  About the Author

John M. Davis has authored over twenty published stories, including The Fleet, which reached #1 (Amazon) for science fiction. He's also a former sportswriter for the Legends Football League and attended school for personal training prior to starting his journey as a full-time author. Growing up, John experienced many different settings but pulls strongly from his time as an Army brat, as well as spending his early years in the Pacific Northwest.

Born in Tacoma, Washington, John is happily married to the love of his life (15 years and going strong) and is a proud father of two wonderful children. When he's not writing (or reading), John enjoys classical music, the slight hint of rum in pipe tobacco and playing the occasional video game. Many of his stories first crept into his head while spending time in their secluded getaway in the beautiful mountains of Virginia. John is an advocate and unofficial spokesperson for the National Alliance to End Homelessness.
