucking world – she enjoyed his company. When she wasn’t texting or spending time with him in person, she found herself daydreaming about him. Sometimes about what he and Q would do to her next, but she always imagined it ending in cuddles and whispers of affection.

“Why would I turn down the opportunity to take one of my pretty girls out?” Jude asked in his smooth-talking way.

She arched a brow. “Cause weddings are lame.”

  “Free food.”

  “Open bar too.”

He held his hand up for a high-five. “Score!”

She giggled and slapped him five. Butterflies took flight in her stomach. He was so fun – almost constantly making her laugh. When he wasn’t making her laugh, he was turning her on. A soft threat in her ear could bring her to her knees in an instant – and often did. When he gave her that commanding look, she felt her insides melt into a pile of goo.

He’s leaving, she told herself, for the millionth time. Maybe she needed one of those rubber band programs to break her addiction. “Just don’t let me get drunk and give a slurred toast while sobbing uncontrollably,” she muttered. She felt herself going down that road already.

The ceremony was beautiful. Gina looked like one of Q’s models in her off-white tiered gown and big spiral curls down her back. In their seats, Jude had survived round one of her family. Her sister Mindy had not only tried hitting on him, but she’d even told humiliating stories about Sabrina’s teenage years. Just when she’d thought Mindy would pull out a picture of the awkward, slightly overweight, braces-wearing Sabrina, Jude had distracted her with questions about her new job.

Sabrina was beaming as they entered the reception venue. Glowing lanterns sat on each table surrounded by several shades of blue and purple flowers. She smiled at one of the baby blue ones that reminded her of Jude’s eyes.

“You were adorable trying not to cry during the ceremony,” Jude whispered in her ear as they took their seats.

She glared at him. “You were looking a little choked up yourself.”

He chuckled and placed his hand on her knee under the table. Already she felt a shiver run up her spine. At just one touch? Damn she had it bad. Suddenly, she longed for Q’s touch on her other side. She felt almost empty not having her there.

Family and friends poured into the room, chatting and gushing about the groom. Her aunts’ shrieking rose up over the crowd. Apparently Gina had selected an acceptable match. Any minute now, her family would start interrogating Jude.

When the seats began to fill at their table, she leaned into Jude and cautioned, “My family is like a school of piranhas. Be careful.”

He nodded coolly, but she didn’t miss his slight shift of discomfort.

Guilt flooded her for dragging him into this mess. It wasn’t fair, given their current agreement. But how she wished this was for real. Not just because it would please her family, but, well, he just fit. With her, with Q, in her life, in her heart. If her meddling and judgmental family hadn’t been involved, she could picture living happily with one on each side of her.

  Not gonna happen, girly.

“If it’s too much trouble, it’s okay to tell them you’re not really my boyfriend,” she said to Jude.

“And desert you in your time of need?” He squeezed her knee. “Never. Besides, aren’t I your boyfriend?”

  “Yes but –”

“Hush,” he ordered softly. Her heart thunked at the command. He leaned in and brushed his lips against her ear. “I’m your boyfriend tonight and that’s all that matters. But don’t forget I’m also your Dom.”

She let out a soft groan, her insides clenching in need. “I’m turned on already. Can we leave early?” As a second thought, she added, “Sir.” Maybe that would catch his attention.

He grinned. “Nice try, little girl.” He pulled something out of his pocket and handed it to her. “Here. Q has a message for you.”

She’d given him her phone to hold since she wouldn’t know if it vibrated in her purse or not. She looked down at the text.

  Is Jude behaving himself?

She sighed and typed back. Yes but I wish he wouldn’t. She wished he’d agree to a quick dinner then home for a long fuck. Knowing him, he wanted to drag out the torture as long as possible.

She waited for Q’s reply, getting anxious as family started greetings around the table. She’d recognized a few distant relatives, but so far they only smiled at her. At le
ast her mother hadn’t found her yet.

  Finally, Q’s text came through.

You really shouldn’t have said that.

Huh? Another came up before she could reply.

  Hand the phone to Jude.

She started typing a protest. As if Q could read her mind, the next text interrupted hers.

  Do it, little girl!

Fuck. With an eye roll she handed it to Jude. “Apparently she’s done with me.”

He looked down at the text and grinned. “That girl is diabolical.” His wicked gaze met hers. “I like it.”

A shiver of fear kicked her heart beat up a notch. “What did she say?”

“That,” he stuffed the phone into his pocket and leaned in to whisper, “is for your Doms to know. And you to find out later.” He chuckled at her expression then tapped her nose. “Don’t pout. I may spank you right here in front of your family.”

  She gasped. “You wouldn’t!”

He laughed out loud. “No. But you certainly tempt me.” Stealthily, he peered around the room. “I’m sure there’s somewhere private around here.”

Unsure whether he was joking, she made a mental note to behave. Though the idea of it didn’t ease the ache between her legs. Was she blushing?

“Sabrina Romano?” a red-haired lady with too much eyeliner said from across the table. “I haven’t seen you since you were a little girl. How are you?”

“Uhh,” she replied brilliantly. God she hated these situations. “Good.”

“I’m your mother’s cousin, Dina,” she exclaimed.

Good for you, she wanted to say. “Nice to meet you,” she said instead.

Jude’s hand perched on its spot on her knee. “Introduce me,” he whispered covertly.

“Oh!” She sucked at formalities. “This is –”

“There you are!” Her mother’s distinctive high-pitched voice sang from behind her. “I’ve been looking everywhere for you, dear.” She appeared at her side and stood over her. Though not much taller than Sabrina, her curvy mother, dressed all in scarlet, took over the room with her presence. She could probably dom Jude if she tried. “Why didn’t you come say hello when I waved at you from the ceremony? I had a seat saved for you right in front. Your second cousin, Jamie, flew in from Washington and I wanted to introduce you.” She perused Sabrina’s body while chattering. “What are you wearing, Sabrina?” she asked. “You look like a slut.”
