A: Are you ok?
R: I need to get out of here.
A: Is it getting that bad?
R: Yes.
A: Try to hold on, honey. We don’t want you exploding. :P
“Hey!” Raven whisper shouted when Beck swiped her phone out of her hand and began to read. “Beck, don’t you dare read my messages!”
He held it out with his right hand, out of her reach, and she tried to pull him towards her to get it back.
“Relax, here,” he said passing her phone back. He’d already read them, but he didn’t seem to know what the messages were about.
God I hope not.
“You need to get out of class?” he asked, his tone clipped. “You can’t even stand to sit next to me?”
The hurt in his voice tore at Raven’s heart. He had no clue that her messages were describing her sexual attraction to him being the reason for her need to escape.
“They don’t mean that,” she blurted out without meaning to.
“Then what?” his gaze fixed firmly on her as he waited for her to explain.
“You’re sexual references, Beck. Although they can be funny at times, they’re mostly frustrating.”
Oh no.
A slow smile appeared across his face.
“Frustrating how?” he asked, raising an eyebrow.
“There’s no talking to you, is there?” she shook her head. “I bet you can’t even go one day without an innuendo.”
Beck bit his lip into his mouth. Raven couldn’t help but wonder how that lip would feel against hers. Not that it would ever happen. She wouldn’t let it, and neither would he.
“You’re thinking of one right now aren’t you?” she asked, trying to block the visions of Beck kissing her out of her mind.
“Mhmm.” He replied, nodding his head, still holding his lip.
“Unbelievable.”
“Ray, we need to go…oh hi Beck.” Ava stopped talking when she saw Beck standing behind Raven as they exited their lecture room.
He’d stood closely behind Raven as they walked out that she knew he would bump into her if she stopped. Why he stood so close, she didn’t know. If he wanted to look at her ass, he needed to be another few paces behind.
“Shall we go to lunch?”
Raven linked Ava’s arm and began walking down the corridor. She noticed Beck was walking with them.
“Where are you going?” she asked him, wondering what he was up to.
“I’m going to lunch,” he replied. “I’m walking in the same direction as you, that’s all.”
Both girls looked at each other then back to Beck. Something wasn’t right. He was definitely up to mischief.
“So…” Ava began, with a curious glance in Beck’s direction. “I was thinking we could go shopping after breakfast tomorrow. Hit the stores as they open.”
“That’s a good idea,” Beck butted in. “Raven needs new panties. She’s not wearing any,” he said as if it were nothing.
“What?” Ava’s voice hit a new octave.
“I’m seriously going to murder you,” Raven growled.
“I’m just trying to help,” he grinned. “I could give you a few ideas if you like?”
“No!” the girls said in unison, but Beck carried on as if they hadn’t said anything.
“Black, or white lace. None of those granny things. Maybe some red ones too. Ow!” he cried when Raven slapped his arm.
His hard, muscular arm.
“What was that for?”
“That was for being a jerk. I didn’t ask for your opinion, and I certainly don’t need it! I was joking about what I said. I am wearing panties.”
“What color?” he asked, getting too close for comfort.
Raven held her breath trying to stop the waves in their tracks. If his presence weren't intoxicating her at that moment, she would’ve certainly slapped his face.
“Beige granny pants,” she snarled before slipping away with Ava.
“Did you see his face?” Ava laughed so hard tears were in her eyes. “That was awesome, Ray. God, I wish I were in your class so I could’ve seen the two of you.”
“I’m glad my misfortunes amuse you.”
“Misfortunes, my ass,” Ava snorted. “You know as well as I that he doesn’t talk that way with anybody else; just you.”
“Because he gets a rise out of me. Any other girl would fall over themselves if he did. Where’s the challenge in that?”
“Why don’t you annoy somebody else for a change, Beck? Aren’t there any new students you need to corrupt?”
Beck had seen the back of her panties over the waist band of her jeans, and hadn’t left her alone that day, since he had.
“I just want to know, Raven. It’s a simple question. Thong or brief?”
“I’m not telling you!” she yelled, making her way up the stairs towards her dorm.
She saw Beck look around before following her. “I already know anyway,” he smiled.
“Whatever.”
“No VPL means thong. Unless you have those special ones that have no seams.”
Raven turned abruptly as she reached the half landing, almost smacking into his chest.
“Oh!” she squeaked, backing up suddenly, hitting the wall.
“Nervous?” he chuckled. “Don’t be nervous, Raven. What do you think I’m going to do?”
“I don’t know,” she whispered.
Beck leant his arm on the wall, looking down at her. His height meant he had no problem towering above her.
“Raven, I would never do anything you didn’t want me to do,” his voice lowered. “You need to understand that.”
She did. Even as they’d gotten halfway through Sophomore year, Beck had never crossed the line. His mouth may run away with him, but he’d never done anything to her, and she was thankful he hadn’t.
It wasn’t because he was a creep. Far from it. He just had a dirty mouth, which was a little more inappropriate than necessary, but he never disrespected her physically.
Raven’s heart beat furiously against her chest and her body was on fire. The heat was pouring down to her core, and she felt as though she would drop at any given moment.
“So?” he asked, resuming his mischievous, yet sexy smile. “What are they?”
“Why don’t you go and ask one of the other girls, I’m sure they’ll happily show you.” Raven didn’t mean that to sound to harsh, but she couldn’t help it. He only ever seemed to approach her. Even though he said he did, she, or her friends, had never witnessed him behaving that way with anybody else.
Beck closed the gap between them; his face angled down so she had to look right up to see his face. She glanced to his parted lips for a split second. He breathed out a slow breath and stood upright.
“I couldn’t give a shit what they wore,” he shook his head, then dipped towards her neck.
“Have a nice day.” He whispered into her ear, gently stroking her forearm before walking down the stairs.
Raven was a nervous wreck. An incredibly turned on nervous wreck.
*****
The entire Freshman year had turned up to hear the theme that was being picked for the end of orienteering party. A lot of seniors were there, but word would get around campus anyway.
The crowd gathered in the hall, and the stage was prepared with a huge plastic bowl, with all of the choices inside.
Beck and Donnie -of course it would be them- took to the stage.
“Ok, let’s get this rolling,” Donnie called out, gaining the attention of the room. “We’ll choose one person to come up and pick a theme from the bowl. Whatever is on the slip, goes. The only reason there will be a second choice is if it’s against campus rules or just plain illegal. So, unfortunately, all the good ones aren’t allowed.”
The room erupted in roars of laughter.
“I hope it’s something good,” Ava bounced next to Raven. “I put twenty slips in for Addicted to Love. If it gets picked, we could dress up like Robe
rt Palmer’s girls in the video.”
“That’s a great idea,” Raven nodded in agreement. “Simple but sexy.”
“Ok, Beck, grab that bowl!” Donnie yelled as if he were a game show host. He lowered the mic, and they said something to each other. The pair of them chuckled.
The crowd -girls mainly- screamed in excitement.
“Beck, choose your dipper!” Donnie couldn’t contain the laugh he was holding.
Surely he’ll pick one of the hopefuls.
“Raven Valiente, come on up!” Beck called out.
Raven’s heart stopped, then proceeded to bang against her chest as if it were trying to flee.
The other girls whined in disappointment.
“He looks like he’s up to something, Ray. Be careful.” Ava whispered.
“You know what? Fuck it,” Raven growled and walked confidently to the front.
Standing on the stage, Raven stood next to Beck as he held the plastic bowl full of screwed up bits of paper.
Beck lifted the bowl towards Raven, his eyes sparkling. She knew something was going to happen. She could see it in his eyes.
“But hold on one moment there,” Donnie said, halting Beck. “This is too easy. Let’s change it up a little. We’re going to have Raven dip for a slip…in Beck’s pants!” Donnie shouted, throwing his arms up in the air.
Beck smirked.
He thinks I won’t do it.
“Sure thing,” she returned the smirk, Beck’s smile getting wider.
Beck held his waistband, and pulled out, tipping the contents of the bowl into his jeans.
Raven looked down his legs and noticed that none of the paper seemed to be going down the legs. They were all in his underwear!
Her knees began to shake, but she wasn’t about to let him see how nervous she was about putting her hand into his boxers.
Not a chance.
She had the upper hand now; not him.
Looking to Ava, and seeing her horrified expression with her hands on her cheeks, she winked. Ava relaxed and even grinned evilly, before returning the wink.
“Lucky bitch,” Raven heard a girl mutter. Instead of turning to see who it was, she looked into Beck’s eyes.
He looked like he’d gained a victory, but he was in for a shock.
Beck shook his waist band, jiggling the contents of his boxers.
“Get dipping!” Donnie called.
The host voice was getting increasingly annoying.
Raven stepped closer to Beck and looked down to see the bits of paper. She glanced across to Ava before lifting her hand and reaching forward.
Beck took a deep breath.
“If you so much as flinch in there, I’ll break it off,” she said, smiling sweetly. “Let’s how much use it is to you then.”
Beck’s face dropped, and he looked nervous.
Raven stroked her fingertips across the papers. “Hmmm,” she wondered out loud. “How deep shall I go?” She glanced up to Beck’s face and bit her lip, seductively.
Without any warning, she dipped her hand into his boxers. He inhaled sharply and she managed to pick out a piece of paper without touching his dick.
Her face flamed, and she couldn’t stop it, so she kept her head down to read out what was on the paper.
“The morning after the night before.”
Donnie repeated the theme to the crowd, which erupted in ‘woo’ and ‘yeah’.
Raven didn’t make eye contact with Beck. Instead, she stepped off the stage and walked out of the room with Ava.
“Oh my fucking God, Ray!” Ava squealed. “That was amazing. I’ve never seen him so focused on staying still,” she laughed.
“That was the most nerve-wracking thing I’ve done in my life,” Raven’s voice exhaled on her breath. “I don’t know how I didn’t lose it.”
“You were fantastic!” Ava continued to giggle. “He was a bag of nerves himself.”
“Only because I warned him.”
Raven told Ava what she’d said to Beck, which only made Ava howl with laughter, even louder than before.
When she finally calmed down, they met with the other girls to plan for the party.
“What do you think?” Raven asked Kerry and Leila what they thought about the theme.
“I think it’s a good one,” Kerry clapped her hands. “We’ve never had that theme before.”
“Yeah, it could go a few ways,” added Leila. “The walk of shame, or the good morning wake up.”
Raven smiled as she thought about what she was going to wear. “Or,” she lifted her finger. “How about the morning after that could continue?”
“Ooh, I like it,” Ava rubbed her hands together.
The girls threw a few ideas round for their outfits, and when they’d decided, they made their way to the senior halls for the decorations meeting.
It was simple, yet effective.
Pillows, throws and some mattresses lying about for the ‘morning’ and also some washable body markers to write on the people who were willing.
White and light blue streamers were to be used to simulate the sky and cloud colors of the morning, while yellow and orange was to be the sunlight, blinding the hungover.
“So after breakfast tomorrow, we’ll get our outfits,” Ava told the girls, and they agreed. “This is going to be one sexy fucking party!”
Chapter 3
Beck hadn’t been seen since the ‘dip for a slip’ incident, and Raven was growing more nervous by the minute.
Whenever he did that -disappeared- she didn’t know where, or when he was going to show up. Their Economics class was that afternoon, and she walked on shaky legs, pausing to take a deep breath before she walked through the door.
“Don’t worry, Ray,” Ava hugged her as she spoke. “He can’t do much with the professor there.”
“You know that’s not true,” Raven snorted.
“I know, sorry.”
Raven walked into the class, after leaving it at the last minute to get there. She didn’t want to chance being alone with Beck in an empty room.
There he was.
Sitting there in the seat next to hers. She couldn’t even change seats because the others were all full.
His head lifted as she walked in, and the look he gave her took her breath away.
His smile lit up his face, his eyes twinkling as though he was genuinely pleased to see her.
Her heart raced when his tongue darted out to lick his lips.
As he neared her side of the table, Beck, put his hand on the back of her chair, pulling it out.
“Thanks,” Raven said quietly, glancing at him to see why he was doing that.
She sat and pulled herself under the table and noticed Beck had kept his hand on the back of her chair. He extended his arm further across the wood, as though he was wrapping his arm around her shoulders.
He didn’t stop there.
His arm continued to slide out so his body could lean further towards her.
Raven froze, took a deep, calming breath, and realized it was a mistake. He smelled better than ever, and her mouth watered. She swallowed the pool of saliva just as Beck’s mouth came close to her ear.
“You’re welcome, Raven,” he breathed.
Raven flattened her hands on the table top. Her skin prickled, and waves of lava flowed fast through her body like a riptide. Her skin flushed as his mouth remained next to her face, and she heard him taking another breath.
Oh God, he’s not done!
“Are you looking forward to the party?” he asked, then sat up. Letting his fingers brush across the back of her neck as he pulled his arm back.
Raven flinched in her seat.
Beck chuckled under his breath.
Raven turned to him, fire in her eyes. He had no right to do that to her. To fluster her like that and think it was a big joke.
“Keep your fucking hands to yourself,” she hissed.
“I don’t fuck with my hands,” he grinned.
&nb
sp; “Shut the fuck up, Beck, and don’t touch me.”
“I thought you liked it when I did?”
The fucker had paid far too much attention than she’d liked. His smug face told her that he knew exactly what he was doing to her every time.
“Excuse me, Raven,” Beck said as he rested his hands on her hips.
Raven automatically froze when she felt his fingers lightly grip her hips as he brushed past behind her.
The girls had been standing in the hallway when he’d tried to get past. There was more than enough room to get by without touching her.
“What are you doing?” she said, her voice high as he stopped moving.
“I just wanted to get by you, that’s all,” he shrugged.
“Then move!”
The girls all watched with wide eyes at their interaction.
“If you say so,” he murmured, dipping his head.
Beck began moving and his body brushed against her back, and she felt his hard muscles connecting with her. She felt hot all over at the intimate movement, the warmth flowing south.
Raven reminded herself that it was Beck. He didn’t do intimate. He did fucking around and talking dirty. Not holding somebody’s body close to him to ‘feel’ anything. That wasn’t who he was.
His fingers glanced across her lower back before he carried on his way.
“What. The fuck. Was that?” Ava asked in surprise.
“Oh my God, Beck is crossing the line,” Kerry added.
Raven wasn’t about to tell them that he’d brushed past her a few times before that, but he’d never gripped her hips before.
“I’m wondering,” Leila tilted her head to the side as she thought. “Why would he do that, touch you like that, if all he wanted was a quickie?”
Three sets of eyes landed on Raven, making her uncomfortable.
