Talon

“Hi.” She greeted before pushing off the door and approached him peeking into the water to admire his nakedness. The one word that popped into her head immediately was ‘impressive’. He hid his muscular body well behind his clothing, because normally he looked more bulky and large. Large still was a good description, though. Omar was compact, with tight muscles that hugged his lovely long body. A purr of appreciation came from her throat, especially when her eyes rested on what lay between his legs.

She lazily trailed her gaze upwards and smiled when she came to his blazing red face with his close-cropped beard and angular features. A sweet smile pulled at her lips. Omar looked horrendously embarrassed at the moment, and for some reason she found that irresistibly cute.

She admired his face again, noting once more his straight nose and severe eyes that were watching her closely. Maybe that was what she was attracted to; that Omar carried a likeness to elves and didn’t have the round features so prevalent in humans. Who knows? She wanted to play with him and that is all that mattered.

Omar turned crimson red before he took the towel and placed it over his privates so she would not get a full view of the growing erection. He’d always found this elf maiden to be somewhat of a distraction. Her sudden appearance confused him. “Is it not customary in your culture to return a greeting?” Cuilwen teased.

His blushed darkened and he swore something under his breath all while fidgeting in the water, “Um, hello.” He acted like a young man suddenly faced with his first crush. He embarrassed himself and knew it, yet there was nothing to be done about the situation. “What are you doing here?” he finally stammered.

“Hmm, good question. I have a little time to spare and I realized we haven’t really become acquainted yet.” She took a few more steps closer to the large copper tub.

Omar swallowed twice before he could speak. When he did, his voice trembled. “If you give me a few moments, I could get dressed and we could go somewhere, uh, less private?” He hoped she would say ‘yes’ to this, but a small part, the part that now throbbed between his legs hoped she’d say ‘no’.

Cuilwen shook her head and started to unbutton her shirt but didn’t take it off. Instead she left the front open to show just enough of her chest and stomach that he groaned.

“First Maiden, this is not a good idea.” He couldn’t tear his brown eyes away from her curves that seductively peeked out from behind her garment. Just enough of a view to tease his imagination as to what lay beneath.

Her hands were at her waist. She unbuckled her belt and slid her pants off her hips to pool at her ankles. She was rewarded with another groan when she stepped out of her pants to stand before him in nothing but her shirt. With a quick glance at his state, she wagered he was going to pass out. Cuilwen’s smile increased when she stepped close to the copper tub. There was a certain satisfaction when his eyes traveled the length of her entire body with a spark of desire.

“First Maiden,” he said in a last ditch attempt to persuade her to stand down.

“Cuilwen, my name is Cuilwen,” she purred and finally slipped the shirt off her shoulders to reveal herself to him fully.

  “Heavenly creature.” He moaned.

Next she stepped into the bath and straddled his lap, folding her knees around his body. “Cuilwen,” he whispered as her hand reached down, snatched the cloth and pulled it away to allow her to feel his heated shaft against her body. “There,” she smiled. “Much better.” She enjoyed his insecurity at the moment and was immensely amused at his reaction. She guessed him to be more of an assertive lover, not this very shy, sweet man who squirmed beneath her. It did change her tactic a bit. She had no intention of shattering this man’s mind, she only wanted to have a little fun to pass the time.

Cuilwen reached up and brushed a few loose strands of his recently washed hair away from his face. She liked the way he looked disheveled—innocent and pure. Her elegant fingers gently wove their way through his shaggy mane before she removed her hand to let it rest on his chest, feeling his racing heart. Absently, she toyed with his chest hair while she waited for his next move.

Omar near exploded at the sensuality of her sitting on his lap massaging his scalp. He returned to reality and had a mind to stop this happening. “I’m not sure this is a good idea.” He said weakly.

It was a weak objection. In an attempt to further unbalance him, she leaned forward presenting her breasts before his face. A small smile played on her lips when she noticed his brown eyes were not focused on her face. “Yes, you keep saying that. Why is that?”

Omar tried very hard to wrench his eyes away from the incredible sight before him, but damn it to hell, he couldn’t. She was perfect.

“Omar?” Cuilwen teased and wiggled a little, pressing her body more firmly against his erection. She enjoyed the feeling of his skin sliding against hers and it felt incredibly soft it was unreal.

“ Cuilwen, if you don’t stop that, I’m going to do something I’m not sure Dace or Talon would approve of.” A drawn out moan followed when she wiggled again, sending more warm heat through his body. It had been weeks since he’d been with a woman…but this wasn’t any woman. This was an elf and it was Cuilwen. That alone excited him to wild levels of instability.

“Oh, I’m sure they’ll be fine. Kailani sent me to find you, so I’m confident on this topic.” She closed the gap between them and her lips hovered over his, “I would desperately like to know what this something is you would do, though.”

Omar overcame his shyness and crushed her mouth against his, sucking the air from her lungs.

It was the most passionate kiss she recalled ever receiving. Her upper body melted into him. It gave him the freedom to circle his arms around her thin body pulling her to his chest in a swift but zealous maneuver.

Cuilwen faltered because she thought she had the upper hand here. She thought she stalked him when in reality he was the wild animal in hiding. This new intensity was unexpected, but she wasn’t about to complain.

When he finally released her from the kiss to breathe, a lazy smile lifted the corner of his sensual lips, “That’s one thing.” Omar was smug when he replied, catching her interest.

She wanted more. Much more. “What else—” He didn’t give her a chance to say another word for he kissed her again with a devotion that melted her insides with each caress of his tongue. She trembled with anticipation when his large hand rose to press against the back of her neck. The pressure all but pinned her in place. Such dominance. Such assuredness. It was attractive.

Omar felt liberated from his inhibitions and with that newfound freedom was on the precipice of heaven. Cuilwen tasted incredible, felt incredible and smelled incredible. The more aroused she became a thick floral scent wafted up to his nose. It was coming from every pore and filling the room. She was frankly…incredible. With the strength of his arms and the experience of one who’d been in this position before, he lifted her body enough to slip his cock into her body. He had the mind to drop her straight back onto his entire shaft, but she had other plans in mind.

Her voice was heavy through her labored breathing. She shot her arms out to grip the sides of the tub in order to hold her position with his tip a few inches inside, with the rest of his length exposed to the water. She looked into his face with a wicked grin. “Not so fast.”

She was killing him. He could feel her; feel the heat of her silky insides sucking at him and he wanted to be buried in her completely. This was absolute torture and Omar was not sure how much more he could take.

“Oh sweetness, let go!” he growled and tried to thrust up but she wasn’t having any of it. She moved upward away from him to avoid letting him drive deeper into her depths.

“Manners.” She laughed at the look on his face, “Where did this commanding Omar come from? I honestly thought I was going to have to seduce you!”

/>   “I’ve been here, but I’ve been trying to be nice and show those manners you now accuse me of not having.” He growled and attempted to overtake her again to no avail.

His frustration increased which only seemed to add to her amusement. This was more fun that she thought it would be!

“Oh, you are wonderful, Omar,” she cooed. That was just before she let go and allowed her weight to drop her down to completely sheath his length. She heard the sound that whooshed out that wasn’t quite a moan, but just shy of a snarl. A wave of absolute bliss raced through her senses as he filled all available space in her body. She sighed loudly, throwing her head back in pleasure. Cuilwen was afraid if she moved, the magic of the moment would fade, so she held still.

Then it hit her. She’d never made love to a human before. Her ignorant assumption was they would be boring, intimidated and she would leave unsatisfied. Cuilwen sought his face and smiled at her own folly. He wasn’t boring or intimated, but he was different. The adjective of divine came to mind when he moved.

She let him caress places she had not allowed to be touched in a very long time. Why she chose this human to play with now she wasn’t sure, but she was very glad she had.

Omar caught her distraction and used the water as leverage while he maneuvered their bodies. He stroked both of them with his slow but insistent rhythm watching her slip deeper into her bliss. His hips moved in a dance that her body responded to and they rolled together in perfect rhythm. Water from their activity slapped onto the floor as it sloshed over the slide in waves. It sent soothing sounds into the room to compete with their grunts.

“Cuilwen, I can’t last much longer like this.” She felt so incredible speared on his shaft that he could feel her every muscle and that was causing him to lose control rather rapidly. Not to mention her chest bounced quite erotically in his face, adding to his heightened arousal. She thought he meant the position they were in was uncomfortable, but she was wrong. Misunderstanding him completely, she stood and separated their bodies causing Omar to snarl when her weight was suddenly gone.

“What are you doing?” he cried in unfulfilled frustration.

“Weren’t you getting tired? I was moving to a more comfortable place.” She replied confused. She looked down upon his handsome face and naked body, trying to work out his meaning. He suddenly didn’t look uncomfortable and she quickly realized she’d interrupted his release. “Oh.” It finally dawned on her how badly she had erred.

“Get back down here.” He ordered, tugging on her leg to highlight his point. When she was half way down into the water, Oman moved quickly. He slid Cuilwen onto her back with his body on top, pinning her to the tub with his weight. “Better.”

Cuilwen was so pleasantly surprised by this turn of events that she didn’t put up a fight. For the first time, she submitted to a man. As his soft lips found hers again, she let herself be swept away.

He worked his way between her legs and sank back inside. He was in a hurry since she’d interrupted him and craved to be right back on the edge of bliss he’d been riding a moment before.

Omar neared madness as their flesh slide together. Most of the water was sent to the floor so their wet bodies were smacking together as they moved in synergy until Cuilwen surrendered to the rhythm with a scream.

When she fell into the cavern of her release, it was the greatest joy she’d felt in hundreds of years and let him know it. She screamed herself hoarse as he pushed through her gripping walls and held her tight as her body shook of the quakes of her release. The attention kept her hovering in that state for what felt like eternity.

He paused in his attentions to watch her face smile with pleasure and felt the tingling of his own. He couldn’t hold out any longer. He’d tried to last, but the sight of this lovely elf shattering in his arms was too much. He couldn’t recall seeing a more beautiful woman and her charm multiplied when she became consumed by her bliss. She was stunning and that was enough to push him over. Omar bit his lower lip when the first hot wave of his own release left his body. He liked how excited she had him. Throwing his head back, he allowed the violent explosion to roll through his body and the feeling of utter happiness lasted longer than he expected.

When it passed, he buried his head in the crook of her neck and groaned. He was ruined. Sex with any other woman was going pale in comparison, but he’d gladly ruin it again if she wanted to pass the time with him again. It was an experience of a lifetime.

Cuilwen recovered next. His weight crushed her against the copper tub in not so pleasant of ways. “Omar, could you move?”

“Sorry,” he was off her instantaneously and pulled her with him. He held her in his arms while their bodies dripped water in all directions as he searched for a towel. “Well, that was fun.”

“Yes, very.” Cuilwen allowed herself to be set down and stepped from the tub to dry off with the towel he handed her. “So, I have to ask, because I neglected to before. Are you bonded?”

He laughed, “If I were, I would not have done that. Although it would have been tempting.” He winked.

“So, once I finish what I must now go do, I can visit you again?” Cuilwen said with a quirk in her voice.

She looked so hopefully cute that he wouldn’t have been able to resist her if he tried. “I would be crushed if you didn’t First Maiden.” With that he kissed her deeply and left her in the room, breathless and wobbling on shaking legs. What just happened? She wondered. Never had she allowed any male to dominate her during sex, and tonight, she freely gave it to Omar. A human. What was this world doing to her?

Kailani returned to Dace’s old room, since hers was still in shambles. Lainey was inside making tea for two and had the steaming mug ready when she entered. “I thought you’d need this.” Lainey offered when Kailani stopped at the threshold staring.

“Yes, tea would be soothing. How did you know?”

“I ran into Cuilwen and told her where to find you. I’m not sure what it was about, but thought you’d need this after.” Lainey added, “I know how hard having her here is. You are being very brave.”

The older vampire snorted, “It’s necessary. I have to control my instincts to defend my mate. I know I hold his heart and soul, but sometimes that fact gets a little jumbled in the emotions.” After taking a seat on the couch, Lainey brought the mug and sat with her.

“She seems nice, yes?” Lainey pushed.

“Yes, very. I have no quarrel with Cuilwen.” Kailani waved her free hand, “Enough about me, how are you feeling?”

With the mention of her health, Lainey immediately touched her head, caressing the internal wound from the mental separation. “Fine, I think. Cuilwen healed the pain just now when the headache returned, and said she’d be back later to do it again to help me manage.”

Kailani raised an eyebrow, “Really? That’s good. What perfect timing then.”

“No doubt. When I woke up it was bad, but it increased after I started moving around. Whatever she did masked it, so now all I feel is a minor throb.” Lainey looked away for a moment, distracted by a thought.

Kailani picked up on her distance immediately and asked, “What’s bothering you Lainey? It can’t be my conversation with Cuilwen or your headache.”

Lainey sighed, “I know it sounds wrong, and it would kill Dace to hear it, but I feel like I’ve lost something. I feel empty now that the connection is broken.”

Kailani tilted her head in observation, and smiled in compassion, “I know. It will fade in time. From what Talon explained to me, the connection Kaen had to you was strong—like a bonding. He obviously wanted you very much, so it is normal that you are feeling this way.”

“Normal.” Her face turned back to Kailani with relief burning in her eyes, “It’s normal. I was afraid that I did something wrong by not answering his call.”
r />   Kailani discarded her mug to collect Lainey in her arms rocking her gently from side to side in comfort. “No, not wrong. You belong with Dace, Talon, and me. Kaen would have used you and your life would be full of torment and pain. You did what was right.”

Lainey couldn’t hold back the flood of tears she’d been restraining and wept. She had been so worried that this feeling of loss was abnormal and questioned the outcome of her release from Kaen’s hold on her.

“Shhh. Do you want me to find Dace now?” Kailani offered as she continued to comfort Lainey.

“N-n-no.” She sniffed loudly then added, “I’m all right. He needs to prepare anyway. Speaking of that, how was Omar?”

“Good.” They both suddenly laughed as the double meaning was understood. “I left him with Cuilwen, so we’ll see how those two get along.” She winked, “The sexual tension was so thick around them I hope they work it out.”

Lainey laughed again and was finally able to move out of her friend’s embrace, “Dace told me about that. Very interesting indeed.”

“Very. It’s rare to have your undivided attention. I’m inclined to run through a few lessons for you since Dace is otherwise busy?” When Lainey nodded, “Now, let’s go over a few things that you need to know. I’m assuming you won’t be left behind, right?”

“You’ve got that right. I won’t be left out.”

“All right then, let’s begin with the basics.” Kailani launched into a lesson on the endowments that a vampire provided, starting with her strength, speed and senses. She covered a wide variety of topics, only stopping when Lainey was confused so she could explain. Otherwise she moved quickly through the lesson so Lainey was aware of what she could do and try if she found herself in trouble.

Cuilwen met Talon in front of her room after she’d returned from her encounter with Omar. He noted the flushed face and sparkle in her eye, but said nothing. He could also smell her recent arousal and knew what she’d just done. Just not with whom. Suddenly he felt very sorry for whoever the poor man was who’d been at the receiving end of her passion! That poor man was probably ruined.
