BILL: Thank you, Dr. Sha. I am sure readers who do this exercise will want to learn more and pick up a copy of Soul Healing Miracles.
Energy, Matter, and Soul
EVEN THOUGH WE have discussed concepts of energy, matter, and soul earlier, my further conversation with Dr. Sha revealed to me that a deeper understanding of these principles is necessary for any scientist or serious reader interested in determining the scientific validity of Dr. Sha’s soul healing miracle practices.
BILL: Dr. Sha, explain as simply as you can the relationship between energy, matter, and soul.
MASTER SHA: I am delighted to share. I am writing Soul Mind Body Science System with Dr. Rulin Xiu, a physicist. We are explaining the relationship of matter, energy, and soul in a spiritual way and in a scientific way. Here I would only like to explain the spiritual wisdom. You can study the scientific formula and scientific explanation in Soul Mind Body Science System, which will be published through BenBella Books in November 2014. This is the simplest explanation. There are three sentences:
1.Qi Dao Xue Dao—Qi means energy. Dao means arrive. Xue means blood. This is one of the highest principles in five-thousand-year-old traditional Chinese medicine’s history. Qi Dao Xue Dao (pronounced chee dow shooeh dow) means qi arrives, blood arrives. Qi has the leading position. Qi is the boss of blood. Blood is matter. The relationship of energy and matter is energy leads matter.
2.Yi Dao Qi Dao—Yi means thinking. Yi Dao Qi Dao (pronounced yee dow chee dow) means if you think or focus on a part of the body, then energy arrives. This is the key principle of countless meditations throughout history. Yi means mind. Mind means consciousness.
3.Ling Dao Yi Dao—Ling means soul. Ling Dao Yi Dao (pronounced ling dow yee dow) means soul (which is message) arrives, consciousness arrives.
This summarizes the relationship of soul, mind, energy, and matter. The sacred process is soul → mind → energy → qi → matter.
BILL: Dr. Sha, this may be oversimplifying, but if I understand correctly what you say is, soul is the boss of thinking, thinking is the boss of energy, energy is the boss of matter, which is the blood. So, your basic principle is if you start with the soul, you will heal the body more effectively than any other way.
MASTER SHA: Bill, you got it.
BILL: For the readers, please explain how they can use this knowledge for self-healing.
MASTER SHA: For example, I created a piece of calligraphy for this book, Ling Guang or Soul Light. Dear Source Calligraphy, Ling Guang, Soul Light,
Please give me a healing to heal my back, my hypertension, to heal my hip pain, to heal my depression and so much more.

Then constantly chant:
Ling Guang

Soul Light
Soul Light is the message, which is the soul message. Then the mind will follow. Then energy will follow. Then blood will follow. Therefore, just chant Soul Light and the miracle could happen very quickly. Some people may take longer.
BILL: But, Dr. Sha, not everyone believes in the soul. Will they still benefit? If not, can they at least benefit with the relationship of thought, energy, and matter?
MASTER SHA: Yes.
BILL: I understand starting with the soul is the best way, but not everyone can do that yet. For those who are not ready to accept Soul Light as a mantra, is there another chant that will help them?
MASTER SHA: One of the most powerful mantras is Da Ai (pronounced dah eye). Da means greatest. Ai means love. I have introduced this Source mantra in my book Soul Healing Miracles and I have a Source Ling Guang calligraphy called Da Ai in that book. Just remember to chant Da Ai, Da Ai, Da Ai, Da Ai or Greatest Love, Greatest Love, Greatest Love, Greatest Love. Greatest Love. This is the soul message. If you give a soul message to one part of the body to heal one condition, the consciousness will follow, the energy will follow, the blood will flow, and the healing will follow.
BILL: When you were a medical doctor, were you aware of the role of the soul?
MASTER SHA: No.
BILL: When you developed your practice of acupuncture, were you aware of the importance of soul in healing?
MASTER SHA: No.
BILL: When you were involved with Qi Gong and other ancient techniques, were you aware of the importance of soul?
MASTER SHA: No.
BILL: When were you aware of the soul in your healing?
MASTER SHA: It happened in 1994 when I met my beloved spiritual mentor and adopted father, Dr. and Master Zhi Chen Guo. I went to China to see that he had twenty thousand people daily in the courtyard. He stood on a stage and offered soul healing. I did not know at that moment how to do soul healing, but I learned Soul Language. I had seen so many soul healing miracles through Soul Language and then I realized the importance of the soul.
BILL: As a medical anthropologist, I have studied traditional Western doctors. I have studied indigenous shamans. I have studied unique individuals such as John of God. One of the reasons I have been intrigued to explore the mystery behind your soul healings is because you are the first healer that I have met who has combined all of these traditions: Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, energy healing, and spiritual healing. What do you think of these different modalities, and how can they work together to improve the health of humanity?
MASTER SHA: Thank you for the question. This question is so important to serve humanity in a better way. Modern medicine focuses on matter. When you are sick, you go to see your physician. The doctor will do blood tests. The blood tests are to see the biochemical changes within the cells. A person may have to also do ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and more to find the cysts, tumors, or cancer in different organs or parts of the body. Surgery cuts the matter. Pills are to adjust the biochemical changes within the cells. Therefore, modern medicine focuses on matter issues. In the book Soul Mind Body Science System I have shared with humanity deep wisdom based on ancient wisdom. This wisdom is that a human being has three bodies: jing body, which is matter body; qi body, which is energy body; shen body, which is soul body. Let me explain traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic, which comes from India, Reiki and thousands of other healing modalities which focus on qi or energy. Traditional Chinese medicine has renowned secrets that I just shared: If qi flows, blood follows. If qi is blocked, blood is stagnant. In traditional Chinese medicine the key reason for all sickness is qi blockages. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine and thousands of healing modalities focus on the qi body. Qi flows between the cells and organs and through the meridian system. Some may know about the acupuncture chart. Some may know about the meridian chart in traditional Chinese medicine. Meridians are the pathway of qi, but they cannot be found by modern science. There are only one or two meridians that scientific researchers can measure. In anatomy and surgery, meridians cannot be found. For Western doctors, meridians are invisible.
Modern medicine is starting to recognize qi now. There are millions and billions of dollars that have been given to the study of qi in the scientific fiel
d. Qi principles, qi knowledge, practice, and healing started five thousand years ago. Now modern medicine is aware and is starting to study qi. Thousands of MDs have joined conferences to learn acupuncture. Acupuncture is one of the key treatments of traditional Chinese medicine. Acupuncture promotes qi flow. If qi flows, blood follows. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine and many healing modalities focus on qi body.
What is Soul Mind Body Medicine that Divine and Tao guided me to create? What is Soul Mind Body Science System that Dr. Rulin Xiu and I are writing now? What are soul healing miracles? We are focusing on soul. What is the soul? Soul is the light being. Soul is the essence of life. We are teaching the soul system. The energy channel is invisible. The soul channel is also invisible. Normal eyes cannot see the soul. Modern science cannot find the soul. Modern medicine does not believe in the soul. Therefore, modern medicine separates the body and the soul. In my teaching, a body has a soul. The deeper wisdom is a system has a soul. An organ has a soul. A cell has a soul. DNA/RNA have souls. Even the smallest matter like a quark has a soul. A space has a soul. Everything has a soul.
The wisdom I shared earlier is soul leads the mind, which is consciousness. Mind leads energy. Energy leads blood. There are hundreds of thousands of soul healing miracles just with the Say Hello technique. There will be millions of soul healing miracles that will come by applying the Say Hello technique. The Say Hello technique is the practical technique of the process of “Soul leads mind, Mind leads energy, Energy leads matter.” That is the relationship of soul, mind, energy, and matter.
BILL: Based on my observations, you may be correct. There is no doubt your technique is successful. You have made a logical argument for the existence of soul. You have also explained the basic principles of soul from your teacher Dr. Guo. Were there precursors or teachers who came before Dr. Guo, or is there any evidence of any time in recorded history that there was anyone else who taught about soul?
MASTER SHA: Yes. In Buddhist teaching they chant Buddha for their entire life. There are countless soul healing miracles that occur just by chanting the Buddha mantra. People with stage four cancer or other hopeless cases have recovered, one after another. For example, millions of people in history who have followed Buddhist teaching chant Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo. Na Mo (pronounced nah maw) means respect. A Mi Tuo Fo (pronounced ah mee twaw faw) is a Buddha’s name. Millions of people in the Buddhist realm have chanted Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo for their entire life. There are countless miracles. When people chant Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo they connect with the soul of A Mi Tuo Fo. A Mi Tuo Fo’s soul will come to offer healing to the person. This is the chanting practice.
BILL: As an anthropologist I agree with you. I know that chanting the names of Jesus and Mother Mary have produced healing miracles. From a scientific perspective, these are considered anecdotal evidence rather than scientific evidence. You may be correct. But what you are asking modern medicine to do is combine modern medical practices with spiritual practices. Perhaps this is the appropriate direction for humanity. But I know from speaking with many medical doctors that there is great resistance from the medical community to this approach. What if any advice can you give to well-intentioned, brilliant medical doctors who have been taught that spiritual practices are not a part of their training as doctors?
MASTER SHA: My words to modern medicine and scientific researchers is to open your heart and soul. The scientist Galileo said that the earth follows the sun, and he received huge resistance from the public. Finally it became truth. The relationship of matter, energy, and soul, the process and leading relationship of soul, mind, energy, and matter will take time for scientists, modern medicine, and humanity to realize. We have created so many soul healing miracles in the last ten years. We are writing Soul Mind Body Science System. My advice is to open the heart and soul and observe more. We are literally doing scientific studies now to document soul healing miracle cases. I would like to say that it takes time for humanity, the scientific field, and the medical field to realize this ancient wisdom.
An author in China shared in his book Tao Medicine that 139 Nobel Prize recipients have agreed in writing that if scientists do not study ancient Confucian wisdom, science will find it hard to move forward. I was very impressed and very happy that so many Nobel Prize recipients are paying attention to ancient wisdom. This chapter and other chapters in your and my books share ancient spiritual and energy healing wisdom. BILL: Thank you, Dr. Sha. What an inspiring and awesome vision.
Scientific Evidence
BASED ON MY personal observations of so many healing miracles, I have no doubt as to the effectiveness of Dr. Sha’s techniques. However, my personal observations do not make for hard scientific proof. Professor Gary Schwartz had shared with me his enthusiasm for conducting scientific investigations and case studies that would prove the efficacy of Dr. Sha’s healing practices. These studies hopefully will be undertaken in the near future. They will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and take a year or more to carry out once funded. In the meantime, I continued to search for hard scientific evidence. In my search Dr. Sha introduced me to his first disciple, Dr. Peter Hudoba. You will learn more about Peter, including his background as an award-winning neurosurgeon trained initially in the Czech Republic and then in Canada. I asked Peter if any case studies have already been done documenting from a medical and scientific perspective the efficacy of Dr. Sha’s soul healing miracles.
“I am just in the process of organizing a large-scale case study project to document Dr. Sha’s results,” Peter told me. “I already have two cases that have been well documented and presented to physicians in Canada and India. Let me give you my preliminary report on these two cases. They are quite enlightening and should satisfy the medically oriented among your readers that Dr. Sha’s results are being verified by medical doctors and others with the strictest protocols.”
Below is Peter’s initial report on these two case studies. The conclusions are edifying and will lead, I hope, to more scientific and medical investigations of Dr. Sha and his miracle soul healings.
Dr. Peter Hudoba’s Scientific Evidence of Two Case Studies
I’m delighted to present two research cases that I’ve compiled as a member of the research team at the Sha Research Foundation. I personally reviewed all relevant medical documentation, letters from attending physicians, reports of tests, MRI or CT scans, and pathology reports.
I presented these cases in 2012 at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, and at Hiranandani Hospital in India, and in both situations the physicians attending the talks were impressed with the effectiveness of Master Sha’s techniques.
The first case is of an almost fifty-year-old psychologist from the United States who became ill in 2009. She developed initial pain in her abdomen, becoming constipated and very tired, and losing a lot of weight as well. Because she felt unwell, she went to the emergency services at the hospital, where she had a CT scan done on her abdomen. The CT scan showed a large tumor in her stomach, with spreading of the tumor to her lymph nodes, spleen, and liver. The physicians did a biopsy of the bone marrow and it showed a stage four lymphoma.
This is a very serious illness. This was diagnosed in October 2009. She received the medication Rituxan (B cells antibody) eight times and was offered the option to receive chemotherapy. She refused to undergo chemotherapy.
She decided that she would treat herself solely with the system of Master Sha. Through 2010 she
received several karma cleansings and started to receive some spiritual downloads and transmissions. All her treatment from then on consisted only of chanting classes with Master and Dr. Sha on the phone.
Over time, she started to improve, slowly gaining weight, and became stronger over the course of 2010. In 2011 she was constantly improving and by the end of 2011 a CT scan was done showing she was stable with no change in her condition. Technically, there was no worsening, nor any improvement. The tumor growth was simply arrested.
By January 2012, her illness from lymphoma had remarkably improved to the degree where she no longer had difficulty with digestion, nausea, and fatigue. Due to her health situation, she was unable to find a job and consequently she was not able to pay for follow-up CT scans or other investigations. Nonetheless, she continued to chant and meditate, and she continued to recover.
When I met her at the end of 2013, she had gained weight back and had wonderful skin color, and looked much, much better than when I saw her early in 2012. She told me at that time that she was completely symptom free, was eating with a good appetite, and that she felt to be in very good health.
As I said, she hadn’t seen a physician since early 2010 and never had a follow-up by CT scan, so she did not know what the situation was with her abdomen, but she feels excellent.
She is very grateful to Master Sha for whatever has been done for her, and she is one of the great examples of what Master Sha can offer to people, and especially how people can benefit when practicing daily. I visited her in 2012, and I personally observed that she practiced several hours a day. There are very few students who have that type of determination and zeal for the practice, and obviously that showed on her results. I am very happy for her.
