“This is really good.” Leigh took a bite of her steak and smiled. “You’re going to ruin frozen dinners for me if you keep taking me to all of these nice restaurants…”
“Maybe that’s my plan.” I chuckled under my breath. “That way I can have dinner with you every night.”
“That’s a little devious…” She grinned.
We finished our food, and neither of us were interested in dessert. Leigh seemed to be rather intrigued about what I had planned—it was apparently more interesting than anything on the menu at the restaurant. We walked outside to my car, and then I drove us to Carson Bay. Once we got close, I told Leigh to close her eyes so that it would be more of a surprise. I doubted that it was going to be a major surprise since she already knew we were headed in the direction of the beach, but I preserved it as long as possible.
“Okay, you can open your eyes.” I looked over at her and smiled.
“Where are we?” Leigh tilted her head as her eyes slowly opened. “This looks like your grandfather’s villa…”
“Not quite.” I shook my head back and forth. “He isn’t the only person with a villa by the beach—this one belongs to us for the evening.”
“How?” She blinked in surprise.
“I rented it.” I stepped out of the car and walked around to open her door.
“You didn’t have to do that…” She looked up at me, but she was smiling—I took that as a good sign.
“Our date got ruined last night.” I motioned to the villa. “This is my way of making up for it.”
The villa didn’t have the same amenities that my grandfathers did, but it was close enough—especially for a rental. The company that rented them usually didn’t have any openings during the summer months, but I was able to pull a few strings and get the owner of the rental agency to let me have the one he normally reserved for his family and friends. I was paying a premium price for his generosity, but I didn’t care. Leigh had a brand-new swimsuit, and I wanted to give her an opportunity to wear it.
“We share a beach with a couple of the other villas, so we might not have as much privacy as I originally planned…” I opened the back door and pointed to a couple of people that were already on the beach.
“That’s okay.” She looked up at me and smiled. “This is amazing.”
“Do you want to have a glass of wine before we go to the beach?” I tilted my head inquisitively.
“Are we allowed to drink the wine?” She glanced over at the wine rack.
“Yeah, they’ll bill me for it.” I chuckled and ran my fingers along the bottles until I found a nice red one that was similar to what she seemed to like.
“Okay—one glass.” She smiled.
I might as well have a glass too if I’m paying for the whole bottle.
Chapter Nine
Leigh
I had no idea what Damien had planned when he told me to pack my swimsuit for our date, but his surprise was simply amazing. I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t get to hang out at his grandfather’s villa—and while the rental wasn’t exactly the same, it was practically perfect. Damien poured two glasses of wine, and we walked out to the patio to drink them. The view was stunning, and the breeze felt even better so close to the ocean.
The couple that was on the beach when we arrived went back to their villa, and the beach was empty for a few minutes. We probably should have taken advantage of the opportunity to have it to ourselves because another couple arrived about twenty minutes later, but we were lost in conversation. Damien was a lot funnier than I realized once he loosened up a little bit, and I felt like I could have talked to him for hours without ever wanting the conversation to end.
“Do you want to wait them out or head down there?” Damien motioned to the other couple.
“We could have another glass of wine and see if they leave.” I shrugged. “If they stay, then we may just have to make some new friends.”
“Okay.” Damien nodded and refilled our wine glasses.
The couple was on the beach by themselves for several minutes, and then two kids joined them. It did look like they were going to stay for a while, especially once the kids ran down to the ocean. I couldn’t help but smile when I saw them. I never had that kind of experience—two parents—hanging out and having fun. I got it with my grandparents, but it wasn’t exactly the same. I wondered if Damien ever had a moment like that. I doubted it, considering how much anger he had towards his father, who didn’t seem like the kind of man who would take a beach vacation with the family.
“Do you want children one day?” Damien looked over at me and sipped his wine.
“Definitely.” I smiled and nodded. “You?”
“Yeah…” He sipped his wine. “I always have.”
We finished our glass of wine as the family started wrapping things up, so we decided to get changed and head down to the beach. Since Damien told me to bring my swimsuit in advance, I brought a sheer chiffon tunic to wear over it. I assumed I would have to take it off at some point if we actually went in the ocean, but it made me feel a little less self-conscious about what I had on underneath it—even if the swimsuit was rather modest compared to the other ones in the store. I never really worried about that when I took beach trips with my grandparents, but it was different with Damien.
I walked out of the bedroom that I was changing in and saw that the door to the other room wasn’t fully closed. I could see Damien through the crack. It appeared that he hadn’t changed yet and was looking at something on his phone. I started to walk back to the living room when I saw him throw his phone on the bed and reach for the top button on his shirt. I paused in my tracks without even really thinking about it—and stared as he removed his shirt. I knew he had an impressive physique and a little ink, but it was even more breathtaking than I realized. His muscles were cut, defined, and most of his upper torso was tattooed. I was still staring, with my eyes getting wider by the second when he reached for his belt.
Oh god, I really should look away…
Damien turned towards the bed where his swim trunks were lying while he unbuckled his belt, let his pants fall to the floor, and slid his boxers down before I even had a chance to process the fact that I was about to see him totally naked, from the back at least. Maybe I did process it—and maybe that’s why I didn’t look away. He was simply gorgeous from head to toe, and I felt my temperature rising when I saw as much of his impressive physique as I could through the door. He reached for his swimsuit and turned back around as he pulled it around his waist—our eyes met through the crack in the door for a split second before I looked away and hurried to the living room. I was blushing. It was impossible not to blush after being literally caught with my eyes where they most certainly shouldn’t have been in that moment.
“Did you get a good show.” I heard Damien behind me, and I couldn’t turn around—otherwise, he would have realized I was as red-faced as a kid that had just been caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
“I didn’t see anything.” I shook my head back and forth.
“Really?” He put his hands on my hips and pressed his lips to the side of my neck. “Then why is your neck so red?”
My neck blushes too?
“It’s probably just the wine.” I shrugged and pulled away. “Come on, let’s get to the beach before someone else beats us there.”
It was an obvious lie, but I made my escape and prayed that I wouldn’t still be blushing when we got to the beach. Damien either bought my facade or decided not to ask any more questions. He followed me down to the beach and immediately walked into the ocean. He turned and motioned for me to follow him once he was about knee deep in the gentle waves that were crashing into the sand. I stripped off my tunic and tried not to let my lack of confidence about how I looked in a swimsuit show as I walked towards the water. Damien didn’t take his eyes off me and took my hand as I tried to get my footing on the soft sand along the edge of the ocean. We carefully stepped forward until we
were about waist deep, and the waves were splashing our chests every time they rolled towards the shore.
“I forgot how good this feels…” I moved my arms around in the water.
“It’s the perfect time of year for it—but we can’t stay out here too long.” Damien sank a little lower in the water. “The tide will be coming in soon.”
“We should have come in earlier.” I sighed and lowered myself into the water so that most of my body was submerged.
“We’ll be okay for a little bit.” Damien moved behind me and put his arms around my waist.
I leaned back against Damien, and the waves bounced us around as we moved further from shore and got submerged up to our necks. The water really did feel good, but I couldn’t concentrate on it very much. Damien’s lips were against my neck—his breath was on my ear—and his hands were moving across my skin. I felt the same tingle that overcame me the first night we were together on the merry-go-round. I turned in his arms, and our eyes met for a moment before he crushed my lips. The salt from the ocean mixed with our saliva as the water around us went from cool to simmering as our passion ignited a fire that swarmed through both of us.
“I can’t feel the sand.” I pulled back from his lips and used my arms to stay afloat.
“I got you.” Damien put both hands on my ass and kept me from sinking.
“Is that the only place you could grab me?” I narrowed my eyes and grinned.
“No, but you don’t seem to be complaining.” He squeezed my ass and smiled.
Damien’s lips found mine again, and they seared together. He slowly walked us back to the shallow water, but he didn’t let go, even when my feet were in the sand again. I didn’t care. I loved being in his arms. It felt natural—it felt right. I never understood how a person knew that someone was meant for them in some way, but Damien gave me clairvoyance—it rooted itself deep in my thoughts—toyed with my emotions—and connected with my soul. The desires that manifested as teenage lust when I was younger and briefly flourished on the merry-go-round practically exploded inside of me. I wanted him in a way that transcended attraction, and the mild crushes I thought were real—they weren’t—because they didn’t even compare to the desire I had, craving Damien’s touch.
“Are you ready to go back inside?” Damien leaned back from our kiss, and I looked down to see that we weren’t even in the ocean anymore—the water was ankle deep.
“Yeah, I think so.” I nodded and noticed a couple from one of the other villas approaching. “It looks like it’s about to get crowded anyway.”
We picked up our towels and quickly dried off, but we didn’t finish before the other couple made it to the beach. They said hello and asked a couple of questions, so we had to stay for a few minutes in order to be polite. I barely paid attention to anything that was said and answered mostly on instinct. There was something going on inside me that wanted to get back to the villa as soon as possible—just so we could pick up where we left off—no matter where it took us before the evening was over. We finally found a break in the conversation and excused ourselves. Damien held my hand on the walk back and opened the door when we arrived.
“So…” Damien walked into the villa behind me. “You got to watch me put on my swimsuit—do I get to watch you take yours off?”
Obviously, my lie wasn’t very believable—he was just waiting until he could flip it on me.
“You’re the one that left the door open…” I turned to him and smiled.
“So, you did see something.” He narrowed his eyes. “I thought so…”
Did he just trick me into confessing?
“Fine, you got me.” I shrugged, and my smile got even wider. “That still doesn’t mean I’m going to give you a show.”
“You can’t blame me for trying.” He walked over and poured a glass of wine. “Want one?”
“Sure, let me get changed first…” I walked into the bedroom and pushed the door closed—but not all the way.
I can’t believe I’m about to do this…
I hesitated once my fingers slid into the shoulder straps of my swimsuit, and my heart started beating a little harder in my chest. Damien was going to be the first guy that had ever seen me naked—if he noticed that the door was open. There was a clear view from the kitchen counter where he was pouring our wine, and he hadn’t walked away, so I was pretty sure he could see everything. I finally got the courage I needed to slide the straps down and kept going until my swimsuit was on the floor at my feet.
I reached for my panties—which I wished were a little sexier than basic black panties from the department store—and put them on with my back to the door. It was a lot more awkward than I expected since I normally didn’t have to worry about standing in one spot when I slid my feet into them. He got to see exactly what I saw when he was getting ready to go to the beach, which seemed fair. I turned around once I was dressed, and Damien wasn’t by the kitchen counter anymore—he was right outside my door.
“Are you enjoying the show?” I tilted my head and smiled.
“Yes.” He pushed the door open and walked into the room. “It ended way too soon.”
“Is that so?” I looked up at him.
“I want a repeat performance…” He put his hands on my hips and pulled me close.
“I’m already dressed now.” I bit down on my bottom lip and grinned.
“Not for long.” Damien put his hand on the side of my face.
Damien’s lips were on mine in an instant—then they were on my neck—and moving up to my ear. I melted into his arms and gasped. My body was on fire before I even knew what was happening—the simmer had turned into an inferno that made my entire body burn for Damien’s touch. My pussy started to tingle, and I could feel my panties getting wet as his hands moved along my body. I never believed in the concept of soulmates when I was younger, but it felt like the universe had aligned, and some sort of celestial circumstance had brought us to that moment so that it could be absolutely perfect. Maybe it was just lust playing tricks with my head, but I had no idea how to convince myself that it was anything other than what was meant to be.
“Damien…” I put my hand on his and exhaled sharply.
“What’s wrong?” Damien slid his other hand down to my ass and squeezed.
“Nothing.” I sighed. “I just have to tell you—I’ve never done this before.”
“Haven’t done what before?” he asked.
“Anything.” I swallowed hard. “I’m—I’m a virgin.”
“Do you want to stop?” He pulled me into a tighter embrace.
“No.” I shook my head back and forth.
“Good.” Damien kissed my neck and worked his way up to my ear. “Neither do I.”
Damien continued to kiss me as he removed my dress. His hands seemed to be everywhere at once. They felt so good on my skin. His lips made my whole body buzz with an excitement I had never experienced before. I didn’t want him to stop—I wouldn’t have been able to say the words, even if there were lingering doubts because I wanted him too bad. Damien unfastened my bra, and it slid down my shoulders before he pulled it the rest of the way off. He squeezed my breasts, and my nipples turned into hard nubs against his fingers. I had no idea that could feel so good. He pushed me back towards the bed and wrapped his fingers around the waistband of my panties.
“These looked good going on…” He smiled. “But I’m definitely going to enjoy taking them off.”
I guess basic black is sexy enough for him…
Damien slid my panties down my thighs and started kissing my abdomen as he pulled them the rest of the way off. There was an ache below my abdomen—a tingle that was turning into a need I had only felt a few times in my life when I was alone in my bedroom. I always expected to be terrified the first time I was with a man, but Damien had a way of making it so easy—so simple—and so unbelievably hot. He kissed his way down my abdomen and put his hands on my thighs. He pushed them apart and started kissing the tender skin al
ong the inside of them—alternating from my left one to my right one as every searing kiss got closer to my pussy. The ache got more intense—the tingle made me shudder—and when I felt his breath on my clit, my entire body tensed up in anticipation of what he intended to do.
“I want a taste of that sweet cherry before I make it mine.” He pressed his lips to my clit and flicked his tongue against it.
“Oh wow!” My eyes rolled back for a moment.
Damien’s fingers pushed the hood away from my clit, and he started to tease it with his tongue. I had no idea it could feel that good. It was way better than what I did when I was exploring my body and making myself come. The intensity was on a different level—like I didn’t even know what pleasure was before he introduced me to it for the first time. His tongue flicked against my clit several times, and then he moved down to the entrance of my pussy. He circled it, and I started getting wetter. After a few rotations, he pushed his tongue into me until it was against my hymen, and then moved back to my clit.
“That feels so good…” My back arched off the bed.
My hand moved through Damien’s hair as his tongue made quick circles around my clit. The pleasure was so intense I could barely keep my eyes open. I struggled to focus on anything except the pure pleasure that his tongue was bringing. The fire and ache melded together with the excitement and heightened every one of my senses. I could feel a pressure building up inside me. It was similar to what I felt right before I orgasmed when I masturbated but way more powerful. It didn’t feel like my body could contain that pressure—or that much pleasure—yet somehow, I managed to do it. My muscles got tight, my emotions went into overdrive, and I realized I wasn’t going to be able to stop the impending rush of bliss that was desperate to be released.
