“Better, but you aren’t giving it any attention.” She cupped the back of his head.

“Give me time.” He trailed his tongue up the slope of her breast. “I’ll give you exactly what you need. We all will, even the big tease.”

She arched. If only he’d take her breast into his mouth. He lapped at her nipple. His tongue dragged across the taut bud. She tensed and clenched her fingers. He was going to drive her as insane as Cael.

“Here, sunshine, they’re both big teasing assholes.” Thane dropped a kiss onto her chest and then closed his mouth over her other peak.

He sucked. Sharp sensation speared straight to the tight knot low in her belly. She arched. Fuck, yes, finally.

“She knows I’m going to make her feel good.” Cael lifted one of her thighs.

He lowered his head and his tongue swiped from her entrance to her clit. Her breath locked in her throat. He flicked his tongue over her clit.

“Slow down. You’re going to send her right over the edge. We want her hot, not exploding. I want her to come as I take you.” Dante put his hand on Cael’s shoulder.

“I won’t let her go over. Although I’m sure that we could excite her again, I don’t want to wait that long.” Cael ran his tongue over her clit, but drew back.

Dante puffed a breath over her nipple. The bud tightened. A pang shot through her, zipping straight to her core. She wriggled and lifted against him. He closed his lips over the peak and sucked hard. She moaned. Yes.

“That’s the sound I want to hear. Is she ready, Cael?” Dante scraped his teeth over the bud.

“Let me make sure, but I think she is. She’s lifting and twisting for us.” Cael slid his fingers up and pushed two into her.

Her inner muscles clenched around the digits. A fiery lance slammed through her. He pumped them into her. She rocked her hips. Just a little deeper.

“She’s ready.” Cael rose to his knees.

“All right, move over here Cael.” Dante eased back.

“Sunshine, you have to get up, because I want you to ride me. Even better, you can watch Dante and Cael for a little while.” Thane trailed his fingers down to her stomach. “I’ll enjoy the sway of your breasts and maybe lift up for a taste.”

She rose to her knees. Thane sprawled onto his back. He reached for her. She went into his arms. Now, she’d have him. He lifted her, bringing her over him.

She straddled him, raising up to guide his cock to her entrance. Moisture eased from her. The head nudged and then slipped in. Tremors shook her. She took a deep breath. Too good. Need to get control.

She lowered onto him, his cock sliding deep. Her inner muscles clenched. Tingles darted through her. He pulled her down tight against him.

“Don’t move yet, sunshine. Wait for Dante and Cael. They’re almost ready.” Thane drew his hand over her arm. He gently stroked up and down.

She glanced over. Cael braced on his hands and knees near the edge of the bed. Dante eased in behind him. Cael smiled at her.

A shiver rolled down her spine, and she tightened her legs on Thane. She wriggled. Those two coming together, so sexy.

“Be still. Dante hasn’t even entered him yet, and you already want to take off on a ride.” Thane grabbed her hips, holding her still. “See. He’s putting on some lube and making sure Cael is ready.”

“It won’t be long.” Dante smiled.

He eased closer. Cael’s eyes closed, and he rocked back into Dante.

“Now, ride me. I’ll make sure you come.” Thane urged her upward.

“Not going to be a problem.” She ran her hands over his chest. Her inner muscles clenched. Fierce desire speared through her.

She glanced over. Dante leisurely rocked forward. She mimicked the movement, easing upward in a torturously slow glide. Her muscles clenched around Thane’s cock, as if trying to hold him within. Just before the rounded head slipped from her, she lowered down on him.

Cael moaned. The rumble tightened her stomach. So exciting. Those two loving each other was so hot. And fucking Thane only added to the heat.

She braced her hands on Thane’s chest as she rose again. Thane’s hips punched up. A jolt speared straight to her core. Her breath caught, and she ground down against him.

“Not so slow. I need you to move a little faster.” Thane clasped her hips and urged her up again.

“Not yet.” She shook her head. He wasn’t rushing her. Not now.

On the next upward stroke, she stilled at the peak and glanced over. A shiver ran over her body. Her eyes locked on Dante and Cael. Thane’s fingers flexed on her waist.

“Go on, sunshine. Give him what he needs and take your own pleasure.” Dante surged forward into Cael.

She bit her lip. No, it was too soon. She eased down on Thane. A thrill shivered through her. She bent down and kissed his chest.

“I want to savor this. I want to enjoy watching them move against each other.” She drew up again.

“Sweetheart, you’ll have years to watch us make love to each other and for us to make love to you, too.” Thane stroked his hand over her from shoulder to lower back.

She firmed her lips and rolled her hips. Not so soon. This first time was so sweet. He slipped his hand between them and settled his fingers over her clit. Ah, damn, she’d never last. He pressed. She gasped.

“Thane, not yet!” She arched as his fingers worked over her clit. Lightning streaked through her.

“It’s time, sunshine.” The low words emerged on a growl. “Ride me hard. Show me what you need. They’re going to come soon.”

She rolled her hips forward. She couldn’t stop watching the two men make love. Dante gripped Cael’s hips and drew him back against him. Dante groaned. Her breath hitched.

“That’s it. Move faster.” Thane pulled her back down. He ground her down on him before letting her lift in another stroke.

She shivered and pushed upward again. His cock almost slipped from her, but she sank back down. Her muscles clenched around him. Tingles shot through her. She rotated against his fingers.

Thane lifted against her. She groaned and looked down at him, unable to split her focus any longer. Tension pulsed in an irresistible drumbeat. His fingers tensed at her hips. She moaned and leaned forward to press her lips to his.

Thane’s tongue stroked. She sank into the kiss. It swept her away, even as her hips ground against his. Her heart pounded in her chest. Almost.

She lifted once more. Thane surged upward. His cock speared deep, rubbing at a sensitive spot. Sharp sensation swelled, building to a higher peak. She surged down against him. Her body tightened and the ache swelled. So close. She increased her pace.

His fingers circled her clit. A shiver rolled over her body. Too much. Her head fell back and a hoarse sound rolled out of her throat. She rocked against him. Just a little more and the ricocheting sparks would explode.

Thane bucked up against her. His fingers slipped away from her clit. She moaned and drove down against him. A current sizzled over her skin. A fiery wave scorched her, leaving her shivering and tingling from head to toe. He gripped her hips, urging her up.

She trembled, her fingers running over his sweat slick skin. He arched upward. She clung to him. He came, calling her name. His strong arms swept up, pulling her down against him. Her heart pounded, but the beat gradually slowed.

She glanced over. Dante thrust into Cael. He reached around and grasped Cael’s cock. Damn. She licked her lips. He pumped the shaft.

Their moans as they moved together sent sparks running through her. The connection and trust between the men was so obvious. Dante surged into Cael. Cael came. Dante continued to drive into him until he stiffened and yelled. He pulled Cael tight against him.

“Fuck.” Dante released Cael and stepped back. “That was intense. Though it felt right to do this today. If I’d known that it would be this fiery, I’d have been tempted to do this before.”

Cael laughed. “Yeah, but it’s good because it’s right.
It might not have been this good before.”

“I would have been more than happy to give it a try.” Moriah laid her head against Thane’s chest.

“I know you would, and I think you’ve been ready for this for a while.” Thane rubbed his hand over her back.

“You three weren’t ready before?” She lifted up to glance from Thane to Dante and Cael.

“It’s not that we weren’t ready. We were just unsure of when was the right time. On top of that, we had a few difficulties finding the time to be together except when someone was hurt.” Cael shook his head. “And we didn’t want you to just watch.”

“You’re right. There were quite a few times when all four of us weren’t together.” She nodded. “As much as I liked watching you and Dante, being with Thane at the same time was wonderful. I wouldn’t want to change that.”

“Neither would I.” Thane chuckled. “Timing is everything, and this was the right time for us.”

“Well, since we’re all agreed. Let’s make our way into the bathroom. I think we need a shower before we go to bed.” Dante stood.

“All together?” Moriah sat up. She shivered as the movement shot bolts through her.

“Yes, all together. I think we can resist the temptation for a short shower.” Dante laughed.

“I’ll take the blanket to the laundry and then join you.” Thane smiled.

“A shower sounds wonderful.” Moriah smiled. “But I don’t think that we’ll be able to share a shower without some type of touching going on.”

“Do you want to make a bet about that?” Cael’s palm tapped her butt.

“And what are you willing to bet?” She tilted her head. A thrill ran through her. Probably something sexy.

“Um, that’s a tough question.” Cael exhaled. “My favorite cake.”

“Your favorite cake and their choice, as well. And what do I get if there is touching?” She strolled toward the bathroom. A cake would be easy enough to do if there wasn’t any sexual touching.

“Something similar.” Cael tilted his head.

“A dinner. If there’s any touching in there beyond incidental, I want a special dinner. Is that good enough or too much?” She looked at him.

“Dinner is good. Come on. Let’s go see who wins this bet.” Cael nodded.

  Chapter Thirty One

The gray house squatted on a lonely tract of land. No neighbors and no trees or bushes for cover. Birds swooped overhead, calling out. The sun hadn’t gone down yet, but would fall below the horizon in about thirty minutes. Shouldn’t be long now. They’d found the Gobel and his companions. This time, they’d watched long enough to know there were four creatures in there. Unfortunately, the Gobel weren’t quite so unsuspecting. They watched, but only one stood lookout at a time.

“Relax. We’ll move in soon enough.” Sin’s voice was a low rumble from the passenger seat. “Overthinking isn’t going to make time pass faster.”

Dante exhaled. Yeah, true enough, but sitting wouldn’t either. “I don’t want any of them to slip out this time.”

“We won’t let them.” Sin shook his head. “We all want these bastards stopped before they can do more damage. And definitely before they send more Appari after us”

“Fuck, yeah, I don’t want Moriah to have to face those beasts any time soon. She’s still very new to even the concept of her abilities as a serious weapon.” Dante shook his head. A chill ran down his spine and his gut clenched. He’d rather face Gobel than have her come up against even one Appari.

“Naomi’s helping get her ready.” Sin glanced over at him.

“Yeah, I know, but fuck, every time I think about it, I want to take her and lock her up.” Dante exhaled. His hands clenched. She wouldn’t accept that though. If she thought she could help, she’d fight him every step of the way. Somehow, he had to get control of that.

“I don’t think it would work. If it helps, I feel the same way when I think about Calista dealing with them. And you’ve seen how well she can handle those fuckers. And her not being here and me not knowing where she is, I’m going out of my mind.” Sin banged his hand against the side of the door.

“How’s Bram doing?” Dante exhaled. All right, he didn’t have it so bad at all. Moriah was with them. She’d be safe with Sawyer watching her.

“Bram is functioning slightly better than me.” Sin shook his head. “We’d both feel a lot better if we could just get in touch with her. Maybe know where she is, but it’s like she dropped off the face of the Earth.”

“I still have my people searching for any ping from her financials or communication with her family, but nothing on either front.” Dante clenched his fingers on the steering wheel. The trail had ended after she’d stepped off the plane when it landed in Arizona.

“She wouldn’t get in touch with her family. She can’t since it’s her brother who took over the rule she was holding.” Sin pulled out his phone. “Does everyone know we want a couple of them alive, especially the leader?”

“They know, and Cael will reiterate it once it’s time to move in.” Dante nodded. They had to know if there were others and if anyone or anything else would be coming their way.

“Good. I really need your guys to figure out how that message is getting on my computer and who’s sending it. It keeps coming back even though your guys said that it was gone.” Sin scowled.

“Have you got any emails or calls from Europe?” Dante asked. “Because it said to answer them.”

Sin turned and scowled at him. “Seriously? How am I supposed to tell where an email or call is from? None of them have said, ‘hey, email from Europe.’”

“I know you know how to check for an IP address. And your staff should, too. You can have the email open in a protected mode to keep it from installing anything on your computer.” Dante shook his head.

“I’m not going through all of my email or having my staff do it until I know more about what they want.” Sin shook his head. “I’m not taking those types of chances.”

Dante exhaled. Stubborn man. “Do you think they’re going to call or contact you in some other way?”

“If they want me to do something, then they will.” Sin slashed a hard look at him.

“I’ll send someone to have a look and see what can be done, but whoever this is, he’s gotten past the walls we set up last time.” Dante grinned. The person was persistent and definitely had an agenda. Time would tell if it was to hurt or help in some way.

Darkness fell gradually. They waited until full night cloaked the area. The moon hung above them, only a sliver, and would provide concealment until they got close. They wouldn’t rush in today. If they were lucky, surprise would allow them to end this quickly.

Dante got out of his car and moved closer to the house, but stayed out of the range of the surveillance cameras the Gobel had installed. Routine. They hoped to use it to their advantage today. The Gobel on this shift definitely had a pattern.

A light came on in the kitchen. Three shapes detached from the shadows and rushed forward. They had to be quick and in position for when the man went back to the living room and his position. They needed to get the door open and rush inside in seconds, but be quiet about it.

Dante held his breath. His stomach tightened. This would become much harder if they were spotted. They had plenty of men to give chase, but if the Gobel got out, there was always a chance that they’d escape.

“They’re in. Give them a moment to take the man down.” Bram’s voice came through the bud in his ear.

Dante held position. A beam of light flashed from the window. Dante’s heartbeat raced. The signal.

“All right, go. Quiet and catch every single one of those fuckers,” Bram said.

Dante laughed. Definitely an order. One he would gladly follow.

“Yeah, he relishes the opportunity to be in charge. Especially since all we’ve done lately is office crap.” Sin shook his head.

They prowled forward. The door swung open right
as they reached it. It would be the same in back. Some men would remain outside, forming a perimeter in case a Gobel chanced to get out. Cael and Thane would lead that operation.

Dante crept inside and glanced around. Almost completely bare except for an array of monitors and a couch. Not somewhere they’d used before or lived in normally.

The Gobel sprawled unconscious on the floor. Good. He wouldn’t be a problem for a while. Now for the last three fuckers.

There were four bedrooms. The scent from the male in the front room emanated from the first door. He set two men to go in there, just in case they’d missed someone, but only four male scents lingered in the house. Bram stood at one door with Phoenix by his side, and Sin slipped over to another with Leif. Dante waited with Isaac at the last.

Bram held up his hand and then swept it down. Isaac opened the door. Dante burst in. Someone yelled from somewhere down the hall.

The creature in the bed sat bolt upright. His head whipped around, and his eyes rounded. He rolled from bed, taking the sheet with him. Dante leaped forward, bounced off the bed, and tackled him.

The Gobel slammed into the floor. Dante collided with the creature. His breath whooshed from him. He tightened his hold as he dragged in a deep breath.

The Gobel reached back and sank claws into Dante’s leg. Pain shot upward. He pulled back. Fucking hell, that hurt.

The Gobel twisted beneath him, knocking one of Dante’s hands free. The creature pushed upward and scrambled out from under him. Oh, hell no. Dante bolted to his feet.

Isaac grabbed for him. The Gobel stiff-armed Isaac and turned toward the window. Dante lunged forward and grabbed the man by his hair. Damn thing isn’t going anywhere.

He slammed his head into the wall. The dry wall cracked and caved in. The Gobel wriggled. Dante pulled him back and smashed his face into it just a few inches to the left. The dry wall fractured, but didn’t collapse inward. Found a stud. The Gobel went limp.
