No words had ever stirred his body or his heart so. The only thing that came close was when Zahra first called him to bed. She sank down on his shaft again and again, in a slow, exotic dance. He savored every moment of her and the sight of her eyes locked on his. He had every desire to spend eternity getting to know the character behind those eyes.
As the thought lingered in his mind, Zahra quickened her pace and ecstasy came flooding toward him. As she rocked on top of him, he felt her soft bud rubbing against his flesh. Her eyes closed to half-mast as pleasure glowed on her stunning face. The sight of her ecstasy brought him to the edge, and when she finally cried out, Lennox allowed himself to let go. The white hot pleasure left all memories of pain behind and there was only the unique woman before him. Climax caused her to pulse on top of him, and as he felt her tighten around him, Lennox had the desire to hold on and never let go. Zahra collapsed against his body, her chest heaving with contentment. Lennox smiled and brought his hands to play with the black silken strands splayed across his chest.
“Oh no!” Zahra suddenly shot up from where she rested against his torso. Her full breasts heaved in front of him. The hard pink tips called out to him, but her face was tormented. “I was smothering your wounds!”
He laughed. “What wounds?” Lennox leaned up and tasted her nipples with tender kisses. “Can’t you see, Zahra? You’ve rid me of all my pain.”
“So, with Bane gone. I don’t really need to…”
“Does this mean that if I’m charming enough when I court you, that I might have you all to myself?”
She grinned. “No one has ever looked at me as you do. No one has ever seen me as more than an object, but you…you see into my soul. And so there is no other but you. It scares me, but more than anything, I’m overwhelmed with happiness.”
“I don’t want you to be scared.” He caressed her cheek as she looked down at him, all shining amber eyes. “I’m sorry it took me so long to realize that there was more to you than just a sex demon.” His mouth met hers in a needy kiss. “Worlds more,” he whispered against her lips.
“A few days isn’t too bad. Some people go forever without listening to their heart.”
“So you’ve read my heart’s desire then?” Lennox searched her face.
“I’ve known since you asked to be mine. Now, enough with this talkin’...”
Lennox obliged and met her lips in a kiss that lasted the night. And when they awoke together, it would be for the rest of eternity.
