Planning on Forever Page 2

by Ashley Wilcox

Throwing his hands up in the air, Travis starts walking away. After taking only a few steps, he turns back doing an air hump to me. “Get her done!” he yells, then continues in the direction of an awaiting group of girls.

Sinking the last cup, I finish another game in victory. Jumping into my arms, Nicole gives me a huge celebratory hug. I can’t help but look down, seeing her boobs smashed against my chest. God, she has nice tits. Joining in our celebration, I pick her up and spin her around. Wrapping her long legs around my waist, she gives me reason to hold her ass for support. Feeling my hard-on coming back, I decide to carry her to the pool; hopefully I can get some cold relief, to calm my raging hormones. She giggles when I miss the bottom step, sending us both under water. When we come up, she jumps on my back, trying to dunk me under again.

After wrestling in the pool a bit, we end up back in our original position with her legs wrapped around my waist. Pausing for a minute to catch our breaths, she skims my lips with hers, then moves her mouth down my face and down my neck, planting seductive kisses along the way. Dropping my head back, I allow her more room to work with. Running my hands into the inside of her bikini bottoms, I feel her bare ass. The sun has already gone down so it is nice and dark out; no one can see the heated situation I’ve gotten myself into.

Backing us into the corner, I reverse roles, planting warm, wet kisses down the crease of her neck to the top of her chest. Using one hand, I reach around her back, and pull the string to her bikini loose. Cupping one of her bare breasts, I move my mouth over the top of the other one, flicking my tongue against her erect nipple. She lets out a sexy moan, enjoying the sensation. Removing her hand that was draped over my shoulders, she starts creeping down my chest until it makes its way into my shorts. She starts moving her warm hand up and down my shaft and I let out a moan, becoming overwhelmed by the cool water and warm hand rubbing me. I trail my hand that was on her breast down her side. Just as I’m about to move the bikini bottom over so I can feel inside of her, Travis does a huge cannon ball next to us, soaking us with water and snapping me out of the moment.

What the hell am I doing?

Giving Nicole an apologetic look, I adjust myself and tell her I’m going to get something to drink. I grab the closest bottle of liquor and take a long swig. Everything starts to become a blur; I take another, longer swig.

Last night I didn’t get much sleep. Collin texted me before I went to bed; I was expecting a phone call, but it was still comforting to hear from him and know that everything was alright.

I don't know if I just got too much sun at Amanda's, or if I’m still a little nervous about Collin going away to school next year. Either way, I’m a walking zombie today. Nothing a latte and a day at the spa can’t fix and thankfully, that’s exactly what’s on the agenda today with my mom and Amanda.

“Hey, sexy mama...Whoa, you look like hell today! Did Mr. Prince Charming make a cameo last night and keep you up?” Amanda jokes as my mom and I walk into the spa. Amanda has absolutely no filter when it comes to her mouth.

“Amanda! Shut the hell up, my mom totally heard you say that, and no, Collin did not come over last night. I just couldn't fall asleep. Maybe too much sun yesterday.”

“Hi, Amanda. So nice to see you, Sweetheart. How are your parents?” my mom politely greets Amanda, totally acting like she didn't hear a thing.

It’s no secret that Collin and I have sex, but it's something my mom and I would prefer not to talk about. When Collin and I started getting serious awhile back, we had “the talk” and she made a doctor’s appointment so I could start taking the pill. We haven't spoken about it since.

“Hi, Mrs. Arnold. They're good. Same old, same old, ya know?”

We spend the morning getting pampered and massaged. I’ve already had two lattes, and I’m starting to finally feel like a normal functioning person. Before I move over to the hair salon area, I decide to send Collin a quick text.

Although I’m supposed to have tonight off, my boss asked me if I could come in to train the new girl. I’ve worked at the local ice cream stand since I was fourteen, and over the years I’ve become the go to girl for the owners. It’s not too bad, though. I’ve been there the longest, so I get to set my own schedule, and take off any days I want.

Putting my cellphone back into my pocket, I head to the salon area to meet with my mom and Amanda.

  – COLLIN –

Waking up this morning, I can barely lift my head. My brain and skull are at war, my mouth feels like I’ve been living in the desert, and my swim shorts are on backwards. Looking around, I notice there are guys sprawled out everywhere and beer cans blanket the floor. What the hell happened last night?

“You boys have a good time last night?” Travis's mom asks as I walk in the kitchen to get a glass of water.

“Um, yeah...sorry about the house. We’ll make sure it’s all picked up before we leave Miss Carter.”

“That's for sure. You boys really know how to make a mess. There's aspirin in the cupboard above the microwave; help yourself. I have to get to work. Make sure you boys get this place back to normal before tonight. It was nice seeing you Collin,” she adds, as she walks out the door.

I swear Travis has the coolest mom. She never asks questions, just makes sure we all have a good time and are safe. She works her butt off, but still manages to make it to all of our games. My mom would flip shit if she came home to a torn apart house with beer cans and people sleeping everywhere.

Looking around, I notice that the girls are nowhere to be seen. They must have left before we all passed out. Thank God!

“Hey party boy, how ya feeling?” Travis asks, walking out of his room looking like he got a full night’s sleep and didn't drink his face off the previous night.

“Like shit. Remind me to never drink that much again,” I reply, still not able to lift my head up completely.

“Yeah buddy! We’re just getting started. Welcome to college life, my man. Booze and hot girls. That’s what it's all about.”

If this is what college life is like, then I better get a backup liver because I don't know if my current one will make it through all four years.

“Speaking of hot girls, that Nicole chick was hot as hell and all over you last night. I'm sure that would have been a sight to see for Alexa. Don't worry, my lips are sealed.”

Oh crap, Alexa! She definitely can’t know about last night. From what I remember, there was a lot of flirting and wandering hands, but I’m pretty sure we didn’t have sex; I think I’d remember that. Either way, I know Alexa would be pissed if she found out about it. It probably wouldn’t hurt to shoot her a text and check in. I feel a little guilty.

Patting my pockets, I realize my cellphone is missing. Looking around, I finally find it in between the cushions. I flip it open and notice I already have a missed text from her. Luckily she just sent it, so I quickly respond.

Awesome! What do I say? Thanks for letting me go out with my friends. I got drunk off my ass and almost hooked up with this wicked hot chick. How was your night?

Yeah, that’d go over well. Instead, I just keep it cool when I respond, keeping it short, sweet, and to the point.

After cleaning up, we do the walk of shame to our cars. Since Matt left his car at the school yesterday, I offer to give him a lift.

“Crazy night, huh?” Matt asks, while we make a quick stop to get a cup of coffee.

  “Yeah, no shit.”

“So, what’re you going to do about Alexa?”

“I’m not telling her about last night if that’s what’re asking… She’d flip out.”

“Definitely, but you gotta pick. Her or the single life…ya know?”

God, he’s right. She’s a sweet girl, and deserves better than that; she deserves better than me.

Am I ready to just throw away the last two years of my life for a quick dick rub with some other chick? Absolutely not, I love Alexa. I can’t imagine not being with he
r.

Am I going to be able to control myself when the next Nicole comes around throwing her tits in my face? There’s going to be a lot of prime opportunities in college, I’m sure.

Am I going to be able to keep my dick in my pants when the next situation arises? That is what’s sending my brain crazy right now, because I’ve not a clue if I can. Like any other eighteen year old, I’ve got needs and raging hormones.

Before I send myself into the crazy house thinking about all of this, I need to get home, take a shower, and cleanse my body and mind of last night. At that point, I’ll revisit the situation at hand.

After a nice cold shower, a quick nap, and some food, I’m feeling much better. Waking up to Alexa’s picture on my night stand brings me back to where I should be, with her. Feeling like an ass for even thinking I could live a minute of my life without Alexa in it, I decide to stop in and see her at work.

Pulling into the parking lot, I see her bubbly, adorable face peeking through the window. What the hell was I thinking last night? My heart jumps out of my chest every time I see this girl.

“God, I missed your beautiful face. How are ya?” I ask, walking up to her window.

She reaches out to hold my hands. “Better now that you’re here.”

“How's the ice cream business today? Not too busy yet, I see.” I gently rub my thumbs over the top of her hands.

“Yeah, it’s slow, but I’m training a new girl, and she’s already mastered the art of making an ice cream cone, so it’s not that bad.”

We talk for a little bit. I tell her I like her hair, what my plans are for the rest of the day, and how I can’t wait to hang out later. Just as I’m beginning to tell her that I had gotten some things in the mail from my college, I notice the new girl walking up from the back room. No freaking way! What are the odds of this? The new girl just so happens to be Nicole. The same Nicole I spent all day trying to forget, and convincing myself that I will probably never have to see again.

“Collin! Oh my God...Hi!” Nicole greets me as she walks up and stands next to Alexa. I can feel all the color draining in my face as I see the confusion on Alexa's.

“Hey, Nicole...Nice to see you again,” I say awkwardly, feeling like the smallest person in the world.

“Wait, you guys already know each other?” Alexa asks with a puzzled look on her face.

Alexa and I have the same friends. We know all the same people. She has met my whole family, so I can just see the wheels turning in her head, trying to figure out how I know this super-hot girl. What do I say now? How do I explain this one? Do I lie or tell her the truth? Sorry, babe. I got completely drunk last night and almost hooked up with this girl, but don't worry, I’ve decided I wanna be with you more than doing that stuff. Yeah, that sounds fantastic. I’m sure that will really win her over. Just as I open my mouth to speak, Nicole beats me to it.

“Wait, this is the Collin you were talking to me about earlier?” she asks, directing her question to Alexa.

“Um, yeah. This is my boyfriend, Collin...and how do you guys know each other?”

“She's friends with Travis...and...she, um, stopped by his house last night to pick something up when we were all over there just hanging out,” I blurt out, totally not sounding confident in my answer at all. Yeah, that sounded convincing.

“Well, that's weird. Nicole, didn't you tell me that you went to a party last night and met this really hot guy and hung out with him and his friends all night?” Alexa asks Nicole, but is looking at me the whole time. Shit, not good!

“Must have been some other party, because we just all hung out and played video games. No partying there,” I blurt out again before even thinking.

“Yeah...different party,” Nicole responds in an unconvincing tone and then walks away, filling things to look busy.

“Huh, didn't know there were so many parties going on last night,” Alexa replies, still sounding uncertain.

“Yeah...guess we missed the memo.” I’m ready to be done with this conversation.

“Well, I don’t want to hold you up anymore. Call me when you get out. Looking forward to seeing the little number you picked out.” I kiss her hand and practically run to my car.

Holy Karma! That definitely was not on the agenda for this visit. So much for slipping last night under the table; I just hope Alexa fell for my bullshit cover, and that Nicole continues to just go with it.

  – ALEXA –

Thanks to the beautiful summer evening, work was busy all night. Before we knew it, it was time to punch out. Things went really well with Nicole, even though she seemed a little distant after Collin stopped in. Not going to lie, that whole situation was pretty strange, not to mention Collin seemed a little uneasy too. However after Collin left, Nicole did reassure me that she was only at Travis’s for maybe two minutes tops, before she left for another party.

I’m not going to dwell on it. As weird as it was, I’m going to let it go. Besides, I’m not ruining tonight with more unnecessary drama; I’ve got a cute outfit laid out, a hot as hell boyfriend waiting for me, and new tips to try, courtesy of Cosmo.

Once I get home, I throw my skirt and top on and brush my hair before putting it back up. I quickly fix my make-up, and then run back out the door.

Driving into the parking lot of the beach, I see Collin’s Mustang already sitting there. I pull up next to his car; he is staring out the windshield, looking lost in thought. He looks over at me and smiles before opening his door to get out. Anxious to pounce on him, I meet him in front of the car and lay a huge kiss on his lips.

“Well, hello to you too,” he says, after we unlock our lips from each other.

Smiling, I run my fingers through his hair, tugging on the short ones near his neck, I know that drives him wild. He grabs my hand, lacing our fingers together, and starts walking down to the beach. Um okay, I guess we’re going for a walk first. Although he seems okay, and keeps throwing me sweet little grins, he’s unusually quiet; which makes me a little worried. Coming up to our favorite spot, he sits down on the giant rocks and pats the space in between his legs for me to sit down. Although I’m still a little confused, I decide to go with it.

“I’m gonna miss you next year, you know that, right?” he whispers in my ear.

My stomach turns a little, hearing the sadness in his voice. Maybe this whole, going to college thing, is finally hitting him.

I let my head drop back on his shoulder. “Yeah, it’s gonna suck. I’m gonna miss you like crazy.”

We sit there in silence, wrapped in each other’s arms, looking out over the water and just enjoying each other’s company. Although I had envisioned us rolling around in the sand at this point, sitting here wrapped in Collin’s arms is just as good.

Everything has been going great lately. The awkward situation with Collin and Nicole last week has become a distant memory. Collin and I have been hanging out every day but still make time for our friends, appeasing everyone. Life has been almost too good to be true; like I’m going to wake up at any moment and realize this has all been a dream.

Tomorrow is graduation day, so we’re calling it an early night. Matt and Collin are having a combined graduation party tomorrow at Collin's house on the lake after the ceremony. Going all out, his parents ordered a giant bounce house, caterers, and are finishing the night off with fireworks. I was given the responsibility of decorating the gift table and making a box for all of Collin's cards. In preparation, I’ve printed out a bunch of pictures of Collin and me, some of him and his friends, and some of him playing football, too. As I start to glue them on the big box, I hear a knock on the door, and my mom's head peeks around the corner.

“Hey, sweetheart. What are you doing up still?” she asks, walking in and sitting next to me on the bed.

“Putting Collin's collage together and making his box for his cards tomorrow.”

“It's going to be weird not seeing him around here all the time after he leaves
for school.” She picks up some of the pictures of Collin and I, and then some of him playing football taken by my dad.

“How are you holding up with this, honey?” she continues.

“Good, I guess. We haven't really talked about what we’re going to do once he leaves. I guess we’ll just have to figure it out as we go.”

She rests her hand on my leg. “You guys will be so busy this year, I’m sure it will fly by. Before you know it, it will be summer again, and you’ll be off to school, too.”

Wouldn’t that be nice? It’d be nicer if I were just graduating with him, like I’m supposed to be.

Graduation was boring as usual, but I dragged Amanda along to keep me company. She made up stories about what she envisions some of the graduates will be doing in the next ten years. How she thinks this stuff up is beyond me. Hopefully, Collin's parents did not hear her when she got to Collin and proceeded to list all the sexual things he will be doing with me in the next ten years. I couldn't stop laughing and mentally picturing it. My next ten years are going to be quite fun if she’s right.

“Well hello my sexy graduate in his super hot cap and gown,” I whisper to Collin as we exit the civic center where the ceremony was held.

“Thanks, beautiful. I’m hoping you’ll help me take it off later,” he says, slipping his arm around my waist and gently nipping the bottom of my ear.

“Hey, fellow graduate.” Matt comes up to us, doing his little hand shake with Collin.

“What up, man?” Collin responds, pulling Matt in for quick hug. It's cute seeing their little “bromance”.

Not seeing anyone with Matt, I wonder if he’s alone again. I know very little about Matt’s personal life. We’ve never hung out at his house; I’ve not a clue where he lives, if he has parents, or anything about his story. I’ve tried getting it out of Collin a few times, but he just shrugs his shoulders and changes the subject.
