Twisted Love

I laughed. “At one point in my life I may have thought that way, it’s true, but I can handle it Dylan, having money has made your life easy and that’s a huge deal. I’m happy to see you drive your dream car and have a great place to live.”

“Thanks Lex. Everything I have is yours. None of this is worth anything to me if I don’t have you in my life.” At his kind and loving words, I placed my glass of water on the counter and walked over to him to embrace him in a hug.

His head tilted back a bit. “Lex, you do plan on getting your marriage to Luc annulled right?”

My breathing faltered at his question. “Of course, I don’t want to stay married to him. I planned on looking into it once things settled down. The last few weeks…I’ve been dealing with one crazy thing after another.”

“I know,” he responded tucking a lose strand of hair behind my ear. “A part of me is scared that I came home too late, listening to you speak about him, the way he took care of you..” his voice drifts off and he shook his head. Even though I was here he still needed to be reassured.

“I’m sorry Dyl, I didn’t want to hurt you, I thought you would want to know.”

“I want to know, I’m glad you had someone looking out for you, even if he was so wrong for you…” he accentuated with a grin. “I wish I would have been here, I wish I could have prevented all the bad that happened,” he said his tone turning serious.

“I know, believe me, I know. Please don’t beat yourself up over this, I really feel like we’ve been given another chance and I think we should take full advantage.”

“Advantage huh?” A slow smile spread to his lips. “Oh I’ll take advantage alright,” he said swooping me up and throwing me over his shoulder, then he gave my bare behind a slap as he walked us back into his bedroom and flipped me onto his bed. Then climbing above me on all fours in a very predatory way, “You want to take advantage of me, do you?” I laughed as I slowly slid on my back away from him.

He nodded his head then lunged forward grabbing the white t-shirt at the seam and pulling it over my head, his crystal clear blue eyes turning into smoldering flames in the dark light of the room.

  One Lucky Bastard

  Dylan

“Oh you aren’t getting away from me now...” I chuckled pulling her back by her feet. When she was close enough that I could lean back on top of her she put her hand out to stop me. “Oh no you don’t,” she said with her raspy sexy voice, and got up on her knees. I couldn’t help my eyes as they gazed over every inch of her perfect body. From her beautiful shoulders to her perfect supple nipples, she was an exquisite sight to see. Then with her hand she pushed me over so I was flat on my back.

She climbed on top of me surprising me in a very good way. She gazed at me through heavy lidded eyes filled with lust. My dick throbbed between her legs. “I want you so bad,” I said my voice sounding gruff and the need to be inside her overwhelming me.

Her blue eyes gazed down at me, and I could finally see her love for me shining through, this time we would be together, nothing would ever pull us apart again. I placed both my hands at the back of her head drawing her in close to me. Hungry for her taste, our lips connected and I opened my mouth sucking on both of her lips and she let out a soft sexy moan that spurred me further.

As we kissed passionately, our tongues danced and swayed sending shooting need to my dick, my balls hardened making me wild with need. She slowly lifted herself off me to lower my pants and I helped her shrug them off. Then she lowered herself on top of me with her legs spread apart. Her moisture against my throbbing dick drove me crazy. I needed to be inside her, I needed her sweet pussy wrapped around me. She gently moved her hips grinding into me in all the right places.

“Oh Dylan,” she moaned and all I could think was that I wanted this woman yelling out my name for the rest of my days. My hands roamed her breasts and the street lights from outside provided the room with just enough light to make her soft pale skin illuminate, my angel. When I cupped her breasts in my hands her head fell back as my fingers circled her pebbled nipples. After imagining this scenario more than a hundred times in my mind nothing compared to the goddess on top of me. Her pure white skin was iridescent in the darkness, her large full breasts possessed me. Grown up Lexi was so sexual and sensuous. I loved shy Lexi when we were younger, but this, this was heaven.

“I need a condom,” I muttered through ragged breathes. Her dark blue eyes turned to pools of lust and she nodded lifting off me slightly so I could reach my night stand. I couldn’t get the condom on fast enough. She climbed back on top of me and placed her cool lips along my neck, kissing and sucking while making her way down my jaw line toward my ear. Then she took a bite on my lobe and I could feel it straight down to my pulsating cock. I groaned and rubbed my cock along her opening. She was so wet that it was killing me.

“Oh, Dylan I need you inside me,” she groaned at the back of her throat. She took my cock in her hand and guided me inside her. When I was full in I let out a grunt from the feeling and she let out another throaty moan. I watched her riding me and felt in awe of the woman on top of me, beautiful, sensuous and mine. Since I was a teenager I wanted in her pants, but this was different. This moment felt like two souls connecting and becoming one. The way we were always meant to be.

She rocked her hips steadily increasing the pace, her head falling back, her golden hair thrashing, she felt too good, almost like a dream. “Oh, Dylan,” she cried out as her insides squeezed me, telling me that she was close. She lowered herself forward so that our chests were skin to skin as her breasts rubbed against my chest. I moved my hips meeting her thrust for thrust as she rocked on top of me, pushing herself harder and harder.

I growled as she moaned, her pending release so close, our moist skin hitting and separating with each roll of our hips. She placed her hands on my shoulders holding on and picking up speed, her hot pussy clenched my cock so tight that I could barely hold on. My need to release myself into her thrumming through every fiber in my body. She breathed my name like it was a mantra and let go, moaning and moaning. “Oh, Oh, OH, OH…” she yelled wild and uninhibited. I ground my hips into her, prolonging her ecstasy. My own need to bury my seed deep inside her. I finally stiffened inside her and came hard. She sat back up and her breasts bounced as the reverberations of her orgasm racked through her perfect body. She slowed down and I wanted to stay buried inside her forever.

She moved to get up but I stopped her. “Stay,” I said, wrapping my arms around her and bringing her into my chest. “I want to stay like this.” A wide sated smile splayed across her lips and she placed her head on my chest, our ragged breathes synchronizing as I felt her rapid heart rate. Then she got up slowly and I slid out of her.

“I don’t want the condom to leak, apparently you can get pregnant easier after a pregnancy,” she said surprising me.

“True, let me take care of this,” I said getting up from the bed and walking into my bathroom to clean up. I definitely wanted to impregnate her one day, but now was definitely not the time.

I walked back out of the bathroom and she was lying naked in my bed. The sight before me was breathtaking, I wondered what I did to deserve this. To deserve her. The blinds were only slightly turned down, it was snowing and the lights from outside made the room glow. Everything about this night was memorable.

“Are you ready for round two?”

She nodded her head and I considered myself one lucky bastard.

  Chapter 30

  It’s Hard to Move Forward

  Lexi

Light seeped through the shutters, I opened my eyes and saw Dylan fast asleep beside me. I lay in bed thinking how crazy the last few days had been. I got out of the bed slowly still feeling sleepy after our very sexy night and sauntered over to the bathroom to relieve my bladder. As I left the bathroom I noticed Dylan lying in bed with his eyes opened, looking up at the ceiling deep in thought.

  “Good morning,”
he said with a husky morning voice and a boyish grin. His blue eyes twinkled from a ray of sun shining into the room.

“Good morning yourself,” I smiled back at him, feeling like the school girl with the crush. He pulled me in close to him and nuzzled his nose into my neck.

“I’m happy you’re moving in here. I was thinking we could have some breakfast and then pick up your things from your old apartment.”

“Sure,” I replied and Dylan nodded his head smiling.

“What’s that about?” I asked not understanding his strange response.

“Nothing Lex, this is just all too good to be true.”

“I know what you mean, in the past every time something went good for me, something happened to take it away,” I said sadly.

Dylan placed a delicate kiss on my forehead. “I really do believe this time will be different.”

  “So do I.”

  ***

We decided to grab something quick at the Starbucks down the street since there was no food in the condo. Then we walked back to the condo and took Dylan’s car over to my old apartment. Thinking of it as my old apartment felt strange, it had been the only home I knew for the past six years and the only place I ever felt safe.

“I think I will need to take a cab back to your place, my stuff will never fit in this car,” I said looking over to Dylan as he drove his very cool car. My eyes would never have enough of him.

“No worries, I called a moving company, they’re going to meet us at the apartment in a couple of hours, that way you have time to sort through your things,” he said with his hands on the steering wheel looking out to the road. The rest of the drive over was quiet and Dylan was deep in thought.

Dylan parked the car and we walked toward the apartment, it was a sunny morning and the temperature being slightly above average for the time of year was welcoming. As we neared the door, I heard screaming and my heart began to thump hard in my chest. Dylan gave me a knowing look, something was wrong in there. He took the key from my hand to open the door. Fear gripped me in my spot, as a torrent of bad thoughts flooded over me. Was it Luc’s family here to carry out the threat in the letter? My heart began to flip and my chest began to inflate making it hard to breath. “I think I may faint,” I whispered and Dylan stopped and mouthed stay here. He opened the door slowly and Anna and Nathan were standing in the hallway yelling at each other. Anna flailing her hands in the air screaming. She looked drunk. I let out a long heavy breath, relieved that it wasn’t another threat from the Blanchard family. I also felt saddened that I may always live my life in fear of them. It was only 11am. Why would Anna be drunk so early? Their screams immediately faltered as they both glared at Dylan and I standing in the entrance. I willed myself to relax since Anna clearly needed my help and being a nervous wreck was not going to help this situation.

“What’s going on guys?” I asked with concern in my tone.

“He’s the problem,” Anna yelled pointing her finger at Nathan. Nathan rolled his eyes at her in response.

“What happened?” I asked looking between the two of them.

“He’s a fucking liar,” Anna drawled, still flailing her hands in the air. “He’s the same scum like the rest of them,” she screamed. With her hair scrunched up in a bun and wearing pajama pants and a loose t-shirt, everything seemed off. This was not her usual sexy garb when a guy was around.

“Why are you drunk?” I whispered moving in closer to her.

“Drunk?” Nathan muttered. “She’s wasted,” he said bitterly shaking his head in clear disapproval.

I looked over to Anna who was staring daggers at Nathan. “Why are you drunk?” I asked again, but she didn’t answer. Instead she rolled her eyes at me and crossed her arms over her chest staring up to the ceiling and swaying. I was worried she would fall over.

“She started drinking about two hours ago to prove to me that she was messed up and I should walk away,” Nathan explained with his eyes trained on her.

“What the hell Anna?” I asked, narrowing my eyes on her. That was not cool.

“Oh no you don’t, don’t take that tone with me, Alexis. This guy is a scam artist, don’t go believing his shit,” she said practically falling over as she made her way to the kitchen.

“What do you need, I’ll get it for you,” I offered. But she went around me reaching for the almost empty bottle of Grey Goose vodka. “Oh no you don’t,” I said taking the bottle away before she had a chance to pour another shot. I’m pretty sure that bottle was full, which meant she was seriously intoxicated. “Come with me to my room,” I said taking her by the arm and guiding her. I gave Dylan the knowing eye and tilted my chin to Nathan while I figured out what the hell was going on with my friend.

Anna fell back on my bed the instant we entered my room and I closed the door behind us. “Do you want to tell me what’s going on?” I pleaded as I took a seat across from her, seriously concerned.

She sat up on the bed and leaned forward holding herself up with her arm pointing her finger to my face making contact with my nose. “He’s a fucking liar, like the rest of them,” she gritted out, her green eyes were blood shot and filled with pain.

“Shit,” she yelped as she fell to the floor. Then she burst into a fit of laughter.

“Get up Anna,” I offered her my hand but she was not making it easy to get her back on the bed. “What do you mean he’s a liar?”

“No, no, no,” she waved at me. Huh? She wasn’t making any sense.

“Can..you..please…talk…slowly…and…tell…me…what…is…going…on?” I asked hoping to get through to her.

She leaned forward on the bed and fixated on my face. “He said that he would sleep with me when we got closer, well we are close and he’s fucking with my head,” she said loud enough for the guys to hear in the other room. Then she moved in even closer. “I fucking really like him Lex,” she whispered, her lips turned down. “You remember that first night we went out?”

  “What are you talking about?”

“The first night we decided to hit the frat parties, when we were still in the dorms…” she said her voice drifting off.

  “Yeah, Anna, what about it?”

“Well, Lexi, while you were busy giving your virginity to that handsome frat boy, I was apparently busy giving mine to Nate,” she explained drowning her head in my pillow. She was drunk and speaking loudly and I prayed that Dylan did not just hear that awful account of how I gave up my virginity, although a part of me knew there was a good possibility that he had.

“You want to tell me, that you lost your virginity to Nathan and you didn’t know?” 'Holy crap,' was all I could think. We did get drunk before we got down and dirty but I think I would remember the guy that took my virginity. I think. Shit.

Tears started trickling down her face and now she was a sobbing drunk. “Anna, maybe it's fate that has brought you guys together and has given you a second chance?” She considered my explanation for a moment and the torrent of tears continued. “Why is this upsetting you so much?” I asked, not understanding.

“Because Lexi, what does that say about me? Nate remembered me, but it was important for him that I remembered him, only I didn’t. I knew there was something familiar about him, but I don’t think I would have ever realized why. What does that say about me?” As I looked into my friend's eyes, I felt her pain. I understood where she was coming from. I had carried the shame and pain for so long.

“Anna, you need to stop living in the past. The choices we made, everything we did with all those guys, I know it was seriously messed up honey, but honestly I’ve been believing lately that fate is really our friend and maybe fate brought you and Nathan back together for a reason and I think that reason is that your relationship is destined for greatness, just like Dylan and me. I believe that now. I’ve stopped blaming myself for the past because I can’t change it anyway. I can only move forward and remind myself every day that I’m lucky to be here and that I’m lucky to have a ma
n in my life that loves me, because at the end of the day nothing else really matters.”

She threw her hand over her face, I think she was considering my words. I was sure I was going to have to repeat this long speech again when she was sober.

“He was my friend under false pretenses…” she began to mutter. "He said he wouldn’t sleep with me until he knew we felt something real for each other. Well this morning as he was leaving he came to give me a kiss on the cheek and instead our lips met and it was hungry,” she said as her head dropped to the pillow.

“Anna?” I asked afraid that she had fallen asleep mid-sentence. I wanted to know the rest of the story but the silence continued. She passed out mid-sentence on my bed.

I walked back out to the family room and Nathan and Dylan stopped chatting immediately. Having both their gazes land on me at the same time made me nervous, I could also tell by Dylan’s heavy look that he had heard what Anna said. Another hurdle that would make him feel even worse for not returning. As I mentioned to Anna, I didn’t want to live with the mistakes of the past. I was on my way to building a new road, one that was less bumpy, or at least had bumps that I would face with Dylan.

  “Is she alright?” Nathan asked.

“She passed out,” I replied shrugging my shoulders as I walked into the kitchen to tidy up. The place was a mess.

“Look Lex, I heard you guys talking in there I’m sorry, but she was loud. I’m trying to do the honorable thing here,” he explained turning his head down to the floor. This was really uncomfortable.

“You don’t owe me anything Nathan,” I assured him.

“I know, but I know how close you two are, I want you to know I’m not a bad guy,” he said rubbing his hand along the stubble on his chin.

“I know you aren’t, you helped me a lot in Kauai and here,” I smiled. “But I think you should save your explanations for Anna.”

“Okay you’re right, I’ll wait around until she wakes up. But just so you know I was trying to do the honorable thing for as long as I could, but the attraction between us kept on growing and she didn’t remember the past,” he said shaking his head.
