When I illustrate for novels, the thing I look forward to the most is coming up with the character designs. I had a great time doing the illustrations this time as well, so I’ll be happy if you take a fancy to the characters in Clockwork Planet.
Both RyuZU and Marie came out adorable, but don’t forget Naoto! He’s cute, too!
Also, imagining designs for the new characters that will start appearing in future volumes, beginning with AnchoR, is so fun that I just can’t stop myself. (Laugh)
As you can probably tell, I’m a bit of a blabbermouth, but still, I’d be happy if you pick up the next volume and the ones after that, too.
Mmm, I didn’t get to draw many interesting scenes this time, did I.... (Laugh)
