Fraser, who had consumed more beer than his usual quota, snorted. “Come on, Tony. We’re all experts at BS.”

  “Not what I meant.”

“I’m on it.” Rylan propped a hand on his hip and his foot on the inside of his knee. “There’s your B.” Then he turned sideways and curved one arm over his head and the other behind his back. “S.”

Garrett cracked up. “We’ll look like idiots.”

“I know.” Frazer looked pleased with himself. “It’s my new thing. You guys with me?”

“Hell, yeah.” Tony grinned. “All for one and one for all.”

“Then let’s do this thing.” Garrett no longer worried about what Jocelyn would think. He’d discovered that despite her tailored suits and her no-nonsense business approach, she was as much of a nerdy goofball as he used to be. He still was, truth be told.

The performance wasn’t polished or pretty. Some might have called it a train wreck. But most of the time they spelled out BMUS without running into each other, and when they were finished, the entire crowd at Picasso’s gave them a standing ovation.

When Garrett walked back to the table, Jocelyn gave him a fierce hug that told him all he needed to know about the future. It was brighter than a supernova.

The BMUS app is causing a buzz in Southern California. Want to know who’s paying attention? Then watch for new Nerds & Geeks stories coming in the fall of 2016!
