Suddenly Begins Page 4

“Babe,” Ness pulls me from my thoughts.

“I have to go get cleaned up before my meeting.” She smiles at me and I lean forward to give her a slow kiss. “What was that for?”

“I love you, Ness, that’s all.” I move us through the room, kicking the bathroom door open and placing her bottom onto the vanity. Grabbing a wash cloth from the rack, I slowly pull out of her and press the towel to her. I don’t have time to savor looking at myself falling from her, but just knowing she is going to walk around with wet underwear all night, because of me, will keep me satisfied.

“Don’t look so happy.” Ness smiles at me. “I know what you are thinking and it is not as hot as you think. I am going to have to walk around feeling like I’ve peed myself.”

  I laugh as I take a leak.

“You’re such an asshole,” she playfully scolds, throwing the dirtied towel into the bathtub.

“I know, and yet you still love me, want to make babies with me and married me…” I joke, holding her hand as we walk out of the bathroom and through the cabana.

Ness laughs, “All true, what was I thinking?”

I slap her ass, in protest. “Hey, you love being my wife.”

She looks up at me, smiling. “Yeah I do…but now I have to go and yell at some people.” She gives me a quick kiss on the cheek. “Thanks for helping me de-stress. Love you.” Then she is gone.

Tonight was a success; there were hundreds of celebrities, VIPs, clients, industry and press at the party. They loved the idea of the fashion show and concert all in one. Tonight was the launch of Wyld Jones Boutique men’s collection. Derrick has been getting a lot more styling roles for men, which of course he loves. This means we will all be styled up with new clothes, and apparently Derrick believes we need to up our style game. Of course the ladies appreciated the male models walking down the runway just as much as we did the female models.

I see the Sons of Brooklyn boys hanging around with one of our newest artists, Gypsy Sisters, a talented Australian girl band Evan and Sienna stumbled on while holidaying in Byron Bay. I need to go and ask them all a favor.

“Christian,” Johnny greets me wholeheartedly with a thumping man hug.

“Guys you killed it tonight, thank you so much,” I praise and watch as they all take it in. “But I have a favor to ask you all.”

  “Anything,” Chance answers.

“Great, I’m glad you said that, because I have written a song and I want both of your bands to perform it at my wedding.” Their jaws drop and I hear silence.

“Really?” Indie, one of the girls from Gypsy Sisters, questions.

“Yeah, really. I think mixing both of your sounds together and performing it for Ness will be epic.” They all nod their heads in agreement.

“This is such a privilege, Christian,” Blake adds. “We won’t let you down.”

“Good, don’t fuck it up, you have a couple months to prepare. I’ll send you all the words and then you can play around with the music.” They all nod enthusiastically. “Okay, well enjoy your night, I’ve got to find my wife.”

“I can’t believe we are going back to Paris,” Sienna says as we chill on Dirty Texas’ private plane. “This time last year I was getting engaged and now you are here, married, and getting married again.”

“And you have a baby,” I add.

“Who would have thought it?” she giggles.

“And here I am still single.” Derrick pouts.

“That’s because you keep picking the wrong men,” Sienna answers.

“True, but they are just so cute, it would be a disservice to not try them all,” Derrick argues.

When the paparazzi spotted Derrick and Chance together one night, the rumors started about them and Chance freaked out. He wasn’t ready to tell the world he was bisexual. He told the media that Derrick was just his stylist, nothing more, which devastated him. He was heartbroken, but in all honesty it was probably for the best. For nearly a year Derrick and Chance have been fooling around, especially at The Paradise Club where people didn’t bat an eye at what people got up to, and who they did it with, but Chance is very much still in the closet, it was really a no-win situation for Derrick.

After many bottles of wine, Derrick confessed that he had had a lot of threesomes with Chance as he was very much still into women. Derrick is most definitely not into women, he is one hundred percent gay, so for him to agree to bring women into their bedroom meant he really cared for Chance. I guess he was willing to do anything to make it work. Derrick deserves someone special, and I definitely don’t think it is Chance. He needs someone either the same age or older, someone who is comfortable with their sexuality and not a confused boy. He needs someone who can put up with his huge personality and also someone who can handle his shit and many men can’t do that. Don’t get me wrong, I like Chance, he is a great kid, but he hurt Derrick. I know he didn’t mean to, but he did.

In true Derrick fashion he threw himself headfirst—pun intended—into The Paradise Club, the celebrity sex club the boys like to frequent, instead of taking a chance—no pun intended there—on dating. I doubt he will find a husband and a father figure to help him raise babies in a sex club. Derrick also confessed after the Dirty Texas/Wyld Jones anniversary party that with his thirtieth birthday looming he was hoping that by this stage he had gained more from life; he wants marriage and a family, he wants what Sienna and I have. It broke my heart hearing him confess his darkest secrets to us. I want this for him, he deserves it. He has no contact with his family, they treat him like he doesn’t exist so for him to have his own family and right the wrongs his parents did to him, means a lot.

“There is someone out there for you Derrick, and when you least expect it you will find him,” Sienna soothes him.

“You know it’s hard to tame all this,” he replies, waving his hand all around him.

“Never know, he could be in Paris,” Stacey suggests.

“Some hot European royal sweeps me off my feet and you will all have to bow down to my awesomeness.”

We all groan and throw pillows at him.

“You need to come to New York, I’ll hook you up with some hot billionaires,” Camryn entices Derrick.

“Invite them to my birthday, they can be my present.” He smiles.

“Oh, that’s a brilliant idea, let’s invite all the hottest, single, gay men we know to your birthday party, you will have a smorgasbord of hot men to choose from. You never know, one of them could be Mr. Right.” Isla claps excitedly.

“Yes please. Invite them all. Cammie, do you think we can fit more men onto that island?” He wiggles his eyebrows at her. Camryn is organizing Derrick’s thirtieth birthday on a private island in the Caribbean. It will be crazy if Derrick has his way.

“For you, Derrick, anything.” Camryn smiles, pouring herself another glass of champagne.

“Fantastic! It’s my party and I can fuck if I want to, fuck if I want to, fuck if I want to…” Derrick sings, making us all laugh as he gyrates his hips around the cabin, dry humping any kind of inane object. Finally, after circling us a couple of times he settles back down into his chair. “So, Mousey, how are things going with Viking dick?” Derrick asks Stacey about Oscar.

Stacey just rolls her eyes at Derrick.

“I know you’re holding out on us. I’ve seen you at the club sneaking away with Oscar.”

Stacey stills. “Fine, Oscar and I like playing at The Paradise Club sometimes, but that’s all.”

“La la la la,” Isla sings, putting her fingers in her ears.

“Don’t be a prude, Isla, you have seen your brother do way worst stuff than what Mousey is telling us,” Derrick states.

“Yes, but never with one of my friends,” she adds.

Derrick bursts out laughing. “As if he hasn’t shagged one of your friends.”

Isla just pokes her tongue out at him.

“So you and Oscar just hook up at the club then?” Sienna
asks Stacey.

“Yeah, we, um…” Stacey’s cheeks turn pink.

“It’s always the quiet ones that are the kinkiest.” Derrick smiles as he looks at an embarrassed Stacey.

“Oh this sounds interesting? I want to hear all the dirty bits,” Camryn says, rubbing her hands with glee. We are all a little tipsy from numerous bottles of champagne we have consumed—things get a little interesting when that happens.

“Not much to tell, we are just friends.”

  “Who fuck,” Derrick states.

“Isn’t that why we go to The Paradise Club?” Stacey questions him.

Derrick is quiet for a moment. “Okay fine, Mousey, you got me there, you and Viking dick do dirty, nasty things to each other.” He turns his attention to Isla. “What about you Isla? Is Finn just as kinky as his BFF?” Derrick asks.

Isla rolls her eyes. “I have no idea.”

  Everyone bursts out laughing.

Isla flips us all off. “You know this year has been the year for detoxing off Finn, so it’s been awhile.”

“Really?” Derrick pushes. “I don’t know if I believe you.” He pins her with a stare.

Isla confessed at Sienna and Evan’s wedding last year that she was going to start the New Year Finn-less. Seeing Sienna and Evan so happy she decided that she needed to change the decisions she has been making with her love life. We thought this might mean she would give Wes, the California Bros. Brewery owner, a chance as he had the hots for her, but she said they were just friends after their one and only date. It’s probably about time Isla got over Finn, fifteen years is a long time to pine after a man, especially one that treats you like his regular booty call. Still surprises me that Oscar never suspects his best friend is fooling around with his little sister.

But true to Isla’s word she has kept away from Finn this year. Rejecting his suggestive texts, joining the online dating world, actually going out on physical dates with other men. To say Finn is happy about this is an understatement, but he doesn’t have the balls to declare his feelings for her because he is scared of Oscar. I call horse shit on it; I think he just likes having his cake and eating it too. Isla deserves more than that. Maybe because I am all loved up now I want my friends to be happy also.

“Fine, Derrick, like a damn junkie I had a relapse. Finn and I hooked up in Vegas, it happened; I mean…it’s all your fault, Ness.” Isla points at me.

“Hey, what? How did I make you sleep with Finn? I was happily shagging my surprise husband that weekend.” I’m not getting blamed for this one.

Isla huffs, “Goddamn Vegas and all its sinful delights.”

  “Vegas, huh?” I question her.

“You and your bright idea of hosting the boys’ birthday party at a sex club. What the hell did you think was going to happen? I am a goddamn Finn junkie, and waving him in front of my face like that wasn’t fair, of course I was going to fail,” Isla huffs. The plane erupts into laughter as we laugh at Isla’s dilemma—as good friends should. “Fuck you guys, it’s not funny.” Isla grabs another glass of champagne.

“But as long as you have kept away since that slip up you should be fine,” Sienna states.

“You have kept away haven’t you?” I ask.

Isla let’s out a groan. “Okay, fine, I slipped up again after the anniversary party, it kind of just happened. You know…deserted cabana, lots of champagne…hot, chiseled, looks like sin, rock star begging you for more, whispering dirty things into your ear. A girl can only use her vibrator so many times.”

  “Isla,” Stacey squeals.

She hangs her head in shame. “I know, I know, I am weak…so very, very weak, but it was the last time, honest to God.” She crosses her heart. “It’s been a couple weeks since we last hooked up, so that’s good.” She looks at all of us for validation and we all burst out laughing again. “Fuck you.” She pouts, which makes us fall into fits of laughter even more.

Derrick puts his arm around Isla. “I would find it hard saying no to Finn Connolly as well, that boy is fine.” Isla bursts out laughing and flips him the bird as we crack open another bottle of champagne.

While the girls have gone to Paris, we decided to do a boys’ trip to Big Bear. I am taking a leaf from the Evan Wyld playbook and buying my wife a house. It’s going to be a surprise. She loved it so much when we were up here for our mini honeymoon recently.

“You can’t come up with your own ideas.” Evan shoulders me, chuckling as he takes a seat in our private jet. I flip him the bird.

“We better not be neighbors,” Zander adds. He is going to be our official tour guide for the weekend.

“No way in the world do I want to see your ugly face,” I mock as I sit back into the leather seat.

“Still can’t believe you’re married, dude.” Zander slaps me on the back as he takes a seat across from me.

“Best decision I ever made, boys.” I raise my bottle of beer to them.

“Here, here.” Evan clinks his bottle against mine.

“Aw, look, the married boys club,” Axel jokes.

  “Seriously, bro, don’t knock it.”

Axel huffs, “There is no way in the world I am ever settling down.”

Oscar, Finn, Zander and Axel all clink their beers together, a stand of single solidarity.

“Never say never.” I smile at them. “Y’all aren’t getting any younger.”

Axel groans, “Doesn’t mean we have to settle down with one woman.”

“There is no way on God’s green earth I would ever give up Ness for the endless supply of pussy you guys are talking about. None of that stuff could ever compare to what Ness and I have.”

“That’s ʼcause you and Evan got the best ones,” Zander adds.

“Damn right we did,” Evan says.

“Yeah we got lucky, but that’s ʼcause we stopped searching through the easy pussy to get to the prime stuff.”

“You know Ness would kill you if she heard you talking about her prime pussy,” Finn adds.

“Yeah she would and I wouldn’t care because that woman is my life, and one day y’all might meet that one woman that makes you lose your breath and want more from life.” The plane is silent for a minute then the boys all burst out laughing at me. “Y’all a bunch of fuck faces.” I flip them all the bird.

“I like husband Christian, his words are poetic and shit,” Zander laughs.

“Whatever, I’m just saying, there is more out there than short term kicks.”

  “Agreed,” Evan adds.

“Oscar’s been hanging out with Stacey, a lot, he might be next,” Finn confesses while Oscar shoots him daggers.

  “Well, well, well.” I smile.

“Fuck you, dude; we aren’t a bunch of women gossiping about our sex lives,” Oscar grumbles.

“Hell yeah we are. I want the gossip,” I add.

“You’ve been around Derrick too long, you sound just like him,” Oscar huffs. If Derrick was here, he would so be getting the gossip out of these guys.

“Time to buckle up boys, we are about to take off,” the hostess advises us before disappearing again. The cabin goes quiet as the rumble of the jet starts and we hurtle down the runway. Moments later we are up in the sky and the plane evens out, we all resume talking again. It’s less than an hour to Big Bear from LA so it will be quick.

“Don’t think I have forgotten what we were talking about before,” I remind them.

“Argh, you are so annoying. Fine, Stacey and I like playing at The Paradise Club, we are into the same things, she is very sexually adventurous, but other than that, I am not looking for anything more.”

“So, Stacey is just a fuck buddy?” I ask.

Oscar runs his hands over his face. “Yes…no…I’m not really sure. She is a cool chick, but she has never indicated that she wanted anything outside of the hook ups we have.”

“But you hook up with her a lot,” Finn adds.

Oscar glares at his best friend. “Like I said, sexually she is
highly comparable.”

“She’s pretty hot at the club.” Axel adds.

Oscar growls at him. “I know that you know.”

My head bounces between the two of them as if I’m watching Wimbledon.

“What does that mean?” I ask.

Oscar’s eyes look to the floor. “They have hooked up before.” The plane goes silent.

“What the hell, bro.” I throw a cushion at him.

“Hey, hey, Oscar allowed it,” Axel defends himself.

“You allowed it?” I question him.

“Chris, you know Axel and I are into different kinds of kinks than you boys are.”

Axel and Oscar are into D/s kinks inside the bedroom, they have certain fetishes that they both like and have certain women who like the same things, not that they don’t do what they call vanilla from time to time, and that’s why the Paradise Club is good because they can find people who like those sorts of things without the press finding out about it.

“But why would you share Stacey with Axel? Was she okay about it?”

“Yes of course, she was a good little sub, I shared her with another because she wanted a certain experience that one man could not give her. So I asked Axel, who understood what she was asking for, and who I trusted to give her that experience.”

  “And now?”

“That was it, Axel joins in if she needs more, but other than that we are good.”

“And you were okay with doing this?” I ask Axel.
