“You know I did.” Lala blushed. “Miss me?”
His arms went around her as he grinned bigger than she did. “Why do you think I’m here so early?”
We awed when his head lowered and they kissed. When they pulled back, both were grinning big. Except Walden. Again, he rolled his eyes, and this time he made a gagging noise.
“Did you tell them?”
“No, Stone.” Lala smiled. “Want to now?”
“Oh yeah.”
Lala looked around at us and grinned. “Guys… I’m pregnant!”
We gasped and applauded louder than earlier. I jumped up and hugged them both. Lucky them, I thought. I couldn’t wait to say those two words. I thought I may have the biggest grin on my face the entire time I was pregnant.
“And?” Stone prodded after the hugging was over.
“And… we bought a house and we’re getting married!”
“Oh God, Lala,” I screeched. “That is a lot! When are you getting married? When are you due? Where is this house?”
They laughed at me and I joined them. After we quieted, Lala gave us the info as she held on to her fiancé. He had his arm around her, too. They looked happy and very much in love.
“Well, we’re getting married in a couple of months. We decided… Well, I decided I wanted it done before I blew up too big and Stone agreed. So, you’re all invited to watch me promise to share the rest of my life with this really great guy.” Lala smiled and nudged his body with hers. “Hey, what was your name again?”
“You forgot it already?” Stone nudged her back and grinned. “Let’s go ask your soon-to-be-former neighbors. I’m sure they remember it since you were shouting it most of the night.”
Lala blushed. “Oh, was that you making that happen?”
“Yeah, it was. Should I to put you across this desk and prove to you it was me?”
“Hold on.” Trista laughed. “We need popcorn and beer… Let’s get that going, then you guys can start.”
“Hetero sex? Nope! Page me when it’s done!”
We laughed as Walden gagged again.
“So.” Callie grinned. “When are you due?”
“December ninth.” Lala beamed. “I can’t wait to see what we made. We’re keeping the sex a surprise. We’re not even going to know.”
“And the house is on Elm.” Stone smiled. “Right off Green.”
I gasped. “Is it the Camerons’ home?”
“Yes.” Lala nodded, then frowned. “How did you know?”
“Eddie and I looked at it. I loved it, and I’m jealous. Congratulations on everything, Lala!”
I checked my watch and saw it was one. “I have a friend meeting me so I’m going to go; I’ll be back at two. Congrats again, you guys.”
I could not have gotten out of there faster.
I made it to the cell shop. Greg was already there in a black SUV. I reached to open the door and frowned when I found it locked. The window lowered halfway at my frown.
“Are you going to unlock the door?” I asked.
One brow raised on his handsome face. “Are you wearing panties?”
“Nope.” I grinned then threw my panties into the truck. He pocketed them then immediately unlocked the door. I stepped in.
“Show me my lunch,” Greg murmured as soon as I put on my seatbelt. I looked around. When I didn’t see anyone close, I hiked up my dress. I grinned at the expression on Greg’s face and gasped at how fast his hand reached me. He slowly drove off, his fingers flicking my clit as I tried keeping a straight face. I gripped his wrist, wanting to move it, but he wouldn’t budge.
“Drive faster!” I moaned out when I felt the tingling starting.
“Cum faster!”
“Oh… God… ah!”
Yep… I came in less than two minutes. Greg’s hand went to his mouth and I panted hard as I watched him lick his fingers with that long tongue, wishing I could have that finger back where it was. Then I got a better idea; I reached for his pants. I unzipped them, pulled him out and sucked him like my name was Dyson. He hardened more and his body shivered. I felt the car swerve a little then stop. It jerked a little as Greg shifted to park. He shut off the engine, then gripped my hair, gasping.
“Yeah… like that… God… don’t stop… suck, baby… fuck me, don’t stop… fuck!”
I slowed a little and stroked his base, my head bobbing. He started thrusting, gyrating. His seat went back but I wouldn’t let him go. I licked down his shaft then his sack. He groaned loudly and moved to the backseat. I followed him, keeping him in my mouth. I sucked him again, and felt him pulling his pants down. He gripped my arms and yanked me up. His mouth hurriedly found mine and he kissed me hard. My skirt hiked to my waist, then he thrusted inside me. I gasped, then bounced on him, moaning and shivering as once again I enjoyed his overly generous size working inside me.
I shuddered and came again, gripping his shirt as I sat straight up. I felt like I was riding a horse and pulling on the reins as I stilled and allowed myself to enjoy how my body responded to deep physical pleasure; to the length of him pulsing inside me.
Greg gripped me and rolled me to the seat. The rear door opened, slammed, then the driver door opened and slammed. I laid there and panted, trying to calm as the engine started and we took off in a shot. I was just beginning to breathe normally when the car stopped again, the brakes screeching. I sat up. The rear door opened, and I slid out. We were at Hampton’s Motor Inn.
I swear I didn’t know how we got into that room. I do know we were in there and naked in seconds, against the door. My right leg was on Greg’s arm, and he gripped the knob while the other hand tightly held my left thigh as he thrust hard and deep.
I gripped his neck and waist, grunting with him, his hot, short breaths hitting the pulse in my neck. I was coming again, and my body froze as I screamed. He lifted me to the table and laid me on it. He gripped my waist as he thrust fast, deep, hard. I locked my ankles behind him, and we stared at one another, panting and grunting. Finally, he shouted and stilled, his eyes tightened, his mouth gaped; he looked as if he were silently screaming as his brows knitted.
It was the sexiest thing I had ever seen on any man, and I loved seeing it, loved being the one that made him make that hot-as-fuck face.
“Christ,” Greg murmured when he finally withdrew then helped me up.
“Ditto,” I whispered as I staggered to the bathroom.
I had just enough time for a quick shower and make it to work before two. Greg followed, and we silently showered together, kissing and washing each other. I smiled at him as we dried and dressed. He grinned back.
“Next time, let’s try to pick a time where we don’t have to rush,” Greg murmured, putting his tie back on. God, he was handsome in that gray suit.
“I agree,” I said as I fixed my hair. “I like the quickies, but taking the time to enjoy you over a period of time is even better.”
“I agree to that.” Greg grinned and took me into his arms. He kissed me deeply, and my arms tightened at his neck. I pouted when he broke away. “Sorry, it’s my day to get Ree-Ree from school and I have to drop Stone somewhere before I get her.”
“That really is a cute nickname.” I grinned.
“I’ll tell Stone how much you like it.”
I smacked Greg’s chest then held out my hand.
“What?”
“Can I get my panties back now?”
Greg smirked. “They were a gift. I never return gifts.”
“You’re going to keep my panties?” I screeched. “How long?”
He grinned. “Don’t know. Leaning toward forever. Maybe I’ll use them as a handkerchief with my suits. Good thing they’re white.”
Shaking my head, I put my hand down and look around. “Did I bring my purse in with me?”
“No,” Greg laughed. “It’s still in the truck.”
I laughed and followed him out. We stopped at a fast food place and I ordered fries and a tea. I wanted more, but than
ks to that sexcapade, I didn’t have the time. After I’d eaten, I thought it would be safe for Greg to drop me in front of the building, and as soon as he pulled up, Stone was coming out and he spotted us right away. He walked up and nodded. I nodded back and smiled at Greg.
“Thanks for the, um, ride, Greg. I could have walked back.”
Greg smiled. “It’s not a problem, Cassidy. Nice bumping into you.”
I held back a laugh at our words. I wanted one more kiss, but Stone was there, watching us. He opened my door, and I smiled as I got out of the car.
“Congrats again, Stone.”
“Thanks, Cass,” Stone smiled. “G, hold on a sec, I need to ask Cassidy for a favor.”
“Make it quick, Stone,” Greg sighed. “It’s my day to get Ree-Ree from school.”
“I’ll ride with you to the school; I’m not in a rush today. Besides, I haven’t seen my niece in weeks, anyway. Since La has my car, you get to drop me home.”
“Right.” Greg snorted. “I’ll drop your ass at home, all right. On your fucking head.”
Stone turned to me, his eyes dancing. “He loves me. He’s just full of shit sometimes.”
“Dreamer. Hurry up,” Greg sighed. “I don’t want to be late for Ree-Ree.”
“I know, man,” Stone groused. “I’ll be as quick as possible.”
Greg nodded, then Stone turned to me. “Cassidy, do you know Strawberry Letter 23?”
I nodded. “Yeah, ATB just did a remake of that and are thinking of putting it on their next album.”
“They are?” Greg frowned. “How do you know?”
“I did some background for them over Thanksgiving weekend. That was one of the songs we recorded.”
“That was you?” Stone laughed. “I should have known. Randy is seriously pining over you, Cass.”
“Randy, the drummer?” Greg shouted.
“Yeah,” Stone chuckled. “He wouldn’t talk about anything else when I sat in for them the other day. They needed a fill-in for Colt, the bassist. Fucker broke a finger or a tendon or something in his hand while popping his knuckles. Idiot. Who does that? Hey, Cass… Did you really call them adolescent geriatrics?”
“I did,” I giggled and shook my head. “I almost strained my voice because they made me sing over and over and over again. I got pissed off when I found out they had the take they wanted, but made me keep going because Randy was too chickenshit to approach me.”
Greg scowled, but Stone laughed loudly.
“Well, don’t be surprised if he approaches you again. Randy doesn’t give a shit if you’re taken, no matter how many times you tell him ‘no.’ You know ‘Randy’ is a nickname, don’t you? His real name is Anthony. That guy tries and usually succeeds in fucking any girl he wants. Just like Jaxen used to be.”
Greg reached for his phone, frowning as he typed.
“He can try forever but it’s not happening, whether I’m taken or not.”
Stone laughed again and patted my arm. “Listen, about Strawberry Letter 23; it’s one of La’s favorite songs. Will you help me surprise her and sing it at our reception?”
“Of course.” I beamed. “Anything for Lala. How do you want it done?”
“We’re going to back you and we’re only doing one song again, right after we cut the cake. When can you practice?”
“Whenever you need me, Stone. Main House hasn’t lined anything up for me yet, so I’m free after work here. You still have my number?”
“Yeah.” He nodded. “As soon as the boys give me their free time, I’ll sync with you.”
“Great.” I nodded. “I better go in before Lala finds the whip. Thanks again, Greg. Bye, Stone.”
* * *
At Stone’s insistence, we held practice in the Forrests’ garage again. Lala knew where everyone else lived, and Stone wanted it a secret until the last possible moment.
Over the two months, Greg and I met often, and it was always as hot and passionate as I could have wanted. I admired his stamina. I admired his prowess. What I really, really liked was the conversations we always had between rounds. We talked about almost everything under the sun. It amazed me that he opened up about almost everything but his daughter. I heard stories about his parents, sisters, the band, his work.
I even saw Greg a couple times at Main House where he was an A&R man. There, we just sat in an office and talked between kissing and heavy petting sessions.
Eddie was a basket case about the wedding. He was actually jittery and acted as though he didn’t want to go. I was on the edge of telling him to stay home, but then the Friday before rolled around and he appeared to be relaxed. He apologized for his odd behavior and acted as though he looked forward to going. Damn. I was thinking about cutting out early to be with Greg and coming home late, if at all. I had the perfect excuse. I thought hard about how I was going to figure something else out.
Sighing, I left home Friday night before the wedding to head to Lala’s mother’s house. We were having a pajama/bachelorette party. Hmm…maybe I could sneak somewhere with Greg before or during the party. I got in my car and texted him.
Hi. Free?
Fuck! No. Ree’s with me until 9.
Want to see me after?
Absolutely. Where?
You pick. I have my car.
My parents’ house. 9.30. Are we taking our time?
We can if we make it later. 11.30. Stay the night again?
Def. Good time to meet. Gives me time to stock up. See you then.
Great.
I giggled and danced around in my seat as I drove to the party. When I arrived, Gorge, Lala’s brother, was there and so was his girl. She looked at me as if I were wearing used tampons for earrings. I smirked back and tuned my lip up.
“Hey! Why are you icing my friend, Vee?”
“Maybe this bitch iced me first, Lala!”
No, she did not! I really hate the bitch word, and pregnant or not, she was about to get her ass knocked off. I thought my face showed what I was feeling, because the next thing I heard was…
“Enough, Vee,” Gorge’s deep voice shouted. “Learn how to behave or I’ll leave your ass at home tomorrow. Get along with Lala and her friends or this shit is over!”
“Why are you always taking her side, Gorge? I’m going to be your wife, soon. You should always be on my side!”
“I will when it’s the right side. I’m not going to be an ass because you’re being one. You don’t like Lala, fine, but you’re not going to antagonize one another, especially while the two of you are pregnant. You owe this young lady an apology,” Gorge snarled, then looked at me. “I’m sorry, sweetheart, what’s your name?”
I blinked rapidly. The guy was huge.
“Cassidy,” I murmured.
“Apologize to Cassidy, Vonda.”
“My mistake, Cassidy.” Vonda pouted as she rubbed her belly.
“No problem.” I smirked, then walked over to Lala.
Gorge went to Lala and kissed her cheek, promising to be back early.
I watched them leave, then turned to Lala. “You all right?”
“Yeah.” She sighed. “Just pissed he loves her and she gets to be at my wedding. I really don’t like that girl. Never have. I don’t care if she’s pregnant or not. I’ll love my niece or nephew, but I never have to like her.”
“Can’t blame you, La. I’ve only known her three minutes and I don’t like her.”
We giggled and went to the basement. I hugged Lala’s mother, then Macy, Callie, Cara, Kylie and Itsy. Lala explained Trista had to work her second job and couldn’t make it tonight or tomorrow, but Lala promised to send her some cake.
Next, I met a couple cousins of Lala’s named Kerri and Jada, who were there from Chicago. They were the prettiest things since kittens, and I vowed not to let either one anywhere near Greg tomorrow.
The girls and I giggled and danced. We even braided one another’s hair and played with makeup. We talked about boys, ate, danced some more. Then we got
on boys again and shared sex positions. Itsy shared that the receptionist in Skull’s tattoo shop had taught her to give a blowjob and even had watched a porno with her. Lala grinned and excused herself. When she came back, Walden was with her, dressed in a frilly nightgown and holding a closed picnic basket.
“Hey, bi… Barbariza?” Walden frowned as he put the basket onto the floor in front of him. “Am I allowed to use that word here, since we ain’t at the office?”
I smirked. “All those in favor of Wallykins calling us bitches, raise your hands!”
All their hands went up, and I laughed.
“Ban lifted for the night, Wallykins.”
He grinned. “Hey, bitchessssssss!”
“Hey, Wallykins,” we shouted back and laughed hard.
“Cute, bitches! I’m Walden and I’m your instructor for BJ-101 tonight.” Walden clapped. “Gather round my basket and pick something close to what your man’s dick looks like.”
We giggled as we looked through the basket and grabbed an item. Itsy grabbed a plantain and smirked.
“I’m going off memory.” Itsy sighed. “I haven’t had any kind of sex for well over a year.”
“Over a year?” Callie screeched. “Damn.”
“Yeah.” Itsy nodded. “I had it… so well. I mean eye-rolling, breath stopping, panting, thrusting, sweating, probing, licking, sucking, flicking, fucking, smacking… I had it all, and we were too stupid to keep it going, despite being so much in love with one another.”
I nodded and grabbed a banana. Yeah, that was Eddie, I think, then shook my head. I wanted one Greg’s size. I put the banana back and grabbed a long and fat cucumber. Oh yeah.
“Damn!” Lala shouted as she grabbed a zucchini. “Eddie is packing! Lucky you!”
I smirked and shook my head. “Looks like you’re the lucky one. Is that what Stone’s packing?”
“Oh yeah.” She giggled. “He isn’t lacking at all!”
“My God, Kerri.” Jada, one of Lala’s cousins, gasped when her sister grabbed a cucumber. “Are you really gonna do this?”
“Um, yeah.” Kerri frowned. “Why not?”
“Because! One, you aren’t in a relationship, and two, you’re Catholic! It’s forbidden.”
