“So let’s get down to the cost of this property then” the large man said and looked a Tom,
“you are asking £150.000 for it, well that’s far too much for me, I was thinking £75.000 maybe” Tom put in, the big man laughed out loud, “you want to screw me over I think, I do want a quick sale but not at that price boy” the large man put to Tom,
“Ninety thousand and that’s the highest I can go, the re-furbishment will cost me too much on top” Tom replied,
“One hundred grand” Marco exclaimed,
“You have a deal sir” Tom said and smiled.
They both shook hands and drank their drinks,
Marco said he would be in touch and so will the agent to finalise the deal, he wished Tom good luck and left Tom in the pub,
Tom went to the bar and had another drink.
He thought about the two girls, he had plans for them, he would need staff and he thought he could trust them,
He had the number of one of the girls in his mobile, they swapped numbers last night,
He rang the number and one the girls answered,
“Hi Tom how are you, you coming over” she asked, “how about you come out with me tonight and stay at my place after, plenty of room, how do you fancy working for me when I get the hotel sorted” Tom put to her,
“sounds great, it will sort us out and get us back on our feet, you really mean this Tom”
She asked, “for sure, it will take a good while for the hotel to be up and running, I’ll pay you cash in hand until you can maybe change your names and hide for good from the Navy, we will have a good chat later, meet me in the pub around eight ish” Tom told her, he heard a scream as she told her friend,
“see you later then” she said, Tom told them where the pub was and hung up, he made his way to a cashpoint and checked his account, the money had cleared showing a balance of £250.000 available, Tom went into the bank which was just about to close, he had to show ID as you do and drew out five thousand pounds in cash,
He left and went back to his hotel, he found who he was looking for, Jack the landlord,
“Need a chat sir” Tom said, “Loose the Sir lad or you’ll get a thick ear off me” the landlord exclaimed!
“What’s up then lad” Jack asked him?
I need a favour for a while and then I have a proposition for you, fancy a drink and we can have a chat” Tom put to him,
“You in some kind of shit lad, need me to disappear you for a while, no problem” Jack announced and walked to the office behind the small reception area,
Jack opened his draw and took out a bottle of whisky, he filled two glasses and passed one to Tom,
Tom sat down,
“ok Jack, I have run into some good luck, money, I went AWOL from the Army a long time ago and have got into a lot of trouble in the past, I need to change my identity, that’s the first thing”, Jack nodded, “next thing is I have two girls I need to look after for a while, they too are AWOL, can I change my room for a bigger one, I have plenty of money to pay for the disturbance, third thing is, Jack cut him off,
“You’ll have to slow down a bit lad” Jack said and took a large sip from his glass, he poured another, Jack lit a cigarette and passed one to Tom,
“ok, I plan to buy a hotel in Soho, you probably know it, the one in Brewer street, got badly burned up a while ago and is in a mess now, like I said I have come into a lot of money, another long story, my plan is to refurbish the hotel and get it up and running again, would you like to be the manager caretaker for me, I don’t want myself known to everyone that the hotel is mine for certain reasons that I’m sure you understand” Tom told him,
Jack sat back and gave Tom a hard stare,
“I know that place, got burnt years ago, was a hotel for gays and that, the anti-gay society in those days were very anti – gay, nowadays no one gives a hoot what you do and who you do it with, I heard they were going to pull it down, with the old cinema too”
Tom listed to Jack, “yes I knew the owner quite well, he passed away, heart attack and he had no one to leave it too, some foreigner got his hands on it with plans that didn’t go through and I heard he has major problems trying to sell if now” Jack exclaimed,
“You know a lot about a lot I see Jack” Tom put in and finished his drink,
“Yes I’ve been around the block a few times son, I know exactly what’s going on in Soho,
Changing all the time, I have often thought about jacking this place in but the owner keeps throwing me a good bonus and lets me do my own thing as long as keep the rooms full and the old place ticking over, so what exactly are you saying to me, what sort of money are we talking about, tell me a lot more Tom” Jack growled!
They both drank some more and smoked another cigarette and Tom told him what he would like to see happen, Jack listened.
Jack agreed to Toms idea and said yes to Tom,
It was going to take a good while to sort the hotel so there was no rush for anything, Tom had a plan, he needed to find some trustworthy contractors, Jack would help him out there, he also needed a guy who was good with IT stuff and installing a very good CCTV system up, Tom had some in-depth plans where the CCTV was concerned, he only wanted one engineer to know about the CCTV and Tom would have to pay him off well to keep stom or make him disappear,
Tom gave Jack a few thousand for the change of room and the ongoing rent and sorting out contractors, Tom was going to ask the girls if they could help out with the new interior designs of the hotel.
The room was changed quickly and Tom sorted his stuff out, there was a king sized bed and on-suite, large TV and internet access and a few more posh things added.
Tom thanked Jack and told he would be back later with the two girls, Jack motioned to him no problem, Tom got changed and made his way to the pub to meet his new friends,
The girls were there waiting for him, they looked a lot different wearing trendy cloths and makeup with their hair done,
“Well look at you two” Tom announced and blew them a kiss, acting a bit girly,
“Hello peeping Tom” one of the girls said,
Tina was the name of one of them and Tony was the name of the other, they were natural blondes with fit bodies, they were both in their late twenties and lesbian, or bi but Tom knew he was in there,
Tom got a drink and joined the girls, “you two brush up well and smell divine, Tom kissed them both on the cheeks,
“How’s my hotel then” Tom asked?
“The security guard came round earlier on, Tony made him happy and he left us” Tina exclaimed, Tony made a throw up gesture, “hope you’ve cleaned your teach madam” Tom announced, they all laughed,
“Didn’t need too” she replied and showed a hand job gesture, Tina slapped Tony on the leg, “dirty cow” she growled and they laughed again,
“Girls I have a plan and I would like you two in on it with me, I’ll explain” Tom announced and told them what he was thinking about,
Tom waffled on for a good while, more drinks were ordered and they had a few cigarettes out the back,
They all stayed in the pub for a few hours enjoying themselves and slowly getting drunk,
Tom told them more about his dodgy past and that he was bi-sexual, the girls said they were too,
They all left the bar in a happy way, they walked down the road hand in hand when someone shouted from behind them,
“Faggots, you lot should be put down, give London a bad name you lot” a group of thugs were walking behind them looking a bit drunk and looking for trouble,
“Ok girls let’s just get into the next bar and let them go on” Tom said and pulled them forward, “hang on a second, I hate this shit, why should we have to take all this crap” Tina growled, she turned around and stared at the four lads who were getting closer now, Tony stood her ground too, “this is going to be messy” Tom whispered,
“Oh Nancy boy wants to run away look” one of the thugs shouted, the thugs laughed,

bsp; “Ok boys is there a problem here, is it not time for mummy to wipe you bum and put you to bed” Tony exclaimed,
“You’re a funny bitch aren’t you, I bet you’re the fellow then” one of the boys growled,
“you lot should be quarantined and kept away from us straight people” the other thug put in, one of the other lads came forward, he had a knife in his hand, “I’m going to cut your gay dick off and stuff it up your arse boy” one of the thugs announced,
“you stupid boy” Tina said out loud and at that moment Tony swung around and caught the lad with the knife full on in the jaw with her big heeled boots, the lad flung backwards, Tina, she was too quick for him, she gave him too hard punched to his face and then ducked down as he swung for her, she kicked up and caught him between the legs, as this was happening the two other lads were onto Tom, Tom slashed out with his scissors and caught them both, Tom was flung to the floor and got kicked, Tony pulled the lad off Tom by his hair and kicked him between the legs, he cried out and laid in a heap on the floor next to his mate, Tom was on his feet, one of the lads got a lucky punch on Tina and she fell backwards, Tony spun around again and her boot went into the lads stomach, Tina kicked up and caught the same lad in the side of the head, he fell backwards onto the stone road, the other lad ran off as Tom slashed his arm,
The three of them left the three lads on the floor in pain and bleeding, Tina, Tony and Tom got out of there as they heard a police siren coming from somewhere,
They found another bar, Tina and Tony went straight to the toilets to clean up and Tom got some drinks in, he didn’t look to bad, just another lad out drinking looking a bit worse for wear, he sat down in a quiet corner and waited for the girls,
They walked over looking sexy again and sat next to Tom,
“What the fuck just happened then”
“Are we bad or are we just bad” Tony exclaimed!
“Kicked their arses out there” Tina put in,
Tom laughed, “I think we all caught a dig or two” he put in rubbing his jaw,
“I take it you picked up a few moves whilst you were in the Navy I see, thanks girls” Tom said to them both,
Tony and Tina nodded and drank their drinks, they stayed till last orders and walked out, there was a police car down the road with some officers walking about there was also an ambulance there too,
“yes that’s what you get when you mess with us” Tony growled, they walked the other way towards Toms hotel, they passed a Chinese takeaway and got some food to take back, Tom had told them earlier on they could stay with him for a while until things were up and running with the hotel.
The hotel started to be re-built, Jack had sorted out the builders and all was running to plan, it took a good six months, Jack was on top of things and the Tina and Toni designed the interior, Tom was well happy, the Hotel was done, it cost a good Hundred thousand and all his money was nearly gone,
Tom arranged for Jack and the girls to go on holiday for two weeks for their hard work, he paid them well and off they went.
He wanted to be alone to sort one more thing out in the hotel.
CHAPTER 6:
Toms Hotel:
Tom was on his own in his hotel, he fantasized about secret cameras in every room, in every on suite bathroom, he wanted it done, the normal CCTV cameras would be monitored by his night security guard but the other cameras that would be on another system would only be viewed by Tom in his secret roof apartment, he employed a chap he found on the internet to install covert hidden cameras in all of the rooms in the his hotel, the guy was called Paul, he was gay and Tom entertained him for his work well, it took a good ten days for all the cameras to be installed in every room and to be viewed in his Toms apartment, the guy was fine to do it as Tom was very good to him and offered to pay him too much for his work,
He taught tom his work and Tom picked it up with ease.
The day it was all done, Tom invited his engineer friend who had done all the work with the cameras to a nice meal and afters, they had slept together a few times whilst he was installing the cameras anyway so nothing was new,
The meal was nice, lamb kebabs on skewers and a side salad, Tom plied his friend with plenty of red wine before and through the meal,
They both laughed at their own banter,
Tom leant forward and kissed his him.
The meal was finished and they had some fun together,
Tom led his engineer friend to the shower and they got inside and played around,
Tom turned his friend around so he was facing the tiles, he massaged his bottom and massaged his back,
“Come on Tom, give it to me please” his friend told him, Tom gave it to him,
There was a scream and blood flowed into the bottom of the shower, Tom pushed hard and held his friend up for a moment then let him slump to the shower floor in silence,
Tom pulled the kebab skewer out of his engineer’s bottom, there was a lot of blood and Tom washed himself and sang to the loud music playing, Tom knelt over him and played with himself till he orgasmed and stabbed him again, Tom rubbed his blood over himself and enjoyed the moment.
Tom stayed in the shower for a good hour looking at the corpse at his feet, he got out and got dressed in his dressing gown, and he went through to his lounge and had a drink,
Tom went out onto the roof and had a cigarette, there was a telescope outside and he had a good look around, it was powerful so Tom could see a lot if he wanted to and he watched for a good while.
It was late now, Tom went back inside and put the body into plastic sheeting, he had bought a while ago, it was hard going as he dragged the body to the lift, the lift was a secret that it went to his roof apartment, the lift could only go to Toms place with a special key that had to be inserted behind the emergency telephone on the lift panel.
He went down to the ground floor and dragged the body down to the basement and pushed him into a well that was discovered when the re-furb was going on, there was a hidden cover under the floor tiles that could only be lifted by a special tool that Tom had, he planned later on to have an incinerator put in the basement for rubbish and other stuff.
The plastic sheeting kept all the blood from going everywhere, tom cleaned up anyway,
Tom went back upstairs and relaxed for a while, he checked the cameras,
He could view every room, even the bathrooms with zoom in if he wanted it, his engineer friend had done a master job but Tom could not risk the fact that someone else knew of the covert cameras in all the rooms, so he had to go and that was that.
Tom woke up late, he fell asleep next to the telescope, and he remembered watching a girl in her apartment through his powerful telescope, she dancing around in her underwear and Tom was turned on, he fell asleep after consuming half a bottle vodka.
He woke up with a bad head and quickly sorted himself out, he went down to the reception to check on things,
Tom roamed around and went into the bar, he made himself a drink and played some pool, there was a big TV on the wall and Tom put the gay adult channel on and watched,
He had the whole day to himself, Jack, Toni and Tina would be back later that evening, they had access to their annex from the side alley way that was now well lit and covered by CCTV, his new staff would be arriving the next morning ready to open the following day.
Tom made some snacks in the kitchen and went back to watching TV, he drank and smoked away and eventually fell asleep,
Tom awoke to the buzzing of his mobile phone in his pocket,
It was Toni telling him they were all back and she asked how he was and if he fancied a drink later to talk about their fun on holiday, Tom said nicely to her that he was a bit too busy finalizing things out and arranging to see his new staff tomorrow morning, the girls were fine with it and left him too it,
Tom cleaned up and went to his place on the roof, he got in the elevator and opened the emergency phone hatch, he pulled the phone of its hook and there was a small key hole, Tom
inserted his small key that he had around his neck and turned it, the lift went past the fourth floor slowly and stopped, Tom had to turn the key backwards for the door to open, the door opened to reveal Toms small porch way and his front door, the builder who built this told Tom didn’t actually need a front door, when the lift door opens he could just walk straight into his place, Tom wanted a door put in just in case.
Tom went out onto the roof and sat on his patio with a stiff drink and smoked a cigarette, he looked through his telescope at neibouring buildings and watched,
Tom went back inside and sat at his computer station set up, he picked the camera in Toni and Tina’s place, they had just got out of the shower together and played with each other on the bed, Tom watched until he fell asleep.
He woke up, it was after one in the morning, the camera was still on the girls room, they were fast asleep, Tom made a drink and went to his window, he looked through his telescope and saw a fat woman in her apartment getting changed, Tom lit a cigarette and watched her for a while,
He decided to go to bed as tomorrow was going to be a long one.
The morning came to quickly and Tom got up, he washed and shaved and had some breakfast, he went down to the main reception area and turned on all the lights, he went through to the kitchen and made himself a coffee, Tom looked out of the window at people passing by,
There was a knock at the front door and Tom opened it,
A girl in her early thirties was standing there, “hello Tom” she said and came forward and kissed him on the cheek,
“glad you could come Suzi, I need a girl with a good head on her shoulders for my reception and I know you can do it, come in and welcome to Toms hotel” Tom exclaimed and took her case, Toni and Tina came through in their uniforms looking smart, Toni and Tina would run the bar and help with the kitchen and reception when needed,
Tom showed Suzi where she was to stay, out the back Tom had had built another annex for all his staff who wanted to live in, Tom liked it like that so he could keep an eye on everyone, Suzi was very happy and hugged Tom, they nearly had a thing in the past,
