“You do?” she asked, smiling, “A birthday present?”
“Yes,” I smiled back. “Get in bed and I will get it.” I playfully slap her ass. “Keep the panties on.”
She giggled as she crawled in bed. “Other than John and Lori, no one else has ever got me a birthday gift,” she said.
I kicked my pants off the rest of the way and open my bag. “Not even before your dad died?” I asked without thinking. ‘Shit what was I thinking?’ I silently scolded myself.
“No, not even then,” she admitted. “I know my dad loved me, he just didn’t know how to really show it. My mom was a different story.”
I found the package and turned. She was sitting up with the sheet around her chest. ‘That shyness is so fucking sexy,’ I thought. I smiled and walked to the bed, sat down, and held the wrapped box out to her.
She smiled even bigger as she snatched it out of my hands. As she examined the box, I leaned down, kissed her shoulder and stroked her back. “Open it,” I said.
She squealed and ripped the wrapper off to reveal a red box. “Tiffany’s?” she whispered running her fingers over the letters. “I haven’t done anything to deserve an expensive gift.”
“Of course you have,” I injected and she stiffened. “Jaden you were born, what other reason do you need?” I came up on my knees and leaned in, nose to nose. “Stop thinking baby and just feel.” Then I kissed her nose.
She opened it and her mouth fell open. It was a simple gold bracelet with an inscription. She read it,
“I have found my light in you. Always, Chase.”
She ran her fingers over the engraving and looked up at me, tears in her eyes. “Help me put it on?” she whispered.
I took it from her trembling hands and clasped it around her wrist. “Do you like it?” I asked in a thick voice.
She shook her head and my heart sunk. “No, I love it,” she said, coming up on her knees and cupping my face. “Thank you.” I placed my hands on her hips as she explored my mouth again. “Love me Chase.”
‘Always,’ I thought as I claimed her mouth. I laid her back on the bed running my hands over her. “Are you sure you want this?” I whispered taking her nipple in my mouth.
She arched her back and moaned. “Chase, stop talking. You have better things to do with your mouth,” she said.
I laughed and trailed my mouth down her body. She opened her legs and I ran my finger across her center. “Damn baby, you’re so wet,” I breathed.
She gripped my hair and pulled my face closer. “Only for you,” she said. “Now, please.”
I shifted off her and pulled her panties off. Then I repositioned myself between her legs taking in her scent. I reached out, running my fingers over her folds. She moaned and shifted her hips and I flicked my tongue across her clit, she shuddered.
I darted my tongue inside her and she about came undone. My cock throbbed as she melted in my mouth. I devoured her, using my tongue and fingers. Pushing her forward and testing her limits, I removed my finger and slid it along her ass crack.
She stilled and I thought I had fucked up. Then she relaxed and began to push her hips against my finger moaning. I massaged her opening with my finger as my tongue assaulted her slit.
“Chase now,” she moaned pulling me up.
“Anything you want baby,” I said as I kissed my way up her body.
When I got to her face, she pulled my mouth to hers. I pulled back and looked into her eyes. “Are you sure?” I repeated my question from earlier.
“My eyes are wide open. I am with you. You asked me for trust,” she said. “Trust me to know what I want now. What I want, is you.” She reached between us, gripping me, and guiding me inside.
I growled, “Damn baby.”
She looked at me as a blush crept across her face. “I believe you have released my inner sex goddess Chase.”
I chuckled and pushed further inside her. “I’m home,” I whispered.
She pulled my face to hers, looking deep into my eyes. “For as long as you’ll have me,” she said and claimed my mouth.
I began to move and she released me, wrapping her arms around my back. Her eyes locked with mine. My breath caught. “You are so beautiful,” I whispered.
“Faster Chase,” she begged.
I nipped her lip, thrusting faster. Her breathing picked up and she arched her back. “I won’t break, harder, please,” she pleaded.
The fact she was telling me what she wanted did something to me and I lost control. I started pounding into her. She arched her back, screaming, and her nails ripped across my back, taking flesh with it.
“Jaden,” I screamed. “Baby, I’m coming.”
“Me too,” she whispered as she contracted around my dick. I pumped into her once more and filled her.
I collapsed on her, taking most my weight on my arms. She pulled and said, “All of you, on me.” She arched her back and I wrapped my arms around her, laying my weight on her, and she sighed. “I could get used to this.”
Baby, I don’t…” I started to say.
“Shh…just hold me, please,” she breathed. “I never knew that an orgasm felt better during sex.”
I chuckled as I settled in and buried my face in her neck.
We laid there, for what felt like hours. All the while, she stroked my back. “Baby, I need to move,” I said kissing her neck. “I can’t feel my arms.”
She moved. “I’m sorry,” she said.
I pulled my arms free and rolled off her. “Don’t be,” I said. “I enjoyed it as much as you.” I kissed her nose. “Time to sleep, you look exhausted.”
I turned her so her back was against my chest and wrapped my arm around her. She lifted my hand, brought it up between her breasts, and held it there. She kissed my knuckles. “I didn’t tell you the truth,” she said. “When I told you I was infertile.” She snuggled closer and my heart stopped. “When I was sixteen, one of the Johns wanted to fuck me in the ass and I refused. He beat the piss out of me causing so much damage they had to do a total hysterectomy. That’s why I can’t give you a family.” She took a deep breath. “I would do it for you, if you wanted me too.”
‘That’s why she froze,’ I thought. I hugged her. “Let’s not think about that tonight,” I whispered. “Sleep baby.” I kissed her head, laying mine down.
Within seconds, she was asleep. “I am the luckiest son of a bitch in the world,” I whispered before I drifted to sleep.
Chapter Nineteen
Luckiest Girl in the World
I woke feeling very hot and stretched. My body was very sore, and then I remembered the night before. Chase is the reason I am so hot.
I turned over and came face to face with his sleeping face. I felt my eyes go wide and my body stiffen.
“Jaden, breathe,” Chase whispered without opening his eyes. “Close your eyes. Close them.” I did what he said. “Good girl, now take a long deep breathe and let it out slowly.” Again, I did as he said and I felt much calmer. “Good baby, now slowly open your eyes.” Once again, I did as he said and met a sleepy-eyed smiling face. “Good morning baby.”
I smiled. “Good morning,” I said. “How did you know?”
He chuckled. “I could feel you,” he answered.
“I’m sore,” I confessed. “But in a good way. Thank you.”
He kissed me. “It is I who should be thanking you,” he said. “Last night was amazing.” Then he leaned down and kissed me. “I am assuming you’ve never had an orgasm until me?” I shook my head. “Is that what scared you the first time?”
I nodded. “That and all the other emotions I was feeling,” I admitted. “So I went with what I knew.”
He kissed me again and I wrapped my arms around him, pulling. The sheets slipped off as he moved over me.
The door opened. “Jaden…Fuck!” Lori said and I froze as Chase reached for the sheet. “Sorry you two, I will back out now,” she laughed. “He does have a nice ass Jaden.” Chase buried his face in my neck laughing and
I heard John laugh as well.
I groaned, covering my face, I could feel the blush creep over my entire body. “You and lover boy come down for breakfast,” Lori called through the door. “I have some great news.”
“We’ll be down in a minute,” Chase answered raising his head.
I moved my arm and saw that he was blood red and I laughed. “You’re blushing too,” I said surprised.
He jumped up and reached for me. “Come,” he said.
I took his hand laughing. “I was about to when Lori opened the door,” I admitted.
He threw his head back laughing and pulled me into his arms. “Later, I promise,” he said and kissed me.
Feeling brave, I slapped his ass. “Get dressed before I make you take me back to bed,” I joked. He laughed, but his eyes darkened.
I pulled out a sundress. One that John said would drive Chase crazy, and slipped it over my head. Then I pulled on a pair of sexy lace underwear and slipped my feet into sandals.
Before I could turn around, Chase was behind me wrapping his arms around my waist and kissed my neck. “You look so hot in that dress,” he breathed next to my ear.
I turned in his arms. He was fully dressed in shorts, a t-shirt, and sandals. “Thank you,” I whispered. “Let’s eat. I’m starving.”
He smiled, quickly kissed me, and pulled me from the room.
Once in the kitchen, I asked, “So, what’s the big news?”
Lori turned, smiling from ear to ear. She lifted her left hand to show us the rock on her finger. “Oh my God, he proposed?” I exclaimed releasing Chase’s hand and hugged her.
“See Jaden, sometimes the fairy tale does come true,” she said.
I hugged her tighter. “Yes, sometimes they do,” I agreed pulling away.
She looked at my wrist. “What’s that?” she asked smiling.
I held up my hand. “A birthday present from Chase,” I answered.
She took my hand and admired it. “Awe, that’s so sweet,” she cried.
“Yes, it was,” I said.
Chase took my hand again and led me to the table. “You need to eat,” he said and sat down next to me.
Lori had already set the table with delicious food so I dug in. After last night, I was starving. I heard Chase chuckle as he started lining his plate.
Once I had devoured half of my food, I looked at Lori. “Have you set a date?” I asked.
She beamed. “We were thinking next August,” she answered.
I gasped, “So soon?” I asked.
“No, not really,” she said shaking her head. “We’ve been together for years. It just feels right. Remember what I said about life? It has more to do with feeling rather than thinking, you can’t live. I mean really live, if all you ever do is just think about it.”
Chase slipped his arm around my shoulder and whispered in my ear, “See I told you just that.”
I turned to look at him. There was a smile on his lips and a promise in his eyes. For the first time in my life I felt wanted, I felt loved.
I reached up to cup his cheek. He turned his face, kissed my palm as he closed his eyes pushing into my touch. When his eyes opened, the promise was still there, but it was joined by desire. My breath caught deep in my throat. I noticed then that the arm he had around me had tightened. Was he afraid I would pull away?
Something propelled me forward and I touched my lips to his in a fleeting kiss. I pulled back as he blinked. “Damn baby,” he whispered.
“Uh, I think we’re going to take in some sun on the deck,” I heard John say nervously and the moving of chairs as they left and Lori giggled.
I had forgotten they were here. “What’s happening?” I heard myself ask in a distant voice.
He let a breath out. Reaching up to cup my hand that was still holding him. “I wish I knew,” he answered. “Just don’t stop, ok?”
I swallowed and nodded. “You either,” I said.
He kissed my hand. “Never,” He agreed.
“What do you want to do today?” I asked still looking into his eyes.
He brushed his lips across my knuckles. “Be near you,” he whispered. I smiled. “Anything you want to do.”
I thought about it for a second and smiled. If he is willing to spend the day just lounging around maybe he really does like me. “How about joining John and Lori,” I said. “Just take in the sun.”
He smiled with a sparkle in his eyes. “Maybe a swim later?” he asked.
I turned away, dropping my hands in my lap, so embarrassed. “I can’t swim.” I admitted. “I’ve never been in the ocean.”
He untangled my fingers, bringing my hand to his lips. I watched as he kissed each knuckle. “Baby steps,” he breathed against my already heated skin. “Go change and I will meet you on the deck.”
I nodded and stood to walk to the stairs, but he stopped me. I looked back. “What?” I asked.
He tilted his head to the side and smiled. “No goodbye kiss?” he pouted.
I giggled. “I’ll only be gone for a few minutes,” I said.
His face went serious and what looked like doubt flashed in his eyes. “It won’t feel like a few minutes,” he whispered, “At least not to me.”
My heart seized. I took his hand, pulling him to his feet. I placed my hands on his shoulders and his went to my hips. I will need to remember that he needs as much reassurance as I do. I went up on tiptoe and brushed my lips across his. He growled and plunged into my mouth.
I met him thrust for thrust as I poured my heart and soul into the kiss. When he pulled back, we were breathless and he rested his head against mine.
“Damn Jaden,” he gasped. “What are you doing to me?”
I took a deep breath. “I could ask you the same thing Chase,” I said. “I’m going to change.” He nodded and I kissed him again before I rushed out of the room.
In the safety of my room, I tried to calm my racing heart. “What in the hell is happening to me?” I asked aloud. “No, I’m not going to think about it. I will just feel, no matter how scared it makes me. I am the luckiest girl in the world.”
Once I had changed into a skimpy red bikini I made my way back downstairs. I could hear Lori ask, “Chase, what happened to your back?”
I tiptoed where I could see without being seen. He shrugged. “It doesn’t hurt,” he said, laughing.
He was standing on the deck, shirtless, facing the ocean. His back was covered in claw marks. ‘My God, did I do that?’ I wondered.
I walked over to my bag and fished out a wipe and my tube of ointment. I stepped out on the deck and Lori greeted me.
“Damn Jaden, ease up on the man,” she joked.
He turned, tilting his head to the side, smiled and reached for me. I walked to him, our eyes locked. “Turn,” I instructed.
His brows creased, but he did as I said. I looked at his back and I felt anger; anger at myself for doing this to him.
I opened the wipe, but before I began to clean, I leaned in and placed a kiss near one of the scratches.
He shivered and whispered, “Baby, it doesn’t hurt.”
I began to wipe, ignoring what he said. “No one should ever leave a mark on another person like this,” I hissed.
He chuckled. “Then you haven’t looked in the mirror yet, have you?” he asked.
I finished applying the ointment. “What are you talking about?” I questioned.
He turned. Looking into my eyes, he traced a finger over my neck. “I left my mark on you,” he whispered, “Three of them to be exact.”
My breath caught as I touched my neck and I smiled. “You gave me hickies?” I asked in amazement. “Well, that’s different then what I did to you.”
“How so?” he asked.
“Yours could scar, mine won’t,” I said. “Hickies are also called love bites. I scratched you and made you bleed.”
He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me close. He nuzzled my neck, placing kisses. I wrapped my arms around his neck
. “Love scratches,” he breathed in my ear, “Nothing more; nothing less.”
I was aware of John and Lori watching us, but ignored them. I pulled back a bit. “You don’t mind?” I asked. “You’re not mad?”
He stroked my cheek. “Baby you didn’t do it out of anger,” he said. “I enjoyed it.”
“You like it rough?” I asked in bewilderment.
His face flushed and he shrugged. “Sometimes.” he answered. “But I will take whatever you want to give me.”
“Damn,” I heard John exclaim. “Chase blushing. Now there’s a site I have never seen.”
Lori laughed. “John, leave them alone,” she joked.
“Thanks for killing the moment John,” Chase laughed and they joined him.
I was still trying to wrap my mind around Chase liking it rough.
“Jaden, just breathe,” he said as he pulled me towards the lounge chairs.
He was rubbing lotion on my back as I continued to think about it. Before I knew I had opened my mouth I whispered, “How do you do rough with love?”
I guess I had not asked low enough because Lori gasped and John laughed. Chase’s hands stilled and I felt my face flame.
“Damn, twice in one day,” John said between breaths. “I didn’t know you had that much blood in your face Chase.”
Chapter Twenty
Returning to Reality
I ignored John’s comment and finished rubbing lotion on Jaden. My cell rang. I pulled it out of my pocket, answering it. “Daniels,” I said.
“Chase, it’s Sandy,” she said. “The contracts are in and they said if the negotiations aren’t complete by Friday their going to pull out.”
“Shit,” I said looking at Jaden. “Ok, Sandy. I will be back in a few hours.” Then I hung up.
Jaden was looking at me with a question in her eyes. I squatted down next to her. I brought her hand to my lips and kissed. “I have to go back,” I said sadly. “Will you come with me?”
She smiled. “Yes, anything you want,” she answered and my heart did a triple backflip. I let a breath out I hadn’t realized I had been holding.
“You two are leaving?” Lori asked.
I nodded. “I have a contract about to fall through,” I explained. “They demanded that I handle the negotiations or they will pull out.”
