There are many computer programs that help you learn to consciously manage your physiological state. This skill will be useful for more than just polygraph tests.

★ Train your brain – Opposites

Look at the table below. In this exercise, you need to say out loud the opposite of the words in the squares, ignoring what is written down on the page. For example, if you see the word ‘light’, you should say the word ‘dark’. Continue to repeat this exercise to increase perception and mental agility.

You’ve come a long way. You’ve spent a lot of time training. Undoubtedly, your memory has improved. In addition, you’ve also improved your ability to work with information, organize your time and communicate with people. Do not stop here. Come back to exercises from the book. Limit the use of electronic devices and load your memory. This is how you can maintain and enhance your mental abilities.

In addition to the techniques needed to work with information, this book has described methods of communicating with people used by the intelligence services. Some of them can cause harm – be very careful when using them.

  How much can you remember?
