More cheers rang out and I smiled. That was a hell of a speech.
“You t’ink it’ll work?”
“I hope so.” I hugged Harley closer. The screen turned off and we moved to the large window that faced the city. I hugged him to me as we stood naked, staring at the sunrise over the same buildings we’d always seen. But it was a new city. A whole new world.
