Author A.L. Jambor
Amy Jambor hails from the state of New Jersey, but has lived in Florida for many years with her husband, Hans, a cat named Sammy, and a dog named Trixie, the inspiration for the dog "Baby Girl" in But the Children Survived, and Libby the Psychic Dog.
As a child, Amy lived in large, old houses. The memories of those days have inspired her to write stories featuring mysterious houses with restless spirits. The Room in Grandma's House and The House on the Shorewere drawn from childhood memories of time spent in Connecticut and New Jersey. She favors the small towns on the Jersey shore. If there is a theme that runs through each of these books, it would be the desire to pass on a legacy. It is something she has grown to appreciate more and more since becoming a grandmother.
As A.L. Jambor, Amy writes historical romance, science fiction, time travel, mystery, and fantasy.
