  Dear Reader,

I hope you enjoyed my story. I have put in long hours and have worked hard to make my story as readable and entertaining for you as possible and I hope you appreciate my effort. If you do, please write a review. Just a sentence or two about what you liked about the story will do. I would be forever grateful to you if you did!

Half of this story was part of the original Living Like A Vampire story. Hence I would like to thank the people that helped me writing that story. This includes my close friends Suzie, Bob, Chris, and Stephanie. It also includes Dr. Chloe Alexander of Aberdeen University as well as my Mom and my author friends from the Once Stop Fiction Authors’ Resource Facebook Group; Colin Garrow, Terry Machion, and Joy Mutter. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I thank my children and my husband, who had to forgo my company during the evenings I was writing. I love you.

  About the Author

Jacky Dahlhaus is a mother of twins (plural, if you call dogs part of your family), and, after more than twenty-five years, still in a loving relationship with the same husband. She has been writing vampire romance novels since 2015.

She is a fan of books titled Lord of the Rings, Urshurak, Shogun, Disk World novels, and The Chronicles of Pern. Movies she can watch over and over again are Highlander (but only the first one as there can be only one!), the Blade trilogy, and all the Underworld instalments (with Rise of the Lycans her favorite). This should give you an idea of what you can expect from her novels. She does her utmost best to combine components of all of the above into her writing (although dragons still haven’t made an appearance).
