Leda glanced down. Lukas was half-hard again.
She relaxed her grip and slipped her fingers free. Antonio’s hand stayed where it was, over Lukas’s heart.
“Once,” Antonio said, “I had a wife…and a son. Emilio. Our angel. Bright. Beautiful. Perfect. Except there was an enemy inside him. Cancer. One day he grew tired of fighting it. He was only three when we buried him. Months later, when we still couldn’t look at each other without hurting all over again, we agreed to go our separate ways. She eventually remarried, and I threw myself into my work. I became one of the best. People wanted me. Men wanted me. I had never been with a man, either, but I liked it very much. No offense, querida, but having a man’s mouth on you is different. It is hard to explain, but a man knows how to give another man pleasure. Words fail me. Lukas, you understand now what I mean.”
“Ja.” He blew out softly. “It was…”
Leda smiled. Words failed him, too.
“I will wait for you, querido,” Antonio said. “However long it takes. In the meantime, the four of us have a beautiful Greek goddess to worship and adore—and to kidnap when she is walking out of work. No more farmer’s market, comprende?”
“No more farmer’s market except for shopping. We still have to eat.”
“We have leftover tomato bisque,” Leda reminded them. “I could bake some brie to go with it, or I could make my version of bruschetta. I slice a loaf of French bread, brush it with melted butter and olive oil, and grill it. Once it’s sealed, I top it with marinated Roma tomatoes and cheese and broil it for a hot version.”
Marco groaned. “You’re making me hungry.”
“I aim to please. I don’t want anyone left unsatisfied,” she said meaningfully. “Two of you have yet to come. Sir Djiman? Sir Antony? How may I serve you? What is your pleasure?”
Antonio glanced at Lukas’s erection. “I would like to see that buried in your ass, while Djiman takes your pussy and I take him. Your mouth and hands will be free to handle Marco if he cares to join us.”
Lukas nodded. Leda smiled broadly. Her four gladiators had come through a crisis and emerged stronger than ever. Their bonds had been tested. Their roles, redefined. This new understanding would continue to impact them. Lukas could only resist it for so long. He and Antonio were destined to be lovers.
Djiman prepared her for Lukas’s possession, then joined in sharing her body between them. Antonio lubed his length and tunneled into Djiman. Over the brown tattooed shoulder, she could see the pure pleasure shaping Antonio’s face.
Not to be left out, Marco shed the rest of his suit and joined them, filling her mouth and making her feel complete. After being alone for so very long, she’d nearly given up hope of finding her happily ever after with one man, let alone four, yet here they were, taking pleasure in each other, chasing their releases and finding them one by one.
Her last thought before falling asleep surrounded by her gladiators was that they were going to need a lot more coconut oil.
Epilogue
Leda rushed home from work, dressed in the toga that she would wear to this afternoon’s fight. Like on other Roman Orgy weekends gone before, she would stay until it grew too hard to watch, then slip away to make sure that the banquet hall was ready to receive the crowd who’d come ready to play.
She met Marco on the way into their private quarters and nearly had a heart attack. Blood had run down the left side of his face. Dirt and more blood smudged his close-cropped head.
He caught her before she hit the floor and helped her to a chair.
Marco grinned. “I take it, I did a good job with the makeup. I’ve been practicing. I wanted to up my game.”
She thumped a fist against his shoulder. It bounced off ineffectually. “Jesus, Marco! You should know better than to scare me in this condition! Do you want to traumatize our baby for life?”
“It’s too little for that,” he tsked. “Just a speck.”
“A bit more than a speck,” she said. As of this morning, she had the picture to prove it. “Are the others wearing makeup, too?”
“Lukas is. I’m sure that Antonio and Djiman will next time, once they see how real it looks.”
“Just give me a warning, is all I ask. Don’t scare us like that again!”
Antonio and Djiman came into the living room, dressed in their gladiator clothes. Antonio’s hips were girded in a white loincloth. A sexy leather harness banded his chest, holding his layered leather shoulder pad in place.
Djiman wore a metal-studded leather apron over his loincloth and a welcoming grin until he saw Marco’s face.
Marco laughed. “I’m good. I’m good. It fooled Leda, too. Just wait until you see Lukas.”
As if summoned, Lukas stepped into the room, looking ten times worse than when he’d been beaten by the police. His injuries had required him to cancel his upcoming photo shoot. When the advertising firm sued him for breach of contract, Ms. Bryan had advised him to initiate a civil suit against the officer who’d beaten him and the police department where he still worked. Lukas had resisted at first but had filed it on principle. He didn’t want anyone else to experience what he had gone through.
Since going public with his story and sharing how he’d been bullied as a child, he’d been in demand as a motivational speaker. Every cent of the money awarded by the jury had gone toward creating a charitable foundation that provided training to identify at-risk children and adults and paid for assistance—whatever help they needed—to survive and to heal.
In telling his story, Lukas had shared hers as well. Being featured on a cold case television show had renewed interest in her mother’s unsolved murder. Thanks to improved technology, a fresh DNA analysis came up with a match for her mother’s killer, who was already serving one life sentence. The second conviction ensured that he would never be paroled.
Leda had more news to share but now was not the time. The men needed to focus on their fight. They had to remember their choreography and make sure that everyone stayed safe while making it look convincing.
Tonight, after the orgy, there would be time enough to gather her husbands and show them the picture.
She couldn’t wait to see the look on Antonio’s face when he learned that he’d soon have another little gladiator to train.
Author’s Biography
Nia Farrell is the author of one of The 50 Best Indie Books of 2016, a 2016 Golden Flogger Finalist, and a founding member of the Wicked Pens. A multi-genre writer published in nonfiction, poetry, music, articles, and children’s books, with one documentary screenplay under her literary belt, she’s an old soul and a period reenactor who’s been into corsets for centuries, although she wears them more to Civil War events these days.
Nia has been involved in the metaphysical community for over twenty-five years. She is a Reiki Master and crystal healer whose work encompasses this and other lifetimes. In her book Something More, BDSM and submission are tools for healing post-rape PTSD, earning a nomination for Best BDSM Book of the Year, Ménage Category, in the 2016 Golden Flogger Awards. She was nominated for Favorite MC Author, The Best of the Best 2017.
Her debut books from The Three Graces series, Something Else, Something Different, and Something More, are kink with a paranormal twist. Soul mates, reincarnation, karmic fallout, shamanism, and psychic abilities come into play. Personal experience and extensive research go into crafting her characters, but it’s her sense of whimsy that has made fictional Posey, Minnesota, the ménage capital of the United States, with a Monty-Python-inspired diner that’s central to the plot lines.
Nia was fortunate enough to meet her soul mate early on. She married her high school sweetheart, raised two children, and began writing novels at her husband’s suggestion. She has been published in erotic romance since 2015.
