Forbidden (War Book 1) Page 27

by Trevion Burns

“I love you.” She smiled at him. “I love you, Rocco.”

“I love you so fucking much,” he gasped, pressing his forehead to hers as he drove into her desperately, the sound of their smacking skin coming loudly enough to drown out her amazed cries of pleasure.

He fucked her longer than she’d ever been fucked in her life. Longer than she’d even known was humanly possible. Longer even than the entire Chris Brown album, which had already finished playing in full and had left the room in silence save for their heavy breaths and moans.

Rocco lasted long enough for her to wonder if the sun had started coming up.

But as he continued taking her, she realized wasn’t the sun, but the stars in her eyes.

“Why is this pussy so good?” he begged over her shoulder, long after he’d rolled her onto her stomach, sank back inside, took fierce hold of her waist and began plundering her from behind.

Stella mumbled her answer from where her face was buried in the white sheets, and those mumbles moved to screams when he slid his dick out of her and the wet warmth of his lips and tongue were on her pussy again, sampling her from behind, guiding his starving tongue from her clit, to her cavern, to her ass and back again, as if he couldn’t decide which valley tasted better.

“God, baby, you drive me fucking crazy, you drive me crazy. Fuck.” The weight of his hand on her back caused her to sink into the mattress as he re-entered her and began pumping fiercely once more, his knees bobbing on either side of her ass like a cowboy on his saddle as he went in deep with each stroke.

When she felt herself on the verge of finishing for the fourth time—or was it the fifth? Sixth? Stella pushed up on her elbows and faced him, their breathing heavy and strangled. Sitting tall, she turned around and took hold of his shoulders, making his hardness pop out of her, sweaty from exertion, and pushed him onto his back.

The stunned look that crossed his face warmed her heart. How was he selfless enough in bed to be in complete disbelief at the sight of her wrapping her fingers around his length and drawing the throbbing tip into her mouth? As if he couldn’t believe she’d been willing to return the favor after all the time he’d spent favoring her.

What little she had left, she gave it all back to him. Long after he’d spent all night patiently drawing out everything her body had to give. She relished in the way his body convulsed as she bobbed her head on his dick, taking his length to the back of her throat, as far as she could get it while stroking the base with her loving fingers. She sucked him until he his moans grew pained. Until his fingers sank into her hair and pulled hard. Until he couldn't help thrusting, making sounds she hadn’t heard leave his lips all night, even as he managed to maintain enough control not to explode in her mouth.

That sound was like a drug to her. Just like she’d told him she could fuck him forever, she could suck him forever too. Anything to make him feel as good as he’d been making her feel all night. Anything to show him just how much she loved him when the words no longer seemed to be enough.

But Rocco didn’t let her finish, taking hold of her arms and pulling her body on top of him. He sealed his lips to hers as she straddled his thighs and they became one again, digging his fingers into her ass as she rode him. Working her way to her own orgasm this time.

And work she did, they both did. Rolling around on the bed until any sheets and blankets that weren’t attached to the mattress had fallen to the floor completely. Until they were both so slick with their own desire and cum that anyone listening would’ve sworn they’d sprung a leak. Any position their bodies could writhe into, they did, stopping only when they couldn’t bear to be apart for another second, and he entered her once more. Until her screaming lips had been buried in the bed, the headboard, his hair, her hair, his arms… all over the bed. Until her own God-given name had escaped her, a phenomenon that, once upon a time, she’d believed most women had been exaggerating about.

But as she made love to Rocco that night, she’d learned it was nothing but the truth. She learned what it felt like to love a man—and love making love to him—so much that she dissolved into another world completely. One where even the most basic parts of her melted into nothingness until all that existed was the new creation blooming to life between their bodies. Until the pleasure charging through her was so powerful, she’d rather die than stop.

And, soon, even Rocco appeared on the verge of death, his eyes rolling into the back of his head from where he’d somehow ended up back on top, sitting up tall with her splayed legs and letting his rod fall out of her pussy with a tortured groan.

He looked down at his dick like a best friend who just fucked his girl. Like he’d just experienced the deepest betrayal, even as he stroked it slowly. Then his hooded green eyes shifted to her pussy, and if it was possible, the look of betrayal on his face moved even deeper.

Stella giggled softly, her voice hoarse from screaming. “What are you doing?”

He shook his head again. “I’m gonna cum. I can’t help it…”

“Are you kidding me? I’ve cum at least five times.”

“I don’t want it to end.”

Her heart swelled to twice its size, fingers lazily caressing his chest making her ring gleam under the moonlight. “It’ll never end. I’m yours, baby. Forever.”

  “It just feels so good…”

Somehow, she knew he wasn’t just talking about his dick or even her pussy. No, the look in his eyes right then as he smiled at her told her all that she needed to know. That he was just as happy at that moment as she was, just being. Happier than he’d ever been in his life.

A tortured groan ripped up his throat when she reached between her splayed thighs and seized his length herself, guiding it back inside. He took up an immediate, instinctive thrust, but stopped a second later. He paused. Then he plowed forward once more, fucking her until he couldn’t take it anymore, forcing himself to stop in mid-hit again.

  “Rocco,” she grinned.

“It feels so fucking amazing, baby, I can’t let myself cum…” His head fell back, staring in amazement toward the ceiling. He swallowed heavily, a lump moving down his throat, before letting let his eyes fall back to hers. Leaning forward, he placed a slow, soft kiss on her lips, and his hips were moving on pure compulsion once more, softly this time. Even going slow, he squeezed his eyes shut, desperate for control.

“You’re amazing,” she whispered against his lips, stroking his lips softly. “Come on, baby. Cum for me.”

With one last, gentle kiss on her lips, Rocco sat tall, and his eyes shifted to something darker. More savage. A look on his face she’d never seen before but was sure was the sexiest thing she’d ever laid eyes on. He cradled one of her legs over his shoulder again while spreading the other one open, just like they’d started, bringing them full circle.

“I’m gonna cum so fucking hard.” He shook his head in astonishment. “Harder than I ever have in my life.”

“Yes, baby,” she begged, the smile on her face vanishing when he entered her once more and took up a breakneck speed that explained to her just why the dark, savage look had spread over his face. It was a ferocity that he seemed to have felt in his face, flooded all over his body, and eventually pooled at his dick as he slammed into her at the speed of light, his thighs hitting hers hard enough to redden her skin, dick stroking her pussy back to life for the umpteenth time that night.

Even more darkness flooded from his face as he came inside her, his green eyes locked to hers. She saw the moment the clouds in those gorgeous green orbs parted, and the light lingering behind boomed out, nearly blinding her with their beauty as he collapsed onto her chest, sealed his lips to hers, and emptied himself inside her. Hips thrashing and convulsing as each shot was expelled.

It felt like he spent ages coming deep inside her. As if months worth of pent-up frustration had finally met their final resting place between her legs, leaving room only for the light she’d just seen in his eyes, the light flashing off th
e ring that still glimmered from her finger, and the light exploding from her own hammering heart.

Both their eyes fluttered shut the moment he finished, still twitching inside her, inviting the only darkness that would ever be allowed into their lives from that moment forward. The darkness behind their eyes. The kind that only came when they’d fallen happily into the deepest, most calming depths of sleep.

Stella had purposely decorated her entire bedroom in all white—with the occasional dash of silver-gray—because she thought it would be like waking up on a cloud in the sky, close enough to touch the heavens above. How disappointed she’d been when she’d learned that a quick trip to Bed Bath and Beyond to purchase all the white bedding they had for sale would be nowhere near enough to ease the pain in her heart when she opened her eyes every morning. That, just because her surroundings were bright and happy, didn’t necessarily mean her heart would follow suit.

  It never had.

Not until the morning after Savannah and every morning that had followed, when she’d open her eyes to find Rocco Wolfe lying on the bed across from her, smiling as he watched her sleep. Only then had she learned the feeling of waking up like she was floating on a heavenly cloud. When her eyes could instantly run his handsome, sleepy face and whisper to him about all the dreams—never nightmares—that she’d had. When they could smile together in anticipation of the day ahead and all the years to come. When Blue, who could barely sleep through the night unless she was cuddled in bed between them, was always snuggled up to him in the most uncomfortable position possible—with her butt in his face, or her foot in his mouth, or her fingers in his nose. It was all heaven.

  All of it.

Even when Stella blushed under his gaze, burying her sleepy face into her pillow, she was secretly on cloud nine.

“Why are you watching me sleep? You’re so weird!” She peeked at him from the pillow.

He reached out and tucked a runaway strand of hair back into her hot pink hair bonnet, careful not to wake Blue, who was slung across his bare belly and drooling on his abs, her tiny feet bending the pages of the open bedtime story between them, which they’d been reading her the night before. The book they’d read her so many times they now knew it by heart, already reciting the words awaiting them on the next page before they even turned it.

“Ivy would have a heart attack,” she whispered as he adjusted her bonnet, her cheek mushing into the pillow as she relaxed and just took him in. “She went on a whole rant at work the other day about how no self-respecting woman would let her man see her wearing a bonnet.”

“And that’s why Ivy has to cover her real hair in weaves and wigs 24/7.”

  “Stop!”

“Strands popping off like a gunfight in the hood.”

“Rocco Wolfe!” She slapped him. “That’s my best… friend…” Stella was stunned at the words she’d just said. “God, never thought I’d see the day I referred to anyone but DJ with that term. I guess Mindy Kailing was right all along. A best friend isn’t a person. It’s a tier.”

“Yeah, I have no idea who Mindy Kailing is, but that sounds legit.”

“I don’t know, these last few months I’ve been feeling like DJ’s pulling away from me, more and more, but I convinced myself I was crazy. Now that another chick’s sitting on the top tier next to her I guess I wasn’t so crazy after all.”

“Well, we’ll see her today at the fundraiser, right?”

“Which I also invited Ivy to for moral support. DJ used to be my moral support.”

He thought on it. “DJ and I haven’t been the same for a while either. I’m talking about before I even moved in here. I don’t know—she’s different. Can’t remember the last time I even got a return text from her. I just figured she’s still torn up about Troy. Still working through it.”

Stella nodded, smiling gently when he began to run his knuckles gently up and down her cheek. Her happy gaze shifted to the white chest of drawers across from the bed, right underneath the plasma TV. A white wooden block that had been carved out to read the word ‘Savannah’ in beautiful calligraphy sat on top of the dresser, where it had remained since the moment they’d come home from vacation. Not a morning had gone by when she couldn’t look at that block of wood without a shot of euphoria lighting up her heart at all the memories they’d made. The sweet ones and sexy ones alike. Both of which they hadn’t hesitated to revisit every day thereafter, sometimes several times a day with Rocco’s stamina.

“Still not ready to tell them?” he asked.

Stella blinked rapidly, snapped out of her misery. “At a fundraiser being thrown in Troy’s honor? On the first night his parents are back? Yeah, I was totally planning on telling them today.”

  “Better take that off then.”

She followed his eyes when he nodded to her left hand, heart sinking at the sight of the ring shining up from her finger.

She nibbled her bottom lip. “I will. At the last possible second. When I have no other choice.”

“We’re gonna have to do it one day, you know. One day, everyone will have to know. DJ. Justin. The folks. Blue. One day we’re gonna have to explain to her that I’m not really her Papa Rock at all.”

“But you are her papa. And she’s damn lucky for that.” It was her turn to reach out and stroke his cheek, noticing how every muscle in his face relaxed the moment her hand was on him.

Blue tossed in her sleep, rolling over on Rocco’s chest at what seemed like the speed of light, making her tiny hand fly through the air and swat him right in the eye.

“Jesus!” Rocco snatched his head away, squeezing one green orb shut while looking accusingly down at Blue’s slumbering face with the other, cutting his good eye to Stella when she collapsed onto her pillow with laughter.

“If she’s not smothering me in her sleep with her diaper in my face, she’s knocking me the fuck out. I’ve been side kicked, snap kicked, round kicked, jabbed, scissor-punched, right hooked, and I don’t even do karate!”

Stella threw her head back, hands over her heart, squeezing her eyes shut to control her laughter. “She’s pretty savage.” She brought her head back down. “But as long as she doesn’t hit you below the belt, where it really counts, I’m good.”

His voice deepened. “Oh, that’s where it really counts, huh?”

“Oh yes, yes, yes…” She nodded vigorously with a gleaming smile.

“Why don’t you come over here and show me how much it counts?”

“Why don’t you come over here?”

  “Oh yeah?”

  “Yeah.”

He searched her eyes before looking down at Blue and nudging her playfully. “Blue, get out…”

  “Rocco!”

Blue squirmed at his nudge but didn’t wake up, rolling off his stomach completely, arm flying through the air once more and swatting Stella dead in the mouth.

“Ow!” Stella’s head flew back, clapping a hand over her throbbing mouth. “Blue!”

And it was Rocco’s turn to collapse onto his pillow with laughter. After watching him with eyes clouded with offense, Stella couldn’t help giggling either. Soon, the room was filled with the sound of their laughter, their loving whispers, and their pure, unadulterated happiness.

Stella and Rocco shared one last kiss and squeeze of each other’s hands in his truck before making their way up to the Armstrongs’ mansion in Cresskill, NJ, just a fifteen-minute drive from Stella’s home in Alpine. Her eyes ran the exterior of the two-story mansion that was surrounded by a thick brush of trees, most of which were taller than the house itself, giving it an air of privacy and seclusion, even though it was one of dozens of homes in the opulent neighborhood.

Rocco and Stella shared a look as they made their way into the house, passing the butler who’d greeted them by name.

“Feels like a lifetime since I’ve been in this house,” she whispered to Rocco as they moved across the exotic wood floors, passing the grand b
ridal staircase that greeted the front door, the Italian kitchen with imported Brazilian stone, and the state of the art living room before finally arriving at a ballroom fit for a king, which had beckoned them from the rear of the house. Most people would be at a loss of what to do to a ballroom expansive enough to be fit for a luxury hotel, but the Armstrongs always found a way. Throwing parties and charity events was what they did best. So much so that NJ elite never missed a chance to attend one of their blowout galas, solidifying them as one of the most charitable families in the entire city.

Two caterers with trays full of champagne smiled at them from either side of the open double doors that led to the ballroom. The sunlight from outside spilled so strongly into the ballroom’s domed windows inside it nearly blinded them even from the hallway. They both took a glass from each one of the caterers before sharing one last gaze, taking a deep breath, and stepping into the ballroom. Stella put the champagne glass to her lips, tilted her head back, and finished it off in one swallow, while Blue reached her tiny hand out, whining for a taste.

“It’s all gone, baby.” Stella showed Blue the empty glass. “Sorry.”

“Better slow down, Armstrong, we’ve got a long way to go,” Rocco said, before tilting his head back and finishing off his own glass.

Another caterer swept in, the moment their glasses were empty, taking the dirty dishware and setting in on his tray with a smile. A further caterer was right on his heels with two fresh glasses, which they both took thankfully. Unlike Stella’s parents, Troy’s were still gainfully employed, a nurse practitioner and an open heart surgeon, and had never been forced to live off Troy’s money, even when he was still alive. The most they’d allowed him to do was buy them that beautiful house and help pay the tuition to further their medical studies. Now that he was gone, they were still perfectly capable of maintaining the home with the salaries they now made thanks to their higher degrees.
