The Last To Know - What I Did Before We Dated Page 20

by Bridy McAvoy

He ate me to three orgasms, then fucked me. I came when he entered me, and again when he came. We rested for a half an hour, then I sent him for a couple of beers from the fridge. We fucked again, and after that I fell into a satiated sleep. He woke me about three o’clock, already deep inside me again. At four in the morning he opened the drapes, led me outside into the freezing cold and fucked me on the decking before bringing me back inside and pushing me under a nice warm shower. He perched on the toilet seat and watched as the shower turned my skin a bright pink. Then I watched the same transformation as he showered.

We didn’t go back to sleep, and I was naked as I made him breakfast. I did pull on a long T-shirt while he wore his jeans so we could sit on the deck outside to eat breakfast, but it was so cold we came back inside. He fucked me again before we said goodbye.

She sighed and looked at me.

“I never saw him again. He hadn’t told me, but the job he was working on was nearly finished. That Wednesday night he sent me a text. To the hottest woman I’ve ever met. Sorry, this is goodbye, but our next job is in New Jersey. I’ll miss you. xxx K. That was the end of that. Over the next four weeks, I dated five guys, fucked the first four, and finally met, but didn’t fuck Max. He promised to bring the boat over the following week. The fifth guy I dated was that prick, Malcolm, from the paper. He turned out to be all flattery and no substance. I initially thought of him as a Keeper, but he was a Never Evah of the first order. How Sarah puts up with his fake saccharine sweetness I’ll never know. I was going to let him down gently on our next date, but on Friday this graduate student walked into the library looking for an obscure book on the sociology of management…”

I chuckled, she was talking about me.

“The rest is history, honey. You asked me out, I’d found my Keeper, and here I am…”

I raised an eyebrow and her face fell. Her voice had been brittle toward the end there. There was no point in pressing for more information yet. I held out my arms to her and she almost launched across the room to land in my lap. Her arms went around my neck and she buried her face in my shoulder and cried. I let her cry, staring into space above her head.

There were several things she’d let slip that told me the story wasn’t complete. I knew Mr. Bryant hadn’t finished with her at that point. I knew she’d fucked Max and his two sons, so that was four people she must have fucked.

I knew from inference there had to have been others. Someone, although that could have been Max or one of his sons, had fucked her on the boat, and someone, again maybe the same person, had fucked her on that rock ledge she’d tried to seduce me on this morning. Early on in the story she’d mentioned at least one threesome, and possibly even a gangbang—although she hadn’t actually said they occurred.

At the time we met I was on the final stages of my Doctoral thesis, studying hard and carrying a full tutorial workload at the college. Some of the undergraduates I tutored were women, and I’d had my crack at some prime pussy. Once I met Sam, though, I’d gone exclusive. She hadn’t. She’d treated me with her ice-maiden act. Since I worked Monday to Friday evenings on the swing shift at the supermarket, I only ever saw her on Saturdays for months. She’d had plenty of opportunity to fly free and I’d never suspected.

Now, though, I knew she’d cheated during our early courtship. Maybe even through our engagement. Had she cheated since we were married? That might yet be the sixty-four thousand dollar question—the one that broke us.

So far, what she’d told me didn’t bother me as much as it did her. What she had yet to say…well that would be quite another story.

  About the Author

My name is Bridy, and I live in upstate New York. I’ve written for as long as I can remember, which is thanks to my parents for teaching me to read and write before I went to school. I’ve been fascinated by erotic tales all my adult life, my husband thinks they’re silly but indulges me. I won’t tell you how old I am because a lady never gives away her age. My other interest is photography but writing will always be my first love, other than my husband of course.
