Nailing My Wife Page 4

by C. M. Steele

The EMTs come over to us and ask to examine, Brenda. She’s staring at the man very attentively which I don’t care for. Then it strikes me that she may be afraid of him.

“Ma’am, can you tell us were you injured?”

“He shocked me with tasers a couple of times, hit me in the face and drug me across the floor, but that’s it.” My fists clench at my side as she gave an inventory on her assault.

“Ma’am, we need to take your vitals. Can you walk or do you need to be transported to the ambulance?”

“I’ll carry her.” I scoop up my wife and bring her over to the ambulance. They take her vitals, and I stand as close as possible because I don’t want them to touch her. It’s only because it’s necessary.

“Dane, please don’t leave me,” Brenda begs, looking at me with complete fear.

  “I’m not going anywhere.”

“Ma’am, your pulse is a little high, but given the circumstances, I’d say that’s normal. Please rehydrate and please see a physician as soon as possible.”

“Thank you,” she says, shaking their hands.

“Come let’s get you in the truck so we can get you some food and clothes.”

“Please.” I take her back over to my truck, but now more cops have arrived including two detectives who approach us.”

“Mrs. Harris, the officer on the scene, brought us up-to-date on the incident. Can you add more?”

“I need to get her fed and dressed.”

“Very well, we can meet you at your residence.”

I sit her down in the passenger seat and buckle her in. Making sure she’s safe is now my main priority. Just going around to the driver’s side has me on edge. The distance between us is too much. I climb in the truck and start it up. I turn to look at my wife when I see Officer Davis come running out with my toolbox in hand.

  “Thanks for getting that.”

“We took the photos we needed for the crime scene. Here you go, Mr. Harris. I hope you are going to make a quick recovery, Mrs. Harris.”

She gives him a weak smile and responds, “Thank you, Officer Davis.”

Once we pull away, I feel the tension in the cab ebb. I take her hand in mine. “Brenda, I’m ready to talk when you are, but first you need food.”

“Can you stop through a drive-thru?” she asks. I can tell she’s exhausted.

“Absolutely, which one?” I squeeze her hand, then intertwine our fingers.

“I could go for some KFC right now. I want something to fill me up.”

My phone starts ringing through the dash. “Oh shit, I forgot about Ben.”

“What the fuck is going on?” he asks through the Bluetooth.

“I’ve got her. We’re on our way back home. It’s a long motherfucking twisted tale, but the fucker is on the loose.”

“I’m halfway to Jones’s place now,” Ben says. I’m so damn grateful for him. He’s the reason I was able to find her so quickly.

“Meet us back at the condo. We’ll talk there. Did you tell anyone about it?”

“No, not even your building manager.”

“I thought he was in the room with you.”

“No, the neighbor lady walked into the condo, and he started talking to her about everything. They are too nosy for their own good. I didn’t want it to get out about her words to the cops just in case that fucker was listening to the scanners.”

“Okay. Meet us there.” I end the call and focus on the road. A variety of thoughts run through my head all surrounding the bastard that did this to my wife.

I hold her hand the whole way there only letting go to get her food. I don’t want to let her go any more than she wants me to let her go, she seems to be getting tenser as we get closer to the condo.

“I don’t know if I can go back in there,” she whispers as we pull into our parking spot.

I turn off the engine, face my wife, and apologize with my whole heart, “I’m sorry. I didn’t think about that.”

Her shaky hand comes up and caresses my face. “It’s okay, but please don’t leave my side. I can’t do this without you.” I read the intensity in her eyes. I never want her to doubt her safety ever again.

I jump out of the cab and walk around. I open the door and unbuckle her. She moves to get out, but I stop her, resting my legs on the outside of hers, enclosing her body with mine. I brush her hair back and for the first time notice a bruise on her cheek close to her ear. I place a kiss on that spot, then look into her loving eyes and apologize, “Fuck, Brenda. I’m so damn sorry. This is my fault. If I was home where I should have been this wouldn’t have happened.” I will spend the rest of my life apologizing.

“I have a feeling it would have happened either way. He would have just waited until we were apart. We can’t spend all our time together.”

“Let’s get this over with and then we’ll stay somewhere else tonight.”

  “I’d like that.”

  Chapter 9

  Brenda

We enter the lobby, and there are Ben and the detectives. Dane has me in his arms and Ben takes my bag of food from me without a word. He squeezes my hand before we all get on the elevator to our condo. I’m not too afraid because Dane is with me, but I can’t stop the shiver. Dane carries me into the condo, then Ben locks the door behind us. As we get to our bedroom, I stiffen in his arms.

“Baby, I just want to get you dressed in some clean clothes then we can get out of here. I’ll get your clothes.” He sits me down on our his and hers counter in the bathroom. As soon as he walks out of the room, I’m shaking. I refuse to take my eyes off the door. He rushes in, and I jump back, bumping my head on the mirror.

“Fuck, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to scare you, Brenda.”

“No. It’s not your fault.” He hands me the clothes, and I put them on. I don’t have the time or the energy for a shower. We walk out, and he sits me down while Ben brings my food to me on a plate with a Pepsi.

“Thanks.” I take a bite of chicken and let out a moan. I didn’t realize how hungry I was. After a minute, I start to talk, “I know you have a lot of questions. I’m not sure I can tell you more than I have.”

“We can try, Mrs. Harris.” I happened to enjoy him calling me that. I love being Dane’s wife.

“Well, I wasn’t feeling too good, so I went to bed early. I don’t know what time it was, but I know that the sun wasn’t up yet when I was startled by a noise. I looked toward my bedroom door which was normally closed, and there was a man standing in my doorway. From the build, I knew it wasn’t Dane coming home early to surprise me. I didn’t have anything to grab to hit him with, so I reached for my phone to send a message. And that’s when I saw who it was. He was too fast and shot me with a taser. I collapsed then he carried me to one of those white delivery vans that you see everywhere. I wasn’t conscious until he tossed me inside and cuffed me. That was when I threw up. He told me there was someone else before me.”

“Do you know what he said about this woman?”

“Only that she didn’t behave and submit, so I was his next pick as a sex slave.” I feel the tension radiating off my husband, but I have to get this over with while I can get it out of me. “He didn’t get that far with me. He had to go to work and locked me in the storage of the bar he wanted down there.”

“What happened with the face? The officer told us the man was wearing some sort of prosthetic makeup?”

“Yes, I tried to get away when he uncuffed me at the house, so I pulled on his face, and it tore off a piece. He hit me in the face, then dragged me off to the basement, giving me water and a bag of chips to last until he got back.”

“I’m sorry, baby,” Dane says, wrapping his arms around me.

“No, you found me fast. I didn’t know if I would get out of the basement before he got back. I’m just scared of who he really is. I caught his voice change a little, and I recognize it, but I don’t know who it could be.”

“Did you cut the man when you clawed him?” />
“I’m not sure. I might have. He shocked me again. It’s hard to even remember anything else.”

“Can we get a list of men you know? That you would recognize the voice of course.”

“Sure. I don’t know many. The crew at Rough Hands, a couple of clients. Can you think of anyone else, Dane?”

“There’s like two male neighbors and the building manager.”

“Oh don’t forget that creepy basement guy we saw the other day. He wouldn’t stop trying to hit on you. I almost decked him. Davis is his name,” Ben adds.

“Oh yes. I can’t think of his voice. I’m not sure if it’s him.”

  “I’m glad you quit.”

  “You know?”

  “Ben told me.”

  “I thought you…never mind. It’s not important.”

“Well, ma’am, I would recommend that you listen to people you know. I understand that it can be scary, but if your husband doesn’t leave your side, he may not reveal himself. We will keep that little tidbit out of the news until we have him in custody. By the way, we will have a detail at a distance. Also, we need to speak with the building security so we can see the cameras.”

“Okay, I can call down to the building manager. It’s early. He should still be here.”

Dane dials his number. “Hello Dane, how can I help you?” I start shaking immediately. Everyone is looking at me.

“I have the police here, and they want to take a look at the camera footage for the condo.”

“I’ll have to contact the owners, but according to the policy they need a warrant.”

  “Please, Mr…”

  “Miller. And you are?”

“I’m Detective Capronigri. I’m investigating Mrs. Harris’s abduction.”

  “Have you found her yet?”

  “Yes, she’s home now.”

“Okay, well I’ll call the owners of the building and get their approval.”

“Thank you, Mr. Miller. You don’t know how important it is in cases like these.”

“Welcome.” He ends the call, and I scream, wailing away. My body racked with sobs.

“It’s him. I’m sure of it.”

“It would explain why he could get into your condo without your notice,” Ben adds. Dane wraps me up in his arms, holding me so tightly that I can feel his muscles constrict around me.

“We’re going to call it in to keep tabs on him.”

  “You both can’t stay here.”

“Come to the estate. We have plenty of rooms.”

“Thank you, Ben, but I don’t want to bring any trouble to your family.”

“That bastard isn’t getting anywhere near my family. And remember you’re my family, too.”

  Chapter 10

  Dane

The police escort us out, and thankfully, we avoided Miller. We need the evidence. I can’t have him destroying shit before they can arrest him. We are going to stay at the estate which is special for Brenda and me. It’s where we finally became a couple.

Brenda falls asleep as we drive off. I steal glances at my wife and forever grateful that I get this chance again. I don’t know if I’d still be living. She’s been everything to me for almost five years now, and I would give the world to keep her happy.

I can’t even think about the fact that I let the bastard get that close to her. A shiver runs up my spine. I wonder if there are cameras in the condo that I don’t know about. He could have been inside any time that we were out. No one would have known. Fuck, we aren’t going back until the fucker is in jail, and it’s only to pack the fuck up.

As soon as we get there, Mira is standing on the steps waiting. Ben runs up and kisses her before taking their son from her arms. I slide my hands under Brenda and carry her to the house.

“Let me show you to the room I’ve set up for you.” Mira takes us to a large room with a massive bed. “I’m sorry, Dane. I hope that she’s going to be okay. I hope you both are going to be okay. They’ll get the bastard.”

  “Thanks, Mira.”

“I wish I was still on the force. If you need anything, let me know. Well, goodnight.”

As soon as Mira leaves, I look down at my wife and say, “Are you done fake sleeping?”

  “How did you know?”

“I tell you all the time I notice everything about you.”

“I just don’t want to answer any questions right now.”

“That’s fine, Brenda. Everyone understands. Do you want to take a shower?”

“Yes, I could use one.” I walk to the bathroom and turn on the shower. She comes into the bathroom stripping down in front of me. I take a deep breath because, despite the trauma of today, I want to own every inch of my woman. She’s so beautiful that I can’t take my eyes away from her. She steps closer as I take a step back. “You don’t want to touch me anymore, do you?”

“What? Are you serious?” I stroked my cock over my jeans. “I want you to the point of pain, Brenda, but you’ve been through hell and back.”

“I want you to wash it away. He didn’t get to hurt me that way, but I was lucky. I need you—more than you know.” I grab the hem of my tee and whip it off my body. She grabs my belt, sliding it from the loops and throwing it on the floor. I take her hands away and hurriedly strip. My cock bob between us, leaking pre-cum from the tip. She grabs it and strokes me. I shiver, then like a teen boy, I come all over her hand. She takes her hand and sucks on her sticky fingers. Fuck, my cock isn’t going down at all. I cup her cheeks and kiss the fuck out of her. She’s about to be shown how much I need her. I carry her into the shower, grabbing the soap and mixing it in my hand. I don’t want to use the loofa because I want nothing between us. My hands on her skin is a must. My fingers massage her breasts in circles, slowly tracing until I reach her hard nipples. She moans and tosses her head back, soaking her hair in the spray. She looks so sexy as if she’s naked under a waterfall. I let the water wash away the soap from her perfect tits and work my hands lower. I’ve run out of soap, I’m nowhere near done with her body. As I drop to my knees, I take her tender breasts into my mouth, sucking hard, causing her to clench her pussy around my fingers. Pumping them up into her, I flick my tongue along her clit, she tightens her womb even more. I can’t get enough of her as her orgasm hits. She tries to pull away from the intensity, but I reach out and spank her ass, dragging her pussy back to my hungry mouth. “Don’t take my pussy away from me, Brenda. Every inch of you is mine. Don’t ever pull away from me again,” I growl against her pussy. I’m a man possessed. I need to claim her all over again.

Today I almost lost her. At first, I thought she left me, and that tore my soul apart, but then to know that she’d been taken by the devil was even worse. Now the need to never let her go is growing wild in me. I stand up, my cock is hard and painful. I pick her up and press her against the wall and thrust into her still pulsing pussy. Rutting like an animal and calling out her name. “Brenda, fucking Brenda. I love you and need you. Don’t ever leave me again.” We both come together.

  Chapter 11

  Brenda

It feels too good to move, but my fatigue is kicking in. I drop my head on his shoulder. “Thank you for finding me, Dane. Thank you for never giving up on me.”

“You’re my one and only, Brenda. Nothing will ever stop me from needing, wanting, and searching for you. This day began as my worst nightmare and ends with the happiest day of my life.” He helps me out of the shower and to dry off then carries me to bed. I love it. I could stay in his arms forever.

“Dane, it scares me how much I need you and how jealous I get at the office when women flirt with you.”

“Is that why you’re quitting?” he asks, rubbing my back. I sit up in the bed, and so does he.

“Yes. I can’t take it. I’m about to get arrested one day,” I admit. It’s a failing he’s just going to have to deal with.

“I feel that way, too. Trust me I want to kill men all the time, but I know you love me. It’s the only thing
that stops me. Now that may change. I’m not going to apologize for being too protective and fuck completely territorial. Are you ready to find a new house?”

“Yes, Dane. We can start looking in the morning.”

“Okay, now let’s get some sleep, beauty.” He kisses me softly then pulls us to lay down with his arms holding me tight. I fall asleep on his strong chest just where I want to be.

  ***

Fuck, I wake up because my body doesn’t like me. I try to creep out of bed, but Dane is aware of every move I make. “What’s wrong?”

“I don’t feel good,” I mutter as I run to the bathroom. The vomiting is out of control, but Dane is at my side.

“Shit, I knew we should have gone to the doctor.”

“I’m fine. I’m still sick from yesterday. Hell, has it only been a day since I talked to you about being sick? It feels like a lifetime has passed.”

“I know. I think I have grays now.”

“I think you would look sexy with grays,” I say, standing upright.

“You’re not getting out of going to the doctor. In fact, we are getting ready right now.”

  Chapter 12

  Dane

“Pregnant? Like we’re going to have a baby?”

  “Yes, Mr. Harris.”

“But what about her injuries? Is the baby okay?”

“Yes, thankfully at this stage the baby is about the size of a pea. It’s very well insulated at this point. Rest and eat what you can tolerate. I’ll give you a list of things to do for the next few weeks to deal with the sudden changes in your body. Congratulations,” she says, patting Brenda's shoulder.

  “Thank you,” we respond simultaneously.

“Are you crying, Dane?” Brenda asks as the doctor leaves the room.
