Once she was settled Acorus told Tchu to go to her quarters and secure herself. As Tchu left, he told Jo that very shortly they would be entering the asteroid belt. It wasn’t dangerous as their ship could handle asteroids but it could be bumpy. The pilot spoke to Acorus in Sceria and he sat down in his seat and fastened his belt. All the others on the flight deck were doing the same and an announcement was given out through the whole ship.
Through the windows the blackness had moving shapes in it and the ship changed course regularly. It wasn’t violent, but Jo was pleased that she was strapped in securely. Turning to Acorus she asked “We weren’t strapped in ever. Why was that?”
“You were still unconscious and in secure boxes, when we passed through the belt on our way home” Acorus answered.
“I woke up in that box, it was terrifying” Jo said.
“Yes I know, you really fought against the tranquilisers. That confirmed to me that you were strong. No one had ever woken up so soon”.
“Will we keep the new girls like that until we get through the belt?”
“Yes it’s safest, they might panic if it got too bumpy and that would be a disaster” Acorus said, hoping that Jo wouldn’t object.
Jo thought about it and decided that he was right, so she nodded her head smiling to herself at his silent sigh of relief. A few times Jo held her breath when a large asteroid came close, but the ship somehow deflected them. Acorus showed her that in the arm of her chair was a large beaker, full of an energy drink. There was a long straw with it which made it easy to drink from while wearing her helmet. All the crew’s chairs were supplied in the same way. Turning to Acorus Jo asked
“Is it only our ship that is going through the asteroid belt?”
“No, four of us are going through. Three will hide behind Mars and we will join our spy ship behind the moon. The other three will stay between Jupiter and the asteroids. Our ships can mask themselves so none of us should be spotted from Earth. It is only our fighter ships, when we deploy them from behind the moon who might be seen somewhere on Earth”.
“The only time they’ll be in any danger is in our atmosphere. Jet planes might attack them and the powers that be on Earth will know that they are alien” Jo warned.
“We only go near Earth at night; our fighters are difficult for humans to spot, and even if they are seen, they are so fast the planes couldn’t catch them” Acorus said, ticking each point off on his fingers.
“Good, because I would hate it if anyone got killed, Sceriae or human” Jo replied diplomatically.
“We have had no problems so far. It is trickier this time as we are going to take so many, but we are well prepared. Now we are nearly through the asteroids so it is safe to move about. You ought to eat and rest and I will hand over to Belain and join you” and he undid her seat belt and helped her up.
After sitting for so long, Jo was a bit wobbly so he held her to steady her. Turning to Belain he gave him his orders in Sceria and seeing that Jo was steadier, he led her off the flight deck. As they went towards their quarters Tchu met them “Ah, good. I was just coming to say that Lady Jo should eat and rest. It has been a long day for her”.
“Thank you Tchu, I must admit that I am feeling a little weary, and extremely hungry”.
“Food is being laid out for you both, and when you have eaten, you should sleep”
“When we have eaten, we will both go to bed” Acorus grinned behind his face mask.
Wagging her finger at him Tchu said sternly “I mean sleep General, no sexual, bad for baby”.
“Oh we’ll definitely sleep, don’t worry” he muttered.
Tutting at him Tchu turned on her heel and marched off.
Laughing Jo said “Don’t get on the wrong side of Tchu; she always triumphs in the end”.
“I’m more wary of her than of the Xenorii” Acorus said, shaking his head in amusement.
When they reached their quarters the table was laid with food and two clean kaftans had been laid out for them. Commenting that Tchu might be bossy but she was also so well organised it made their lives easy. Acorus helped Jo off with her armour, then turned to let her unfasten his. She ran the ‘pen’ down his back, then moved away to pick up a kaftan. As she bent over to pick it up she felt his arms come round her and pull her back towards him. She was totally unsurprised to feel his large erection on her back, but as his hands cradled her stomach she put her own hands over them and said “Are you sure this is wise? You were dangerously affected by the Xenorii’s poison, and the next few days are going to be extremely busy and tiring.
“Jo, my love, your body doesn’t tire me, it enervates me. I’m addicted to you, and can’t get enough of you”.
Leaning back against him, Jo let go of his hands, and as they cupped and circled her swollen belly, she groaned in desire, for truth be told, she couldn’t get enough of him also. He owned her body and soul.
“We must be careful, the baby is getting quite big now” was all she said.
Picking her up gently in his arms he laid her on the bed. Lying down on his side next to her he pulled her towards him, continuing to caress her as he kissed her eyes, her nose and finally her lips in a passionate kiss that took her breath away.
Leaving her mouth he took a nipple between his lips and teased it with his tongue, then he did the same to its twin. As Jo reached for him moaning with desire he held her hands still and continued on down, tickling her stomach all over with his teeth and tongue. Moving down to her groin he rasped the tender skin there with his stubble and then his tongue was searching out that spot which made her groan and writhe next to him.
She could feel the desire to have him inside her building, until it was almost painful, and she screamed his name, begging him to mount her. Instead he kept her on her side and gently, oh so gently, eased into her, careful not to use his full length. Jo hadn’t thought that their lovemaking could get any better, but to have this giant alien male treating her with such gentleness while in the throes of his deepest passion, undid her, and as she came tears ran down her cheeks and she yelled “I love you so much, please don’t ever leave me”.
As his deepest feelings yet, flooded through him, Acorus let himself go, and juddering to a stop he replied “I believe I love you too. Don’t worry you will never be taken from me”.
Opening his eyes, he saw her tears and in consternation asked, “What is wrong? Did I hurt you? Please don’t cry”.
“You didn’t hurt me. These are tears of passion and the feelings of love that you arouse in me”.
Cuddling her in his arms he kissed her gently and said “To have you feel desire for me, in the same way as I desire you, is something I will never tire of”. Then suddenly he laughed “Our daughter does not approve, she just kicked me in the balls”.
Jo burst out laughing too, banishing her tears she said, “I’d better feed her or she might batter her way out”.
Lifting her off the bed Acorus set Jo on her feet and picking up the kaftans dropped one over her head, then he put his on and they sat at the table to eat. Discussing what needed to be done once they met the spy ship they were happy to have a peaceful evening. When Tchu and Tjai knocked and entered they were curled up on the couch making plans for the new girls. Tjai told Jo that she should have another massage, now that the baby was really growing, Jo’s body needed to be cared for.
Acorus got up from the couch and pulled Jo to her feet saying quietly “Yes, you must take care of your body, for me!”
Jo gave him a slap on his arm and shook her head at him, then she followed Tjai into the bathroom saying that she’d have a quick shower, and then would be with her. After a gentle massage, paying particular attention to her swollen stomach and breasts, Jo slipped on a light nightgown and went into the bedroom. Acorus was already in bed, Tchu had taken the remaining food and dirty dishes and g
one already, so Tjai quickly said goodnight and left also. Jo climbed into bed and cuddled up to Acorus who pulled her into his arms and kissed her neck, saying “Goodnight Jo”.
She woke the next morning still cuddled into him. Surprised at how excited she felt at seeing Earth again she supposed that it was going to be a bittersweet experience Even if she could, would she want to go back? Not now, she thought, she had changed too much. Her future was with Acorus and Scerior. She could make a difference if she was wise and didn’t try to change too much, too quickly.
Suddenly aware that Acorus was awake and was looking at her quizzically, she said “What?”
“You were so deep in thought and you look sad, I wondered what was wrong”.
“Nothing’s wrong. Everything is fine. I was just thinking about Earth”.
“Are you homesick?” he asked.
“No, not for Earth at least. I was just thinking that even if I could go back, I wouldn’t want to stay. A visit would be fun, but that’s all. “My home is you and Scerior”.
He looked at her searchingly “You really mean that don’t you?”
“Yes I like Scerior, you’re okay too” she joked.
Just okay? Not stupendous or amazing or gorgeous?” he asked.
“OK, is good, it will have to do for now. I couldn’t bear you more cocky or big headed”.
“More cocky? I don’t think you could cope with more” he said pulling himself against her.
“Oh you, I didn’t mean that thing you keep your brains in, I meant sure of yourself, certain you are right and so on” Jo said running out of explanations.
“Now I’m even more confused. My brains are in my head” Acorus laughed.
“Enough! You have a long way to go before you understand English slang and jargon” Jo said shaking her head.
Turning away from her Acorus reluctantly got out of bed “I’ll shower first “he said “Will you call for food?”
As he headed into the shower, Jo pulled on her kaftan and going to the door sent a message, via the guard on duty, to Tchu asking for breakfast.
When Acorus had satisfied his hunger he put on his helmet and set off to the flight deck.
Jo had a shower, a massage and inviting Tchu and Tjai to sit down with her enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. She enjoyed a peaceful hour eating and talking over the plans for the new girls. Then putting on her armour she headed for the flight deck with Tchu in attendance. When she arrived, Acorus was once again, standing looking out of the forward window, as she entered he turned and waved her over to him.
Joining him and following his gaze, she gasped because in front of her she could plainly see Earth with the moon in attendance. It was amazing, like looking at a globe. All the continents laid out before her. They were in direct line with North and South America with blue grey sea on either side.
“It’s fantastic to see the world like this; I didn’t think it would be so visible. The mountains and plains are so marked that it’s like a drawing”.
“I’m pleased you are here, I was just going to send for you as I thought that you wouldn’t want to miss this. In a few minutes we must change course to get behind your moon” Acorus explained.
“We almost seem to be standing still!” Jo exclaimed.
“I know, but we are travelling almost at the speed of light. We are still quite a distance from Earth. If we kept on this course Earth would appear to be getting bigger and bigger. As it is, when we change course it will be your moon that gets bigger, until it hides us from Earth. You had better sit down as you could lose your balance as we change course” and Acorus took her to her seat and fastened her belt.
He resumed his position behind the officer piloting the ship. Jo sat enthralled, there were orders given and instrument readings called out, all in Sceria, but Jo could make out much that was being said. Marvelling at how the gigantic ship seemed to float effortlessly through space, Jo turned her head to watch Earth slip past on their left. Ahead of them the moon gradually grew bigger and out of the window on their left, Jo thought that she could make out Europe and then the Mediterranean. Another slight adjustment and they could see the back side of the moon, and there sitting on station was a star ship. A lot smaller than the star ships in Acorus’s fleet, it was more elongated than them and didn’t have large windows, Fighter ships were moving in and out of its belly, then quickly disappearing in different directions. Some went right handed round the moon and others left handed. These were obviously the spy ships that gleaned information for the fleet.
Jo was excited thinking that soon she might be on one of those ships looking closely at her home planet. There was a screen in front of Acorus and suddenly it lit up and a Sceriae officer appeared on it, greeting Acorus and his fleet. The officer and Acorus talked rapidly for ten minutes and then Acorus nodded his head in satisfaction and dismissed the officer. The screen went blank and Acorus turned to Jo. Undoing his seat belt he said “All is well. Osega has done a very good job. He reports that they have pinpointed places where many young females seem to gather. Instead of one at a time, we will be able to pick up many. Two of his best spies have been on Earth and discovered many houses all over Europe and America where prostitutes live and work. Evidently the better class call themselves escorts or call girls. Some of the other houses, he reports, are dreadful. Females forced into prostitution and drugged to keep them malleable. I’m afraid your world never ceases to shock us, Jo”.
“I know, it shocks decent humans too. Our authorities do their best to stop this kind of thing, but because there are so many different countries on earth it is an impossible task” then a thought came to her “You know, it would almost be a kindness to abduct those poor girls. Some of them will have diseases but others might be okay. I’m sure that they would be like Kylie and think that Scerior was paradise, compared to what is done to them here”.
Acorus frowned “But they wouldn’t be strong and healthy after such a life”.
“Kylie is. You know all they probably need is good food, cleanliness and being looked after by the Escorii. If they have survived the slave trade on Earth then they will be very strong in body and mind. Once weaned off drugs they could be ideal, and they’d be a lot happier than girls who already had a good life on Earth”.
He thought about what she had said, it was true that Kylie had been happy on Scerior from the start, whereas Jo, who had planned her life had resented it being taken away from her.
“I think you might be right, it’s different to what we have done before and could be frowned on by the council. But if they pass the health tests and are not drug addicts by choice, then it seems to be a good idea. The main thing is that they have the right colouring!”
“Oh dear, on Earth you would be called a racist” Jo laughed.
“Racist” frowned Acorus.
“To be politically correct on Earth, you shouldn’t judge people by their colouring”.
“I don’t judge species by their colouring, but to keep our race as pure as possible we must keep to the scientists breeding plan”.
“On Earth all races mix together, so we have many different colours” Jo tried to explain.
“That is why you fight each other all the time. We have had peace on Scerior for many thousands of years” Acorus stated, certain that the Sceriae way was the right way.
“You allow other races to live alongside you on Scerior. Look at the Escorii and Chomanay” Jo argued.
“But we do not mate with them. That is a disgusting thought for them as well as us. Now we will be on station next to Osega’s ship, I have invited him and his officers to eat with us this afternoon, when we will discuss the abduction techniques. It would be nice if you would wear one of your gowns instead of your armour, as they’ll be interested to meet my mate and their future Queen”.
“This afternoon, not tonight?” Jo
questioned.
“No, tonight we will be busy abducting females”.
“Oh, right”, Jo muttered “Then I’d better go and get tarted up”.
“Tarted?”
“It just means dressing nicely” Jo explained.
“Good. They will be jealous of me when they see how beautiful you are”.
Leaving the flight deck Jo muttered to herself “You’ll never meet a more chauvinistic pig until you know a Sceriae male. Don’t mate with other species, what about me, the Chomanay girl and the Ghorans? Talk about hypocritical!”
As she walked quickly towards her quarters, Tchu came to meet her, “How does she do that?”Jo thought.
“I am tuned into your mind so that I know when you need me. I also know that you are irritated at the moment” Tchu told her.
“Sorry Tchu, I’m not irritated with you. Tell me how do you Escorii cope with the big headed Sceriae males, certain that what they do is right?”
“We have lived with the Sceriae for thousands of years. They are the strongest, most advanced race in our universe, so of course the males are big headed, especially around species who are not so strong and advanced. However they will listen to the ideas of others and eventually they usually do the right thing. We live happily with them because our strength is in our minds. We do not challenge them and they respect us for what we are, totally different to them” Tchu explained, and as they were at Jo’s quarters opened the door for her.
On entering Jo was pleased to see that Tjai had laid out an attractive gown. She had also brought some light snacks and fruit juice to drink. Jo thanked her saying that she always seemed to be eating, but luckily wasn’t getting too fat. Tjai explained that it was the baby, who was growing faster than a human baby would and depleting her body of energy. Food built her up again.
Once Jo had satisfied her hunger Tchu insisted that she remove her armour and lie on the bed for a rest. As Jo was only too happy to lie down for a while, Tchu and Tjai left her alone saying that they would be back when it was time for her to get ready. She fell asleep almost immediately, and was woken up gently by Tchu as promised. Tjai brought her a drink and she sat up drinking it gratefully. Tjai told her that there was no rush as she had an hour to get ready. Jo lay there thinking about what she had been told about the prostitutes, and how they had been found. Acorus had told her that two of Osega’s best spies had found out about them by visiting Earth. Therefore, she decided, there was no reason why she and Acorus couldn’t visit Earth. She would love for him to see her planet, all she needed to do was persuade him, and the best place to do that was in bed. There he was Acorus, on duty he was General Acorus, used to being obeyed.
