What a Wolf Wants Page 2

by Delilah Devlin

His hands settled on her thighs, pressing them out and upward, exposing her pussy fully to his smoldering gaze. He bent his head and sucked her labia into his mouth, over and over, with the same tugging motion he’d used on her nipples.

She wanted to pump against him, but he held her so wide all she could do was wriggle beneath him and moan and beg. “God, please come inside me, please,” she said, her head thrashing on the pillow.

He sucked her outer lips together, moving up and down the length of her slit, nibbling with his mouth, and then holding her desperate gaze, he stuck out his tongue and licked from the bottom to the top, pulling away so that only the tip of his tongue fluttered against her clit. Then down he went again, laving her with a broad swipe, lapping in a doglike movement that excited her beyond anything as his tongue slipped deep between her folds.

Dani’s clitoris hardened, growing impossibly engorged, stretching the hood, which gradually rode upward, exposing the reddened knot to the lash of his tongue. When at last he concentrated his efforts there, stroking it, suckling on it, her cries grew thin, weakening as her body shuddered and writhed.

With one last kiss against it, he pulled back, letting go of her thighs. His lips and chin were soaked with her cream. He gave her a glance—another of those dark little promises—and using one hand to part her labia and tug them up to keep her clit exposed, he traced the length of her slit with his finger.

Dani’s breath caught on a ragged gasp, praying he’d thrust inside.

  Instead, he slapped her clitoris.

Dani cried out, her back arching off the bed. The sharp, moist little slaps that followed felt like electric shocks. They were almost too much to take, but she didn’t complain. She couldn’t beg. She couldn’t manage more than a strangled groan. Panting, she lowered her feet to the mattress to lift her hips, swirling them against his hand, begging him silently to plunge into her.

At last, he thrust two fingers into her channel, stroking in and out quickly.

She lifted her head to watch him, raised her hips higher, not trying to match his rhythm because he was thrusting too fast. Her legs quivered, her belly jerked.

He put another finger inside her, stretching her, twisting to corkscrew into her, and then he cupped his fingers together and thrust all four inside, all the way up to his thumb, which he used to toggle her clit as he continued to roll his fingers inside her, pumping in and out, twisting until the juicy sounds grew embarrassingly loud.

The coil deep in her core tightened painfully, and her breaths deepened, each inhalation a ragged sob. And then he withdrew.

While she screamed an inarticulate protest, he flipped her to her knees, thrust his hand between her legs to open her, then plunged his cock inside. He paused only a moment, groaning loudly, and then pounded into her from behind so hard he rattled the bed.

Dani reached up to brace herself against the headboard to take his violent thrusts, throwing back her head and squeezing her eyes shut. “Oh God! Yes, yes, yes…”

She eased her legs apart, lowering her belly, circling her hips on his thrusting cock, working him as he pounded into her and hammered faster and faster.

With her hand still braced, she leaned down, pressing her head to the pillow, her thighs and bottom tightening, readying as his groans shortened to sharp agonized grunts.

Ripples started up and down her channel, clinging to his cock to wring his orgasm from him, and then she was flying, keening one long unbroken scream as she came apart.

Aaron thrust hard three last times then ground into her, his hips spiraling as cum spurted in heated jets inside her. “Damn, damn…” he rasped as his hips slowed.

When he pulled out, Dani whimpered, her body still convulsing, but he quickly turned her and came back inside her. Lying on their sides, facing each other, he lifted her thigh over his hip and continued to stroke into her, providing comfort after the storm, easing her slowly back to herself.

After his hips finally stilled, she opened her eyes. His face was on the pillow beside hers, his gaze on her. She leaned forward and kissed him, and felt his lips smile beneath hers, which had hers stretching too, until they kissed with smiles.

“Did I finish it?” he asked when their breaths grew even.

  “I’ve never done that before.”

“Oh come on, a girl as pretty as you?”

She wrinkled her nose. “I’ve never had an orgasm inside a dream before.”

His smile broadened. “I’m glad I was your first.” He drew a deep breath and looked toward the window. “It’ll be dawn soon.”

She smoothed a hand over his chest, pausing atop his thumping heart. “I don’t want this to end,” she whispered. “I don’t want to wake up.”

His fingers tucked her hair behind her ears. “I don’t think we can stop the sun rising, sweetheart.”

The tenderness in his tone brought a thin sheen of tears to her eyes. “When I sleep tonight, will you be here?

One side of his mouth curved in a wolfish grin. “I think I’d better go now.” He pressed a kiss to her forehead and rolled off the bed.

Dani sat up as he padded toward the door. “Aaron.”

With his hand on the latch, he glanced over his shoulder.

“I’ll meet you by the pond?”

His gaze swept over her, his eyes darkening, but he didn’t answer and let himself out the door.

Dani couldn’t resist. She slipped off the bed and ran to the window, pulling aside the curtains.

Aaron strode to the edge of the patio, then broke into a run. She watched as sunlight peeked over the tops of the trees and glinted on his dark brown hair and sleek shoulders, trying to hold onto the moment.

As he neared the edge of the forest, the outline of his body seemed to blur then curve downward. He fell to his hands on the grass, and then suddenly he wasn’t Aaron anymore. He was the wolf.

Oddly, the sight didn’t disturb or frighten her. A man morphing into a wolf? “This is a dream,” she whispered to herself. “It’s not supposed to make sense.” She let the curtain fall back in place.

In the distance, she heard a rhythmic pounding. Her brow furrowed as she grew increasingly irritated. She tried to ignore the sound, knowing the dream was fading around her. For a few more moments she tried to hold onto the details of the dream, willing herself to remember everything.

Finally, she opened her eyes. The digital clock beside her read 6:30, and the pounding that had pulled her from her dream was real. Some idiot didn’t care he’d disturbed someone’s sleep.

Dani stretched her legs and arms, wishing she could linger a little while longer in her memories. But the insistent hammering wouldn’t go away. She sighed, got out of bed, and pulled off her pajamas. While she searched her drawers for a pair of shorts and a tee, she grumbled under her breath. A glance in the mirror made her wince, but she didn’t really care that her hair was mussed and her face creased from the edging on her pillow. She headed out the door determined to give her neighbor a piece of her mind.

The sound came from west of the woods, so that’s where she headed. She hadn’t realized anyone lived this close to her until she broke through forest and onto the edge of another lawn that surrounded a comfortable brick home. She followed the hammering.

The sun was just beginning to peek over the treetops when she rounded the corner of the house and found him. He was faced away, bent over a long plank laying over two sawhorses. Her gaze greedily roamed his tousled, brown hair, naked back, and slim hips encased in low-slung blue jeans.

She must have made a sound, likely a low groan, because he stiffened and slowly set down his hammer. Dani’s breath caught. She almost didn’t want him to turn and face her, she was so afraid to hope.

“Did I wake you?” he asked as he turned.

“I think I’m still dreaming,” she whispered.

Aaron leaned against the plank behind him and crossed his arms on his chest. “Are you scared?” he asked, his dark, golden gaze locking with
hers.

“We must have met,” she said, the words rushing out. “I just forgot.”

“We’ve met three times,” he said, uncrossing his arms and straightening. “Shall I remind you?”

Her heart fluttered like the wings of a trapped bird as she tried to get her mind around this. “It really happened?” At his nod, she felt her cheeks flush.

His hands curled at his sides. “Maybe you need time to think about this. Time to get accustomed to what we shared.”

“We had the same dream? You…by the pond…”

“And last night in your bed,” he said, enunciating every word.

She broke from his gaze and turned her back, trying to calm her heart. God, had she really been that wanton with a total stranger? The things he knew about her…the things she’d practically begged him to do.

Then she had another thought, one that sent a chill skittering down her spine. “What about the wolf? It was real too?”

“He comes around from time to time.”

For some reason, she didn’t mention what she’d seen as he left that morning. Had that been real too?

“If you run again,” he said softly, “do you want me to catch you?”

She closed her eyes and a strong, warm embrace enclosed her. “Please.” The word stretched along with the moment. A breeze lifted her hair as sunlight warmed her face. Explanations could wait. Something wonderful and miraculous had happened.

  “You’re even prettier in sunlight.”

Dani relaxed against his chest and slowly brought her hands up to cling to his arms.

The embrace tightened and Aaron’s breath gusted softly across her cheek. “This time, I’ll give you a head start.”
