“What? How do you know all this?” He pointed to the air pods in his ear.
“Harlow, I don’t have to say hello for someone to speak on my phone. Just because you didn’t hear me respond, doesn’t mean I’m not handling business.” He made me turn to him.
“I can’t apologize enough for not making security go with you when Ella kidnapped you but make no mistake. It will not happen again.” I nodded.
“You are my future, my everything and I’m not losing you to any hateful ex or cousin.” I didn’t say a word and sat there waiting for him to get us home. Yea, he deserved it to be extra nasty after handing things quickly.

“You think because he handled your family for you, you’re untouchable?” I heard a man whisper in my ear.
I was at the car wash alone and had security not been lurking, I may have been nervous. I saw one guy standing outside the black truck and another one stood behind me incognito. I shook my head no for them not to approach this man. Whoever he is, obviously wanted to talk and I wanted to hear what he had to say.
“Who are you and why are you watching the things my fiancé does?”
“That punk killed my daughter.” I turned and saw him blowing smoke in the air.
“Oh, you’re the father of the infamous Ella.” I smiled.
“Infamous is right and had you not slithered your way in his life, she’d still be here, and they’d be a couple.” I laughed.
“You do know they were only fucking right? No strings attached, no living together, no children involved or anything.” He smiled.
“I told her she was stupid for getting those abortions. Having his child would’ve solidified her spot.”
“Abortions with an s?” I questioned watching the guys use the towel to dry my truck.
“You got it. Marco loved my daughter regardless of what he told you. Matter of fact; right before you came along, he asked for her hand in marriage.”
“BULLSHIT!” I wasn’t mad about Marco proposing because they were together for a while. I’m aggravated that he didn’t mention it.
“Whatever they had was over way before me.” I handed the guy my ticket and walked to my truck.
“If it was, why were they continuing to sleep together?” He moved to where I stood.
“You fell for his lies the same as my daughter but don’t worry. I’ll make sure he suffers for hurting you too.” He stepped back and I sat down.
“Make sure you tell your daughter I said hello in hell.” I nodded and pulled off. I didn’t have to stay around and wait for them to get him. I’m not gonna lie and say what he mentioned didn’t aggravate me, but he should know better than to approach me. It just cost him his life but what do I care?
Marco
“Where is she?” I asked the guy on Harlow’s security team. Ella’s father showed up talking shit and even though he is within my reach, I didn’t know where she was. Well security is with her but she’s not in front of me and I wasn’t feeling it.
I heard all the shit he was saying to her. It’s just like an old bitter man to try and hurt her because I killed his daughter. It’s not my fault the bitch didn’t learn and like he told Harlow, I did love her at one point. Unfortunately, our worlds went in different directions. I found Harlow and with all the fucking Ella was doing, there’s no way she saved herself for me. Oh yea, I know all about the other dudes she was sleeping with. I’m nowhere near in denial of me being the only one.
Anyway, Ella wanted more than I could give her at the time. I never felt the need to settle down until Harlow stepped in my life. She was the calm to my storm and everything I wanted in a woman. It took her leaving me to realize not every woman wanted my money or would allow me to treat her any way I chose. It made me respect her even more and it’s the reason she’s gonna be my wife.
“At your parents.”
“Good. Let me know when she leaves while I take care of this.” I disconnected the call and walked in the warehouse. Antoine was already there and the last two people had yet to arrive.
“How’s it going?” I asked Ella’s father and placed a chair in front of him.
None of his body parts were restrained; therefore if he wanted to jump on me he could. But then again, he’d be dead before making it out the chair. My pops always said no need to take away a mans movement if he’s already gonna die and I agree.
“I should’ve shot that bitch when she was in front of me.” I chuckled. He was tryna get a rise outta me.
“Let’s discuss your money.”
“My money?”
“Yes. I wanted to know before you die if you had any idea where it should go. I mean there’s your wife, your son, his mother and the two women you were sleeping with.” The door opened and in walked his wife and Pablo.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He seemed nervous about his wife finding out which is weird.
“Sure you do. You’ve been sleeping with your wife’s best friend and her sister. Now, like I asked you earlier. Who do you want your money to go to?”
“You were sleeping with Andrea?” His wife asked.
“It wasn’t like that. She came on to me and...” the two of them started arguing
“Marco, I don’t care what you do with him. I’m still gonna buy from you and continue making money. I got a family to take care of and...” I patted the top of his shoulder.
“You good Pablo. Your money still right and I haven’t heard anything bad.” He let out a breath he was holding in.
“OK!” I shouted to them.
“Enough bickering. I’ll make the decision and split the money between your wife and son. They are the remaining lifeline of yours.” He didn’t say a word
“Y’all tryna watch?” I asked his wife and Pablo.
“No.” His wife said and moved to where Pablo stood.
“I’m tryna kill him myself.” She asked for Pablo’s gun, put it to her husbands head and started crying.
“This is for getting my daughter, sister, and mother killed.” She put her hand on the trigger.
“You’re not gonna kill me for sleeping with your best friend?” He taunted.
“No because I’ve been sleeping with your brother.” His eyes got big as hell.
“See you in hell.”
BOOM! She pulled the trigger, wiped her eyes and walked out.
“Did you know?” I looked at Pablo.
“Yea. My mother is with his best friend.” He shrugged and walked out. What the hell? I looked at Lloyd and busted out laughing.
“They all crazy.” He said and I watched as the crew started the cleaning process.
“Harlow is at y’all house.” Lloyd said after getting off the phone
“A’ight. Let me go do damage control thanks to this motherfucker.” I grabbed my things, hopped in the truck with Lloyd and headed home.

I threw my keys on the table, locked the door, kicked my shoes off and went up the steps. I checked my sons room and he wasn’t there. I went in our room and no one was in here but I heard the shower running.
I took my clothes off, opened the shower door and slipped in behind her. Harlow turned around and smiled. No words were spoken as she got on her knees and released all the stress from today. I reciprocated the action by doing her. She jumped in my arms and I could hear sniffling. I’d have to question her about the crying later because the entrance to her tunnel was on the tip and I couldn’t not enter.
“Mmmmm.” She moaned out and allowed me to have my way with her.
“Why were you crying?” I asked drying her off in the bedroom.
“I’m pregnant again.”
“Whose fault is that?” She popped me on the shoulder.
“Your pussy shouldn’t be so good that I can’t pull out. Plus, you’re rich. Hire a nanny because I’m positive you’ll be knocked up after this one.” I pecked her lips and carried her to the bed.
“Did Ella have ab
ortion’s by you?” I knew the question would come; especially after they told me what Ella’s father said.
“Yes and no.”
“Elaborate.” I laid her on the bed and sat next to her.
“When Ella and I first started sleeping together, we were young and careless. I always pulled out but somehow, she popped up pregnant. I never went to the doctors and believed everything she said. My parents were upset and so was her mom. However; her father thought it was the best thing to happen.”
“Why?” She got under the covers and I slid in next to her and did the same.
“He knew the kinda money my family had and if a child was conceived, they’d never have to worry about anything.”
“Oh. Where’s the baby?”
“A month later, I asked when the doctor’s appointment was because my mom wanted to attend. She told me there wasn’t a baby due to her having a miscarriage.” Harlow gasped and covered her mouth.
“To be honest, I doubt she was even pregnant because like I said, I always pulled out and even though she claimed to be, I still didn’t let off in her.
“That’s crazy.”
“What’s crazier is her father wanted her to have a kid by me so bad, he’d let us fuck in the house.”
“Wow!” She said shaking her head.
“Yea. Ever since then, I made sure to wear condoms and pull out before I nutted.”
“But you never pull out with me and...”
“And I never will. Once you let me sex you with no condoms, there was no turning back. You got that powerful shit in between your legs.” She started cracking up.
“He said his daughter had a couple abortions.”
“He said it to make you mad and I’m glad you didn’t react. It probably pissed him off more to see he couldn’t get to you.”
“I almost did Marco. It wasn’t even the fact you could’ve possibly shared a kid or kids with her. It was more of why you didn’t tell me?” I had her look at me.
“Harlow, my past sex life doesn’t need to be discussed with my future. I tell you what’s needed and nothing more. You know I always say, the less you know, the better.” She repeated the last words with me.
“I know.”
“Do you because they’re women out here who’ve had me? I don’t need you getting mad if they bring me up in your presence.” She rolled her eyes.
“I’m just saying baby. Your man got some good dick.” She moved the covers and sat on my lap.
“And your woman has a wet, tight and gushy pussy. You know the type you wanna sleep in.” She whispered in my ear getting me aroused.
“Don’t start nothing you can’t handle.”
“I can handle all of you Marco Santiago Jr. See if you can handle all this.” She stood in front of me, bent over, spread her ass cheeks and gave me a full pussy shot view.
“Let’s see.” I smacked her on the ass to see it jiggle and went to work. Needless to say, we both slept good.

“Do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband...?” The sound leaving the reverends mouth was becoming more of a blur as I stood there holding hands with the man of my dreams.
Don’t ask me how he pulled this off or why I even agreed when both of our families are nowhere around.
He woke up yesterday, told me to get Aniya dressed and packed to stay with his parents for the weekend and had me hop on a plane to Las Vegas. We all know what happens here and once he pulled up at the door of a church, it all became clear.
This man who had a horrible baby mother, was known for cheating and having multiple women, and pushed me away when Aniya was hurt, wanted me to have his last name before his child was born. Me; not Jacinta who he knew longer. Not Ciara who was the perfect side chick but me. The woman he accidentally ran into when my ex flipped because he got caught cheating. The woman who was very inexperienced in the bedroom and the woman who protected his child and heart the best I could with no questions asked.
“I do.” I answered the reverend and smiled at Colby. The reverend began to read him the same line.
I couldn’t help but stare at Colby who had the biggest smile on his face. Again, he was perfect in all aspects to me. Yes, he had some hurt in his life and handled things wrong but overall, he was still perfect. The perfect man who loved his family, his child and his woman. Why on earth wouldn’t I be his wife?
“I do.” He responded to the reverend and pulled out the matching bands. They were beautiful and full of diamonds.
“Can I say something?” I blurted out when Colby put the band on my finger.
“Sure.” I smiled at my future husband.
“Colby Banks, I want you to know that even though this marriage will be legal and recognized everywhere, we are having a bigger wedding.” He busted out laughing and so did the reverend and the two witnesses.
“I’m serious. I’ll marry you on a boat if you want but I am getting the fairytale wedding. Also, we’re living in your house because it’s way bigger than mine and...” He quieted me with his lips.
“I now pronounce you husband and wife.” The reverend said. We never stopped kissing and when we did, he asked me to sit for a minute so he could calm his dick down.
“That’s what you get for being horny.”
“You are now Brielle Banks. Damn, I couldn’t wait to give you my last name.” He moved the hair out my face.
“Why?”
“Because you are a strong woman and while others may have left with all the drama, you stuck by my side and still here. You love my daughter unconditionally and you will always be the only mother she knows. You’ve turned into a nasty freak.” I shoved him on the shoulder.
“And I can actually feel how in love with me you are.” I felt my eyes getting watery.
“You make sure I eat healthy every day. You take care of me when I’m not feeling well and the hurt and pain I went through over Aniya, you did too. I messed up and pushed you away but you held my daughter down. Even after you saw me with Ciara you didn’t fold and continued loving me. When we make love, you go all out now to prove no one else can ever make me feel as good as you. And the thing I love about you most, is you’re not ashamed to love me out in the open.”
“Huh?”
“The day you came by to tell me Aniya woke up you told Ciara she could have me and offered her the promise ring I gave you. Yet; when you wanted me back, you came for me.” I chuckled because I did. He was being stubborn and I was tired of waiting.
“I love the hell outta you Brielle Banks and if you want a wedding every week, I’d give you one just to make you happy.” He wiped the tears and had me stand.
“Let’s go to the room and as the old people say, consummate this marriage.” I nodded and followed him out.

“You married that nigga and we were together longer.” Jaquan said in my ear.
“Oh you heard? Yea, we jumped the broom.” I turned and his eyes grew at the sight of my stomach.
“I heard you’re gonna die with Jacinta.” He started checking his surroundings.
We knew once he was made aware about us being married, he’d show his face. He had some pride thing going on which is why he attempted to kidnap me in the first place.
It’s no secret Jaquan felt some kinda way about Colby and I; especially after my new husband had to put him on his ass for tryna attack me outside his house. Then he made various threats to me and on my phone. Had he stayed away he wouldn’t be about to meet his fate but then again, he knew about Jacinta so why did he even think to sleep with her?
“He’s not gonna kill me. My brother is his best friend.” I laughed.
“Didn’t you say, y’all were friends? Why would you sleep with his ex, knowing y’all were friends?”
“The bitch found me.”
“What you mean?” I sent a quick text to Colby and let him know Jaquan was with me at Starbucks. He asked if I was hurt and I told him no. Ja is the punk we all know him
to be and it shows. He’s standing here talking to me as if no one is looking for him. I guess he assumed I won’t say anything. The new security dude was standing next to me and Jaquan didn’t even notice. What a dummy.
“I was at the beauty supply store for my mom and the bitch bumped into me.” I snickered at the lie. He was probably there for one of the chicks because his mom had short hair.
“She says excuse me and when our eyes met, I could tell something was wrong. Long story short, she said people were after her. I told her to call Colby and she claimed they broke up.”
“So what; you take her to your house and fuck her?”
“Something like that.” I shook my head.
“I kept her in the basement, and you know no one goes down there.” I couldn’t believe he was keeping her safe knowing the type of man Colby is.
“Ok. Why didn’t you tell him where she was? The whole world knows Jacinta tried to murder her child. Then, you join forces and try to kidnap me. What were you thinking?”
“I wasn’t Brielle.”
“Where is she Ja?”
“I don’t know. The last time I saw her is when you sped off in the car.”
“Why did you kidnap me?” I wanted to know what would make him do shit like this.
“Fuck! I missed you and wanted to talk and...”
“And what nigga?” Jaquan turned around and it’s like the entire Starbucks was vacant. I didn’t see any employees or customers.
“I didn’t tell her to take the baby.”
“You didn’t stop her either. Had my wife not been there, she would’ve tossed my daughter out the moving car.” I went to leave and Ja grabbed my hand.
“AHHHH!” He shouted. I looked down and Colby had his hand twisted so far, I knew it would snap at any time.
“Make sure she gets to the car and home safe.” Colby told my security and kissed me before I walked out the door.
“BRIELLE DON’T LET HIM KILL ME! PLEASE!” I shook my head at him begging. Where was this remorse feeling when Jacinta tried to throw Aniya out the window?
“Goodbye Jaquan.” I put my sunglasses on, sat in my car and went home to wait on my husband.
