  1 tablespoon avocado oil

  ½ teaspoon thyme

  ½ teaspoon chili flakes

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  1 teaspoon dill, dried

  Directions:

  Place the broccoli florets in the air fryer basket.

  Sprinkle the florets with the thyme, chili flakes, dried dill, and avocado oil.

  Cook the broccoli florets for 6 minutes at 400 F.

  When the time is over – stir the broccoli and place it in the big bowl.

  Add minced garlic and diced onion.

  After this, sprinkle the salad with the olive oil and stir it.

  Serve the salad immediately!

  Smashed Sweet Potato with Curry Powder

  Prep time: 8 minutes

  Cooking time: 30 minutes

  Servings: 2

  Ingredients:

  2 sweet potatoes, peeled

  ¼ cup chicken stock

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  1 tablespoon almond milk

  1 teaspoon curry powder

  ½ teaspoon turmeric

  Directions:

  Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer and sprinkle them with the turmeric.

  Cook the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes at 380 F.

  After this, mash the sweet potatoes until you get the puree.

  Add chicken stock and curry powder.

  Then add the almond milk and stir the mixture until it is smooth and homogenous.

  Serve the mashed sweet potato immediately!

  Roasted Red Potato

  Prep time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 18 minutes

  Ingredients:

  13 oz red potato

  1 teaspoon rosemary

  ½ teaspoon dried parsley

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  ½ teaspoon salt

  Directions:

  Wash the red potato carefully and cut into the cubes.

  Sprinkle the red potato cubes with the rosemary, dried parsley, and salt.

  Add olive oil and stir the vegetables.

  Transfer the red potato cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 18 minutes at 390 F. Stir the potatoes every 7 minutes.

  Serve the cooked sweet potatoes immediately!

  Dill Cauliflower Rice

  Prep time: 15 minutes

  Cooking time: 20 minutes

  Servings: 4

  Ingredients:

  1-pound cauliflower head

  1 carrot

  1 onion, diced

  1 tablespoon ghee

  ¼ cup chicken stock

  1 teaspoon salt

  ½ teaspoon paprika

  ½ teaspoon thyme

  ½ teaspoon ground coriander

  ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped

  Directions:

  Chop the cauliflower roughly and place in the blender.

  Blend it well until you get the cauliflower rice.

  Place the cauliflower rice in the air fryer basket.

  Grate the carrot and add the cauliflower rice.

  After this, add the diced onion, ghee, chicken stock, salt, paprika, thyme, ground coriander, nutmeg, olive oil, and chopped fresh dill.

  Stir it and cook at 380 F for 20 minutes. Stir the rice time to time.

  When the cauliflower rice is cooked – let it chill little.

  Enjoy!

  Apple Hashbrown

  Ingredients:

  1 sweet potato, chopped

  1 apple, chopped

  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Place the chopped sweet potato in the air fryer basket.

  Add olive oil and cook the vegetables for 15 minutes at 380 F.

  Stir the sweet potatoes time to time.

  After this, add the chopped apple and ground cinnamon.

  Stir the mixture well and cook it for 5 minutes more at the same temperature.

  Stir the cooked hashbrown and serve it!

  Potato Salad

  Ingredients:

  2 potatoes, chopped

  2 hard-boiled eggs

  1 teaspoon salt

  1 tablespoon Paleo mayonnaise

  1 cucumber, chopped

  1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  ½ teaspoon minced garlic

  Directions:

  Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.

  Sprinkle the potatoes with the ground black pepper and salt.

  Cook the vegetables for 10 minutes at 400 F or until cooked.

  Then place the cooked potato in the big bowl.

  Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add the potato.

  Then add the chopped cucumber and Paleo mayonnaise.

  Add olive oil and minced garlic.

  Mix the salad up and serve!

  Squash Noodles

  Prep time: 10 minutes

  Ingredients:

  15 oz spaghetti squash

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  ½ teaspoon dried dill

  ½ teaspoon salt

  Directions:

  Peel the spaghetti squash and place it in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the squash for 15 minutes at 390 F.

  After this, shred the squash with the help of the fork to make the noodles.

  Place the squash noodles in the bowl and sprinkle with the olive oil, dried dill, and salt.

  Stir the noodles well and enjoy them warm!

  Cabbage Steaks

  Ingredients:

  1-pound cabbage

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Slice the cabbage into the steak pieces and sprinkle with the paprika and ground black pepper from both sides.

  Then sprinkle the cabbage with the olive oil and transfer in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the cabbage steaks for 9 minutes at 365 F.

  Flip the cabbage to another side after 4 minutes of cooking.

  Transfer the cooked cabbage on the platter and serve!

  ¼ cup almond, crushed

  Directions:

  Combine together the kale and minced garlic.

  Add olive oil and crushed almond.

  Stir the kale and put it in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the kale for 5 minutes at 250 F.

  Then add the water and cook the kale for 5 minutes more at 360 F.

  When the time is over – stir the kale and chill to the room temperature.

  Serve!

  Sweet Potato Toasts

  Ingredients:

  2 sweet potatoes, peeled

  1 teaspoon minced garlic

  ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

  1 avocado, pitted

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Slice the sweet potatoes and rub them with the minced garlic and olive oil.

  Place the sweet potato slices in the air fryer basket and cook them for 16 minutes at 360 F. Flip them into another side after 8 minutes of cooking.

  Meanwhile, peel the avocado and mash it.

  Add the minced garlic and stir the mashed avocado mixture well.

  When the sweet potato slices are cooked – chill them little and spread with the mashed avocado mixture.

  Serve and enjoy!

  Whole Food Mushrooms with Tarragon

  Prep time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 7 minutes

  Ingredients:

  13 oz mushrooms

  ¼ teaspoon tarragon

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

  ½ teaspoon salt

  Directions:

  Slice the mushrooms and sprinkle them with tarragon, olive oil, chili flakes, and salt.

  Stir the mushrooms and transfer in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the mushrooms for 7 minutes at 385 F.

  Stir the mushrooms time to time.

  When the mushrooms are cooked – transfer them to the bowl and chill for 5 minutes.

  Enjoy!

  4 sweet potatoes

  1 teaspoon dried parsley

  Directions:

  Peel the potatoes and put them in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the sweet potatoes for 35 minutes at 360 F.

  When the sweet potatoes are soft – they are cooked.

  Place the cooked sweet potatoes in the blender and blend until smooth.

  Add the almond milk, salt, and dried parsley.

  Blend the mixture for 1 minute more.

  Transfer the cooked meal to the serving plates and enjoy!

  Potato Halves with Spinach and Artichokes

  Ingredients:

  1 potato

  1 oz artichoke

  ¼ teaspoon minced garlic

  ½ teaspoon cilantro

  1 tablespoon avocado oil

  ¼ teaspoon ground paprika

  Directions:

  Cut the potatoes into 2 halves.

  Then remove the meat from the potatoes to make the boards.

  Chop the artichoke and sprinkle it with the salt.

  Chop the spinach and add it to the artichoke.

  Add minced garlic, cilantro, and ground paprika.

  Stir the mixture and fill the potato halves.

  Wrap the potatoes in the foil and place in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the potatoes for 25 minutes at 360 F.

  When the time is over – discard the foil from the potatoes and serve!

  ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

  Directions:

  Cut the potatoes into the cubes.

  Sprinkle the potato cubes with the dried dill, dried oregano, and chili flakes.

  Mix the potatoes and place them in the air fryer basket.

  Sprinkle the potato cubes with the olive oil and cook for 15 minutes at 400 F.

  Stir the potatoes once per cooking.

  When the potato cubes are crunchy enough – transfer them to the serving bowl and serve!

  ½ teaspoon salt

  ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Chop the bacon and put it in the air fryer basket.

  Add Brussel sprouts and sprinkle the ingredients with the rosemary, salt, and ground black pepper.

  Shake it gently and cook it for 20 minutes at 360 F.

  Stir the ingredients every 6 minutes.

  Meanwhile, chop the apple and put it in the bowl.

  When the bacon mixture is cooked – put it in the apple bowl hot and stir.

  Serve!

  Zucchini and Carrot Slices

  Ingredients:

  1 zucchini

  2 carrots

  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  ½ teaspoon ground paprika

  Directions:

  Slice the zucchini and carrots.

  Sprinkle the vegetables with the thyme, ground cinnamon, ground paprika, and olive oil.

  Shake it well and transfer to the air fryer basket.

  Cook the vegetables for 16 minutes at 380 F. Stir the vegetables after 8 minutes of cooking.

  When the vegetables are soft – they are cooked.

  Serve the meal only hot!

  2 tablespoons almond milk

  1 tablespoon chives

  Directions:

  Cut the radish into the halves.

  Place the radish in the air fryer basket.

  Sprinkle the radish with the chopped garlic, avocado oil, chili flakes, and almond milk.

  Stir the vegetables well and cook for 10 minutes at 360 F.

  Stir the radish every 3 minutes.

  When the radish is cooked – transfer it in the serving bowls and sprinkle with chives.

  Ingredients:

  1-pound cauliflower head

  ¼ cup almond milk

  1 teaspoon salt

  5 oz bacon, chopped

  ½ teaspoon minced garlic

  ½ teaspoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Chop the cauliflower and place it in the air fryer basket.

  Add almond
milk, salt, and chopped bacon.

  Then add minced garlic, and olive oil.

  Stir the cauliflower gently with a spatula and cook at 400 f for 15 minutes.

  After this, transfer the cooked cauliflower in the blender and blend until you get a puree. You can discard the bacon and add it during serving.

  Serve the cooked cauliflower immediately!
