I tried to contain my giddiness. My other hand rested on his eight pack.
“I hope you can handle it, when it is time.”
“I hope so too,” I replied.
“I will try to wait patiently. I can’t believe your will power.”
“Baby, believe it. When I get home tomorrow morning I will have to jack off again, so I can be ready for our date.”
I fell back against the head board laughing.
“Ok, I’m going to be a good girl for the rest of the night. Let’s focus on the tv show.”
I was in heaven, sitting in bed with my soon to be sex toy. If he wasn’t here, I would break out that electric Rabbit so fast, and let go of my pent-up frustrations. I’ll just have to wait until he leaves in the morning. Then I’m going to take care of myself.
The show we were watching was good. Jeff must have had a long day because, I glanced over at him, he was sound asleep. I’m sure those three orgasms contributed to his peaceful slumber.
Slipping out of bed, I scurried into the bathroom, and began brushing my teeth. Once I was done, I wrapped my hair in my head scarf, then walked down the hall. After retrieving his clothes from the dryer, I folded them, then placed his clothes on one of the chairs in the corner of my bedroom.
I dimmed the light in the bathroom in case Jeff woke up he could find his way into the bathroom.
Jeff was sleeping with his back to me. That wasn’t going to work. I needed him close to me. I turned him over, facing me. I slipped under the comforter, into his arms resting my ass lightly against his dick. I placed Jeff’s hand over my left breast, then I began dozing off to sleep.
“Goodnight Sierra.”
His voice was groggy, yet sexy.
“Goodnight Jeff.”
CHAPTER THIRTY
JEFF
Sierra desperately tried getting what she cannot handle last night. Having a security system installed in her house was minor. I was telling the truth, I had several of the systems on hand. Usually, I over bill a customer for something on every job. I would inform them I needed so many pounds of cement to create walkways for their shiny new businesses.
They have no fucking idea how many pounds it takes to create sidewalks. I used the extra money for whatever I need to do on the side. I learned that from my great-great grandfather. He said you always have to make someone else pay. Hence, if I get this big job, I’ll be over charging them for so much shit on the back end it will be enough to build a couple of new houses. Sierra doesn’t need to know any of that. She just has to know that I will take care of her.
I don’t know what it is, but every time I’m around Sierra, I feel like I can tell her anything. I love the way she runs her fingers through my hair, making me feel relaxed. Sucking and licking her beautiful breasts, made me want to fuck her all over her house. It was the perfect time. Neither, of us have our children for the weekend. It was grown-up time. I wanted nothing more than to fuck her long and hard. Part of me hates she wanted it so bad. I wondered did she want sex from me because she is sexually attracted to me or if she wants more between us. Sierra needed to know I was broken. I wanted her to understand I don’t just want sex from her, I want more or nothing at all. I will walk away if I absolutely have to.
I’m not saying it wouldn’t be hard to walk away. I haven’t jacked off this much in my life. Fuck, for Christ sake, I’m beating off again in the shower. Spending the night at her house wasn’t my plan. Dinner was the only plan. The way she handled my cock, made me want to bend her over the bed and fuck the shit out of her. I should have had sex with her. I would probably be having morning sex with her right now. But no, Dillon had to take the fucking high road.
Sierra felt good in my arms last night. My hand resting on her breast most of the night, made me want to rest my hand somewhere else, within the folds of her wet pussy. There is no way she wasn’t wet. Feeling her wet panties would have pushed me over the edge. I would have fucked her for sure.
Getting through our date today is my focus. I’m just going to drop her off at home, and go about my business. No night cap shit tonight.
~
The weather was perfect for a hot air balloon ride. I arrived at Sierras at 11:00 a.m. Hopping out of my truck, I rang the side doorbell. A few moments later, Sierra opened the door, greeting me with a wide smile. She looked beautiful. I could feel my dick stirring, shit.
Sierra leaned against my chest, naturally, allowing me to take her pretty pink lips. I almost lost my train of thought.
“Baby, did you set the alarm?”
“Oh shoot, no.”
“Sierra, you cannot forget to set it. Do you need my help?”
She ran toward the kitchen. “No, I remember what to do. One sec.”
I waited in the doorway for her. My eyes followed her as she bounced down the steps toward me, in her green blazer, cream blouse, tight jeans, and three-quarter length brown boots. Her hair was swept up into a neat ball in the middle of her head. Pulling her hair out of the neat ball, watching it fall upon her shoulders as I fuck her good against the wall, would feel great right about now.
I snapped out of my day dream. Sierra wrapped a light weight decorative scarf around her neck, clutching her expensive purse at her side. After locking the side door, Sierra, hopped inside my truck. I jumped behind the steering wheel. We placed our sunglasses over our eyes at the same time. I smiled at her.
“What? It’s supposed to be pretty sunny today.”
I smirked. “I know.” I leaned over taking her perfect luscious lips.
“Baby, you’re making this hard for me.”
Sierra smiled against my lips. “I know baby. Imagine how bad I want you.”
“Want me...” My eyes pointed down toward my dick behind my sunglasses. “…Or him.”
Sierra placed her gentle hands upon my bearded face. “Jeff, all of you.” She placed one of her hands over my heart.
I pulled her closer into a hug. I was getting kind of teary eyed. Something I just don’t do.
Sitting back upright behind the steering wheel, I cleared my throat, as I backed out of the drive way. I pulled her visor down in an attempt to keep the sun out of her face. “We should arrive at the vineyard in a half hour.”
There was a sudden awkwardness between us, because of my actions. I didn’t mean for that to happen. I’m just guarding my heart right now. Somehow, Sierra is shedding the thousands of layers surrounding my heart.
“I hope you are ready to eat!”
Sierra focused on the lustrous trees in passing as we drove down the highway.
“I am. I’m surprised you can’t hear my stomach growling.”
We both laughed.
“Do you mind if I turn on the radio?”
“No, go right ahead.”
Sierra tuned into a hip-hop station on satellite radio.
I hummed along to the song on the radio.
“Have you talked to Dillon and Lily today?”
“Yeah, Dillon called me from his grandparents’ house this morning. He was excited about his Tae Kwon Do class today. Lily was screaming in the background about her dance class. Lily has a ballet recital next week on Wednesday.” I smiled.
Sierra smiled. “I bet she is going to be super cute! Make sure you show me pictures.”
“What plans do you have for Shana and Jason?”
“They flew to Dallas yesterday to watch their dad play against the Cowboys Sunday. In the mean time they’re taking in the sights. Tomorrow, I look forward to sleeping in. Then working on payroll.”
“Yeah, Sunday is my lazy day to.”
“It feels good doesn’t it? To just relax.”
“Sierra, it sure does. I’ll probably sip a couple of cold ones while I’m watching the football game tomorrow night.”
“Oh, my goodness the balloons are beautiful!” Sierra pointed as we drove down an open road toward the vineyard.
“I’ve never been in a hot air balloon, sky diving, or been in a Blimp.”
I c
huckled. “Do you want to go sky diving?”
“Yes.”
After pulling into a parking space, we exited my truck.
Intertwining our fingers, we walked into the restaurant. A waitress seated us at a table then took our drink order, before stepping away. Sierra and I scoured the menu. The waitress returned, taking our order.
I placed our tickets on the table. “This is our first time here.”
The waitress glanced at our tickets. “After brunch, step over to that red door to your left and your Guide will be waiting.”
“Thank you.”
Sierra swooped up the tickets. “$750!” she yelled in a whisper.
“What’s wrong?”
“How can you afford to spend that much money for one date?”
I leaned forward. “Sierra, remember the project we talked about last night?”
“Yeah.”
“We don’t build small complexes anymore. You never looked me up?”
“Besides glancing at your website no. Clearly I should have.”
Sierra began typing on her cell, then read in aloud.
“K&J construction, is a multi-million-dollar company. Top two in the state of Oregon.”
Her eyes shot over at me. “Are you trying to impress me?”
“No Sierra, I’m living my life with you. I can afford the finer things in life. I rarely spend money on toys for myself. That needs to change.”
“I’ll say.”
The waitress placed our meals on the table. Sierra glanced back over at me, as the waitress stepped away.
“What’s up?”
“Do you pay your ex-wife a lot of money?”
I cringed inside at her question. “I pay enough.
Two mortgages, two car payments, tuition, child support, and all my children’s extracurricular activities.”
Her eyes widened.
CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE
JEFF
I wondered what she was thinking. She focused on her breakfast. Glancing around the restaurant, I noticed it was filling up quick. A couple sat at a table next to us. The guy kept staring at Sierra and me. I wonder does he want in on our conversation. I don’t want to show my ugly side in front of her. We’ve only been dating a little over a week. How would it look if I slam his face into his plate of pancakes?
While Sierra stared at her plate, I sat back in my chair, making eye contact with the guy, shooting him a sour look. His eyes quickly returned to the woman sitting across from him. I dug into the French toast I ordered.
“Sierra, do you think I couldn’t take care of you and your children, because I’m maintaining two households?”
Her face fell still as she stared into my brown eyes.
“Be honest, that’s what you’re thinking, right.”
“I don’t need….”
I cut her off. “Don’t insult my intelligence Sierra.” I leaned forward.
“I know you can take care of your family. But as your man, you need to know I can help you out. Most importantly you need to know if a man can take care of you. That is a man’s responsibility, to take care of his family. I can take care of you.”
“I understand.” She glanced around the restaurant then back at me.
“The food is good.”
She changed the subject. It doesn’t matter who Sierra’s dating. She should know if the man can take care of her. Can’t wait three weeks or a year down the line to find out if he can take care of her or not. She has children she needs to know. Not saying she has to find someone on her ex-husbands level or my level. A guy who makes six figures would work. I’ll show Sierra I can take care of her.
“I agree it is good. Are you ready to go?”
“I’m going to run to the restroom, I’ll be ready to go when I return.”
“Ok.”
I flagged down the waitress after Sierra stepped away. Last night plays in my head over and over again. I need to stop thinking about it while I’m out in public or everyone is going to witness my huge hard on. I feel myself pulling back from Sierra. It isn’t right I punish her for all the wrong Lindsay did to me. Deep down I understand. Not every woman would cheat or act ungrateful. I have to get my head back in the game. Focus on Sierra and me. While she and I are together, she is all that matters.
It is important that I pull back just a bit. I need to pay attention to all the red flags. I won’t let another woman cloud my judgement with a pretty face and good pussy. Glancing across the restaurant, I notice Sierra walking toward me. Stepping away from the table, I meet her halfway leading her toward the man holding up a blue sheet of paper that read Sierra.
A huge smile curled Sierra’s lips. “Why did you have them put my name on the paper?”
“So, I could get the reaction I just received from you.”
I smiled, sweeping my arm around her shoulder.
“Hello, my name is Rodney. I will be your guide for the day.”
“Hello,” Sierra and I said respectively.
I gave the guy our tickets.
“Would you like to start the tour with a bottle of wine?”
“Yes, Sierra,” responded.
“We need to loosen my date up a bit.” She smiled.
“Alright follow me.”
We stopped at a wine station tasting a red then a white wine. Sierra and I chose the white.
Rodney placed the bottle of wine and two glasses inside a picnic basket.
I helped Sierra inside the hot air balloon.
“We will finish the vineyard tour after the balloon ride.
“Ok,” I stated.
Sierra and I glanced over the side of the balloon as we lifted off the ground.
Once we were in the air, Rodney poured Sierra and me a glass of wine.
Sierra placed her free hand on my chest, leaning into my ear. “You look very nice today.”
“Thank you.” I wore a beige blazer, black t-shirt that clung to my pecs and arms. I completed my outfit with jeans and black loafers. I trimmed my beard closer to my face. My thick brown curls were a little more defined today. I applied mousse to my hair today, I usually don’t through the week.
Sierra returned her attention to the view of Newberg, Oregon.
“Jeff, do you like to hike?”
“No, never hiked a day in my life. Do you?”
“No. I do like to walk or run along nature trails though.”
“How often do you run?”
“Not nearly enough. Usually on the weekends I don’t have the kids.”
“When do you find time to work out?”
“Usually if I don’t have my kids for a week at a time I will go every day.”
Her eyebrows raised. “Don’t you lift enough heavy equipment at work?”
“Very seldom do I lift more than a clip board.”
“Your determination to stay in shape is impressive.”
“Working out is kind of a way to blow off steam.”
“Oh, I get it. You use the gym to keep your mind off sex. Smart,” she smirked.
“I see you have it all figured out,” I stated against the brim of my glass.
Finishing off the glass of wine, I placed it in the hanging picnic basket behind us.
I stood behind Sierra, placing my arms on either side of her clutching the edge of the basket, taking in her floral fragrance. “How do you like our date so far?”
“I love it! It’s not your typical dinner and a movie date.”
Wrapping my arms snug around her waist, planting my lips against her neck, I heard her gasp.
“I love the view from up here. The trees and lakes are beautiful. Jeff, did I go too far last night?”
“No baby, you didn’t.” I kissed the side of her head.
CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO
JEFF
Sierra turned around in my arms, her eyes shifted from side to side as she gazed into my eyes. “Are you sure?”
Removing the empty wine glass from her hand, I placed it in the basket. My hands swept a
long her neck, slowly my lips tasted hers. “Sierra, what are you worried about?”
“That we moved too fast.”
I could see the worry in her eyes.
“After leaving your house at 8 a.m. this morning, I didn’t go home and go back to sleep, instead I took a shower, dressed up…”
A huge smile widened across her face.
“…Then picked you up, bringing you on our special fourth date.”
Sierra pressed her lips against mine. “It is special. I love this date. It’s my second favorite date.”
“What’s the other?”
She brushed her hand along my bearded cheek. “Last night. Your body is perfect.”
My face reddened. I gazed into her beautiful gray eyes.
“Thank you.”
Sierra turned facing the beautiful view then slightly leaning over the side, gawked openly at the lake.
“We are heading back to the vineyard folks,” said Rodney.
Sierra and I focused on Oregon’s beauty and charm.
∞
We followed Rodney toward the vineyard after our balloon ride ended. Sierra slipped her hand in mine.
“Rodney, the vineyard is beautiful!” Sierra gleamed.
“Thank you. I’m going to take you both into the production plant. This will allow you to see how the wine is made from start to finish.”
Sierra smiled at me raising her glass. I could tell she was feeling the wine. Her hand slipped from around my waist to my ass. My tolerance for alcohol is stronger, it would take a couple bottles before I feel it. I sure didn’t mind her being grabby I actually loved it. Didn’t matter who saw her all over me. Throughout our tour, women winked at me, and stared. My response was kissing on Sierra, I made it clear I wasn’t interested in anyone other than her.
After our tour, I paid for a few cases of wine to be delivered to our houses. Once on the road back to the city, I realized I wasn’t ready to take Sierra home. I parked outside the gate of my company’s construction site. The temperature rose to sixty-five degrees. It was a beautiful Autumn day. Sierra glanced at the gate with my company’s name on it, then turned to me.
“Am I finally getting my tour?”
“Yes. Sierra you can come here anytime, if you don’t mind the guys whistling at you.”
