Always Wanted Forever Page 31

by Sarah Tork

Oh my God, she’s just like me!

  My insides got all warm.

“Continue.” the doctor ordered louder, his voice rough.

“Dear Marcy. Fuck you! My dream was to win this year and win hard, meaning obliterate the competition, show them who’s boss and to ultimately teach them that even if they try hard in life, when they are against people like me, they will lose. Marcy, you fucking piece of shit, you think you can get the school board to change the rules so you can become PROM QUEEN! Nobody likes your small dick, except the ugliest fat kid in school who’s so horny he’d fuck his empty doorknob hole at home. Prom queen is about females. I don’t like it when an ugly wannabe thinks he can change the rules and take something that doesn’t and never would belong to him ever. You stay out of my way or else you really will go and meet the countess de la shit. I’ll ban you to a lifetime of lesbian porn that doesn’t include dildos.”

  That was beautiful….

I wanted to clap loudly and give her a standing ovation, but I fought the urge by crossing my arms.

She was just like me. Okay, she didn’t look like me, but we thought practically the same way. Just like sisters would.

Oh, I’ve never had a sister!

Someone to watch my back for me, help me, especially against evil lesbians.

“Very nice, please have a seat Marisol.” the doctor ordered, clapping his hands once. “Now let’s discuss what_”

As he yammered on about the meaning of her poetry, I caught her eye as she took her seat, giving her a warm welcoming smile.

  Hello sister….

  *~*~*

  Ridiculous!

I stared daggers at the kitchen attendant holding a clear plastic package filled with something that resembled sushi.

If this wasn’t fraud, then shoot me now! I grabbed the plastic, ugh package out of her latex gloved hands and threw it on my tray. The last time I ate food off a tray was in middle school and to this day I still had nightmares. A woman of my class did not eat food off a tray like some average commoner going to a regular school. I had gone to private school, multiple ones. The school I went to during the seventh grade made us wait in line for food that we had to pay for.

  Pay for!

They were making us pay for garbage.

My mother was already paying them enough and now they wanted money for their horrendous meals I wouldn’t think appropriate for even the lowest of commoners. Nevertheless I ate it, like I was about to here. It’s been two weeks and a few days since my arrival at Meadow Hills. I’d been forced to eat their selection of commoner made meals, daily.

I’d had to resort to vomiting after each meal. Which was fine by me, I needed to lose weight anyways. Imagining the horror on Xander’s face if he saw me fat left me in tears each night. And I couldn’t do that to my baby, not after everything he’s been through with that evil lesbian’s attempts at seducing and stealing him away from me. I had no idea what was going on in the outside world, and how bad her obsession with Xander had gotten. I was trapped in here, and there was no one to save him. I needed to come up with a new strategy. Xander’s life depended on it.

I held the tray of the mock sushi and scoured the dining hall for the one person who could change everything. Sitting in the back, all alone, wearing a purple tank dress a size too small because even from across the dining hall I could still see back fat, there she was, my sister in spirit.

I should really teach her my losing weight methods, just like a sister would! I smiled happily walking around Nurse Frumpy, scowling at her as she smiled at me.

“How dare you smile at me you miserable oaf!” I hissed, passing her table on route to my new sister.

“Ms. Demetria, remember now.” Nurse Frumpy threatened. Like I was scared of her, all she could do was make me swallow those red pills.

My face fell in horror. Not the red pills!

I shook off the dreaded feeling and forced a smile. I placed my tray on the table and sat beside Marisol. “Hello there, my name is Demetria. Can I call you ‘Pumpkin’?”

“What do you want?” she murmured, putting her fork down. Honestly, sushi with a fork? God, I’ve got to teach her everything.

“Well Pumpkin, I think you and I have a few things in common.” I informed her. “I hear you don’t like the gays, well let me tell you a story about an evil lesbian that tried to steal my fiancé away!”
