  Reviews

The Gallows Tree - 5/5 from The Paranormal Romance Guild “...There is also a mystery in the book and surprises, but mostly it is a look into the life of an abused person and how they fight to find themselves. This is a problem that is very prevalent in our society and one in which we constantly see the abused defending the abuser. I was very happy that this author did not shy away from this situation ...”

Texas Heat – 4/5 from MM Good Book Reviews

“...The writing is smooth and so is the storyline, it does jump forward in time by a few months, but it is smoothly done so it doesn’t throw you. Riley and Jack are still as passionate about each other as ever, and Eli and Robbie scorch the pages as well ... I will recommend this to those who love sexy cowboys, hunky businessmen, horny photographers, cute kids, supportive family and a happy ending ...”

Love is in the Title (Love #1) 5/5 from Hearts On Fire Reviews The story has amazing supporting characters. Cameron’s friend Dan is the kind we all should have. Luke’s long time friend Mitchell is more of a pain (as when he tells Luke he has decided he’s bisexual and his boy-crush is Cameron. “At that point, Luke had cut Mitchell out of his life, utterly and completely, forever. Until the next evening…” That so summed up high school for me, because everything is black or white, so little gray at that age.

Full Circle (Sanctuary 5) – 5/5 from Dark Diva Reviews Once again, Ms. Scott has another winner to add to her ever-growing list of accomplished works. Full Circle does not disappoint; with suspense, intrigue, as always, great sex, and a very interesting twist at the end of the story. Of course this twist leaves the door wide open for more of this hit series.

Still Waters (Sanctuary 4) – 4.5/5 from Jessewave Reviews Along with a taut, action-packed mystery that continues to provide just enough twists and turns to keep the reader wanting to know more, Still Waters, is also a novel about healing, restoration of trust, and the strength of forgiveness. This was, in the end, a beautiful love story.

Guarding Morgan - 4.5/5 from Mrs Condit reads books One thing I almost never do is read books in a series out of order. But somehow I jumped into R.J. Scott’s Sanctuary series on the second book The Only Easy Day. I continued on with the rest of the series knowing I was going to come back to Guarding Morgan at some point. Now I’m kicking myself I didn’t read it sooner because I think it was my favorite of the series.
