Chapter 1
Tori gripped the armrest, nervous as hell. She didn't have her friends with her this time. Talking to them gave her something to focus on other than flying, which was her biggest fear. She hated airplanes, they were the last things she wanted to use as a means of transportation.
Tori inhaled then exhaled. She could do a five hour flight. Her job was making her travel more than ever before. When she got back from this trip, she would have to put her foot down with the owner of the museum. After this no more trips for at least a month. She needed time to rehabilitate her nervous system. All this flying was taking its toll on old girl.
She closed her eyes, wanting to sleep away every minute of this trip. She didn't want to be awaken until this big turbo engine landed safely.
She moved her leg when she felt someone trying to get pass her. She had the middle seat so she assumed whoever was trying to get passed her had the window seat.
“Excuse me.”
When she heard that deep baritone voice, Tori opened her eyes. She had to see the face to that marvelous voice. She couldn't believe her eyes. God must have put a halo on that man's head, because he had to be the only handsome man she ever laid eyes on.
He ducked his head as he passed her. This man had it going on with his muscular physique. One of her weaknesses is a man who takes care of his body. Any man who could do a push up while having sex is a man worth keeping, she always thought. She glanced out the corner of her eye at his lean body. He looked as if he could do fifty without breaking a sweat. She looked down to his hands and arms. She wanted to lick every straining vein she saw in this gorgeous hunk.
When the plane engine roared to life, Tori closed her eyes, grabbing the arm rests.
“Hey are you okay?”
Tori nodded her head.
“Ah, one of those. Afraid of planes?”
“I'm not afraid of them, I just don't like them.”
Tori felt him place his hand on top of hers. She let one eye pop open and looked down at his hand covering hers. He had huge hands. His hand was so big, it engulfed hers.
He leaned forward and she opened the other eye, running her hazel eyes all over his face and body. She wasn't missing an inch of this fine, tall brown morsel of a man. She was ready to lick and suck every hard muscle in his body.
“Are you getting everything. If I could, I would stand up so you didn't miss a thing.”
“Yeah, too bad we're sitting on a plane. I would really like to see the back. I can't get the whole effect without seeing that,” Tori said, back to him. She looked up into his brown eyes.
“I thought you were afraid of planes?”
“I was until my savior came on board,” Tori said, turning her hand over to grasp his. “See what you've done. I'm no longer afraid,” Tori said, with a smirk on her face.
His eyes went darker. “Do you come on this strong to every man you meet?”
“If I'm not mistaken you put your hand on mine. I didn't come on to you,” Tori said, raising their joined hands.
“It was my arm rest.”
“No it wasn't. It was mine. You have big forearms, you take up too much space,” Tori said, pointing to the arm rests.
“So what are you're saying, I should have paid for two seats instead of one? That's discrimination,” he said, frowning.
“It's not discrimination. It's a fact. If I was your size then it would be discrimination because they would make me pay for two seats. Your muscular so they don't say anything, but let me roll in here two hundred pounds or more, they would treat me like a leper. They would probably wonder if I'll ask for more than those dry nuts.
“Oh lord, your one of those women,” he said, rolling his eyes, sitting back in his seat.
Tori turned her body towards him.“One of what women,” Tori said, glaring at him.
“Those opinionated women. Always having a comment about something,” he said, looking ahead.
“So let me ask you something Master, are we supposed to not have opinions and comments? Sit around and wait for men to tell us when to speak and what we can speak about,” Tori snatched her hand away from his. “You need to wake up because we're running the world. Mrs. Obama is not sitting up there making cookies, she's out there working side by side with her husband,” Tori said, facing forward as well. “Asshole,” Tori mumbled.
“What did you say,” he said, turning to her.
“I said Mrs. Obama—.”
“Not that. What did you say after that?”
“I said asshole. That's what you are, right.”
He leaned over in her space, “I not going to begin to tell you what I think you are,” he said, leaning in her face.
“If you are as big and bad as you look, please tell me what you think of me,” Tori said, moving in his space. They were inches away from each other’s faces.
His eyes turned darker, as she felt his warm breath on her face. He was looking at her lips, like he was ready to devour those bad boys.
Kissing her had to be the only way to shut that mouth up, he thought. He moved his head the opposite way. His mouth was ready to teach her a lesson. He brushed his lips across hers.
“Excuse me. Is everything okay over here,” a Stewardess asked.
He pulled back, “Everything's fine. Thank you,” he said, smiling at the stewardess.
Tori sat back in her seat. They haven't been in the air an hour and she was already arguing with the passenger next to her. How was she going to last four more hours of his superior bullshit?
It would be best if she ignored his ass. She didn't like this man. She took out her iPhone, plugging in the earphones so she didn't have to hear his voice. She put the buds in her ears acting like he wasn't even there. But he was there. She couldn't ignore him no matter what she told herself. Just a brush of that mouth made her want more. She felt teased with the brush of his mouth. Her lips were starving for more of him, but she'll never let him know.
Her favorite song came on and she closed her eyes, moving her head to the beat. She was going to forget the bastard next to her. She hoped she never saw him again after this.
Tori must have fallen asleep because the next thing she knew she was looking up at the Asshole's face. When he looked down at her, she jerked back. She moved her head from side to side trying to work out the kinks in her neck. She should have requested a soft pillow from the Stewardess. Those steel pipes of his arms were too hard.
When they finally touched down in Las Vegas, Tori retrieved her carry-on bag, moving to the aisle to let Asshole out. When he moved passed her, “You welcome,” he said, waiting for the other passengers to walk off the plane.
She turned her ear to him wondering if he spoke. “Excuse me. You welcome?” She asked, standing there looking at him.
“Yeah. Next time say thank you, for using my body as your personal bed,” he said, waiting with the other passengers to exit the plane.
She glared at him. If those other passengers weren't in her way she would be putting her foot up his ass as a thank you. She rolled her eyes at him as the line move for the passengers to depart.
When most of the passengers had left the plane, Tori grabbed her bag walking off also. She had to get a cab, check in at the hotel and go to the museum. She had to see if the statue she was to inspect would fit perfectly at the gallery she worked at.
She got her roll on bag from baggage claim, and went in search
of a cab. When she spotted a cab driver just sitting in his car, she went up to his cab. “Yes, I was wondering if you could take me to Caesars Palace.”
Reading a paper, “Off duty,” he said, pointing to the sign up on the roof of his car.
“Off duty at the airport? I would think you would want this money.” Tori looked around for another cab. People were jumping in cabs as though they were giving away free rides. As soon as a cab would drive up to the curb, a passenger would jump in before Tori could get there.
“Mister, I'll give you an extra twenty if you'll drive me to Caesars,” Tori said, trying to keep her purse on her shoulder while she handled her roll on, and carry-on bag.
“Like I said before, off duty,” he said still reading his paper.
“Hey, my man, I'll give you fifty if you can drive me home.”
Tori looked up when she heard that voice. Where did he come from? Oh no he's not. Asshole was trying to steal her cab.
“What the hell do you think you're doing,” Tori asked, putting her hands on her waist.
“I'm catching a cab home,” he said, looking at her before turning his attention back to the cab driver.
“Not this cab. Take your ass somewhere else, and get another cab. This is my cab,” She said, pointing to the car. “This man is going to take me to my hotel. So sorry for you,” she said, opening up the back door.
“Hey, I'm off duty,” the cab driver yelled.
“Not anymore. You're taking me to my hotel,” Tori said, placing her luggage in the car.
“Hey man, I still have that fifty if you'll take me home,” he said, getting in the front seat.
“You need to get out so he can take me to my hotel. I have to check in soon, or they'll give my room away,” Tori huffed.
“There's other hotels here. This is Vegas,” he said, over his shoulder.
“Sir, if you could take me to Caesars Palace, I'll have the manager call the police when we get there, so they can escort this gentleman out of your cab.” Tori said, pointing to the Asshole.
“The police? Well, let me say this, if they escort me out of the cab, they'll be escorting you also. If I remember correctly he told you also he was off duty before you threw your luggage in his cab. So I guess we'll be sharing a cell,” he said, seeing her close her mouth close.
“I hate you, asshole,” Tori said, sitting back arms folded.
“Feeling is mutual,” he said, checking his cell phone.
She was dropped off first. She took out her luggage, before paying the driver. “Thank you,” she said to the driver. “Asshole,” she said to the passenger.
“Bye, Trick,” he shouted out the window as they drove off.
Trick! She stood there glaring at the cab. She had his trick. She bet he wouldn't have said that to her face.
She grabbed ahold of her roll on bag, stomping into the hotel.
She waited for the clerk at the front desk to finish with the man ahead on her.
She stepped forward smiling, “Hi. I'm checking in. My name is Tori Townsend,” Tori said, taking out her identification and credit card.
The woman smiled while she checked their computer. “I'm sorry, we don't have a Ms. Townsend in the computer to be checked in. Unfortunately we have a conference going on at this time and we have no rooms available,” She smiled, sympathetically.
Tori smiled back at her, “What do you mean you don't have a room for me? When my secretary made the reservation you had a room. Why don't you check your computer again?”
“It could be an error. Let me look again,” the clerk said, checking again.
“Please look again,” Tori said, looking around the lobby as she waited.
The clerk leaned forward, “I'm sorry. You're not in here.”
“Where am I supposed to go,” Tori hollered.
“I'm sorry, but with the conference most of the hotels are going to be full. The Motel 6 might have some rooms available,” The clerk said, shrugging her shoulders.
Tori shrugged her shoulders, mocking the clerk. She picked up her luggage, going out the door she just came in. She looked up and down the strip. There had to be a hotel with a room available.
Chapter 2
Tori was exhausted two hours later from trying to find a room. She went to every hotel in a five mile radius. She didn't know what kind of convention they were having, but everyone including their momma were here for it. She finally got in contact with her secretary, who sent Tori to the wrong hotel. She had reserved the room at another hotel. When Tori got to the right hotel, they had given her room away because she was two hours pass check in time. Tori was pissed. All of this could have been avoided if her secretary had sent her to the right hotel, where she had reserved the room. When Tori got back home she was going to turn into Donald Trump. She was going to fire her secretary.
She was getting ready to pass a strip joint, but decided to stop in for a drink. She was tired, hungry and if she had to walk one more second in this desert, she was going to drop from exhaustion and dehydration.
She walked in heading straight for the bar.
“Sweetheart, what can I get you,” the bartender asked.
“A glass of water,” Tori said, with a dry mouth.
The bartender stopped and looked at her as if he didn't hear her correctly.
Nodding her head, “A glass of water.”
He placed some ice in a glass and filled it up with water from the tap.
Tori guzzled the water down before asking for more. The second glass she took her time drinking.
“Are you new in town, looking for a job,” the bartender asked her.
Tori looked around the establishment, “Do I look like a stripper,” she asked, sarcastically.
He shrugged his shoulders. “I was just asking. Trying to help you make some money.”
“Darling, I have a job. A real job. I don't need to take my clothes off so a strange man can get his rocks off,” Tori said, sipping her water. She turned around looking at the establishment when she spotted a familiar face talking to a waitress. Tori squinted her eyes trying to get a good look at the man.
Getting the bartender's attention, “Excuse me, but can you tell me the name of that gentleman,” Tori said, pointing to the man with the waitress.
“Oh, that's Greg. He owns the place,” the bartender said before walking away.
It figures, Tori thought. She turned back around to the bar when she saw Greg coming towards it.
“Chris, did anyone do the inventory for the gin?”
Before Chris could say anything, Tori turned around and tossed the rest of her water in Greg's face.
Greg frowned, as the water dripped from his face.
“I got your trick. You'll think about that the next time you want to call someone a trick,” Tori said, looking at the asshole.
“You again,” Greg said, catching the rag Chris tossed to him.
“Oh, you remember me trick. Coming from one trick to the other,” Tori said, placing the glass back on the bar.
“That's it,” Greg said, grabbing Tori by the arm yanking her to the back of the club.
“Get your hands off me, asshole. I'm going to call the police, then your ass will be sitting in a jail cell right where you belong. I would expect a trick like you to own a trashy place like this,” Tori hollered through the club. Before they got to his office, Tori tried to get a customer to notice her, “Hey you see what he's doing to me right. He's abusing me. Call the police,” Tori said, to a man watching the strip show.
Greg open the door, pushed her in, then slammed the door closed.
He stood there glaring at her, ready to do something he was sure her father never done, give her a ass whooping of a lifetime.
“Touch me and you're going to jail,” Tori said, glaring right back. “How dare you manhandle me like that in front of the whole club. I hope someone is calling the cops—.”
Greg heard enough, he reached out, bent his head and kissed her.
He
nibbled on her lips before soothing it with his tongue. When she opened her mouth, he thrust his tongue in playing with her tongue. He licked and sucked on every inch of her mouth. If this was the only way to shut her up he was going to enjoy every minute of silence, doing it.
Tori moaned, as he sucked on her tongue. She wrapped her arms around his neck, giving his dome a nice rub. She could hear herself moaning loudly, each time he nibbled on her lips, then soothed it with his tongue. She grabbed his tongue with her lips, sucking on it with her mouth. The kiss seemed to last forever. They couldn't stop kissing one another.
Finally he pulled back, looking at her with desire in his eyes. “Is that the only way to keep you quiet.”
“Shut up, trick,” Tori said, pushing out of his arms.
“Trick? I have your Trick,” Greg said, bringing her up against his body, letting her feel his dick through his pants.
“Look Greg, yeah the bartender told me your name,” she said, seeing his eyebrows go up. “I am not a stripper so stop treating me as one. I'm not going to stand here while you rub a baby dick on my stomach trying to get off like those idiots out there.” Tori said, backing up. “You got the wrong one.”
Greg thought he was going to choke, “Baby dick? Sweetheart, there's nothing baby about this man standing before you. Trust me,” Greg said with confidence. “Well I don't have to worry because you'll find out soon enough,” Greg said, smiling. “You're staying at Caesars right?”
“No my ex-secretary gave me the wrong info, now I can't find a room in this town,” Tori said, getting madder as she thought about it.
He reached in his pocket, pulling out a ring of keys, searching for one in particular, “Here. I'll write the address down and meet you there later,” Greg said, looking for pen and paper on his desk.
Shaking her head no, “You'll meet me where? I don't know you, to be meeting you anywhere,” Tori said, frowning at him.
“You didn't think that five minutes ago when you had your tongue down my throat.”
“I didn't have my tongue down your throat.”
“Okay whatever,” he said, handing her a key and the paper. “This is my address. You can go there and make yourself comfortable until I get there.”
