“Oh, I... umm... ” She paused and Susan felt her cheeks gain heat as a blush rose up. Not wanting to prolong what she decided was the inevitable she stood up.
“I think maybe you’re right, this cold is taking my thoughts all over the place.” Turning so she didn’t have to look at Rebecca’s hesitation she started to walk away shakily.
“Wait.” Rebecca caused her to freeze in place; she kept her eyes on the staircase out of the bar and didn’t look back. Rebecca’s voice was clear and strong and she carried on talking no hesitation in her voice this time. “I can’t leave when I’m done here, there’s lots of cleaning up to do but if you come back in forty minutes knock on this door I would like to spend time with you before you go back home.”
Susan’s heart leapt and she had to take another deep breath before she could even turn to reply. When she did she saw Rebecca’s cheeks were flushed.
“I’d like that, I’ll be back then.” She smiled slightly and before Rebecca could say anything else she turned and slightly unsteadily walked out.
Opening the door she felt a rush a warm air and she moved quickly into it grateful for its embrace. The door was closed behind her by a bouncer preventing too much warm air getting into the bar. Standing for a moment letting herself get warm she took a deep breath and smiled.
Unzipping her coat and pulling her gloves off she folded them up and kept them with her rather than giving them in as she would normally do. Deciding not to leave the club and risk being late for her meeting with Rebecca she made her way through people sitting eating food in the bar’s restaurant section. Settling down in a small booth she put an order in and waited for her food her eyes constantly flicking down to her watch so that she didn’t lose track of time.
***
Nervously Susan pushed the door open letting the rush of cool air hit her. She had waited for as long as Rebecca had asked, although Rebecca had for a while been out of the bar but had been clearly busy. Now was the moment she had been asked to return and nerves tingled through her, the bouncers had waved her past as she walked to the door one had even winked. What that suggested Susan didn’t want to really spend time thinking about.
Unlike before the steps weren’t as icy and it took Susan a moment to realise the ice world she had been in before was beginning to melt. Puddles of water had begun to form on the ground but the main structures still held. The room was still cold but not as bitter as it had been however it didn’t look the same. Upon the centre of the bar there was now a large grate from which flames jumped up and flickered warming the air. Entranced Sarah wandered over to the flames reaching out with her gloved hands enjoying the faint feeling of warmth through them. It was only after she had been stood for a short while did she notice Rebecca standing at the back of the bar watching her.
“Hi...” she said moving her hands guiltily away from the flames.
Rebecca stepped out from behind the back of the bar allowing Susan see her better. She was still dressed as she had done in her work clothes with the addition of the coat and gloves although her hair had been let down and now framed her face below her hood. As Susan watched Rebecca tugged her hood down her long hair glistening in the light of the fire and sparkling ice.
“You look nice with your hair down.” Susan said breathlessly aware constantly of the passing time bringing her ever closer to the end of her holiday. Rebecca smiled a faint blush colouring her cheeks as she looked down shyly.
“Thank you, look I’m sorry about not being able to go out and get a drink with you. I’ve only just come off shift, but I thought since I didn’t want you going away without a proper send off this would be just as good?” As she talked she wafted a hand around the area now glistening from the reflection of the firelight.
“It’s breath-taking.” She said looking around. As she looked around out of the corner of her eye she saw Rebecca moving closer. Looking back at her Susan suddenly felt nervous again, but was thankful that she hadn’t misread the looks Rebecca had given her whenever she was in the bar.
“I’m glad you like it.” Rebecca said her voice trembling slightly as if she was nervous. Looking at her Sarah found her own nerves melting away and discovered the confidence to close the gap between them and place a kiss on Rebecca’s delicious plum coloured lips.
Rebecca seemed to hesitate before she wrapped her arms around Susan and leaned into the kiss. The kiss quickly became more passionate and Susan let her hands wander over Rebecca slipping under her coat. Through the thin fabric Susan could feel Rebecca’s warmth and she ached to run her fingers over her bare skin.
Rebecca pulled away from the kiss first and walked backward bringing with her Susan whom she still held in her arms. Susan walked slowly with her and was led behind the bar area the floor of which was now covered in furs. Rebecca bent down bringing Susan with her as she kissed her passionately once more. The furs were warm to the touch and although Susan knew they were on the floor the ground didn’t feel as hard as she expected.
With her back flat against the ground Susan looked up as Rebecca shifted herself to sit astride her. Rebecca’s hair fell forward framing her face as she undid Susan’s coat. Cool air rushed in causing her to take a deep breath, but Rebecca hadn’t finished yet her hands slipped under Susan’s warm jumper that she had put on knowing she was headed to the bar that afternoon. Gloved fingers ran up Susan’s stomach making her stomach twitch in reflex. The gloves felt soft against her skin and warm and to Susan’s surprise the turned her on far more then she was expecting. Rebecca tugged at her bra pulling it down causing her breasts to spill out over the top. Susan wriggled and pulled up her jumper so that Rebecca could lean forward and take her nipples in her hot mouth.
Moans filled the room as Rebecca shifted herself pushing her knee up between Susan’s legs her gloved hands still caressing Susan’s breasts. Susan writhed on the floor elated and confused that she had gone from wanting to suddenly getting. She felt Rebecca teeth graze her sensitive nipples and cried out in pleasure as she pushed herself down on Rebecca’s knee gyrating instinctively. Rebecca’s mouth was warm surrounding her nipples in a heat that felt delicious and was immediately missed when she moved away. The rush of cold upon her nipples made her gasp and cry out as Rebecca’s lips began moving down her stomach leaving tiny spots of warmth. To stop her nipples from getting too cold Susan was forced to take them in her own gloved hands rubbing them between her fingers, easing the ache but sending tremors of pleasure through her.
There was a popping sound followed by the noise of her zip being undone causing Susan to arch her back letting Rebecca pull her trousers down a small way. She squealed as Rebecca pressed her nose up against her skin, but a firm hand held her in place preventing her from moving away too far and pinning her down onto the fur blanket. Stuck in place Susan could do nothing as Rebecca pushed her icy cold nose up against her clit, she gasped as Rebecca’s tongue darted out pushing between her folds with no warning. Compared to her cold nose it was a molten heat warm and darted in and out sending shivers of pleasure through Susan. Lost in a world of fire and ice Susan felt as if she floated upward as Rebecca’s tongue relentlessly speared her whilst her nose sent her clit twitching. Rolling her nipples between her gloved fingers she looked up to see the fire reflected in the ice that surrounded them. Fire seemed to leap and dance all around her whilst the cool ice glistened making the ice look like it was all on fire and burning with intense cold. Staring up at it all Susan lost all sense of reality losing herself completely in all the sensations that were bombarding her. Pinching her nipples harder she cried out as her body tensed reacting to Rebecca’s constant lapping she started breathing deeply taking large gulps of the icy air in her heart pounding in her ears. Just as she thought her heart would explode and her insides freeze from the cold her body tensed one last time and her orgasm ripped through her. She cried out her voice echoing off the icy walls hardly aware of Rebecca moving away from her until her lips pressed against hers.
“By
the way,” Rebecca whispered as Susan gasped to get her breath back her body throbbing with sensations and emotion, turning her head she looked at Rebecca quizzically as Rebecca beamed at her “I’m on holiday from next week, I was thinking of spending it up North... maybe in the same town you live in, what do you say?” Susan blinked and with a large grin on her face wrapped her arms around Rebecca pulling her back down for one last kiss.
Memories of Flavour
Holly remembers the first time she met her partner Sarah and the moment they shared their first kiss.
“Have fun at work.” Sarah bounds over to me, kissing me passionately on the lips. Holding her close I breathe in the soft vanilla scent of the perfume she is so fond of using. Our embrace over, she moves back toward the open window. The early morning sun is just peeking in through the drawn curtains as she gets there. My hand on the door, I take a brief moment to gaze upon her incredible body, her thin cotton dress made semi-transparent by the rising sun’s light.
Looking at her sexy toned body, my own aches for her touch. With a sigh I turn, drag myself away from her and open the door walking down into coolness of the early morning. It does little to quash the fire Sarah has ignited inside me. If I could, I would spend every moment holding her tight in my arms. Shaking my head, trying to get the images of her body swathed in the cotton fabric to fade enough to continue the walk to work.
Finally there, I make my way inside and work my way round, turning everything on. With everything humming, bubbling and steaming away to itself I have nothing to do but wait to turn the sign over, and I find my thoughts being drawn back to the day when Sarah and I met.
It was in the summer that I first set eyes on Sarah. I was working at the coffee bar when she came in with a group of people. Some of them I knew from university, but she was new. She caught my attention as soon as she walked through the door. Talking as she entered, her head thrown back in a hearty laugh and her golden curls trickling over her shoulders. She was wearing a purple and blue, low cut summer dress that hugged her body not leaving much to the imagination.
When it came for her to order a drink she spoke softly but in a voice that brimmed with confidence.
“A Coconut Mocha with cream and extra chocolate sauce to go please.”
It was a simple enough order, but still I found it hard to tell her the price. When I finally did she bent slightly to get out her purse, giving me a glimpse of her breasts nestled in her bra, the soft tanned mounds looked perfect and I felt myself desperate to see more. I fumbled the money when it was handed to me, and a blush burned my skin. She didn’t seem phased; instead she picked up the money from the counter and handed it to me again.
“There you go.” She said, her words surrounding me. Her fingers brushed up against mine. They felt warm and soft, and I longed to entwine my fingers with them. The moment passed and I was left holding the money, trying to remember her drink.
Once I had given them their orders I watched as she wrapped her pale pink lips around the red and white striped straw, wishing I were in its place.
She was on my mind for a long time afterwards, but I didn’t see her again all summer. The time passed and autumn came along much faster then any of us wanted it to. That autumn we had what the papers called an Indian Summer. The sun blazed, and it seemed somehow hotter than the summer had been.
I was just locking up the coffeehouse on a particularly humid September day when someone walked up behind me.
“Oh, you’re closed.” A soft voice that seemed vaguely familiar said from behind me. I jiggled the keys and turned around about to apologise when I found myself looking into her hazel eyes. I was lost for words, aroused by her beauty. A wide sunhat shielded her eyes, and she was again wearing in a body hugging low cut dress, the colours complimenting her sun kissed complexion. Realising I was probably staring I looked down at my watch. I had a feeling that if I didn’t do anything right now I might not see her again. I tapped my watch as if it had stopped working, then looked up and smiled at her.
“You know what I think my watch might be a little fast, there should be time to get you a drink if you like.”
It was against the rules, I knew, but Richard had left me to lock up so if we were quick he wouldn’t know. I put the keys back in the door and started unlocking.
“Thank you, I’d like that.” Her soft voice caused tingles to run through my body as I pushed open the door. As I opened up she stepped up so close behind me I could feel her body heat and wished she would reach out and take hold of me. Letting her in, I closed the door behind us and made sure the closed sign was up, partly so any other potential customers knew we were closed, but also partly to make sure we would be alone.
I turned everything on and stood behind the counter. I knew what she was going to order before she had done, and when she spoke it was exactly as she had done before.
“With extra chocolate sauce.” I spoke the last few words of the order along with her. She laughed a warming cheerful laugh. Licking her lips she looked deep into my eyes.
“You remembered. Yes, please.” She bit her lip and handed over the money. “I’m Sarah by the way.” She offered her name to me in a hushed voice, almost as if it was a forbidden secret. The sound of her voice and the shape of her mouth when she said her name made my body go weak.
“Well it’s very nice to see you again Sarah, I’m Holly. Here’s your drink.” I said as I passed it over to her. Our hands met, just as before. This time however she didn’t just give me the money and pull away; her fingers remained, touching mine, a trail of heat rushing between us. A movement on her part felt to me as if she was running her fingers through mine just ever so slightly. Before I was able to react she pulled away, shyly looking down at the counter.
“Will you join me for a drink?” She asked, much to my joy.
“Sure, you take a seat and I’ll be over in a second.” I said, before whipping myself up a drink. When I joined her we sat and chatted for ages.
We talked about many things, from what subjects we were majoring in at university to what she had spent her summer doing. I felt a little jealous that whilst I had been spending my days handing out coffee’s, she and her friends had been swimming and sunbathing, and not only because it sounded so fun. My body ached at the thought of her in a swimming costume. I was happy that she didn’t mention having a boyfriend, but I just couldn’t bring myself to actually ask outright if she had one or not nor if she actually liked women, that was more then I dared to hope. My drink was cold before I had finished it but I didn’t mind. Every moment that passed was magical, each movement she made and every laugh that passed her perfect lips made me want her more.
When we finally finished the drinks I knew there was little to stop her from going away again. After putting the cups in the dishwasher I unlocked the door to let her out, my heart heavy but hoping she wouldn’t just leave.
“Are you locking up again now?” She asked. I nodded and locked the door behind me.
“Yes I’m all done for the day; I suppose I’ll head off home now.” I said slowly, wishing I was brave enough to make a move on her. I wanted to tell her how I felt about her, but something held me back and I found myself turning in the direction of home expecting a long, lonely walk back.
“Whereabouts are you?”
Her words filled me with a ray of hope. Trying not to sound too eager I waved in front of me and replied.
“This way. It’s not a really long walk, but it can be a little tedious sometimes.”
Sarah nodded and pulled her hat on tighter as the sun was just peaking out of the clouds. The air around us was very humid and sticky; above thick black clouds were forming. I wasn’t fancying the walk back alone, but with Sarah beside me it didn’t feel like it would be too bad, plus it meant we would be spending a little more time together.
“Sure I’d like that.” She said as if to answer an unspoken question and we set off.
As we walked the clouds grew darker and as we turned th
e corner to the square I lived in large raindrops began to fall. By the time we got to my gate the rain was falling heavily. Since it was so humid the raindrops were warm, but rather than being unpleasant the rain was a welcome relief I turned to ask Sarah if she wanted to come in, and was taken aback by her beauty. Her dress was now soaked, accentuating her curves even more than it had already. Her nipples were now erect, as could be seen from the shapes forming on the front of her dress. The dress wasn’t quite see-through but my imagination made up for what I couldn’t see.
I must have been staring because she looked at me questioningly.
“Is there something wrong?” She asked, breaking the spell that I was under. I shook my head.
“No it’s okay; sorry I didn’t mean to stare.”
Sarah laughed the laugh that made butterflies appear in my stomach. She took a few steps closer, and even through the rain I could smell her perfume on the air, winding its way around me. She put her hands out and without thinking I took hold of them. Startled, and worried I might have over stepped an invisible boundary, I tried to pull away but she squeezed hold of them, moving her fingers so that they entwined with mine.
As the sun burst through a gap in the rain clouds and highlighted Sarah, she pulled me toward her, her eyes sparkling. A drop of rain ran down as I watched over the top of one of her breasts trickling down between them and disappearing into her dress. I shivered, but not because I was cold. My clothes were as wet through as hers, and yet I felt perfectly warm, her touch heating me up as though we were standing on a sun drenched beach in the middle of summer. Her lips, soft and giving, pressed against mine. The faint scent of coffee and coconuts washed over me. Opening up my mouth I slipped in my tongue and danced with hers, the taste of the coffee and coconuts exploding on my taste buds. We clung to one another throughout that first kiss, neither of us wanting to pull away.
By the time we finally did, the rain had stopped and the sun was blazing once more. A silence fell between us, but it was the silence when nothing needs to be said, rather than having nothing to say. I was just happy that it wasn’t an awkward tension. Sarah smiled at me, her eyes sparkling, and I wanted to throw my arms around her holding her tight.
