“Kato…what exactly did happen over the past few days?” Ms. Vega’s voice was soft and concerned, different from accusatory tone that she had taken on earlier that day. “Your eyes…and your teeth...I’ve seen it more than once now. I need you to tell me what’s going on with you.”
Kato mouthed an expletive, and glared at the ground. He was so close to having one of his problems wrapped up into a neat and clean solution.
“I don’t know what to tell you, Ms. Vega.” Kato let out a frustrated sigh. “It would seem as though we both have our secrets.”
“What are you saying?”
“I’m saying, if you want me to stay quiet about what happened in our classroom, you should avoid telling people what you just told me.” It was underhanded, but Kato didn’t have a choice. If blackmail was the only way to keep his teacher from blowing his cover, then so be it.
“Kato, you can’t be serious!” The frustration was boiling over in Ms. Vega’s voice, and it made Kato feel even worse about what he was doing. “Let me help you, I can-“
“You can’t do anything, Ms. Vega,” he said. “Just leave me be.”
She didn’t say anything for a moment, and Kato considered hanging up the phone. Before he could, her voice began yelling out the speaker.
“I will find out what’s going on with you, Kato! If you think I was onto you before, just wait until-“
Kato tapped the end call button on his screen and then slipped his phone into his pocket. Ms. Vega was feisty, and potentially dangerous with what she knew, but at least for the moment, he had more pressing issues to deal with.
Gabe was waiting for him by his bike, his face adorned with sunglasses and a wide grin. Time seemed to slow down a little bit as Kato made his way over, waiting for the vampire to make a move if he was going to make one.
“Right on time, Kato!” Gabe shouted out to him as soon as he stepped onto the parking lot. “I knew you’d be right on time! I love that about you!”
Kato felt his heart beat, and the familiar red hue of his transformation began to infringe on the edges of his vision. He forced himself to stay calm and controlled as he walked over to Gabe, crossing his arms and staring into the eyes of his rival.
He didn’t say anything, not at first. It was hard for him to get a read on Gabe. His animal instincts were screaming for him to attack, but the area outside the school was much too public, and there was no possible way it would work.
“Gabe,” said Kato. “I think we should talk somewhere more private than this, where we can both be open about our intentions.”
“You read my mind, Kato!” Gabe’s voice was wild, over-enthusiastic, and crazy. “I love the way you think, man! Let’s go to your place!”
Kato stared at the vampire, his face cold and expressionless.
“Oh come on, it’s fine,” said Gabe. “I already know where you live! Your smell is all over that apartment complex, there’s no need to be modest.”
Kato sighed, and then climbed onto his bike. He glared at Gabe and then pulled on his helmet.
“You’ll have to walk, or take the bus,” said Kato. “This thing is a tight fit for two.”
“Oh, but of course,” said Gabe. “I’ll meet you there, buddy!”
The short drive gave Kato a chance to clear his head, and get his animal instincts back in check. Every word that Gabe spoke seemed to be part of a performance that he was putting on. Kato was usually quite good at reading people, but it was impossible for him to get any sense of what was going on inside the vampire’s mind.
He was surprised to find Gabe already waiting in front of his building. He parked his bike, and watched as his new friend waved to him with the same corny, over the top eagerness that he was always exuding. Kato locked up his helmet and then walked over.
“This place is nice, man!” said Gabe. “How the heck do you afford it?”
Kato didn’t say anything. He was hyper alert as he led the vampire up to the second floor, unlocking the door to his apartment and gesturing for Gabe to step inside. He followed and then closed and locked the door behind them.
This was it. If there ever was a moment to attack, it was now. Kato knew that if he transformed quickly enough and attack without hesitating, Gabe would be at a disadvantage. The sun was still out and streaming through the windows, and the vampire might be weakened enough for Kato to be able to take him out without using anything extra.
Gabe looked as though he could sense exactly what Kato was thinking, and moved almost as though to tempt him into it. He faced away from the door, exposing his back, but it was obvious to Kato from his posture that his new friend was every bit as ready and prepared to fight if things should come to violence as he was.
“I’ve got it!” Gabe suddenly whirled, turning back towards Kato and snapping his fingers. “You’re new to this town, right?”
Kato smiled. In a strange, unexpected sort of way, Gabe’s eccentric nature was beginning to grow on him. He was still on guard and wary of his friend, but made his way into the kitchen and began pouring them each a drink.
“Indeed I am, Gabe,” he said. “Do you have something in mind?”
“Oh boy, do I ever buddy!” Gabe jumped over to him and wrapped his arm around Kato. “It’s Tuesday night! There’s a party we can go to!”
Kato just smiled. He handed Gabe a glass of gin and tonic, and then took a sip of his own.
“That sounds interesting,” he replied. “Count me in.”
Gabe laughed, and stuck his hand in front of Kato’s chest. After a moment, Kato reached out and shook it, feeling as though he was agreeing to more in the mind of the vampire than he actually was.
“Awesome! This is cool!” Gabe broke away from Kato, and walked over to the door of the apartment. “I have to take care of some things in the meantime, but we will do it up tonight, Kato! I’ll show you just how interesting this town can be if you know where to look!”
The young vampire rushed out of Kato’s apartment, his hyper excitability bordering on the verge of a manic break. Kato was still smiling. There was something very infectious about Gabe’s enthusiasm, and he went with it, even though he knew that eventually he’d have to bring the ride to an end.
CHAPTER 5
Kato spent the next few hours relaxing in his apartment, sipping slowly at the drink he had poured himself. He had homework, and after a couple of attempts, he managed to push all of the distractions out of his mind and take a proper stab at it. It was around 9 PM when he finally put away his books and started to get ready to meet up with Gabe. There was a knock, not from the door, but from his kitchen window, and Kato was not at all surprised to see that it was his vampire friend.
“Kato!” whispered Gabe. “Are you ready to roll, bud?”
Kato sighed and nodded his head.
“Yeah Gabe, I’m ready.”
The two of them walked down the street from Kato’s apartment. He was expecting Gabe to lead him downtown, but they headed east through the night, towards one of Westbrook’s suburban enclaves.
“You’ll get a kick out of this, man,” said Gabe. “I’ve been in this town long enough to find some fun people, a really open minded bunch.”
“What exactly do you mean by that?” asked Kato.
“Relax Kato! You’ll see when we get there!”
It didn’t take them long to reach their destination. They stood outside a very regular looking house, almost identical to the others on the block, with a clean cut, well maintained lawn and no loud music sounding from within. Gabe walked up to the door and knocked on it gently.
After a minute or so, and attractive looking goth girl opened it and greeted them. She smiled at Gabe leaned against the doorframe, and scanned Kato from head to toe.
“Hey Gabe, you didn’t tell us that you’d have company tonight.”
“Trust me Tamara, this guy is cool!” Gabe pulled the girl into a hug, and she met Kato’s eyes as she looked over the vampire’s shoulder. “He’s going to fit righ
t in here, I promise!”
Tamara crossed her arms and looked at Kato more closely. He returned her gaze with a cold, neutral look of his own.
“Alright, come on in,” said Tamara.
Kato and Gabe walked into the house. Other than a couple of strangely dressed people walking around the living room, there was nothing to suggest any type of party taking place. Tamara led them toward a staircase, and Gabe and Kato followed her down into a large basement, with heavy metal music playing and a number of people drinking and gathering around tables.
“What’s your name?” Tamara had sidled up close to Kato. He looked to his right and noticed that Gabe had disappeared over towards another group of people.
“Kato,” he said. “I’m new in town.”
“Yeah, I can tell. I’ve never seen you around here before.” Tamara was a pretty girl, with medium sized breasts, jet black hair and dark eyeliner. Kato felt a little strange looking at her. The music got louder, and he wasn’t sure if it was his ears becoming more sensitive as the night went on or somebody turning up the volume.
“Gabe vouching for you means a lot to us,” said Tamara. “He’s the life of the party around here.”
Tamara hooked her arm through Kato’s and he felt a chill run down his spine. Gabe was sitting on a couch in the corner, taking a hit from a large pipe that one of the goth kids had passed to him.
“He’s definitely an interesting guy,” said Kato. “How long has he been coming here for?”
Tamara seemed to think for a moment. Kato recognized the look in her eyes. It was the same look that anyone who has been on the receiving end of a vampire’s power of suggestion has when recalling the event.
“To tell you the truth, I can’t really remember,” she said. “It’s like he’s…always been around.”
Gabe exhaled a huge cloud of smoke over to the side, and the people around him began laughing and clapping him on the back. He gave Kato a thumbs up, and then held the pipe in his direction.
“Hey Kato!” he yelled. “Come on man, unwind with me!”
“I’m all set, thanks.” Kato felt himself beginning to get a little angry. This was a waste of time, and he was unsure of why he had agreed to it in the first place. His frustration began to well up, and his inner beast pleaded within his chest for the reigns of control.
“Tamara, why don’t you and some of the other girls help Kato relax?” Gabe gestured to a couple of attractive girls in their early twenties who were gathered around a pool table. “Just go with it Kato, you’ll love this!”
He opened his mouth to object, but Tamara smiled at him, and rubbed her hand on his chest in a way that sent waves of arousal shooting through his body. Two other girls walked over, one of them blond, busty and a little plump, and the other tall, with red hair and an athletic build.
The three girls gently grabbed onto his hands and shoulders and led him into another room off to the side of the basement. There was a bed in the center, and Kato sat down on it without resisting as one of them closed the door behind him.
“You are pretty hot Kato,” said Tamara. “I don’t know why it took me so long to notice…”
She had that look in her eye again. Kato thought about leaving, but his primal instincts were acting up, buoyed into the front of his awareness by the power of the lunar cycle and the night. He didn’t care if she and the other girls had been influenced by Gabe or not. At that moment, all he wanted was to see what they had to offer him, and feel their soft bodies against him.
Tamara pushed herself onto him and kissed Kato’s neck, her black lipstick smudging and smearing. The blond girl began to massage his chest, rubbing her fingers up his arm, and the tall redhead slowly began to undress him, starting with his shoes and socks and working her way up.
From the other room, Kato could hear Gabe laughing, followed by a scream of mock outrage from a woman. The girls taking care of him didn’t seem to notice, and continued rubbing their hands on his body and stripping off his clothes.
“I hope you like what I have to offer, Kato,” said Tamara. “I’m not used to disappointing.”
She pulled the black halter top up and over her head, revealing a very nice looking set of breasts underneath. Tamara had the trifecta of nose, lip, and tongue piercings, and as she leaned in and kissed Kato again, he began to grow curious about how her jewelry would feel against other parts of his body.
The women were breathing heavily, and moved against Kato’s body as if they were in a trance. Slowly and deliberately, they began to strip their clothes off. Kato’s cock throbbed as he watched them dance in front of him, and he struggled to keep his inner beast contained.
He had never seen so much naked, willing, female skin before in his life. All three of the girls were hot enough to one day end up as stellar trophy wives, and all three of them were pressing forward onto him as though his cock contained their hearts’ deepest desires.
The door behind them had apparently not closed all the way and it creaked open, revealing that the scene in the other room mirrored the one that Kato was experiencing. Gabe was at the center of it, making out heavily with one half naked woman and having another one massage his crotch.
“Oh, Kato,” moaned Tamara. “Your cock is so beautiful…Can I kiss it for you?”
Kato slowly nodded, and then almost gasped as the young goth girl began to run her tongue up the length of his shaft. She kissed it softly, and the other two women moved into position on either side of her, lending their lips and tongues to the job and overloading Kato’s pleasure center.
They worked at his tool with focused passion, and Kato could feel raw lust beginning to take over his mind. It was so different from what he had done with Amy, and even from the illicit and hurried make out session that he had shared with his teacher.
Tamara pulled back, slipping out of her panties and then climbing up and over Kato. She slowly lowered herself down and onto him, teasing the head of his cock with her warm, wet inner folds. Kato grabbed at her soft hips and began to pull her down, the pleasure overwhelming his ability to wait.
“This is how you have fun, Kato!” Gabe called to him from the other room. The vampire’s eyes were glowing blood red as he fucked another cute goth girl with savage intensity, but nobody around him seemed to notice.
“Ooh, Kato, you’re so big!” Tamara let out a feminine cry as she speared herself onto Kato’s shaft. The two other girls were still engaged in the action, kissing and massaging his chest and face.
Kato reached his hand behind the girl and grabbed one of her soft, luscious buttocks with it. He bounced his hips up in time with each of her drops down, and listened as Tamara began to scream out in ecstasy at the depth of his thrusts.
His shaft was slick with her sweet juices, and Kato could smell the girl’s perfume in the air. One of the other two kissed him deeply, and then pushed her big breasts into his face. He felt like he had discovered temptation far beyond anything that he knew to have existed, and given into it completely.
Kato began to feel as though he desperately needed release, and for some reason, hang ups began to pop into his head. He saw Amy, and thought of how devastated she would be to see her new boyfriend rolling around in a pile of naked females. He thought of Ms. Vega, her curiosity, her morals, and her beauty.
The image of his sweet teacher was too much for him to handle. Kato felt his cock move past its limit. He exploded within Tamara, shooting his hot seed deep inside of her. The goth girl was breathing heavy and acting incredibly pleased with herself.
“Man, I thought you’d never finish! You have some serious stamina, Kato!”
Gabe was already done with his girl and getting dressed in the other room. Seeing him pulled Kato back into the reality of the situation, and he suddenly began to feel ashamed and disgusted at himself. He pushed the girls back, and quickly started pulling on his clothes.
“I told you we were going to have fun tonight!” Gabe laughed and slapped his hand on his thigh. “Remember?
Didn’t I tell you that Kato?”
Kato forced himself to stay calm, and keep his breathing even. He was angrier with himself than he was with the vampire. He pulled his shirt on, and then walked over to the stairs.
“”Enough, Gabe,” he said. “That’s enough.”
CHAPTER 6
Kato left the house as quickly as he could. Gabe was following behind him, laughing and yelling things that didn’t register. It was late, and he could feel the light of the moon shining down on him.
“Kato, slow down, man!” yelled Gabe. “Hey, the night is still young! We got other things to do.”
Kato kept moving at the same pace. He felt dirty, as if giving in to the temptation at the party had undone all of the work he’d put into making a normal life for himself.
“Not interested, Gabe,” he said.
Gabe was not keen on taking no for an answer. He skipped over to Kato, his eyes glowing red and his fangs fully extended.
“I think I know what this is about. Look, I’m not going to tell your little girlfriend, okay? You should have a sense that I can keep secrets for you at this point, seriously.”
Kato kept walking. His new friend was beginning to annoy him, and he needed a break.
“I don’t know about you, but I had fun!” Gabe continued talking away, totally oblivious to Kato’s cold exterior. “Man, those goth girls sure do know how to party. None of them will remember any of it in the morning, if that’s something you’re concerned about. They’ll remember us coming over, and they’ll remember having fun…but the sex? Scratched out of their minds!”
“Have you been living like this for the entire time you’ve been in Westbrook, Gabe?” Kato looked at him over his shoulder, feeling his inner beast beginning to react to the heavy moonlight. “Just taking advantage of people wherever and whenever you please?”
“Quit being such a moralist, Kato!” Gabe slapped him on the back again, and it took all of Kato’s willpower to not punch him in the face. “I know you’ve dealt with vampires before. Compared to the baseline, I may as well be a damned saint! Get it? A damned saint?”
