by Sue Mercury

It took a moment for understanding to dawn, but he let out a slow breath when it finally did. Relief filled him that she didn’t hate him for another reason or simply wish to leave New Protemeda because she didn’t like her new home.

“Ally, that female did not mean anything to me.”

A tear trickled down her cheek. “You bastard. I bet she didn’t. I bet you had your fun and then passed her to one of your stupid friends.”

He drew back as if she’d slapped him. “We do not pass females around, Ally. Is that what you think? You think I bedded the woman for sport?”

She snorted. “I know what I saw.”

“Had you spied on me long enough, little human, you would have seen me pass the female in question to my friend, Callom. I delivered her to his cave and left immediately, only to return home to find you gone.”

  “What are you saying?”

“I’m saying she was an extra female. We’d only planned to catch four, but she apparently showed up and tried to save her friend, so we took an extra. As the organizer of the raid, it was my responsibility to see her matched. I gave her to my dear friend, Callom. I trust he’s already walked her under the white stone arch and made her his.”

Ally’s mouth fell open. “You mean…”

“She was putting up a fight.” A grin tugged at his lips. “She tried to run off and tried fighting me, much like you did when we first met. I was in a hurry to return home to you, so I tossed her over my shoulder to save time and trouble.”

Her trembling ceased and she took several deep breaths, holding his gaze the whole while. Tears brimmed in her eyes. “I saw you carrying her and I thought…I thought you were going to take her to another cave of yours, or worse, bring her back here. I’m sorry I thought that about you, Naad. I didn’t want to believe it was true. God, I’m so glad it’s not true.” She leaned into his touch as he stroked her face.

“Ally, did you guess the code to deactivate the protective barrier?”

She flushed and tried to look away, but he grasped her chin, giving her no choice but to stare into his eyes. “Yes,” she finally admitted. “It took a while, but I finally guessed it. I had watched you press the buttons a few times and sort of knew which area of the pad to press, though I cannot read your letters, or numbers, or whatever those symbols mean. I was outside the cave when I saw you with the woman.”

He fell silent as he regarded her. She had disobeyed him by leaving the cave. It grieved him that she hadn’t trusted him to know what was best for her. Her safety meant everything to him. He hadn’t locked her in here to be cruel.

“So you didn’t leave the cave with the intention of running away? You only decided to run off after you saw me with the female? Is that it?”

“Y-yes. Please don’t be mad. Can you blame me for wanting to explore? It’s so beautiful here. Majestic, even. The view from the top of this mountain is amazing, and the warm breeze feels like heaven. Leaving you wasn’t my intention when I set out to break the code this morning.” She squeezed his hand. “Naad, I admit I didn’t wish to come to this planet or become the mate of a stranger, but now that I am here, I am thankful. You have been nothing but kind to me, and I-I rather like you. Whenever you smile at me, my heart does a little dance. You’ve treated me very well, much better than I expected a stranger would. God, do you have any idea how relieved I am that the woman meant nothing to you? When I saw you carrying her, I felt my heart break in two.”

Naad brushed the tears from her face. Thank the bright stars she was here now and safe. If anything had happened to her, his heart would’ve broken in two. No, not in two. Into a million tiny pieces. He would’ve shattered from the inside out. She was his sweet, little mate. His heart and soul. In the short time they’d spent together, she had become a part of him and as vital to him as the air he breathed.

“I would never betray you like that, Ally. You are the only female for me. My sweet, little human.”

She smiled and lifted her face as he leaned forward to kiss her.

“You’re mine, Ally,” he said after breaking away to tug her dress off. He ripped at her underthings. When he lifted her in his arms, her shoes fell to the floor. “There’s no one but you.”

He carried her into the kitchen area and bent her over the smooth surface of the table. Taking her from behind had become one of his favorite positions.

“Up on your toes. Good. Now spread your legs. Good girl, Ally. Now stay just like that.”

Sweltering with his need to be inside her, he shed his clothing and took position behind her, holding his cock and placing it at the entrance of her pussy. He dragged the tip up and down her slick folds, spreading her moisture around as she awaited him to claim her from behind.

“Tell me, Ally, who is my one and only female?”

She moaned and lifted her hips, trying to urge him to sink into her depths, but he held back and continued teasing her. He tapped his cock against her pretty little swollen nubbin, causing her to whimper and clutch the edge of the table.

“Answer me, Ally. Who is my one and only female?”

“Me! Oh, please, Naad, please. No more teasing.”

He pushed into her, just the tip of his length. “Beg more, little human. Beg me to shove my cock into you and pound you.”

She peered over her shoulder at him, her eyes wide and pleading, her face flushed a pretty shade of pink. “Please, Naad, please, um…pound into me.” She turned around and braced herself on the table. “Please, with your cock.”

He shoved all the way into her and began driving in and out with abandon. He fucked her with quick, deep plunges into her wet, tight pussy.

“I’m going to keep you awake all night, Ally, and make you come over and over again.” He gripped her hips and held her in place for his harsh thrusts. “It was naughty of you to sneak out of the cave, and I intend to teach you a lesson. You’re going to be so sore between your thighs that you won’t even think about walking around the mountainside for days.”

She moaned and he swore he felt her gush moisture around his pounding cock. Her tight walls contracted around him as she came, crying out his name and writhing upon the table, trying to meet his thrusts even as he held her hips in place. He surged on until she came again, and then he followed her into bliss, spurting his seed into her with a deep, guttural moan.

He kept his word that night and took her over and over again, until they collapsed upon the bed in the early morning as dawn broke over the mountain in a brilliant display of pink and orange.

“Do you think you’ve learned your lesson, little human, or shall I bend you over the table and have my way with you again?”

She stifled a yawn and peered up at him with a sleepy smile. “You have made your point, Naad. I realize I’m the only female for you.” She circled her fingers through his chest hair. “And you’re the only male for me.”

He kissed her forehead. “Thank the bright stars, because I cannot feel my legs anymore.”

She laughed and he gathered her closer, guiding her head to rest upon his chest. They fell asleep in one another’s arms with the warmth of the morning sun spilling into the cave upon their naked bodies.

Many moons later, Ally’s stomach swelled with child and she went on to give birth to a robust baby boy. Each night as Naad watched her rocking their son to sleep, he knew his sweet little human had been worth the wait. She was his heart and soul, his everything.

  His Ally.
