Her mother frowned and glanced at her neck. “Who is going to have a fit?”
“My mates think I have this thing for Elves, and if you’re close enough, the ears of the dragon, the green color…” Annabelle smiled as all the ladies laughed, while the waitress put their drinks down in front of them.
“So what does this mean to me? I’m not going to have something more painful done to me am I?” Annabelle took a sip of her rum and coke and sighed. It had been over a year since she had a drink, and right now this one was going down so good.
“No, nothing like that, but on our world, where your family is from, it is a sign that it is once again time for the dragons to start to appear.” The ladies sighed. “You see, it’s been ages since we have encountered any males that can shift. Maybe with the new generation, we will see more. I know your children will be shifters.”
Annabelle glanced up at Agar and frowned. “You mean they’ll have to go through the pain, like I did?”
“Yes, but it only happens once, and only when their body is ready for it. I’m afraid yours wasn’t ready for it, but with your mates carrying the dragons, and you being upset, well your transformation came upon you fast.” Dana took a drink of her water.
“We really should be going, but we had to stop by and welcome you. You give us hope child, thank you.”
All three women stood and started to leave. “Wait one question. Will my mates be able to shift eventually?”
Dana glanced at Alger and they nodded. “They might be able to one day, when their dragons combine their life force with that of the man’s. But once again, it is up to the dragons they carry. You do know that their dragons are different, more powerful?”
Tapping her fork on the table Annabelle nodded. “Yes, I’ve been told the story.” She smiled as they turned and left.
Annabelle pulled out the letters she had grabbed from the bags of emails. She was bound to find at least three people she could help personally.
“Are you going to tell me why your mates think you have this thing for little green men?” Her mother asked and Sandy laughed.
She smiled and leaned back as the waitress put their plates in front of them. When the waitress was gone Annabelle smiled and took a bite of her food. “I was talking to them about a new club that Pundegr owns and that they caught me in last week. It’s called Elves Dungeon.” She shrugged and glanced over at Sandy who had a big smile on her face.
“What? Dwayne took me there the other night, and let’s just say he had to carry me home. “
“Damn, I wish I could have one of those nights, but with all of them so busy, and with Christmas around the corner, and now having to deal with other worlds, we’ll it’s not likely we’ll get there. I expect the council to show up anytime now and then I’ll never see my mates.” Annabelle picked at her food, all of a sudden not so hungry.
Reaching over, Sandy grabbed hold of her hand and squeezed. “It will get better, everything is new now. Annabelle, give them time.”
She snorted and put the fork down as she grabbed one of the letters in front of her. “I was new to, you know? It’s only been a little over a year and half, and most of that time I was pregnant. You’d think they would move heaven and earth to be with me, especially Alocer since he held back while I was pregnant.” She didn’t know why, but lately the thought of Alocer had her body heating up.
“Annabelle, there will be times you won’t see your mates, for a good three to five days at a time. You’re going to have to find some way to keep yourself occupied, and this letter thing is a great way to do it. But what gave you the idea to name it after the Elves? Aren’t they a little upset about it?”
“No, we told her to use the name.” Pundegr leaned down and kissed her cheek. “Am I late?”
“You keep that up, and all three of my men are going to make elf soup out of you, and no you’re not late.” She laughed.
Pundegr sat down in one of the missing ladies’ chairs.
Her mother gave her a look and she rolled her eyes. “We’re real close. I’m helping him with something now. So tell me how it’s going? Did she accept?”
Motioning for the waitress, Pundegr smiled and nodded. “That’s why I’m late. I’m going to have to ask for a favor Annabelle.”
She looked up from her letter and shook her head. “What?”
“Your friend Daisy, she won’t come to the club unless you are there, tonight.” Pundegr took a swig of his beer and glanced at her.
“You really want to die young, don’t you? Not only are they going to kill you, but they’re going to kill me. My mates can’t get away, and I know for a fact I can’t go into a private club by myself, and especially not since I got caught last week. They already want to talk to you.”
Pundegr nodded to Sandy. “Bring Sandy and your mom. The three of you can sit at one of the tables and have supper. I believe I heard Marcus talking about meeting with two of the council members tonight. ”Pundegr laid his beer down and stared at her.
“Please, she won’t come into the club without you there. I can have a car pick you up. I’ve even hired extra security for you. I believe she’s mine, Annabelle, but I won’t be able to tell, well you know.”
Sandy sat forward. “Wait, are we talking about Daisy, from past accounts? That Daisy?”
She nodded and smiled. “Yes, that Daisy. I arranged a blind date, with Pundegr and her, over three weeks ago. Seems they can’t get enough of each other. You mean elves can’t tell if someone is their mate without doing the nasty?” Annabelle wiggled her eyebrows.
He laughed and nodded. “Afraid so, we’re not lucky like the Vampires or the demon population.”
Sandy ignored Pundegr. “Well I’ll be damned. I thought it would take her a good year, before she ever tried to date again, especially after that asshole from receiving embarrassed her.”
A slow smile formed on her face, as she remembered the first time back to the plant, after marrying her men. “Oh, he’s been taken care of.”
“Okay, spill it, what did you do?” Sandy scooted her chair up, and she leaned over, her elbows on the table, until she remembered Pundegr was still waiting.
“We’ll be there, but you owe me big time, and you’ll run interference for me with my mates, if it comes to it. What’s tonight’s theme?” Annabelle laughed at Sandy.
He scooted his chair back finishing his beer. “Elves of course. Be dressed in anything green.”
Sandy rolled her eyes and waved him off. “Now tell me.”
“Nothing really to tell, remember that week when Marcus and Lance had a big meeting upstairs with the overseas operation, and to announce our marriage?”
Sandy nodded and stared to eat her food as did her mother. “Well, while I was there I paid a little visit to receiving, and sure enough the dick started on me. Guess he didn’t hear through the grapevine who I had married. I mean he even tried to grab my ass. Thank god Marcus or Lance didn’t see that.”
Sandy shook her head. “God was he stupid.”
“He wouldn’t be alive, that’s for sure. So what did you do, fire his ass?” Her mother asked and she nodded.
“Yep, sure did, but he didn’t believe that I could do that, until he called upstairs and got hold of Marcus. Let’s just say, when the creep called me a bimbo, well Marcus couldn’t escort the man out of the building fast enough. Ever since then, any time I go into the warehouse, everyone is on their toes.”
“I’ve been thinking about how to get to this club tonight. We know the men will be with the council, so why don’t we leave around 7:00? You can feed the babies for the night before we leave. The men won’t be home till well after midnight anyway.”
Annabelle nodded and sat back. “We need to go shopping. I don’t have any green outfits for tonight.”
“There are two new stores in the mall. Let’s go there. I want to buy the triplets something,” Sandy said pushing her chair back.
“They have everything they could possible need, S
andy.” Annabelle laughed and grabbed the bill before any of them could say anything. “My treat!” she laughed when her mother gave her the finger.
* * * *
Annabelle laughed at Daisy as she pulled at the small dress she wore. “I can’t believe I’m in this thing and I let Pundegr talk me into this.” Daisy laughed and followed her into the main room of the club, the bar, dining room, and show room.
“Hey my outfit is twice as skimpy as yours. At least Pundegr was considerate and left some spots covered.” Annabelle happened to like what she wore, for the first time since the birth of her children she felt beautiful. When she had walked in the club earlier all eyes had turn on them. She had even had a couple of Doms come up to her, before Pundegr came over with the wrist bands, but all the while she had thought of what Alocer would do to her if he seen her in it.
Annabelle tugged down the green corset, her thong bottom showed her full round globes and her large breast were pushed up nicely. Yes, she was hot tonight, her hair down touching her ass and large green feather bells in her ears.
“So what are these colored arm bands about?” Daisy asked as she led her to the round table in the back where Sandy and her mom sat.
“That lets the other Doms know that you are taken, or available if you wear a red one.” Annabelle glanced around the room and smiled as a couple of Doms checked both of them out as they walked past them. “I had three Doms come up to me before Pundegr could put this on, so it helps.”
“So I’m taken then?” Daisy smiled and ran her hand over the band.
“You most certainty are.” Pundegr wrapped his arm around them, escorting them the rest of the way to the table. “So Annabelle, what do you think of the club?”
She laughed and sat down next to Sandy. “You know I love it, especially the stage up there, but I didn’t dare go into the theme rooms without my mates. As it is, I’m sure I won’t be able to sit for a week for coming here.”
Annabelle laughed when Daisy frowned and looked scared. “You mean he would spank you?” She squeaked and all of them laughed.
“Oh Daisy, you don’t know what you are missing, when a man lays you across his lap, his hand warming up your back side, at the same time his fingers drifting where ever he wants. God it’s been a long time.” Annabelle fanned herself, and froze when Alocer’s right hand man walked into the room.
“Shit! Mom I thought you said the meeting was going to be late?” She nodded to Tarsus who was now making his way to their table. “I’m so freaking dead. Pundegr I suggest you hide!”
“Well, what do we have here? I’m surprised your mates allow all of you to come here unescorted?” Tarsus pulled out the extra chair and sat down. His gaze landed on her breast. “I do have to say you do clean up nice.”
Annabelle leaned forward. “What we do is none of your business, and I don’t believe we invited you to join us.” She hissed at him.
One thing she knew, Tarsus made no bones about not liking her, from the first time she had met him after their marriage. He believed she was trailer trash, and not worthy of his kind, after all Alocer, was their ruler.
“I think I’ll just sit and watch the fireworks explode, which should be about now.” Tarsus glanced behind him, the same path he had taken. Sure enough, all three of her mates stood in the doorway with her father and brother.
Annabelle leaned back in her chair, and took a drink of her wine. Her stomach rolled, and for the first time since their first date, she was nervous. Would they notice the new outfit she bought for them?
“Pundegr now would be a good time to take Daisy on a tour of your club, until I calm my men down.” She didn’t take her eyes off of them, as they made their way through the crowd.
Pundegr stood behind Daisy’s chair, and turned to meet her men head on. “I run from no one, and I’m not about to let you take the blame here. You came here as a favor for a friend.”
“And what friend would this be, you?” Alocer snarled and moved within inches of Pundegr.
Daisy got up and slid next to Pundegr. “She came because I asked her. My name is Daisy, Annabelle is a good friend of mine and I didn’t want to come here by myself. I’m sorry if this caused a problem.” Her voice was a mere whisper as she glanced up at Alocer. Even on his not pissed days Alocer could scare a puppy.
Annabelle rose and hugged Daisy. “Hey, you know I would do anything for you. Daisy, this is Alocer in front of you, the man behind him with the black hair is Marcus, and next to him is Lance. All three of them are my mates. Those two off to the side are my father, Adam, and my brother Dwayne, Sandy’s husband. Marcus, why don’t you and Lance move the other table closer so we can all sit and talk, like adults.”
Annabelle cringed when Marcus didn’t say a word, but did as she asked. She turned to Tarsus who sat there with a big grin on his face.
“You know something I’ve had enough of your ass, so why don’t you get lost. You’re not wanted here.” Annabelle snapped at the man, who slowly stood towering over her.
Chapter Nine
Tarsus snarled and used his body to inch Annabelle back. Marcus moved to intercept when Alocer picked up Annabelle and put her behind him. “Enough Tarsus, you’ve informed us where our mate was. Now go enjoy yourself.”
“She’s nothing Alocer. Look Glenda is here, take her, you need…” He didn’t get another word out, Alocer picked the man up by his neck and shook him.
“You have been warned, and I won’t say it again. If you ever insult my mate, I will rip your head off. I don’t care if you are my second, or one of my best friends. Is that understood? Take Glenda and go home Tarsus, I don’t want to see you right now.” He shook Tarsus again, and threw him to the floor.
Annabelle turned and hugged her friend Daisy again, but he had seen her taking in Glenda’s form. “I’m fine Daisy, don’t worry. Now, why don’t you and Pundegr take that tour of the club? I have some explaining to do, and you two don’t need to be worrying about me.”
Marcus moved in behind her and wrapped his arm around her stomach. “I would like to apologize if we have scared you, but you have to understand many people have tried to kill Annabelle, and it was stupid for her to come here without protection.” He glanced at Pundegr.
“I don’t know what is going on with you Pundegr, but this will be the last time you ask for anything from my wife without us knowing about it. You have risked her life, asking her to come here, and for that alone I should tear you apart.”
Annabelle turned in his arms and pushed him back. “Enough! How dare you talk to him like that? Pundegr is your best friend, and I did have protection, he’s not that stupid and neither am I.” She nodded behind him then to the right side.
“I took all six of my guards, Pundegr arranged for our ride here from the hotel, so you are wrong. He took every precaution, including allowing only certain members here tonight.” She turned to move out of his arms, but he wouldn’t release her.
“Then I owe him an apology, but that does not excuse you, when you know you shouldn’t be here without one of us.” He pulled her head back; her hair now wrapped around his hand, and gazed into her eyes, when he noticed the mark on her neck.
“When did you get a tattoo? And is that an elf?” The dragon inside him rose close to the surface and stared at the mark on her neck, as did Alocer and Lance.
She yanked out of his arms, but not before he could release her hair causing her to yelp. “Shit, Marcus that hurt, and no it’s not!” Annabelle glanced at her mom who looked at Sandy, and they all busted out laughing. “I told you he would think it was an elf!”
Annabelle glanced at her men. “Sit, so we can order some food, I’m starving, and I’ll explain even though I’m still pissed at all three of you.” Annabelle nodded to the chairs.
“I have to run to the locker room. I’ll be back.” Marcus watched as she made her way towards the ladies locker room, when he felt someone staring at him.
Lily stood in front of all three of them, her ha
nds on her hips. “I’m warning all of you, you will make this fiasco disappear. I’m surprised her milk hasn’t dried up yet. Now, I have decided Adam and I will stay in a separate suite, you three need time alone with your babies and with my daughter.”
“Lily, leave them alone, they’ll figure it out. Now come here, we have an appointment with the spanking bench I saw in the other room.” Adam pulled his wife away from all three of them. The room was filled with over sixty people, half of whom he knew from “the scene” and the other half from their warehouses. Pundegr had done a great job with the club. It was set up perfectly.
Lance nudged him and he glanced over to see Alocer pacing back and forth. The woman Glenda stood in the doorway with Tarsus. He ripped her top off and cupped her breasts, making sure that Alocer was watching.
That is when he noticed Annabelle, she too stood off to the side and watched. A tear slipped down her cheek, and even from this distance, he could see her lips tremble. “Alocer!”
Marcus didn’t have to say another word. Alocer snarled and moved fast, his hand circled around Tarsus’s neck. “You’ve just been fired. Take Glenda and leave now.” His hand was replaced by claws.
Tarsus snarled, but pulled Glenda out of the room and the club. Alocer glanced back at him once and he nodded. For now, Alocer would need to be alone with their mate, but soon they would all meet in the medical play area, making one of her fantasies come true tonight.
He clapped his brother on the back. “Come on, I’ll buy you a beer, while we wait.”

Annabelle dashed upstairs and into the first open door. Tears streamed down her face. The woman Tarsus had thrown at Alocer had been beautiful. She was tall where Annabelle was small, her curves were in all the right spots, while most of hers were too large to tell if they were curves, but what really hurt was Alocer’s reaction to Tarsus’ action.
