Ashley was no stranger to spankings. When her dad was around she'd found herself across his knee on a good many occasions. But that was over two years ago - and after her parents split up her mom had never felt able to impose the same kind of discipline on her. And though she'd never admit it, Ashley almost missed those spankings.
Well, now it seemed they were back - with a vengeance. As the heat built up in her spanked cushions she yelped and wriggled, pleading desperately for mercy. "Owww! But Jack ignored her yelps and pleas, her desperate promises. As he knew from long experience, when a naughty girl is across a man's knee having her bare bottom soundly spanked, she's ready to promise damn near anything. So for a good fifteen minutes his hand rose and fell, till Ashley's squirming bottom-cheeks were burning hot and blushing like a pair of ripe tomatoes - and she was beginning to think she'd never sit down in comfort again. Even when she'd been spanked by her dad, it had never been so hard - or for so long. When it came to spanking naughty girls, she was coming to realise, Jack was something of an expert.
And when he finally did pause, it was only to reach for the hairbrush.

"Yeeee-OWWW!" squealed Ashley. Jack's hand had stung badly enough - but the hairbrush, she now knew, stung ten times worse. Relentlessly the cruel wood rose and fell, and frantically the pretty blonde teenager yelped and squirmed. But there was no escape. Jack had her in a firm grip, and no matter how much she wriggled the brush inexorably found its mark on her fiery cheeks, painting them an ever more vivid scarlet.
And when at last, after a good ten minutes of stinging hairbrush strokes, he finally stopped, Ashley scarcely noticed, but lay limp and unresisting across his lap, gasping and sobbing. Gently he raised her up and hugged her, letting her sob her heart out on his shoulder. "Ok, Ashley, it's all over," he murmured. "You've had your punishment and you took it very well." Bringing out a handkerchief, he dried her eyes.
"But just remember what I told you, young lady," he added, regarding her sternly, "any repeat of last night's behaviour, and you won't get away with just a single spanking. You'll be grounded for a week, and spanked good and hard on your bare bottom each and every night. Understood?"
"Ye-yes, Uncle Jack," Ashley gulped. But then she smiled tremulously and hugged him. "Thank you for spanking me, Uncle Jack. I know I deserved it."
Jack grinned. "You certainly did, my girl. Ok - now get yourself into bed and have a little sleep. I'll come and call you when dinner's ready."
Tenderly he tucked her up in bed, kissed her on the forehead and left, switching off the light. Downstairs he poured himself a good measure of his favourite single malt, then sat back in his armchair with a contented sigh. Somehow, despite all her heartfelt promises, he suspected it wouldn't be long before young Ashley overstepped the mark again. And when she did - well, the prospect of administering further spankings to those soft peachy rearward curves was far from unpleasant. In so many ways, in fact, she reminded him of her mother at just about the same age. Jack smiled reminiscently, sipping his malt.
Ashley lay in the dark, drifting off to sleep. Her bottom was still horribly sore, but the sting was transmuting itself into an overall glow that was almost as much pleasure as pain. Ok, the spanking had hurt like hell, worse than she'd ever known - yet at the same time there was something strangely reassuring and comforting about lying across Jack's lap having her bare bottom resoundingly spanked. It was the same way she remembered feeling after her dad's punishments. She felt very much loved, protected and cared for.
"Well," thought the pretty teenager, grinning secretly to herself, "if I want another spanking, or even a whole week of spankings, I guess I know just what I have to do..."
Meanwhile, back in New York, Debbie was also smiling reminiscently. Jack certainly was, as she had told her daughter, 'a tougher proposition'. She had good cause to know it.
In her teens, having lost both her parents, Debbie went to live for a few years with her aunt and uncle in England. They were a sweet, slightly vague couple who treated her kindly but, much of the time, scarcely seemed to notice she was there. So looking after the pretty American teenager, showing her around, offering a shoulder to cry on and generally making sure she stayed out of trouble devolved on their younger son, Debbie's cousin Jack. At 22, he seemed like the kindly, protective older brother she'd never had.
Jack's protectiveness, she soon discovered, extended to protecting her from herself. One day when she'd kicked over the traces once too often he told her, "You try that once more, my girl, and you'll regret it!"
"Oh yeah?" mocked Debbie. "What you gonna do, cuz - spank me?"
That, she found out the very next day, was exactly what he was gonna do. Long, hard and - despite her outraged protests - on her bare bottom. Not for the last time, either. Jack was a sweet, lovely, warm guy, and great company; but if Debbie pushed her limits - which, being a feisty American teenager, she inevitably often did - retribution was swift and sure. And painful.
But for all she yelped and wriggled, pouted and protested, deep down Debbie didn't resent her spankings. As an orphaned youngster in a strange country, it was secretly reassuring to know that someone cared enough about her to look after her, keep her in line - and spank her whenever she needed it. Jack's brand of tough love had helped her through a critical time of her life. So when, twenty or so years later, her own daughter in turn was showing the lack of a firm, loving father-figure in her life - Debbie had no trouble knowing just who to turn to.
She grinned again, thinking of Ashley's words. "I won't do it again - I promise!" Years back, she seemed to remember, another misbehaving American brat had uttered just those very words - on more than one occasion. And much good it had done her...
