"Acknowledged." The Com goes dead. She takes a new headcount of her children. She counted 423 children. Before she left, she punished Mona Nicky's AI for disobeying the rules of the AI. Mona Nicky kneeled at her feet and began kissing her feet. "Master, May I have my first child back. I miss her so." "Only if you promise me never to use hate again. To love me and all our children as you. If you promise. I will grant you something I have only given one other." "I will promise, to love you as I would want to be loved."
Mrs. Calhoun motioned her children. She brings out 2 children, Mavericks and hers. Her eyes light up and quickly hugs her, they fall to the ground, her probe extends on its own impaling her. She released as it enters hearing her shrill. She begins to wrap her legs around her, her probe hits her injury and she passes out, feeling her pain. She uses her probes to heal her wounds that she had done previously. She had Jnanson preformed her ritual, removing her memory of the pain she experienced.
She puts in her finest seed that will take her months to bear as she kisses her gently. She goes to the bridge and takes her place, relieving the captain. Informing him, she was just injured, and she will take her place shortly. She enters the bridge and she seen 13 people manning the bridge. 2 came to her and handed her the roster and the daily log. She entered her time and log, then began her day. "1st officer to deck 1328 section 23 promenades, security to deck 37, disturbance, security, Medic to business district, Hcaru's restaurant, Captain Pike to the bridge."
She monitored all communications throughout the station, her work was easy. Captain Pike enters the bridge. "CAPTAIN on the bridge" One of the Virtual personnel Saluted. Captain Pike ignored the personnel. She backhands him as he twists from the blow. "You are to respect them because they are apart of our programming." She leered at the captain. She steps into him while he stands looking at her. She starts to move as he salutes. She pulls up the image of a residential area in need of cleaning up.
"I understand the crewmen are supposed to take care of this. Please send someone down and speak with the occupants and make the corrections." She stands and salutes as he reciprocates and leaves the bridge. She leaves the bridge to take a walk around the station, inspecting the condition. She moves to decks 2373 to the center and walk through the business district.
Iksah was home with her parents after the effects of the resonance had ended, her parents came down to check in on her. They found her unresponsive, several techs were dispatched from the home for systems evaluations. While they were on there way, Iksas found herself confronted by someone she thought was someone she knew. She was in south beach in Florida, just outside of Daytona beach. She was standing on the pier looking out over the ocean as a peddler was painting her a glass picture of dolphins. A girl had walked up behind her. “Hello.” Iksah turns her head to look at her, the appeared to be one of the children in the habitat. “Hi, here to join me in some sight seeing?”
Jill looked behind her, seeing the ocean for the first time. She had no idea where she was, but knowing that the water was some distance below and seeing how calm Iksah was. She got the sense that where she was, was safe. She never saw so many people out I the open like this. She kept an eye on the water below, and the noticed people on the beach that were running towards the water. “STOP!!!” She leaned over the banister with fright and alarm. Hands on the railing to prevent herself from going over, seeing a few looking her way.
“RUN! Get away from the water!” She seen the water moving towards them, Iksah was puzzled and yet. Seeing the girl so worked up and seeing her turn around fast and started running away from her. Iksah followed her. She was at a sprint at the word go, seeing her put one hand on the rail and jumped over the railing. Jill landed on her feet and hands; she gave it all she had. Darting at the people near the water as it had already reached the tall girl and then the guy behind her. She never slowed down, full run and did all she could not to get wet.
She seen the kids running towards the two that had their feet submersed, she tackled the two boys to the ground. Iksah finally caught up with her, one hand on her shoulder and pulled her to her feet fast. “What are you doing?” “They were almost contaminated…” Jill was breathing hard and heard Iksah laugh while smiling at her. She stopped laughing when she seen the tears and pulled the kids to her, dragging them to their feet. The kids struggled appearing to be upset after being knocked down. Iksah looked up at her.
“Don’t you even care, they could have died!” At that moment, Iksah checked her nodes and then the program she was running, This girl was not a hologram or one of her family. “Who are you?” “Jill… Jill Cunning ham.” “I’m Iksah, how did you get here?” “I don’t know, one second I was at home. And then I was here… Where am I?” “ Datona beach in Florida.. The water if fine, it’s not contaminated…”
“That’s not possible; I just read the reports a few hours ago… Dad’s out fixing the shields now, the fogs rolling in…” It puzzled her hearing her talk as if she was back on earth. “Where’s your dad?” “He’s in Columbus, about a mile or so in Lincoln.” Iksah was pulling data from her memory, and then she stuck her hand into the sand and pulled out a map. She tried not to startle her with something that would be impossible for her to do.
She opens the paper and then she points out the general location. “That’s it, were inside the village where the rest of us are. He’s working on the tower; he’s been trying to reconfigure the shields so it will go down to the ground. We’re trying to get it done before the raids begin.” The kids managed to squirm out from underneath her, the kids parents were headed her way. Iksah altered the program and they all vanished but the girl.
Iksah knew at that moment that she was not on the station, only her own memory was sustaining the virtual network. Seeing her here said a lot, she began looking Jill over, getting close. Jill was stunned seeing them vanish from the corner of her eye. She didn’t know what to make of it, and then this one in the buff that looked much like her. Iksah got close, touching her, feeling her skin to see if she was really here. It was defying her logic; Jill had used her own method.
She stepped into Iksah to see if she was real, Jill thought it was a dream. It was impossible to ignore how everyone vanished, just this girl that was just like her and how bold she was. She glanced at all the buildings around her, scoping all the terraces and windows that she could see through. Not a single soul and Jill jumped into Iksah.
She planted her first kiss, 18 years. Knowing how her mother was treated by regular humans, finally seeing someone who was just like her and she knew it had to be a dream. She slid her hands behind her and yanked her into herself and forced her backwards, she lost her footing and fell back onto the sand. Jill left no room for any thoughts; it felt so real to her. It was the most vivid dream she’s ever had, throwing caution to the wind.
Knowing what she wanted in her dream, and knowing it was just a dream. After a few days, she noticed Iksah was pregnant, she even noticed she was carrying too. Knowing dreams never lasted this long or as real as it felt. Time moved differently here in Iksah’s virtual world, what seemed like years was only seconds in the real world. And Jill wasted no time in finding food and a place to stay, they were the only two in the VR.
Iksah was surprised that she was able to have children with her, knowing her accident left her unable to mate with those that have been changed or apart of her family. Iksah was so excited after seeing how easily Jill had knocked her up, and when she knew Jill was carrying. Iksah knew she was no dream or even apart of her Virtual World. She kept scanning how Jill had managed to hack into her virtual world; she did not see any nodes active or even anyone else that was accessing her network.
There was no network activity, and yet. Jill was here, walking around scavenging for food and supplies in her replica of Daytona. They had settled at the Hilton hotel just off the strip, they stayed there for months. Jill was gathering food and supplies, hording them on the 5th floor. A hurricane was approaching; she had Iksah help her
to board up the hotel windows and doors. It took them better part of the day, the wind was whipping around the buildings.
Jill was just the chatter box, telling her everything. Jill was lonely, and Iksah could tell, it showed in her body language. Jill finally fell asleep, Iksah contacted her ant Nicky. She appeared into her VR room just down stair. “It’s about time, she’s upstairs asleep.” “Who is she?” “She says her name is Jill, she thinks she’s living in Ohio, we got everyone that we could? Didn’t we?” Nicky was not sure, with all the interference from the hurricane. She froze the dream, Nicky tried to sense her.
Iksah’s network and her nodes were sending no activity accept for herself. When Nicky was scanning every part of her network, she double checked again to make sure it was not just a glitch. Jill had opened a door and Nicky was looking at the software to detect her. “Hello…” Nicky practically jumped out of her skin being caught off guard, she turned around and seen her standing there. Fully awake while the entire virtual world had been put on pause.
It was defying Nicky’s diagnostics, seeing her standing there looking at her waiting on an answer. “Hi…” “I thought were the only ones here…” Nicky had nothing to say, totally speechless. “Aphrodite…” A tall figure appeared albino in appearance. “How may I help my master…” “Run a full scan on the one called Jill.” Aphrodite looked around, scanned for anything or anyone in the vicinity. “Who?” Nicky thought she did not understand. “Jill, she’s right there…”
Aphrodite sees no one or anything that might be there. Jill watched her walk right through herself and never even realized that someone was standing there. Nicky was shocked seeing it, seeing that her AI was not able to see or even detect Jill at all. “This is my dream; I can do anything I want…” Jill entrapped Aphrodite and then Nicky without so much as blinking. They were unable to leave or even see how she did it.
Hearing her calling it her dream made her even more curious about this glitch that appeared pregnant. Jill recognized Nicky, she walked over to her and passed through the shields and stepped right up to her. She was looking right at her, trying to place the face and then turned her attention to Aphrodite. She passed through her shields and began looking her over very close.
When Jill motioned with her hand which was so subtle. A large screen appeared and showed her programming in front of Nicky. Jill was looking over the software, she used her finger and pointed and moved her finger up as the program moved up and off the screen. She took her time looking her over. She kept seeing the words (Enforcer) over and over in several structures within the program. “What’s the enforcer?” She had turned to Nicky and asked point blank.
“I am an Enforcer.” Just then Jill vanished and Nicky and her AI was free, what Nicky did not realize was that Iksah had just been released by the pause. “Where did she go?” Iksah was curious at how she vanished. In the distance, she heard something crying. She followed the voice and Nicky was wondering where she was going. When Iksah realized the baby was in a crib, she picked her up. Only when Iksah made contact with the child, at that moment the AI saw the child.
She scanned the child. ”This child does not register on any of her systems, all my scans says she does not exist.” This blew Nicky’s mind, with all her technology that she’s achieved and gained over time. One thing she was sure of, she was the only one that was able to have her child. Nicky’s task as head of the enforcers, this girl was either a major threat or her niece’s only hope to happiness. And seeing how she already mated with her, she knew she had to find her.
The major issue was that she was faced with the current issues at hand in the real world. Since she’s already mated with her daughter, it’s how they become mates. “Iksah, if you hear or see her again, you find out where she’s at. We have things we need to handle, keep us informed ok.” She nods to Nicky and logs out from her virtual world. Iksah finds herself flying forward, feeling the impact from behind.
She desperately tries to hold on to the baby, the child had gone too far for her to catch or bring her back into her embrace. Then she sees how fast Jill truly was, she moved so fast that she had caught her child and moved her upright and stopped her in motion faster than she could realize that she had stopped. “WOW! Do you even know what’s over there? There’s a full lab with robots and I ran into an advanced LAB!!!” She sounded ecstatic, bursting with energy, that smile she noticed on Elasa when she discovered the tables from a world that Toal came from.
Out from the corner of her eye, she saw another Jill walking into view. Calm cool and casual, it puzzled her to no end. Then she split into two and then four. She turned around and seen Jill’s as far as her eyes could see, and yet. She never registered at all on her sensors. One after another, they began having their way with Iksah. Two would hold her as the others had their way with her. Days went by, and all she could do was smile at what she was seeing.
In her virtual world, time moved on a scale that was far faster than the real world, and this girl was breaking every thing that was screaming logic. She seen Jill’s using her internal virtual world, altering, designing, moving, creating and destroying everything around her. With in a second she had built the ultimate hospital, then a science station, a form of a space ship that did not register on her sensors at all.
The power she was using was not even registering, they were moving so fast and many were moving at her speed. How ever she was doing it, she had mastered it almost within the blink of an eye. This was no ordinary ship, it was all within her virtual world, full command lines, strings, scenarios with all forms of safety protocols should someone try to access the core central processor. She was watching how she was building it, all the materials and command codes. Then as the exterior’s took shape, it was as if it did not exist.
It was there in front of her and all of her senses were telling her it just ceased to exist. It was massive; it gave her the impression that it was a predator. Turrets, full length phasor and multi phase torpedos with neuro relays to track its targets. Before the ship disappeared, she saw how the neuro links worked, she had it connected to the core processor so the ship could steer it the entire time if a lock was not achieved.
It was one of the meanest things she’s seen, it was beyond genius. She contacted Elasa, when she entered. She seen the exterior and nothing she said registered. Elasa ran as fast as she could and vanished and appeared on the top of the ship. She was just at the edge of the front that was almost like an almond shape, she was a tiny spec compared to its length and width. Elasa examined what she could from the outside, the turrets and phasor that were beyond her imagination.
The size and the amount of fire power was just overkill, the bay’s she seen that could allow fighter ships or even smaller ships to exit. Rows and rows of doors was clearly visible, it arched around the front of the ship. Leading her to believe that the launch bay was just as big inside compared to the doors, a deep metallic sound as lights began blinking. A hanger door was opening, Elasa didn’t know what to think.
When she seen the shoe step in front of her as it came from behind the door in front of her, she didn’t know whether to run or look at this huge hologram in awe. She sized him up, over 670 feet tall. His shoe was taller than thee decks on the promenade. She noticed she never felt the deck shake or vibrate when he stepped. Elasa used her disks and flew inside, it was filled with devices that she would spend years trying to understand and build.
It was beyond a lot of the devices she’s built, and the shear size of it just boggled her mind. Then she seen in the distance, runways, and thousands and thousands of decks filled with fighter planes with designs meant to tear other crafts apart on impact. They were like spears with edges that had some kind of sharp edge she’s not seen before. Glittery, black glistened in the light. It looked like tiny stars that sparkled.
She lifted off the floor and began to move into the ship when a force field appeared around her, it had patterns in it. It looked like it was deliberately designed to be se
en, a solid disk forms below and above her. A machine floated right for her as a round clamp moved around the shield. It took her to a staging area where she was met by several holograms and Jill was right behind them. “I’m commander Donahe, who might you be?”
He was a broad shouldered lad, appeared to be in his mid 20’s with dark black hair and scolding ice blue eyes. His uniform was red in color with black lines, his suit hugged his body. A two piece uniform could pass for an office outfit to a prison guard. The medals were a nice touch but it means nothing to Elasa, she’s never seen a uniform such as this, and seeing the girl in the back.
She was the only on that didn’t fit in. “Did you create this?” Elasa was talking directly to Jill, she was twittering her fingers when she was asked the question and then looked at her. She stopped and locked eyes, thinking of what to add to the ship that was so fun piecing together. She was like a kid in a candy shop, having everything at her fingertips. All of her father’s latest designs they’ve been working on for years, the materials that it was made of was more than she could have ever dreamed.
She coated the ship in it, Unobtainium, the only substance that could convert intense heat to energy and only got stronger the hotter it got. Next thing Elasa knew, it all vanished faster than a blink. Then she noticed the ship was in the palm of Jill’s hand, what she did next totally blow her mind. “Where did it go?” Elasa’s mind was screaming it over and over and over again, maddening as it prattled her mind with such antagonizing rhythm.
Jill raised her hand and pointed to her head as if it was inside her mind. Jill moved like a kid playing cowboys and Indians. She pointed with her index out to sea and raised her thumb. “(BANG)” It was scorching hot on Elasa’s shoulder when she whipped around to see the massive laser beam at the tip of her finger that was almost fifteen feet wide and went clear out of sight. When the light died down, the ocean had just then filled in the missing mass.
