He spins us around a couple of times then kisses me, stealing my breath away.
“Get ready for work and we’ll grab a bite to eat. I’m taking my girl out.”
He sets me down kisses me again then sends me on my way.
We didn’t have time for much to eat so we decided to get something in the pub before I started work. It’s karaoke/disco tonight and it’s getting busy already and it’s only seven pm. Elliott stays at the bar drinking while I’m working. He’s shooting the shit with Carson, in other words playing up and taking the piss out of people namely me. There’s me, Carson and Sam working tonight - only Sam isn’t here yet.
“Carson can you serve?”
Me?” He points at himself.
“Yeah, you. Sam isn’t here yet.”
“I’m not working.”
“Yes, you are. You know what it’s okay, you stay there and drink. Customers like me better than you anyway.”
Stamping both his feet on the ground as he stands from the bar stool, he walk towards the opening of the bar.
“Chill your beans woman. I’m here aren’t I.”
He walks past me behind the bar as my head shakes.
“If he keeps winding me up I’m gonna punch him the sac.” I tell Elliott as a passing comment, but with a sarcastic grin.
“I’m sure he’ll like it.”
I happen to look up and see Dale walk in.
“Hey what you having?”
“A cider. Thatcher’s please babe.”
“Coming up. Thank you for last night Cam really enjoyed himself.”
“He’s my nephew, anytime.” He shrugs and winks as I pass him his pint. All the Chase boys have the same shrug. He turns his back to the bar and looks out into the crowd before going over to Elliott and standing with him.
The bass of the music bounces of the walls as DJ plays some up to date music and the customers pour in keeping me busy for the next couple of hours.
Standing at the end of the bar having a quiet five minutes with Elliott, his hand is sitting in my back pocket holding me close against his side. He’s watched every male customer that has approached the bar. I can tell from here he has a gentle buzz going on.
“You okay? You drunk?”
“Nope. Just a little happy.”
“Good.”
“I have no intention of getting drunk I have big plans for you later.” He says with a dirty grin igniting the fuse.
“Oh really?” I purr at him, biting down on my lip and rubbing his nose with mine, flirting.
“Oh yeah... no quickie this time baby. You’re getting the full package. The full Elliott effect.” Squeezing my bum cheek in his palm.
“Oh, look I have customers I have to go.”
My palm brushes his hard dick in his jeans as I walk away, his eyes rolling with desire. Holding his index finger up, he shakes it from side to side telling me no. I smirk and blow him a kiss then begin to serve the forming queue of customers.
A while later once the bar quietens down, I tell Carson I’m going to fetch some empties giving him a friendly smack on the back and to watch the bar. You’d think as owner and manager he’d know this but sometimes he needs telling.
“So, who’s coming to sing? Come on you know you want to.” Says the DJ over the mic trying to drum up some singers.
“A little birdie tells me we have a real singer in here, maybe he could come and sing us one.”
“My night off mate. Maybe later.” Elliott shouts back. The regulars cheer as he turns back around. Smiling proudly my lips touch his cheek in a sweet and soft kiss before walking away again.
“I’ll be back.”
I leave the boys to talk shop and collect some of the empties before heading back out into the crowd.
The DJ makes sure the mic is on and hands it to me. I can’t believe I’m going to do this. Taking a deep breath in, the DJ nods at me, giving me the encouragement and turns the music down. I tap the top of the mic a couple of times and everyone turns to face us.
“Hi Guys! Erm, sorry to interrupt you all I promise I’ll keep you for just a second, I just have something I want to say…” Scanning the room I sought out the person I want.
“Ten years ago, from a form of miscommunication shall we call it…” Nervously, I giggle, “I lost the man I loved, but I never in my wildest dreams thought he would step back into my world and brighten it up again.”
His gaze meets mine prompting me to carry on.
“Elliott Chase, you don’t just have my heart, you have my soul too. Apart from our son, there was always a part of me missing and now I know exactly what it was - it was you.”
Through the full crowd I can only see him. His smile is so wide it’s spread right across his face. Carson smacks him on the shoulder smiling also.
“I thought maybe it was my turn to make a grand gesture or a fool of myself.” Rolling my eyes at myself, “so if you still want me, us, I’m ready to be your girl again - for always this time.”
Sucking my lips in to stave off the tears, doesn’t work as they prick at my eyes anyway. Even more when I see him walking towards me, the crowd are cheering and wolf whistling.
“Stay there I’m not finished yet.” I hold my hand up to stop him as the DJ starts the music to the song I want to sing for him. Sing, ha, more like murder. I can’t sing for shit. The words to the song come on the screen and I start singing along to the lyrics of Crazy For You by Madonna.
By the time the chorus comes around, I think he’s had enough of the bad singing. He comes towards the DJ’s box and stands before me. His face beaming and lighting up the whole room. He picks me up and kisses me like no one's watching, my hands cupping his face while he devours me with his lips. The crowd gets louder but everything is just background noise. He puts my feet to the floor, taking the mic from me as he finishes the song. Swaying us from side to side holding me in his arms singing to me, every now and again kissing the side of my head making me feel cherished.
Chapter Thirty-Four
Elliott
She pulls me through the front door in a rush. The sexual tension that filled the car on the drive home was stifling. I just wanted to get back her back here, so I could get her beneath me but more than that - so I could hold her my arms afterwards and fall asleep with her like I used to.
Her fingers nimbly begin to unfasten the buttons on my shirt, she reaches the bottom and pulls it apart, her palms brushing, feeling across my chest and stomach. Gripping her top from the hem I lift it, pulling it over her head and throwing it to the floor. She kicks off her shoes while I undo the button on her jeans, kissing her madly, teeth clashing and biting lips, her gasps urging me on.
Bending, I throw her over my shoulder, her squeals piercing as I run up the stairs with her. Unlike last time I did this I know exactly which bedroom hers is, her door is ajar, so I kick it gently with my foot, opening it and stride in flinging her on the bed. I don’t give her time to cuss me out because in next to no time I’m covering her with my body. My lips trailing down her neck, kissing, sucking until I find her black lace covered breasts. Pulling down the cups to push them up, I palm them, massaging as she pants.
“Ohh, Elliott.”
My mouth finds her nipple, sucking it into my mouth as she arches off the bed, then giving the same attention to the other. My lips go back on their own journey down her perfect body until they reach her jeans. I push them down, asking her to lift so I can pull them from under her. Standing and pulling them from her legs they also get thrown to the floor, along with my own. I don’t always wear underwear anyway so I’m naked already under my jeans then I take off my socks. She sits up takes off her bra and knickers throwing those with our jeans, her teeth cover her bottom lip as she sucks on it, her eyes seductive and pulling me in with just one look.
My hand grips my shaft stroking as she smiles, the pad of my thumb smearing the bead of pre-come across the head as I step towards the bed
. With my knees resting against the edge of the bed I bend, placing my hand at the side of her head and ease myself down to her until our noses touch in a feather touch, I rest myself on my hand with my elbow on the bed. “This is it now Cass. No more separations. I can’t cope without you, you are my world.” Our lips touch faintly. “You and Cameron.”
“I love you, Elliott.
“Always.”
“And I’m the same, I never want to be apart again either.”
“Good, because I’m ready to be a family.”
With my lips pressing against hers I kiss her, all my love pouring into her as our tongues are twisting and tangling together in sync like we always have been. Dragging my palms down her body, my fingers find their destination, gliding through the wetness until I find her entrance. Dipping in a finger and pulling it out slowly, her legs parting a little more for me with every push inside her. Her groans spurring me on as I repeat the action over and over again, my thumb rubbing at her pulsating clit making her back arch, panting her approval. Adding another finger and finding her G-spot, I rub harder, sucking her nipple into my mouth. Her arm holding my head. Nipping at it with my teeth making her squeal. Her hand wraps around my dick, stroking, squeezing, making my groans match hers.
“Fuck this. Come here.” I roll on top of her parting her legs, sinking myself into her heat, relishing in the feeling of being inside her. No arguments fuelling the fire, just plain want and desire for the girl that’s always been in my dreams - that has always been mine.
I begin to move, slowly pushing in and pulling out, repeating the motion. As I’m pushing in, Cass grinds on me, her hands on my arse pulling me against her making me go deeper. With my hands on her thighs, I part them, pushing them up, rising to my knees. Her ankles sit on my shoulders as I bend and lean on my hands, thrusting deeper with the position, my mouth making love to hers as I give her everything I have. Her hands stroking up my chest.
“Harder.”
Driving into her over and over, granting her wish, she clenches down on me making me harder, my balls tightening as my orgasm tears through me. Cass’s hands clutch my forearms, tightening as she chases her own release, panting and shouting my name.
As she comes down from the cloud she’s been on she smiles, loosening her hold on me, I ease her legs down, rubbing the backs of them so they don’t stiffen up. I pull myself out of her and collapse to the side of her.
“Fuck me, Cass.” I pant, out of breath.
“Again?” she teases.
My head turns to the side, my lips pulling into a smirk.
“Can you at least give me ten minutes. I’m not as young as I was.”
She smiles wide. “Aww, are you feeling old?”
“Not a fucking chance and in ten minutes I’ll show you how old I’m feeling.”
“Oh promises.”
She rolls from the bed and heads into the en-suite cleaning herself up and throwing a cloth at me. She lies by the side of me with her head resting on her hand. Her fingers trailing up and down my chest.
“I’ve missed this.”
Cupping her neck, I pull her face closer to mine.
“So, have I.”
Our lips meet once more sharing a kiss, a soft kiss full of feeling and love.
“Don’t leave me again… I don’t think I could make it through a second time.”
“Baby, there’s no danger of that. I’m going nowhere. Well, apart from back to Mum’s.”
“What?” She frowns sitting upright. “You’re going home? I thought you’d stay here tonight.”
My finger covers her lips. “Shhh. Not now, but I will have to tomorrow, just to get changed.”
“Oh, that’s okay then.” she sighs.
I place both hands behind my head, locking my fingers together. She rests her head on my bicep, looking up at me.
“Do you think we should tell Cameron tomorrow too? I think we’ve hidden enough from him.”
“Yeah, I agree. We’ll tell him when he comes back.”
Her head nuzzles into my chest while I hold her close to me, this is it now, I’m not letting her go ever again.
“Cassidy? What was your pregnancy like?”
She raises her gaze up at me, shifting and placing her hands on my stomach and settling her chin on them, watching me closely.
“It was okay. Most of the time I was either angry or crying, I was over emotional. Mother and me, argued most of the time. But when I felt the first kick, the first scan - I knew I had to focus on the baby, no matter what. I was angry at you or pining for you in another breath. I moved out of home when I was eight months pregnant, I couldn’t take anymore and into a flat the council gave me. I told them I was pregnant and homeless, that she had kicked me out. My dad hated the flat, there was drugs, the police were there all the time, so he found this place and offered to pay my rent until I could start working.”
“I lived off benefits for a while, I hated that too. When Carson came back from wherever he had gone to, he told me he was running The Anchor and asked if I wanted a job. I missed you the whole time until I eventually gave up any hope of you coming back to rescue me.”
My hands fit underneath her arms and arms and pull her up to meet me, nose to nose. Kissing her lips softly, lovingly, her arms work around my neck, lying on top of me. I devour every single inch of her mouth before pulling away gently.
“You’ll never be alone again. I’m so sorry. I love you.
She rises up smiling, straddling me with her legs. My cock instantly knows what’s happening and hardens. Edging back and sliding along my dick coating me in her wetness before sinking down on me all the way to the base.
“No more talking. Time for the next round.”
My hands settle on her thighs as she takes over sending me into euphoria before settling in to a restful night’s sleep with Cassidy Summers where she should be; in my arms again.
“Hey babe, wake up. I got coffee.”
“Hmm, I could get used to this.”
She rolls to her back, her sleepy eyes fluttering as they try to open and adjust to the light of the room. I slide my jeans back down my legs and slip under the duvet, snuggling up to her warmth, circling her waist with my arms and bring her closer to me.
“What time is it?”
“Ten thirty.”
“Seriously?” She sounds alarmed.
“Cameron will be here at eleven. Shit! We need to get up.”
“I’m comfortable here.”
She turns in my arms.
“Oh, so do you want to explain to your son why you’re lying in his Mums bed at eleven o’clock on a Sunday?”
I shrug. “I suppose it could awkward?”
“Awkward, you only suppose? I think it could be very awkward.”
“I was hoping for a bit of morning lovin’,” I grind my dick against her thigh trying to persuade her…
“Aw, the beast is going to have to stay in his cage for now.”
I growl against her neck and pull her pelvis back against me. She shivers as my tongue makes a path from her ear to her collarbone. She laughs moving my head away, kissing my lips.
“Come on we need to get up or you’ll have to explain everything because I’m not.”
“Fine.” I growl again, placing a hard kiss against her lips. “But just know that this beast cannot be tamed, and you owe it one now.”
Rolling away from her with a grin, I get out of bed. Cass lies in bed smiling, her blonde hair fanning around her head. I haven’t seen her look this contented for a long time.
“Come on beautiful.”
I pull my jeans up my legs again, picking up my socks off the floor and walk out pulling the door closed behind me.
Reaching the bottom of the stairs, I grab the shirt I hung on the bannister earlier when I came down and slip it on, leaving it undone for now.
Grabbing a pan and some eggs, I crack and beat them in the pan then put some
bread into the toaster. Figuring out how to turn the gas hob on, I place the pan on the flame and start the scrambled eggs. By the time Cass comes down breakfast is ready. I place the plates on the table and pour us some orange juice.
“Breakfast is served gorgeous lady.”
“Wow.”
She steps up to me and slides her hands around my waist beneath my open shirt and hugs me, resting her cheek against me. Kissing the top of her head she purrs.
“Maybe you should move in here Mr Chase, I could get used to this treatment all the time.”
She leans back and pulls my shirt together and fastens it up before resting her hands on my pecs.
Our eyes meet, my green to her stormy blue, a million thoughts racing through my over imaginative mind.
“As much as I think it’s a great idea... maybe we should wait to see what Cameron thinks of all this first.”
“You’re right, let’s eat before the peace is shattered, then we can sit him down and talk to him. Taking our chairs, my hand covers hers.
“One step at a time. I’m not going anywhere.” I smile.
The door bangs off the wall ten minutes later.
“Hello Mum.”
His bag drops on the floor and he runs in. My eyes wide, trying not to look guilty, I guess I’m more nervous about this than I thought. He skids to a stop at the kitchen door.
“Dad, what you doing here?”
“Erm…”
“He came for breakfast sweetie, he wanted to see you.”
“Oh okay.” Cam shrugs without a care.
“Has you your nan not come in?” Cass asks out of curiosity, especially after the way things were left yesterday.
“Nah, she said she had to go shopping.” He says with shake of his head. “Dad?”
“Yes son?”
“Why doesn’t nan like you?” He perches himself on my knee as he asks.
Well how do I answer this? I chance a look at Cass, she shrugs, that’s all I get from her. Great... I’m on my own. I can’t really say she’s a ‘bitter and twisted old hag who gets a kick out of spreading her hatred and misery like a fungus, making everyone in her path unhappy’, can I? I suppose it would be truthful. No, I can’t.
