"May our bond grow stronger from this day forward.” Her tongue laved over the skin of his neck. “Your words. Remember.” Her mouth teased him here and there.

"Yes.” Of course, he remembered. He remembered everything when it came to her.

"I'm not taking the out you've been offering."

  He moaned. Thank you, Jesus.

"You've been in my heart, my mind, and my soul a long time now.” Her hands cupped his face. “I'm your wife."

Unable to take more of the sweet torture, he brushed his mouth over her trembling one. “And mujer hermosa, I am solely your husband."

Arching her body, she moaned into his mouth. “Hmm, so which one of the rooms should we initiate as a married couple first?"

At the purr in her voice, he lifted his head. “Our bedroom."

"Bedroom?” A teasing smile spread across her mouth. “Just what I get from marrying a conservative..."

"Oh, mujer hermosa.” Abram grinned, before scooping her up into his arms. “I've a surprise or two for you."

Storytelling has always been part of my internal makeup. It seems like since I was a little blind girl I've always wanted to write and would constantly weave stories in my head. Stories that were fed by fables of magical realism, myths and folklore. I spent a good part of my teenage years daydreaming about “what if's” and forming characters in my mind. Eventually I stopped just listening to my character's voices grumbling in my head and started putting their adventures to paper.

They're quite persistent. I love them all from their first whispering pleas to speak to the roar of the characters that simply won't be denied their voice. I write for myself. I author and create my worlds for my characters.

I've been seriously writing since 2001. My first love for reading will always be historicals, but that's not what I normally find myself writing. My first story was a children's tale. Shortly after, I listened to the characters in my head and wound up writing contemporaries, and paranormals. Now, four years later I'm exploring not only Indiana's history in a historical, but the future in a fantasy as well.
